Snapdeal not picking up return of non working product and sending fake sms saying attempted pickup. But not even a single call I got from snapdeal or courier people.
I raised the return request on the same day I received the non-working product.

I've ordered a nokia phone through snapdeal by paying upfront online on 13th april 2017, i got a faulty mobile on 14th april, then instantly i called to their customer care no & asked for refund, i gor reply that we'll pick up the product next day, but the picked the product ofter 11 days on 25th april. But as discussed to your customer care team they said my account is suspended so neither refund nor replacement is possible.
This happens after i pay the order amount as cash on delivery and order has reverse picked up for the refund.

We are one of sellers of snap deal. They have a rule to wait for their pick up courier till 7.00 pm and raise dispute for non delivery before 12.00 mid night,

the courier can come at any time with out intimation and not come without intimation, but poor seller has to wait for courier and if he does not turn up raise a dispute on daily basis.

The great snap deal officers do not know how to improve on this and...

I have purchased a mobile from snapdeal and now it has stopped working due to technical error. during On/Off screen is not visible but sound could be heard. I visited the service centre of Phicomm in siliguri, Ganapati Cellulars but they denied that they dont have service centre for Phicomm at present. I need to repair or replacement for my phone. The product has been returned 11 days ago and still no refund has been initiated by the team. Everytime I call they say to wait for 24 - 48 hours and this process goes on. This is a process you are following the satisfy the customers.
I want my refund as soon as possible....
