    I was having some money in my freecharge account because of fake products sent by snapdeal, i told snapdeal that transfer the amount in my bank account, after 15 days i told them that i haven't received my refund, snapdeal told we have done, show us your bank statement, i provide them my bank statement, after that they replied, ""talk to your bank we have nothing to do with this",. I paid to snapdeal and now they saying go and demand the money from bank

      I bought a product on snapdeal under 'snapdeal gold' according to which I was supposed to get faster delivery and easy returns. Promised date of delivery was 9th of May and I got it delivered on 10th of May. Now I wanted to return the product because of this same reason, but to my surprise there are no such options available to return. Like Amazon offers you enough reasons to return and get a refund, Snapdeal gave me only three options. There was no option of easily returning the product like if I am unsatisfied with the product or anything else. According to Snapdeal the product has to be damaged, old, used to get a refund. As I opened the product it appeared like old and used so I immediately followed the return procedure. The item got picked up and I followed the status of the refund, but there was no update till 14th. I then contacted the customer care. They told me that will get back to me as soon as possible. I tweeted about the same, sent a mail, called customer care, but all I got to hear was apologies, that is it. Today I got a call saying that they had done a quality check and found the product well enough to be delivered back to me and that they are sending the product back to me and I have to accept it. I said I will not be accepting as I want the refund now and not the product. The executive then said that they are sending it and will not be responsible if I do not accept the delivery. My reasons to ask for a refund, first, it got delivered late and second, it appeared as a used one. Now I have no clue how to proceed further with this case.

        I started affiliate marketing through Amazon, Flipkart and Snapdeal simultaneously & i have got my first payment through Amazon & Flipkart but not from Snapdeal. Amazon & Flipkart customer care are very helping in solving problems but when it comes to snapdeal they never replied to my mails and even their Affiliate website don't have any information regarding payments like Amazon & Flipkart.
        I have earned around 94000 rupees through snapdeal affiliate program but haven't received any payment even after 3 months, i have mailed them for the same problem but i didn't got any reply from them.

          I have been ordered a surya crystal blue flower 3 automatic (Glass top gas stove) on 13th of december 2016 through debit card of total amount rs.2003.
          The product has been delivered to me at 20th of december 2016 which is in purely damaged condition. I demanded the refund of the particular amount which i paid through the debit card. So i tends to send the product through courier and i also uploaded the courier bill at the website. The product which i resent was sent back to me. So i approached the customer care and informed the complaint. They have said that our usher will come within next 2-3 days to you and pick up that damaged product (Gas stove), and said that after the quality check we will refund the amount within next few days.
          But till today 15th of may 2017, nobody came and picked up the damaged product which is still in my home and there is utter silence about my money rs.2003. One good thing about them was they have sent the money of courier amount rs.400 (Which i tried to send the product) to the freecharge wallet.

Reason for cancellation was stated as unavailability with seller but when i checked the product was available. I bought the product on discounted price and now the price has gone up again so it doesn't make sense taking a refund and trying to order again. ON sunday morning I received call from their consumer service and he asked me do you have registered mobile no ending with 22 which I don't have. I have given him the mob no through which I have done the booking. So now I see that your complaint is resolved.                         I have ordered a gas burner from snapdeal and received a faulty product on 26th apr 2017. Immediately i raised a return / replacement request. But there is very poor service by customer care. Till today i have been foliwing up with customer care and they have been giving me assurance that product will be picked up in another 48 hrs. There 48 hrs deadline has not come to an end. Its more than 15 days i have raised a compalint but no action. Very poor services. I want my money back as a refund since the product is of no use for me.

                          My order id is [protected]. Snapdeal automatically cancel this order by saying "we tried to place the order with alternate seller but unsuccessful and had to cancel it". Why they show such product that currently unavailable for them. I placed order 4 days before i received cancellation msg and during that 4 days they show your order was packed and ready to dispatch than why snapdeal cancel this order.

                            I have ordered nutrilite cal mag d worth rs.700, my order id is [protected]. Today on 12th of may, in afternoon i got snapdeal parcel through the courier with payment of rs700. After opening the parcel i found a different product, named 'herbal cap of munaga' of worth rs.90.
                            The return address given on the courier was - 19-3-1e - j, postal colony, koramenugunta road, tirupati-517501, a. P. When i tried to track my order it was showing the status of 'ready for shipment'. The product now was not available to my city pin code, on snapdeal website. I complaint on the site for returning of product.in evening i got an email stating that my order has been cancelled because it can not be fulfilled by the seller.
                            As i am sure now that a fraud has been done, but i am amazed that how come my address and contact no has been used for delivery with the parcel package of snapdeal by such fraud company.
                            Who well be held responsible for my loss? I have completely lost my faith in online shopping.

                              I have ordered Hindware Primo GL4 Gas cooktop auto ignition. But Snapdeal delivered manual Ignition. So I have called customer service and requested for replacement of Auto ignition. To my surprise even replaced product I have received the manual ignition and I have requested Snapdeal to return the money as they dont have Auto ignition. Snapdeal took the product and its more than a month and still not returned my money and suspended my account. Snapdeal agent called and due to internal checks, they can not process the refund and at the same time the product back as well. My money of 6300 is stuck with snapdeal.

                                      Snapdeal you re do my order but after 1 day again you cancel my order. What is it ? You write in mail that that was technical error but i don't care it was or not i want my product deliver to me. Your service is so poor i have to complain about it . If you can't full fill customers requirements then shame on you. And also snapdeal not replying my mail answer i want my product that's all i want
