I have purchased a mobile from snapdeal and now it has stopped working due to technical error. during On/Off screen is not visible but sound could be heard. I visited the service centre of Phicomm in siliguri, Ganapati Cellulars but they denied that they dont have service centre for Phicomm at present. I need to repair or replacement for my phone. No one is helping.

    I have placed an order with order id [protected] on 13th april 2017. And then i replace and refund the order. But no one has picked up the order and i am getting message daily that they will picked up in 2 days. Its being too late and i am not expecting this type of service from snapdeal. Please update when can you picked up my order... Else i have to go to higher authority and get it resolved there. And this will also force me to not get anything from snapdeal.

      The product has been returned 11 days ago and still no refund has been initiated by the team. Everytime I call they say to wait for 24 - 48 hours and this process goes on. This is a process you are following the satisfy the customers.
      I want my refund as soon as possible.

        I placed order on Snapdeal.com dated 20/04/2017. Order id: [protected] by my Axis bank debit card for amount 17799 rupees.

        On same date 20/04/2017 order was cancelled by snapdeal.com due to exceed purchase limit and refund was initiated on same day on 20/04/2017 at 17:35 hrs as per Snapdeal. But till now no refund in my card/bank. 14 days passed now but no refund is credited to my bank. Snapdeal shared refund reference id through email but i found that this reference id was of 23 dec 2015 instead of 20/04/2017. I also contacted my Axis bank branch but bank found no records for such reference id.

        I tried to call and email [protected]@snapdeal.com lots of times but there is not any resolution given by them till now. I need my hard earned money back.
        I can't believe that today is the age of digital transactions and Ecommerce website like snapdeal.com is making fraud to the customers like this.

        I got very disappionted Where is my refund.

        I have attached my till date Axis bank account statement. Just tell me where is my refund.

        First you send me this Email:

        Your refund of Rs.17, 799  has been processed As mentioned in our previous email, we have already issued a refund for your Acer ASPIRE ES1-521 Notebook AMD APU A8 4 GB 39.62cm(15.6) Linux Black to your card/bank account on 20/4/2017. We had also shared the Refund Reference Number 75503727111012914839264 as a confirmation of this transaction.

        In case the amount is not reflecting in your card/bank account, please call your bank’s customer care number immediately and share the above reference number.

        Now You send me another refund transaction id on 4th May 2017.See below.

        Snapdeal" i am Requesting you (Snapdeal) to cordinate/communicate with the bank to which you have done refund and ask the bank why the payment has not been credited to the customer.

        It is your responsibility to credit my refund in my account and you have to refund me my money, if you have done then it is your duty to check where is it and why it has not been credited to customer's bank account.

        I have attached my Axis bank updated bank statement.You can see there is not any refund from you end till date.

        Just send me my refund.

          I placed the order on 12th april 2017. Rwceived an opened package without warranty, manual and original parts in it. When i called up snapdeal they gave me a small refund amount that is yet to be credited to my account. The box was also missing the original aux cable. When i purchased the aux cable and tried using the product, i came to know it was defective on the left speaker. I immediately called snapdeal on 25th of april 2017 and they initiated a return request. Till date the return request has been automatically cancelled 4 times and the every time i have called snapdeal to reinitiate it. I have spoken to snapdeal custoner care at least 10 times in the last 5 days and am clearly vexed with them and their logistics that go under the name vulcanxpress. These people are putting up fake messages saying i didnt pick up the call and no one was at the door - I have had my phone with me 24x7 and i have been sitting in my home for the last 5 days without going anywhere. This calls for some attention or else i might have to speak to the consumer court about this.

            I have initiated a request of return for against order id [protected]. Estimated date of pickup was showing 5th may 2017. No one has come or called that he/she has come for pick up the product. Suddenly in the evening got the message that pickup was failed. It was asked to confirm return request and reschedule pick up date and time within 48 hours.

            But the option for the same is not showing any where. Even i have checked for the same in faqs as well but no answer is available there also.
            Plz look into this and resolve.

              I ordered two no of crompton greaves brisk air 200 mm plastic ventillation fan, with order no [protected]. I received the order on 4th april. As per there policy of 14 days return, i tried to make return as it was not fitting in my wall on 17th april. One i was able to make return, but another i was not able to return. I tried to contact them with reference number 41336231. I called them no of times on there customer care all told they will look for the issue but there was no further steps taken. Again i mailed them with earlier mail, reference number 41531949. Again i called there customer care, that person told i am escalating your issue with reference no 41335360. He told we will take action, our senior staff will call you. These lines already there another executive told whenever i called them. Almost 20-25days i am behind them to make a pickup of there order. But they are not doing anything. I want to return there product and my money refund as soon as possible.

                      I have ordered one kurti and return that. Delivery executive come and take the item back and snapdeal is not providing refund for the product. Upon calling many times snapdeal executive now says they found discrepancy and neither the item will be returned back to me nor i will get the refund. They will not ready to share what discrepancy they found and neither they are ready to provide refund of my item.

                            Ordered chairs from snapdeal some 20 days back. Supposed to be delivered by 27th april, 2017. It has not yet been delivered and i keep get mails daily to re-schedule delivery. I have contacted customer care of snapdeal and its logistics partner gati. Both are only able to provide re-assurances on all the calls placed. The order is non-refundable and no cod. So i'm stuck with 9000 rupees gone and no product.
                            Each time i call either of the two, they throw a lie in my face saying no one was available for delivery. There are always people in my family to accept delivery and we are unable to leave house, not to miss the delivery.

                            This is the worst experience with snapdeal. This company is only big ads, sweet talk and not service...

                                I purchased a cloth stand (delivery 11/14/2016) from Snapdeal.com which was broken. So, I returned it within few days of receiving it (return 11/21/2016). I did not get any refund within next 1-2 months. So, on inquiring I was told that they (Snapdeal) did not receive the item. However, as per the courier company the item has been delivered and they gave me a proof of delivery which I emailed to Snapdeal along with return courier receipt. It has been 5 months since I returned the item and multiple phone calls but still no reimbursement.

                                  I had placed order for curtains during last diwali sale vide order id [protected] for 10 curtains. However, the item supplied was different and i returned them for replacement. My problem is
                                  (A) i have till now received only 7 replacement sets against 10 ordered.
                                  (B) my courier charges have also not been credited to my account. The scanned copies of coutier recipts were sent to sanapdeal.
                                  I had called up snapdeal customer care and registered complaints many times. The last reference number given to me was case id 34202427 dated 21 jan 17.

                                  Today, quoting this number when i tried to contact snap deal,
                                  I was told that unable to accept the item. It is very clear that my email has not even been read clearly by the customer care.
                                  Kindly do the following:-

                                  (A) issue me refund for the balance 3 curtains
                                  (B) credit the courier charges incurred by me in returning the curtains to snapdeal in full. As of now, only a portion of the amount has been credited.

                                    I have return the product to snapdeal but still not got refund for that product. The last date for refund is 21st april but still no refund has been issued.
                                    I also have an acknowledgment receipt for the pickup.

                                    Moreover, i contacted to [protected].
                                    I got information that the snapdeal has closed my account for some reasons.

                                    I said that ok i do not have anyproblem by account closure but at least snapdeal should issue refund for the product that i have been returned.

                                    I got both the things product as well as money.

                                    I am hopeful that you will issue my refund .

                                        Order id: [protected], can someone help me from these snapdeal online fraudulent. I have place this order with 3 product on apr 10 and products delivered on apr 12. Due to size issues i raised a return request on apr 13 and snapdeal courier partner picked 3 products on apr 14th but i still didn't get my refund for these proudcts. It has been 17 days since i returned the products and products quality checks are also processed and successful. Now these fraudulent are telling we are doing account quality check as there were some transactions related to my name or area of my locality have some issues. This is my first order with these fraudulent and waiting for refund from 3 weeks though the quality check of products successful. Friends please be aware of these guys, they will take money from us, products and no support and telling some reasons for refund initiation.
