I had ordered a dress from Snapdeal a few weeks back, when I received it, it was not as expected. It was instead TORN and not fit to use!
Do you open packages in the midway and wear them or do you genuinely package it appropriately and deliver it to your customers?
Customers trust you with money and faith and this is what we get in return, torn item sent. If you are into charity then please do it for poor children who cannot afford to buy stuff from you, why waste customer's money and send them false hope packed into a box instead which clearly should have been a box of happiness! SO IRONIC.

I have shared all the information with snapdeal and I have got no response from them. I got a mail on 27th May 2017 saying the amount 4000 rs is initiated and credited into my account within 4 business days. But I did not get any amount. Like this snapdeal people are lying for every thing. I got frustrated because of their ill promises. I need a right judgment for refunding my money as well as the torture I got mentally by them. Please help me in this regard.
