I ordered a phone redmi note3 32 gb on 10 Aug 16 and got a maximum delivery date of 16 on 16 I got a mail that it is going late and will be delivered by 22 but not delivered but on 25 I got a message that my order is delivered then I complained for it they assured me that this case will be sought out within 6 days but till now I had not got my order and when I call to customer care they say that give us 24 hrs or 48 hrs and so on they never let me talk to their seniors or investigation team only ask for some time of about 1 or2 or 3 days...

I have ordered panasonic tv
Model no. Th43d35odx on 25/08/2016 online through snapdeal.com on credit card for 35, 400/-. I have received wrong led tv of sony bravia in packing of panasonic which is in damaged condition. Authorised service engineer mr. Vijay from panasonic opened packing on 12/09/2016 and found damaged. Imediately he informed to panasonic service center. Now i want my panasonic led tv. Kindly look into matter and replace it urgently. Otherwise i will take strong action against snapdeal company....

I bought a addidas shoes but I have an size issue so I wanted to replace it..I submit a replacement order and get the notification that it will pick up in next 24 hours.. but I don't get any call from the same and get the message I tried to contact u but failed if u don't respond in next 48 hours the request will b cancel..I called the assistant number at the same day he said it will pick tomorrow but nobody call me ..I again called the assistant 3 times a day but nobody come to pick..I am very disappointed by the service of snapdeal...

I have placed a return request with snapdeal for two hair dryers. They sent a logistics guys to collect as well. They have refunded for only one. When i raised concern they confirmed saying that they have received only one as confirned by their warehouse team. But when i checked with their logistics team they confirmed of sending two and also shared the photo and receipt. But Snapdeal without giving any proper reason closed the complaint. I have handed over the product to their executive only. Towards which i have proof....

This product delivery estimation was 31 August and courier was XpressBees.com
In tracking details it is mentioned that they contacted me and my phone was not rechable and 2nd attempt also they mentioned same. But they never tried to call me or they never gave me any sms. While calling snapdeal customer care, they are telling that they will surely help me and raise a complain against this but I cannot see any progress.
So finally Snapdeal customare care said that they will surely deliver this by 10th of sep and today is 12th but not received the product yet.

Raised complaint on 31st August as LED Panel was broken.

Called them around 15 times but only standard answer
"Escalated issue, will revert back in 24 hours" this is the reply what i got everytime.

Till date no reverse pickup or refund process started. Don't Trust Snapdeal Trustpay policy. It just fraud !!!

I have received a BROKEN Display TV after 7 days...
