I cancelled my ordered on snapdeal. Order was not delivered to me and was in transaction state only. I cancelled the transaction. Its more than 15 days till now there is not any return nor reply from snap deal persons. Written them 4 times, uploaded my bank details also. Order ID: [protected]. What should I do. should I go to consumer court against this....

Ordered two necklaces; paid for both but got only one; we asked you to add the money to free charge- still not done- and more annoying youre asking us to return the necklace we never even got. My money has been taken without my proper consent. I keep getting calls from you but none of these calls proved helpful. I thought this would never happen but it did. Not satisfied....

I have ordered a gas burner from snapdeal and received a faulty product on 26th apr 2017. Immediately i raised a return / replacement request. But there is very poor service by customer care. Till today i have been foliwing up with customer care and they have been giving me assurance that product will be picked up in another 48 hrs. There 48 hrs deadline has not come to an end. Its more than 15 days i have raised a compalint but no action....

My order id is [protected]. Snapdeal automatically cancel this order by saying "we tried to place the order with alternate seller but unsuccessful and had to cancel it". Why they show such product that currently unavailable for them. I placed order 4 days before i received cancellation msg and during that 4 days they show your order was packed and ready to dispatch than why snapdeal cancel this order....

I have ordered nutrilite cal mag d worth rs.700, my order id is [protected]. Today on 12th of may, in afternoon i got snapdeal parcel through the courier with payment of rs700. After opening the parcel i found a different product, named 'herbal cap of munaga' of worth rs.90.

I have ordered Hindware Primo GL4 Gas cooktop auto ignition. But Snapdeal delivered manual Ignition. So I have called customer service and requested for replacement of Auto ignition. To my surprise even replaced product I have received the manual ignition and I have requested Snapdeal to return the money as they dont have Auto ignition. Snapdeal took the product and its more than a month and still not returned my money and suspended my account....

Hi myself razkamal... I ordered a t shirt on snapdeal. Got delivered. But i had a size issue.. So i replaced the item and the courier boy picked up on 3rd of may... after 5 days I got a message from a snap deal that they canceled my product. All I want is my product get delivered to me for what I paid

Lenevo phab plus jo ki magwaya usme phone pe crack bhi hai.kam se kam inlogo ko 25 baar se jayda baar call kr chuka hu bt aj krenge kal krenge aur kabhi ni kiya ye log ne problem resolved na hi aj tak apne senior...

So i bought protinex and lotus herbals and those two products (Each of rs 630 and rs 528) from different snapdeal sellers and from those two two i recieved different item, this app can turn your nightmare into reality, dont buy anything from this app 😾😾😾😾 if your luck is good, you get your desired item, i want to kill the seller right and right there...

Even my snapdeal order list saying that my order is cancelled. And customer care number...

I have placed order order id: [protected] on 6 of may 2017 so far it's not been dispatch. Very bad service. I have sent mail but not get reply so far.
This is not the way to deal with customer. Why people like to buy stuff from online because they don't have time. But this type of service making them their life more difficult.

This is regarding compaint of snapdeal for not taking any action on return request we have ordered a trademill (Powermax fitness tdm-100 s motorized 1.5hp) order id : [protected]. We received the same on 17.04.17. As the piece was not proper, its conveyor belt wasa found broken. Hence we place a return request to snapdeal on same day. None of the executive came for pick up. Even we did not received any call or mail...
