Dear sir,

Please note that i had ordered a "mi band 2" but received the product made by another manufacturer i. E. "binoo"

Since then i am following up with you for return pick up.

Your pick up person came and asked for an invoice with item code. However, i had not received any invoice with item code and whatever was received i had shown to him. I had also shown him the same copy of mail received from snapdeal where the invoice was received as an attachment.

Again i had started fresh follow up with your customer care to provide a proper invoice to me and after lot of struggle i could able to receive an invoice with where the snapdeal invoices are mentioned.

Unfortunately, in the course of time now my family is out of city and my flat is locked throughout the day as i am at office.

I have requested several times to your customer care to change the pick up location but nothing has happened yet and getting calls from your team (New person every time) and explaining the details to every person.

Now, please note that there are following two options:

1) return pick up from my office at :
Subhasis das, fluor daniel india pvt. Ltd;
Building no. 10a, dlf cyber city,
Phase ii
Gurgaon - 122002

2) pick up the item from my home address (Original address) after return of my family member i. E. 1-july-17

    Sub: defective product and denial to replace/refund

    Dear sir
    I ordered a 4g mobile phone lyf water f1s 4g volte on snapdeal.com for rs. 8300/- on 21/05/2017. One week later i received the order on 28/05/2017. After using it for few hours i came to know that it is defective product and is unable to make hd voice call/volte which makes it a 2g phone instead of 4g phone. I requested snapdeal for replacement on 30/05/2017 since they have 7 days return/replacement policy. To my nightmare i didn't get any response from snapdeal over phone about replacement. I only​ called customer care of snapdeal for enquiry and the process went on from 30/05/2017 to 02/06/2017. Finally on 02/06/2017 courier service agent picked up the phone for replacement. But my nightmare was not yet over as snapdeal didn't inform when my phone will be delivered. I called customer service many times and they only tell product is being tested for it's defect. From 02/06/2017 to 08/06/2017 they are checking for its defect which normally takes 5 minutes for expert or even a service engineer.
    Snapdeal is not refunding my money as it is taking more time than usual and
    They are not replacing either. Regarding this customer service of snapdeal is not helping too. Where should i go now for justice? Who will refund my money 8300/- it's not small amount.
    This is very disappointing.

    Now i am suffering mental agony for their (Snapdeal.com) misbehave, misguide and they have also proved themselves as treacherous. Now i want the above mentioned phone or refund of 8300/- from snapdeal.com and i want relief from mental agony and harassment which is affected my daily routine severely

      I'm pritesh patil, i had ordered product from snapdeal.com (Order id.[protected]). I paid for the order via online debit card payment. My order was cancelled without my knowledge or any notice. Snapdeal increased price of the product after ordering the product. Snapdeal listed product with discount price on their website during ordering the product. This is false advertisement of product. If product was not available, snapdeal should've remove product from the website instead they took complete amount of order in advance knowing unavailability of the product. This is clearly act of fraud. I tried to contact snapdeal regarding this issue, but they are not willing to communicate with me instead they kept sending me computer generated messages of cancellation (10 same messages of cancellation of order). Snapdeal is violating my right to be heard. So, i request you to look into this issue so that companies like snapdeal should not violate consumer rights.

        Regarding order:[protected]. Suborder id: [protected].

        I have ordered hp keyboard and mouse combo (2 quantities) from snapdeal.com and same was delivered to me on 18th of may 2017 but on opening the orders i found short partial product. Only mouse was present in one order and keyboard was missing. I just contacted snapdeal customercare and lodged return request (Reason: short partial product/parts missing). My return request was approved and snapdeal sent me email that your money of rupees 716 will be refunded once the item reaches to snapdeal. Till now 18 days passed but there is no refund in my bank account. On checking the details of order, it is showing item recieved by snapdeal and quality check in progress. Ot is showing same story from 3 days.

        I don't know why snapdeal is not sending me my refund. If snapdeal needs any more info from me the should contact me on my alternate number [protected].

              I had ordered seagate backup plus harddisk from snapdeal. After receiving the delivery when i opened the package the harddisk was not there the box was empty. Tried to contact snapdeal customercare but the calls wont connect then i emailed them. I got a reply asking me the order details and the invoice. I sent them the information. The next day a 2 people from their courier company vulcan came and asked the details and took photos of the product and the box and told me that the issue will be solved. After that no update from them i mailed them a few times then i received a call from their customer care the person told me that they will solve the issue in 48 hours and today i received a mil from their customer care saying
              “we tried to contact you on *. However could not reach you. We understand that you are facing an issue with your item and wish to return it. While processing your request, we reviewed your account and found some transactions that do not pass our internal checks. We’re sorry that we will be unable to complete your request.”
              I again i mailed them and messaged them on facebook and tweeted them on twitter so many times then i received a call from their customer care the person told me that they wont refund me or give me the replacement as the did some internal investigation and so refund or replacement is not possible i asked him the reason so many times he wont tell me the reason and told me its internal and he cant tell the reason to me i dont know what to do now my money is stuck with them and they wont refund it after this i again tweeted them so many times now they just wont reply.

                Hi,

                I have ordered 20 items from snapdeal with order no: [protected] on 15th of may and received them on 17th may by paying the amount rs 22, 387 from my credit card number ending with 6009.

                Out of 20 items, i retained 4 items and requested return on the same day i. E. 17th may for other 16 items on 17th may as due to issue in size and fitting.

                Snapdeal pick-up boy came and picked my all 16 items with all original tags & levels with proper packing as per the snapdeal's return policy.

                After 3-5 days i came to know that snapdeal has only refunded for 5 items and for the remaining items firstly they said (Customer care) that you have to send it to the warehouse yourself and as i already handed over all the 16 items to the snapdeal pick-up boyand as i was never informed by snapdeal or snapdeal pick up boy that how many items i have to give it back to him and how many items i have to send it myself directly to warehouse.

                And after that i continuously contacted customer care for return & refund status of the remaining 11 items and suddenly i received 3 items back from the same snapdeal delivery boy and customer care stated that we can not return your items without giving me proper reasons and they sent mails to me that "your return request cannot be completed as while processing your request, we reviewed your account and found some transactions that do not pass our internal checks. We're sorry that we will be unable to complete your request and your account will be suspended."

                And the current status is that out of 16 returned items, i got refund only for 5 items, 3 items i received it back and other 8 items i neither got refund or returned back to me or with me for which i had done the payment already.

                As i do not want these products and hence only i requested to return & refund.
                I want all my products to be returned and refund my account back including the 3 items which i received back even i requested it for return.

                Kindly look into the matter. As i am a very loyal customer to snapdeal and i have purchased a lot of things with your website and for the first time i am facing such terrible experience which i never expected by the renowned brand like snapdeal.

                I want these items (Remaining 11 items including 3 items which i have received back) to be returned and want my total amount to be refunded.

                Hope you will not disappoint your customer.

                Kindly revert me back the status of refund request and including the pickup of 3 items from my address.

                      My order to snapdeal was made on 29th may, which was supposed to be delivered in between 4th - 7th june, 2017 . On 2nd june a false order ( just a piece of rugged cloth ) had been delivered on my address and my attendant received it as it had my name and address details and exact c.O.D of my original order was mentioned.

                      On 4th june, snapdeal cancelled my original order abruptly.

                      Being cheated i made a complain in return to which i got a call on 6th june on the name of snapdeal.

                      After knowing my grievances, the person assured me to refund my money for which he demanded my bank details.

                      First my details got leaked to some fraud company, then i received a false item then my original order got cancelled and then they dared to ask my bank details to refund...

                      Snapdeal is such a cheat that neither i would ever order anything nor would i suggest any one to do so ...

                      Immediately the cheat company should be spammed...

                        To whomsoever it may concern,

                        I, yash mehta, ordered a philips beard trimmer qt4009/15 at snapdeal at a price of rs 799. The order got confirmed. Order id [protected], date of order 4 june, 2017. The very next day price rose by more than 1000rs. And then on 5th, i received a message that your order cancelled. I called customer care, she told its a technical error. On 6th again i rcd same msg. I called customer care. They told seller issues are there, so dont accept delivery. I told if order is cancelled i am at a loss of more than 1000rs. So i wont cancel. So she told ok, accept delivery but see to it that snapdeal sticker is there. I told ok. But now i am receiving msg that snapdeal cancelled the order, money will be refunded back. This is not what snapdeal customer care agreed to. Now if i buy the same product from snapdeal, price is 2090 rs. Now who will suffer this 1290rs loss... Whose fault is it. I request justice. I want the same product from snapdeal at same price agreed. Hope the above is self explainatory. This is not at all my fault, so i shd not suffer the loss of 1290 rs. I request snapdeal to help. I tried customer care, they are just discommecting calls. Not a good experience.

                          You have delivered a duplicate i phone 6. It's not working right now... As i took it to i phone shop, they told me it's duplicate... I have spent my 36000 ₹ on this one. I want to return this and want a refund... Or it's gonna be consumer court issue.

                            I ordered a Phillips qt4011 trimmer from Snapdeal on 4/6/2017 and from next day I received about 10 messages as in screenshot 1 and 2 that order is cancelled if seller try to deliver the products deny it so I write a mail to Snapdeal and next day first I receive a mail that product will be delivered as promised (screenshot 3)but after half an hour I receive another mail containing that order is cancelled(screenshot 4) then I write again about this issue to Snapdeal after that a receive a mail containing product will be delivered and we know that you are excited to receive the product (screenshot 5)and after that about 1hour I receive a mail that product is cancelled we initiate your refund and we try our best to ship the product from another seller but this can not be done(screenshot 6)
                            Now my concern is the product is in stock now why they can't deliver from another seller as they
                            I just need my product at any how I don't want refund.

                              Snap deal cancelled my philips trimmer order without any reason so i m very unhappy and the customer care also regreat full i m in very difficulty to order my philips trimmer so i complained on this sanpadeal site i need my order back in same price range plz solve this issue very quickly as possible so i don't need to any complaint on this site please help me sir...

                                Order get cancel by giving the reason that "Order could not be fulfilled due to unavailability with seller"

                                  I order an apple ipod touch from snapdeal.
                                  When i open the box there was only blank box inside the packaging.
                                  I received blank box in place of i pod touch. When i inform snapdeal regarding this issue they denied for refund now i lost my money.
                                  And snapdeal not taking any action they simply denied for refund and blocked my snapdeal account as well.

                                  Can any one help me in this issue.

                                  This email is regarding my previous email which was sent to Sanpdeal help-desk on 30th May, 2017. I asked you the proper explanation why my refund was denied and what internal checks you have made with my Snapdeal account.

                                  I already mentioned my complete transaction details which was made in my account with proper justifications and expecting your reply accordingly. But Snapdeal didn't think me as an important customer and haven't replied to my email yet.

                                  Please find below the proper justifications which I made earlier in my previous email.

                                  As per my Snapdeal account history I have 3 orders inn my account. One is cancelled before delivery due to late delivery/ shipment, Second one was fulfilled and I am satisfied with that, and now the third one where I have received the blank box of the product (iPod Touch 32 GB), I am claiming the refund for that.

                                  Please help me with the refund which I was committed by one of your floor supervisor on 29th May, 2017 over the call. You can check the call records regarding this if necessary.

                                  I'm sending this email again and expecting the response now. Hence, request you to resolve the issue as soon as possible.

                                      I did ordered puma sandles on 24 may 2017 of amount 694 from snapdeal via debit card payment.
                                      I did cancel the order on 29may 2017 before product gets delievered to me.
                                      As per snapdeal terms, they will refund my money within 7-10 working days.
                                      Today is the 6th june 2017. Still my money is not refunded.
                                      I want my refund within 24hours without any argument. I have already file a complain in consumer forum for such delay in payment.

                                        Seems like Snapdeal turned out to be an gaming website rather than an ecommerce website. I am placing the orders and after few days Snapdeal is cancelling my orders without any reason. I am not sure why this is happening.
                                        This is not being the first time. A month ago I placed an order and it was cancelled. Recently I have placed one more and yesterday I have received a message saying order has been cancelled.
