Hi Snapdeal Team,
My Suborder Id: [protected] and the delivery and courier tracking no is P[protected].
The order was scheduled to be delivered at my place on 26 Apr, I received a message from snapdeal that the delivery of my order was attempted but could not be completed due to certain reasons.
Therefore, it was rescheduled for 27th which is today. The same message I have received even today that order could not be delivered.
Can you please let me know what's the issue with delivery. i have not received any call whatsoever both on primary as well as secondary contact numbers. Neither you are messaging me the delivery person's contact number.
This is really embarassing situation for me, given that there is no other way to contact you guys. Your call centre service is simply pathetic and one cannot simply reach a person on the other end. I tried to track the order via the courier website also, but no luck.
Can you please let me know the issue with delivery by contacting the courier person. This is simply not done that your company is dropping a message every morning without the delivery being actually attempted and without giving us any call.
