Lenevo phab plus jo ki magwaya usme phone pe crack bhi hai.kam se kam inlogo ko 25 baar se jayda baar call kr chuka hu bt aj krenge kal krenge aur kabhi ni kiya ye log ne problem resolved na hi aj tak apne senior se baat krwaya

      I also received the phone call today, the number is +91 [protected], she was telling me the same offer. Snapdeal team should take this seriously. It is the value and the name of snapdeal thats been damaged in this. Snapdeal is fooling us thats the tag that comes in. Please take a serious note of this. And if you do so then this will be chance to enhance your loosing name in the market.

          I had ordered for Z2plus 32gb mobile on 29th April 2017.
          I had received the same on 7th May 2017…
          & when I asked the courier boy to open the same, he just refused to allow me open the pack in his presence.
          His name is Jitender Singh

          Though the product is not physically damaged, yet it's not working properly.
          Its rear camera is working pathetically.

          Even though I have raised the request for return and refund of money on the same day i.e 7th May 2017……

          still no one has come to pick up the mobile as per the " easy return policy " of your company...

          I need this phone to get picked up from my place and my money to be refunded...

          Please do this on an urgent basis as I am so frustrated with your services...

          And have decided even to never purchase anything from your company...

            Product: wd my passport ultra usb 2tb 3.0 secure portable external hard drive - black

            I ordered hard drive instead of this fraud seller (Shyam world, 101-sairam complex surat 395004) deliver nova professional hair clipper model no.: nhc-8007 worth 1023/- only and they left no option to return it. Even my snapdeal order list saying that my order is cancelled. And customer care number +91-[protected] don't give me any help by their chatbot.
            I would not buy any thing from this site because of their customer support and this kind of seller.
            They even don't provide bill during delivery of product.
            Help me with this problem as soon as possible.

              I have placed order order id: [protected] on 6 of may 2017 so far it's not been dispatch. Very bad service. I have sent mail but not get reply so far.
              This is not the way to deal with customer. Why people like to buy stuff from online because they don't have time. But this type of service making them their life more difficult.

              I would like to get a answer from them within 24 hrs.

                Hello,

                This is regarding compaint of snapdeal for not taking any action on return request we have ordered a trademill (Powermax fitness tdm-100 s motorized 1.5hp) order id : [protected]. We received the same on 17.04.17. As the piece was not proper, its conveyor belt wasa found broken. Hence we place a return request to snapdeal on same day. None of the executive came for pick up. Even we did not received any call or mail form snapdeal for return. However when we again called on 21.04.17, snapdeal tam said they will send their executive to pick up with in 48 hrs. No one came to us for pick up. Even we are having telephone recording of the conversation. Again called on 25.04.17 to followup, but this time they told that your return policy is over we can not make return. My question is why do we suffer if we did not get any reply/action from snapdeal.

                While call snapdeal team told us they don not have any soultion. Why the hell are they sitting for customer service if they can not provide solution to customer. Ii even asked the team to let me know where to courier the product although it is a 50kg product. But the boy from customer service sticked to his words that we cant do any thing. Nothing can be provided as a solution.

                What is our fault? We contacted snap deal many times for return. Why we should pay for their carelessness?

                Again i am asking snapdeal through this complaint to return the amount & take the trademill back. If this time proper action is not taken then i will file a compaint in consumer court.

                  I have ordered 1 women shoe, 1 casual jacket, 1 men jeans pant from snapdeal on 22nd April 2017, received items on 25th and 27th April 2017 respectively.
                  Due to size and quality issue I have returned the items and Snapdeal has received those, I have the online confirmation from them. But now after 'approved return' of items they are not refunding the amount which I have paid through my credit card.
                  They are making a story of discripencies which they are not able to explain.

                    I purchased 3 WD external Hard Drive on 8 May 2017 and made the payment through credit card. My order was cancelled on 10 May 2017. Reason for cancellation was stated as unavailability with seller but when i checked the product was available. I bought the product on discounted price and now the price has gone up again so it doesn't make sense taking a refund and trying to order again

                          I am ravin singh belongs from faridabad haryana, i want lodge complaint against snapdeal. The case was i have purchas drill machine combo on date[protected]. But delivered product was incomplete i give complaint in snapdeal customer care to check my metter, then customer care was saying if your product is not complete you can get refund your amount back. So i retune my product snapdeal. But issue is the payment of my product amount is not refund to me now.
                          I have called customer care many time about my money. All the time they was saying your account detail is not right. After that i have give them my other bank account detail. But they was give me same reason your back detail is not correct. But i know very well my account detail is correct.

                          And my refund amount is 1079 rs

                            I have bought Aquagrand R.O from reputed online merchant snapdeal on 19th april but thats not giving in good quality of water its taste salty. I requested for replacement but after passing 20 days no pick up done. I have purchased r.o for facing problem
                            Of hard water, but you have not replaced with good condition so i am facing problem. I have communicated your executives a no of times and as per executives and supervisors i am trying to replace as soon as
                            Possible and every time giving 2 to 3 days. 20 days passed and no pick up done and replacement due.

                            Due to such reason i am suffering. I have plan to go outside but due this reason i am facing problem.
                            I call every day to helpline and executives and floor manager replied every time that he or she taking the ownership to solve the problem. But after three days when i contacted he changed the date of pickup.

                            So i request you to arrange replacement immediately or refund the amount so i can purchase from others and utilized. Then after you will pick up as per your wish.

Jivi n 300 4 gb and below champagne gold with snapdeal.in technical specifications of phone, there was mentioned that internal memory of phone is 4gb and below but the phone i have received, in that no internal space is available.                                 After that they have taken action and provided me return of product (Order id=[protected]) on 16 may 2016 and they have told me that within 4-6 days you will get return. but there are more than 6 days had been. and i still not got refund on may bank account please help me

                                  Blue Dart should either shut their courier services in the Srinagar City or they must change the Management working in LALCHOWK SERVICE CENTRE.
                                  My consignment was not delivered on time despite several call reminders to their office. The management is so rude that hardly any one bothers to even reply back. They either put the call on hold or just disconnect it right away.
                                  Despite all this experiance, i choose to have a patience & waited for their self concious to realise of what thay are doing.
                                  lastly i was surprised, when i got the sms saying, " Delivery attempt failed due to the in correct address". My Consignment is having 100% correct address along with the working contact number [protected]. I decided to check the online status, it shows the same status, "Consignee'S Address Incorrect". I use to do online shopping most of the time. I never faced such a problem. I always get my consignments on time at the very same address.
                                  The reality is that, they don't want to deliver the consignment coz either they had tempered with it or they have just lost it. If that was the case then they should have tell me frankly about the actual problem. Now they are misleding the Blue Dart Express by updating the status by "Consignee'S Address Incorrect". I still believe that Blue Dart Courier service is a professional company. At the same time i am disappointed with the way i had a an over all pretty bad experiance with Blue Dart Express.
                                  Now i don't expect that this consignment will be delivered at all, coz now aftering writing this complaint. They (LALCHOWK SERVICE CENTRE) will do all they can in order to hide the reality.
                                  Hope Blue Dart Will Take A Serious Note So That Other People Won't Face The Same Problem Again.

                                    Dear sir,

                                    I have bought inverter from reputed online merchant snapdeal but i received damaged material. I requested for replacement but after passing 20 days no pick up done. I have purchased inverter for facing problem
                                    Of power, but you have not replaced with good condition so i am facing problem. I have communicated your executives a no of times and as per executives and supervisors i am trying to replace as soon as
                                    Possible and every time giving 2 to 3 days. 20 days passed and no pick up done and replacement due.

                                    Due to such reason i am suffering. I have plan to go outside but due this reason i am facing problem.
                                    I call every day to helpline and executives and floor manager replied every time that he or she taking the ownership to solve the problem. But afrer three days when i contacted he changed the date of pickup.

                                    So i request you to arrange replacement immediately or refund the amount so i can purchase from others and utilised. Then after you will pick up as per your wish.

                                    This is very humble condition for your company. I have mail to you but no reply received from you to till date. I want to know what is the problem facing by your company in my case so i can assist you.

                                    If this mail remain answered it will be supposed that you will intentionally not taking action for pick up and replacement.

                                    I am hopeful that your company will take urgent action to resolve the issue and i can utilized the inverter as soon as possible.

                                    Whatever your decision or line of action you will intimate to me.

                                        i have ordered a queen size bed from your online portal on 21 April 2017 and have paid i full online via online payment & the delivery date was 8 May 2017 Order id: [protected].

                                        I have wrote several emails to each & every email id but still no response till date.

                                        I dont want to continue with you guys as there is no one to attend customers over emails or calls. Also their is no customer care no. mentioned any where except the IVR.

                                        Either write back over paliwal.[protected]@gmail.com or please cancel my order as i am no longer intrested.

                                        At the end guys please learn something from Amazon, Flipkart Myntra ets about how to value commitments & how to serve them.
