Snapdeal service is more than worst service i have ever experienced!!

I have ordered blue skirt from snap deal orde
I have raised a return because i do t like
Dis product what actually i have ordered. So receive a mail on 20 march to 20 aprilthat within 3 working days they will arrange a pickup. But today it's23rd april now and no one has shown for it. This is a waste service what snapdeal is offering.

      I ordered a pair of lee cooper blue training shoes with order no. Order id: [protected]. The shoes were returned due to size problem.
      Now after almost a month snapdeal.com is not returning my rs. 1899/-.
      On inquiring they are saying that they have stopped my refund and are not giving me any valid reason.
      Despite of calling them many times, i have not received any satisfactory answer.
      No site has authority of holding anybody`s refund.

      I have purchased a senheiser cx 180 earphone from Snapdeal after the usage of about 7 month its one side stopped working, it is in warranty period so i sent it to senheiser service centre but they didn't get it repair according to them it is fake product. But to my horror as I applied the mask to my hair they got badly stuck. It was a fake product which they are not taking back now. They say they need wrapping and all other excuse. Pathetic vendor

                        This is regarding order id: [protected] and reference id: 41196076 for the Voltas window AC. The AC was delivered on 6 April 2017. However the installation person called us only on 12 April (though the company said it will be done within 3 business days). The AC installation cost as mentioned in the Snapdeal's email and order page is less than 1000rs. However, the installation peerson from Voltas asked 15, 000 Rs for installation which is almost the same cost of the AC. This is completely contradictory to what has been mentioned on their website and we cannot afford the same. We therefore requested them to return the product and refund our money. However, they denied our request saying the product has been delivered in good condition. When the AC has not been opened and tested, how do we know what is inside. To ask Rs 15, 000 for installation is unheard of and completely unacceptable. We therefore request that either they install urgently the AC and not charge us more than Rs 1, 000 else they should take the product back and refund our money. Thank you

                                    My order was with snapdeal
                                    Id no.[protected] dated 2.4.17 in which 4 items were of each rs.599/-130/-130/-175/-. =1034/-. Due to discount issue i had cancelled within few minutes and furnished a revised order.
                                    I received a msg of cancelled my order same time. I waited for 8 days and in between i called on their paid customer service no.7-8 times. I had to charged approx.180/- for std call chgs. To snapdeal cust. Care as they have no any toll free nos. On 10th april 17 i received 904/- as refund from snapdeal in my account amounting 599/-130/- 175/-=904/- thus one refund of 130/- not received till date. Sd told that they have credited 130/- but bank authorities replied that 130/-was not received by them. I submitted bank statement to sd but all in vein, no response/satisfactory reply they gave me till now.
                                    Feeling mentally harassment i hereby requested to sd through yr. Site that they must have to pay to me for my mental/financial/valuable time/ loss cost is as under:-
                                    Refund. 130/-
                                    Call chgs. 180/- } 5310/-
                                    Mental loss. 5000/-
                                    So please. Credit my account for rs.5310/- as a compensation within a
                                    Week. Otherwise i am liberal to file a complaint against you in district consumer court.

                                        Dear all my name is sahdev my mob no is [protected] i have purchased a woodland sandle worth rs. 3295 rs. Delevery boy gave me my courior on 20 march 2017. When i opened it i shocked because i found old and used chappal. I told to snapdeal customer care. They said to me your product will be pick up and your money will be refunded to you with in 48 hours. But no one picked up my product up to today. I tried a lot to callup to snapdeal. They response me negative. No money refunded to me and no product gave my by snapdeal.
                                        My personnel advice to everyone those who want to purchage online. Everyone shouldn't purchase from snapdeal. They gave us different product and no money refund.
