My name is darshana, i have ordered for a titan octane watch on 15th may 2017 from snap deal app., for which i paid in advance through my credit card, when received delivery, and checked the parcel, the outer red carton box of snap deal was seal packed on the top, while when opened the box, the black titan watch box was empty and there no watch inside... It was a horrifying, disappointing, heartbreaking, experience, for a prepaid order... Though i have escalated a complaint immediately... I am reading multiple reviews of customers to whom snapdeal has not paid the refund in such cases... I am scared and concerned for my hard earned money...: (

i ordered xolo era 2x amounting rs. 6209/- they denied to refund the money and they are not giving the product too. They just say we reviewed your account and found some transactions that don't pass our internal checks. They are simply seizing the money for no reason.
