The product I received was a used one. When I contacted the company they picked up the product from me but are not refunding my money. I have made numerous calls to them but they don't take any action on the complaint. the product is an Bvlgari Blu perfume. I have a receipt from the courier company that picked up the product but Snapdeal is not acknowledging my return and not refunding my money.

    Hello snapdeal team..
    I purchased this mobile of videocon krypton 3 v50jg in rs 5999 from your site on 24th of jan 2017. It was delivered but with manufacturing fault. I contacted and complained to your technical team and they adviced me to go to the service center of videocon. I visited there and they sent mobile phone to their factory workshop and after a month they gave me doa certificate with special customer replacement certificate and told me to return it back to the snapdeal. I sent a mail attaching the pics of packed pcs of handset to snapdeal customers care. From then they are giving me a date to pick up but its not picked up yet.
    I always updated the detais, provided my bank details and made calls to customer executive but as usual i was said that they will solve the issue in 24 hours and pick up will done in next 2-3 days but they rescheduled the date and postponing the pick up date.
    I am a regular customer of snapdeal but this time my money is stuck from 4 months and i am totally unsatisfied and highly disappointed.
    I am totally harrased by the snapdeal company.
    I request you to please solve this matter asap.

    Yesterday i got a call from snapdeal team and they assure me that their courier service vulcan express will pick up the product from my address and confirmed to solve my problem. Estimated pick up date was showing 1st may on my snapdeal app in my cell after the conversation with senior executive of snapdeal but today it's showing 2nd may. As expected again they rescheduled the pick up date. I cant trust on snapdeal and their courier service vulcan express any more.
    By providing such a pathetic service snapdeal is now cheating its customers.
    Cant believe such a big and known company snapdeal is doing this.

    On 28th of April seniors team head vikas called me up and verified my compalaint by himself and assure me that my problem will be solved within 2 days but again the same thing happened. No one came to pick up the product and pic up date is rescheduled.
    I am not understanding why the hell they are doing this. Even they dont provide us the contact details of courier service which is updating that the return was unsuccessful so they are rescheduling the pick up date.
    Its a shame to snapdeal team that there is no cooperation between their departments. They are just fooling us.
    Sir, its a one more time a humble request to solve my issue and do refund asap.

    Today a man from vulcan courier service came and picked up the phone from my address. He only took a signature of mine on a paper but refused to give me pick up receipt. After a short argument and when i made a call to help Center of snapdeal, he gave me the receipt. Within the 2 hours snapdeal refunded the amt in my account.
    It was my 1st time a bad journey with snapdeal but with a happy ending.

      Hi Snapdeal Team,

      My Suborder Id: [protected] and the delivery and courier tracking no is P[protected].

      The order was scheduled to be delivered at my place on 26 Apr, I received a message from snapdeal that the delivery of my order was attempted but could not be completed due to certain reasons.

      Therefore, it was rescheduled for 27th which is today. The same message I have received even today that order could not be delivered.

      Can you please let me know what's the issue with delivery. i have not received any call whatsoever both on primary as well as secondary contact numbers. Neither you are messaging me the delivery person's contact number.

      This is really embarassing situation for me, given that there is no other way to contact you guys. Your call centre service is simply pathetic and one cannot simply reach a person on the other end. I tried to track the order via the courier website also, but no luck.

      Can you please let me know the issue with delivery by contacting the courier person. This is simply not done that your company is dropping a message every morning without the delivery being actually attempted and without giving us any call.

        I have filed complaint against snapdeal on 21 april 17. After filing the complaint for a refund issue i received a call from snapdeal rep. Rahul tripathi by snapdeal registered customer care no[protected]. And he asked me to sharing card details to refund initiate. And during refund process 5 calls received from snapdeal registered customer care no.[protected]. And after disconnecting the call i received 2 msg. O[censored]nauthorised withdrawn 10000 each (Tatal20000). I called to snapdeal but they denied also then i lodged a fir against snapdeal cust. Care no.[protected]. No response or refund of my account with 20000 is credited till date. Pl. Do necessary action immediate.

            I have bought a open box intex cloud jewel mobile in snapdeal.. Order id: [protected].. The mobile which i recieved was damaged and sim slot is not working.. Lot of scratches in battery... Screen gaurd missing inside the box.. Immedietely contacted the customer service on the same when i recieved the mobille and service person visited next day and he also said the mobile damaged but he reported the remarks as resolved.. He was reported the false information.. Even you can check the job sheet, it was clearly mentioned.. Customer service are asking me to visit service center.. For battery and mobile scratches, accessories missing case what service center will do for that.. I wont visit any service center.. Still the pickup was not initiated.. Worst customer service ever i seen.. I need the mobile to be picked up and i need full amount as refund.. I want to esclate this to snapdeal ceo..

                I purchased lenovo z2 plus on 23rd april 2017, and i faced serious issue with the mobile camera. And i raised a return request on 24th april 2017, but snapdeal customer care has rejected the return request without any proper intimation. Then i called the snapdeal customer care to report the issue, but they are not accepting the return request and not responding properly..
                Also it has a easy return policy of 14 days.. This is really cheating... I want these products to be returned and my money should be given.

                  Buying product from snapdeal is worst experience. They supplied me fake product sennheiser cx 213.

                    I purchased the Dell Inspiron laptop with 2 year onsite warranty. The product delivered on time and when I check this product on dell website it is shows the warranty expires in 6 months. I contacted the dell regarding the 2 year warranty and invoice details they told contact the seller. They I communicated the same to snap deal customer care on April 2nd 2017. Snap deal told the seller needs 14 days to update the warranty details. After 20 days nothing happened, I contacted snap deal back they are repeating the same thing contact dell/register ur product. Don't know who will solve this issue. Its very bad after spending too much money, you wont get what u paid for.

                        I ordered below laptop.

                        As soon as i opened it, i found there is no adapter. So i applied for return.
                        After 2-3days they replied saying they have raised a request. After 7-8 days nothing happened. No one came. Daily i called customer care and they kept telling someone will come. One day they told don't call us. We will come when time comes. Today (April 26, 2017) they called and after talking for more than 20min, they told the laptop has the adapter and i am telling lie. Then they didn't even stopped the call and kept it like that. I kept asking if anyone there and noone responded asif they can't hear. This is very bad.
                        Now when i opened snapdeal site, i am not getting return option now.

                            I ordered acer aspire es1-521 notebook amd apu a8 4 gb 39.62cm (15.6) linux black

                            When it arrived i found that the dvd drive is not working. I immediately called snapdeal on 22nd april 2017 and spoke to customer service who gave me 2 options either i can get the refund or replacement.

                            I chose replacement pc. Then he said he had recorded my complain and gave me the reference no: 41444559 so that our back end team will contact you in 24 to 48 hours.

                            Trust me i have never received any call from snapdeal and 3 days are gone now.

                            I have got a mail from snapdeal that i'll have to take the laptop to the nearest service center because it came with warranty.

                            I have already chosen the replacement option when the customer service asked me if i want refund or replacement.

                            Snapdeal has wasted hell lot of time. I am without the pc for 2 weeks now waiting for the pc to be received from snapdeal and that too not working.

                            Its a humble request to the consumer court to take forward my request and take strict action snapdeal. I guess i am not only the 1st customer who has faced such inconvenience. Thanks.

                                I made replacement pick up on 24th April, 2017 on receiving a defective item(id=[protected]) from SNAPDEAL. My replacement pick up date is supposed to be on or before 26th April, 2017(which I thought they would come on 26th April. But they came on 25th April instead and I missed to receive their call as I was out for my work and asked me to reschedule the pick up date. I don't see any option, however, to contact and reschedule pick up in SNAPDEAL website nor application. I would be happy if they could come again on the said date(26th April).

                                  I am doing shopping from you from many years. I may have purchased items over Rs. 1 Lakh. It was happy shopping with you considering few items were not upto the mark or size issue, or defects. I returned them, still I can say the total return would not be more than 20% of overall purchases.

                                  Last month I ordered few dresses of Rs.3383/- and none of them were as good as shown in the pics, even size was the issue. A return was requested. After collecting the items my account got suspended and it is said unable to refund the amount.

                                  Customer care says your account shows too-many returns. I remember few items were cancelled by yourself as unable to full-fill. Few items were Fake, I did inform you & even to Levis.

                                  In the portal it says it will be refunded on or before 19th April, today is 25th. Still not done. Can any e-shopping company digest your money? Is this not a cheating or looting from customers.

                                    in connection my previews mail dated 18/04/2017 regarding the above subject i regret to inform you that from 06/04/2017 to till date we have not get my refund money, And while i call regarding above matter through toll free number of snapdeal, the representative of your office failed to satisfied answers. The representative namely dipak & others and lastly Arjun Sharma, (SUPERVISOR ) asked on today but they did not resolve the current status and all are taking 24 Hours everyday form 10/04/2017.
                                    It may assume that all are doing intentionally to hackle me and my wast my valuable time.causing thereby the good will of your company is loosing and bring a bad message to valuable customer.
                                    Please look into the matter and solve my complain with reply to me by return mail positively.

                                    I ordered a jbl clip bluetooth speaker red with order id: [protected] date 06/03/2017. The jbl clip bluetooth speaker red returned due fake item received.
                                    Now after almost a month snapdeal.com is not returning my rs. 2, 540/-.
                                    On inquiring they are saying that they have processed my refund but still day they are not refund my money.
                                    And while i call regarding above matter through toll free number of snapdeal, the representative of your office failed to satisfied answers. The representative namely dipak & others and lastly arjun sharma, (Supervisor) asked on today but they did not resolve the current status and all are taking 24 hours everyday form 10/04/2017..
                                    No site has authority of holding anybody`s refund.

                                      I placed an order for a photron lens cleaner on 7th April by paying Rs 899 on Snapdeal website. The product was delivered, but with the seal broken. I asked for a replacement from Snapdeal. The replacement was sent, but again on opening the outer packaging i found the product seal broken. I therefore requested for a refund as Snapdeal did not replace the second time.
                                      The amount refunded to me was not 100%.Snapdeal deducted Rs 351 from the refund without any information on the reason . I followed up by two calls to the helpline number. I followed up with multiple mails. But till date no news on full refund.
                                      Snapdeal is misselling and cheating online consumers.

                                        I am trusting snapdeal company only but i registered a refund complaint of my watch and it is pick up on 12th of April and courier boy give me a pick up receipt so I talk to the customer service advisor because my status show pickup schedule but it is picked up they told me tomorrow is your status will be updated and when I talk to advisor next day he told me tomorrow is your status will be updated and after next day he told me that your id will closed and no return and replace will done and when i ask to give my item back they said it also we will not able to do please refund my money to my freecharge account ph no.
