        Sir/ madam,
        As per my complaint, snapdeal services were quick to attend to my query and I am happy for it.
        My complaint id for return policy is Ticket Id: 41800806
        But as per the return policy I am displeased very much with snapdeal. I have to sent my defect product through courier with my own money, well with that returned amount, I will spent more than that I have bought for the t shirt. So technically I would be wasting all my money unecessarily.
        I would be much obliged if the services is provided for me, as it was delivered to me, for the return product. I got the message that my area could not be pick up for return shipment. But my product was delivered to me so why is it not possible.????
        Please help me with my issue at earliest.

          When i received the replacement product some parts were missing so i raised a return request, which was duly approved but i was told to self return the product. I returned the product and that is visible on there website, but i have not received my refund. When i contacted them they are telling there are some issue with my account and when i asked what is the issue, they are not telling. I have mailed many times and also send tweets but still no refund.

          I had paid rs. 4469 and rs. 620 for returning the product.

          Few months ago, i had returned 3 products becasue i was charged higher then mrp, may be this is the reason they are now not refunding my money.

                I have ordered a dish tv set top box on 28 may from snapdeal.com from the ordering day they delayed the delivery and on 7the may they delivered the set top box but completion of all installation process they told me to gave them 975 Rs instead I have paid 999rs on already on online payment. When I refused to pay and told them that I have already paid 999 Rs amount on online they refused to give me the connection and go away and when I called snap deal customer care to told me to resolved my issue within 24 hours but on one called me till now. When now I going to call snap deal customer care got an engaged tone. So I am in a big difficulty please held me.

                  I had ordered a AND Polyester top worth 850/- on 30 March, 2017.

                  I returned the product and the return was approved after verifications. It is showing as the estimated refund date is 12 April.

                  However, after continuous follow up through mails and calls, they were not responding the reason.

                  Two days back, I got an email that the refund cannot be completed due to descrepency in your account.

                  After continuous calls to know the reasons, they are not telling me the details.

                    Snapdeal not picking up return of non working product and sending fake sms saying attempted pickup. But not even a single call I got from snapdeal or courier people.
                    I raised the return request on the same day I received the non-working product.
                    They are not doing anything as per policy. 7 day easy return policy and all are fake.
                    It's been 12 days and I am still waiting for pickup !
                    I have lost hope in snapdeal. not planning to make any more order in this site.

                        I have purchased storite usb cable from snapdeal order no [protected]. It was delivered on 29 april2017. But i found that the product was faulty and not charging my phone. So i lodged return complaint on 29 april2017 only. Having return ticket no.41604043. Snapdeal didnot respoded to it so i made a call to customer care on 4 may 2017. Customer care told me that i product will be picked up on 5 may2017. But not picked up. Then on 7 may i got sms that my return request is closed. Without any communication and contact snapdeal have closed my request. Now i want my money back and get product returned. Snapdeal service is very useless.

                            I have returned the product with suborder id [protected]. It has been over a week now, still I didn't get my money back. Ur help line no. didn't give me any option to talk with a customer care person on this. It's really a bad experience with Snapdeal purchase. FYI, I have returned a product in Flipkart and they gave my money back within 3 hours. Request you to keep up the good service at your end always. And please take necessary action on this. Otherwise this will be my last buy from Snapdeal, I will share this bad story with my colleagues and friends to refrain buying from Snapdeal.

                            It has been more than one week now I have returned the product, but still I didn't receive my money back into my bank account. It's a really bad experience shipping with Snapdeal. FYI, I have returned a product in Flipkart and credited my refund money back within 3 hours. You guys should learn from them about customer satisfaction. Even I have called ur help desk bt there is no option given to talk with a customer care person on this. Which is really s**ks.

                              I made a purchase on 23- april 2017 because of some quality and size issue returned the product on 24-april 2017,
                              Snapdeal recieved the product on 29-april 2017

                              From that date they are not providing refund
                              After making continuous calls to snapdeal

                              Snapdeal says "we reviewed your account and found some transactions that do not pass our internal checks. We're sorry that we will be unable to complete your request and your account will be suspended."

                              This is how snapdeal works,
                              If they found some thing wrong in my account they had to provide refund or they don't need to provide their services

                              Outline:
                              So, please guys please do not shop at snapdeal at any cost

                              They are not providing any refund and this is how they make money (Rs. 4, 848)

                                I have ordered a mobile xolo era 2x to snapdeal on 25 april 2017 and my courier was delivered to me on 27 april 2017. But when i opened the parcel then i totally shocked and parcel contains a mobile box in which old used mobile phone was packed nokia brand. Then i immediately call to delivery boy then he denied to take it back and said complaint to snapdeal number [protected].
                                Then i call to this number and said all details. They logged my complain and assured me that refund or replacement will given to you and they will take 1 week for this procedure.
                                Then on next day i again call for the same and they said they forward the complain on urgent basis.
                                I also complaint them on email with pictures.
                                But 3 days gone no response from snapdeal.
                                Then i again call on 29 april for the same and they again said they forward the complain to senior on urgent basis. Nd said u dont need to call now and refund will granted in a week.
                                Then on 1 may 2017 they update on website that the courier pickup is scheduled and will pick up before 3 may.
                                On next day the courier was picked.
                                Now 2 days gone no response and i call again and they said they dont got courier and once courier will received they will done refund in 2 days.
                                Now today i check on website and they put that your request is declined.
                                Then i call to customer care again and they said your request is declined and they donot do anything.
                                Now i put complain on this website so that i will got my money back or mobile.
                                Please help me in this matter.

                                I also going to consumer court for all this.

                                  I am trusting snapdeal company only but i registered a refund complaint of my watch and it is pick up on 12th of April and courier boy give me a pick up receipt so I talk to the customer service advisor because my status show pickup schedule but it is picked up they told me tomorrow is your status will be updated and when I talk to advisor next day he told me tomorrow is your status will be updated and after next day he told me that your id will closed and no return and replace will done and when i ask to give my item back they said it also we will not able to do please refund my money to my freecharge account ph no. [protected] my product is passed in quality check also but till now they are not refunding my money

                                    I have replace the order, but i am not getting replace order or refund also.
                                    I am not getting proper response on customer care and help desk
                                    When complained to snapdeal customer care, the support executive gave me a fake helpline number. When searched over internet i came to know that soundmagic has no warranty or service center in india. I am an online window shopper & was a frequent buyer on snapdeal until now i doubt whether to visit snapdeal website any further or not. Snapdeal, please change my product or am going to the consumer court. I hate cheaters.

                                      Hi,

                                      I've ordered a nokia phone through snapdeal by paying upfront online on 13th april 2017, i got a faulty mobile on 14th april, then instantly i called to their customer care no & asked for refund, i gor reply that we'll pick up the product next day, but the picked the product ofter 11 days on 25th april. After 2 days i got a call that we are returning your product & you'll get it by 30th april.
                                      But till now i didnt get my product & whenever i called to their cs they always saying we are forwarding your concern to concern dept.

                                        I ordered product from snapdeal and paid money online. On 12/4 i receive product but due to size i replaced the product. Product has received there and aproved for replacement. But then my snapdeal ac has blocked. I dont have any information regarding this. When i called in snapdeal then they are saying that my money is not refundable. Your ac has blocked by authority.in this condition i am not geting my money or not product.
