    Ref: Order ID: [protected] Placed on 07 May, 2017 for Microsoft Xbox One Console with Kinect with 1 Extra Wireless Controller and 4 Games Downloadable Code (DLC) (Halo 5, Forza Motorsport 6, Fruit Ninja 2 & Kinect Rivals) cost Rs 35, 000

    1. Status shows delivered on 11, May/ 2017. However, no parcel has been delivered.
    2. I spoke to Snapdeal customer care executive on line around 10:30, as soon as I noticed the SMS on my phone claiming delivery. I am very unhappy that he was totally unperturbed and showed a lack o[censored]nderstanding of the situation. The only advice I got was that as the process of investigation will take more than six days it will be prudent for me to go and do a recce of the local post office (this is how I learnt that the parcel has been sent by India post: there is no mention of the mode of conveying the item on your site). The invoice shows that Rs 550 was paid for postage though the seller charge me 2500 for the same. For this money the item should have been send by professional couriers such as Bluedart, DHL, etc.

    3. I have also registered several complaints to customer care and seller by email suggesting that the delivery manifest be obtained to establish the fact that I have not received the material. Even nine days later I have not received a call or a letter or any intimation or acknowledgement regarding the this matter. Snapdeal customer care just do not want to respond.

    4. I have spoken to at least 5 execs at the customer care call center and have only received assurances. Every one of them have agreed that I have been wronged and promise to raise the level of the complaint but the matter remains the same even after 9 days.

    5. Seller does not respond despite 3 mails to writing them via snapdeal portal

    I sincerely request you to help in resolving the matter as a lot of money is at stake.

    Snapdeal executives contacted me after the package was returned to the dealer by the courier company (India Post) and refunded the entire money (total paid for product and postage). They did not have any explanations for the entire episode except offering apologies. The execs at the customer care call center were polite and did their work except that they were not empowered to do anything other than notify the backend chaps who are the actual guys handling these matters. The backend chaps obviously goofed up and were trying to cover up episode. What must have helped me resolve this matter is the complaint at your site and subsequent letter send from here to their office. They took this seriously and it went several levels up the ladder of responsibility. I am grateful to your forum for helping me resolve this matter. I have explained everything to someone who called me later (he said that he is at a position dealing only with matters that are most serious) and suggested regular updates and communication to the customer, empowering the call center execs to a greater extent and tracking of complaint resolution. Its for them to find what's wrong and also an innovative fix.

    1. My young daughter received a call from the Snapdeal team. They did not inform or leave any message. As I was at office they were provided with the alternate numbers. I did not receive any call from them for the past three days.

    2. So far I have spoken to at least seven customer care execs. All of them appear to be helpless. All they can do is inform the Snapdeal backend team. The team may choose to talk to you at not. They are unwilling to communicate by email, which is a sure way of communication even when phone calls, which may occasionally fail. There is no way of talking to the backend team directly.

    3. Discussion with the last two execs have given me the impression that Snapdeal may not refund the 35000 I paid upfront despite that the product is with the seller and has been falsely claimed to be delivered to me (the delivery manifest will speak the truth: so they should provide it if they believe it has be delivered to me at my address). So far 14 days have passed since I lodged my first complaint via customer care and they did not attempt to contact me for 12 days. All this and they keep reassuring that the matter will be resolved in 24 hrs or 6 days.
    5. I want them to refund me Rs 35000 that I paid for the item.
    5. SNAPDEAL CUSTOMER CARE DOES NOT CARE!!. They have successfully pushed away a good customer and every member of his family forever. I wonder whether their CEO Kunal Behl is aware of such a lackadaisical team that is letting their organization down. Maybe I have to write to him also.

    As Snapdeal does not appear to be inclined to settle this issue I request you to kindly inform ne the other options for resolution and obtaining refund.

      I don't understand what the hell kind of **** is wrong with these peoples
      i ordered xolo era 2x amounting rs. 6209/- they denied to refund the money and they are not giving the product too. They just say we reviewed your account and found some transactions that don't pass our internal checks. They are simply seizing the money for no reason.

        Purchased 1 no. Moto G Turbo edition 16 GB Mobile from snapdal.com. On using the same 2days it found the battery getting such hot, the handset couldn't keep in my hand nor in the pockets. Filled for return/replace vide ticket Id: 41979091 of 18.05.2017. From then none has called me nor make any replace or return my monies.yesterday evening they sent me a mail, states "even after tried to contact you by our service engineer, u have not answered and as such the matter is dropped", ticket no. 46012085. This is very surprise to me. I now request you look into the matter so to enable me refund of Rs.8999.00 immediately.

        Placed order 1 No. Moto G Turbo edition 1GB Mobile Handset for Rs.8999.00 paid online in advance & goods received after 15Th. May2017. Used for 2 days & found non removable batter get extraordinary HOT & can't keep the set in hand nor in the pockets. Urgently mailed to snapdeal.com on 18th vide ticket Id: 41979091 for replacement & also may send their Service Engineer within 24/48 Hrs. But none contacted me. Yesterday evening they send a mail & Alleged, Service Engineer tried to contact you, but since you have not answered the replacement facility has dropped." . But to my knowlesedge none has tried to contact me. Now I need to refund my Rs.8999.00 back & they may take their Mobile hand set as is here.

          I bought an ASUS notebook on Snapdeal on April 28 with the order id [protected] which had some defect. Owing to that I returned the product on April 7 and it was picked by vulcan courier (Snapdeal). There was no status update as to where my product was but after numerous calls I finally got a response that they had product with them and will initiate the refund after quality testing. Again no update was provided and I called again to ask about refund.They responded that the product had passed quality testing but due to some problem in my snapdeal account they are not able to process the refund. In the last call they said they would neither refund nor return the product. This was the last straw and seeing that such complaints have become common in the last few days ahead of the merger of Snapdeal with Flipkart I think they are trying to rob people of their money and pass on the problems to Flipkart. I have registered a complaint to consumer forum and called officials concerned and they have assured that Snapdeal won't escape from this due to retrospective laws.

          The issue was resolved as the money was paid by snapdeal team. It involved a week filled with to and fro calls and restlessness. A word of caution for anyone trying to purchase online- DO NOT BUY AT SNAPDEAL AT ANY COST. They have a history of defrauding customers. I registered a complaint against them at consumer forum and also talked to a lawyer but the issue was resolved before that was needed.

            Em placed a order on 26april 17 and received this product on 3rdmay 17 but the product quality I dnt like it that's y em return this product. The product is pickup on 13th may 17. By snapdeal courier executive and after a quality check snapdeal email me on 18th may 17 snapdeal initiated my refund and reflect in 4 business days in my bank account. But I didn't get my refund in bank account. So em called to snapdeal customer support and ask about my refund and they said to me sorry we didn't give ur refund b.coz in ur account some discrepancy. What's the meaning is this? Snapdeal received a product so why they dnt give my refund? Snapdeal take the product and my money both. This totally wrong and where is this mentioned that company take money and product both. Snapdeal harrased me a lot. Snapdeal don't have right to take money and product both even anyone don't have rights. So my request to you please give my refund.

              Order was cancelled by snapdeal.com after order was handed over to courier service. Order was cancelled by snapdeal probably because when i booked, order was booked under 10% discount. Snapedeal.com us asking me to book the same order again. But now they don't have that same offer (They have purposely cancelled order just after 12 hours after offer was discontinued).
              Now, i need the same ordered product at the same diacounted price within stipulated time as committed by snapdeal.com.

                    I ordered Armani watch from Snapdeal on 30th April 2017. I found a faulty watch on 07th may 2017 immediately I returned the product and courier picked up the product on 09 may 2017. Snapdeal received product on 16 may 2016 and Same day they approved the return request after quality check. On 19 may 2017 I again lodge complaint because they didn't generated my refund. On 19 may 2017 afternoon I got call from Snapdeal they rejected my request because some transaction that didn't passed there internal checks. Immediately I called Snapdeal about the Same and again they are giving me the same excuse I asked about details of internal checks. But they are not ready to disclose about internal checks and blocked my Snapdeal account.

                      I ordered a puma shoe and its not of appropriate size as its not fitting to me and i requested for a return but the same has not been done yet i tried calling snapdeal but the executive talk in such a bad way and not helping at all, such a bad experience with snapdeal never expected it from snapdeal.                             I ordered htc desire 830 32gb on 4th may 2017 which is yet to be delivered & still it's not on dispatch & i have raised the issue with the company but they are offering no assistance. They are telling me either to cancel my order or wait for more week with no definite date of delivery.

                            Now a days the online shipping websites are made a agreement between Logistics people those who provide the service at lower cost and despatch through them. But they didnt worry about time frame of depatch of goods. Sometimes without physical stock of particular product and selling through online as the stock as available. Thats y they asked you to wait for another one week.

                              My name is darshana, i have ordered for a titan octane watch on 15th may 2017 from snap deal app., for which i paid in advance through my credit card, when received delivery, and checked the parcel, the outer red carton box of snap deal was seal packed on the top, while when opened the box, the black titan watch box was empty and there no watch inside... It was a horrifying, disappointing, heartbreaking, experience, for a prepaid order... Though i have escalated a complaint immediately... I am reading multiple reviews of customers to whom snapdeal has not paid the refund in such cases... I am scared and concerned for my hard earned money...: (

The phone still not packed or dispatched while the other item (Ordered later) is alrdy in transit, i want an update, am i getting the phone or i need to cancel order, im without a phone now.                                       The bottle of caboki hair concealer is of 25 grams and should be filled to the top. The past 7 order, that is 7 bottles of black caboki hair concealer 25 grams bottles which i had ordered via snapdeal is half filled out of which only one i saw today was filled to the top. I observed for few months thinking that this is by company but when i saw one bottle fully filled i got astonished. If i am ordering from your site i should get product fully verified and i should get bottled filled to the top not hal[censored]sed bottles.                                         I have ordered elligator black slim fit polo t shirt order id: [protected] of 2 qty on 7th april 2017 from snapdeal and the product i received is only 1 qty for which i have made a complaint for incomplete order. And the 1 qty i have received i had returned back for its incorrect size for which i have received a refund.
                                        But still i did not get the refund for the product i did not received ever. I have complained snapdeal customer care for 15 times now and its been 1 months still facing the same i call them daily and still they ask for 24 hours of time its not getting resolved. Please help me getting my hard earned money.
