I had ordered a dress from Snapdeal a few weeks back, when I received it, it was not as expected. It was instead TORN and not fit to use!
Do you open packages in the midway and wear them or do you genuinely package it appropriately and deliver it to your customers?
Customers trust you with money and faith and this is what we get in return, torn item sent. If you are into charity then please do it for poor children who cannot afford to buy stuff from you, why waste customer's money and send them false hope packed into a box instead which clearly should have been a box of happiness! SO IRONIC.

          I have ordered a wybor smart TV on 14th April on snapdeal. I received it with damaged condition on 21st and the same was informed to snapdeal. They asked me to send it manually and they have given me a wrong address, so it return back to me after 12 days. Again they gave me another address (Haryana) to which the item to be sent. I have sent the item again manually. I have uploaded both courier receipts. They promised to pay both courier charges costs 4000 rs. It has been 25 days and I am calling them daily and they say I will receive the money in 24 hrs. This is the routine dialogue I am getting daily. It consumes my valuable time and I got mental torture by them. They are not even responding to my words and I only need follow-up for everything. I spent almost 600 rs for calling them by phone but, they least bother about this issue. Please help me in this regard. I need a right judgment for refunding my money as well as they torture me mentally like anything.

          I have shared all the information with snapdeal and I have got no response from them. I got a mail on 27th May 2017 saying the amount 4000 rs is initiated and credited into my account within 4 business days. But I did not get any amount. Like this snapdeal people are lying for every thing. I got frustrated because of their ill promises. I need a right judgment for refunding my money as well as the torture I got mentally by them. Please help me in this regard.

                Whenever we order on snapdeal we are given option showing cancellation and return policy according to which we can return/replace and get refund against particular products. I saw the options of return and refund before ordering both below mentioned orders. But now snapdeal not returning products and giving me refund with following reasons. Order ID: [protected] .                   Order no.[protected]... Snapdeal gave me fake product. I had order a eveready extension and they give me duplicate product. It stop working in just 2 months and company has given 1 year warranty so i went to its services center they told me that they were not responsible for the online purchased product because they are giving fake product... So i think i have lost my money by purchasing product from snapdeal i request everyone to stop purchase from snapdeal even if they are giving in lowest price because their products are duplicate.. I have complaint them many times but every time they are avoiding me they are waiting for time when warranty will end!!! I want my money back

                                        I have ordered original back panel of nokiamobile lumia730 today i received it. The panel is duplicate volume key of panel is not working the panel is not fitted properly the phone plz tell whome i have to complaint next.in invoice it is clearly written nokia lumia730 original back panel in original panel it has circut for charging wi-fi here it is missing that because it is duplicate item
