I have placed an order for Timex Intelligent Quartz T2N721 Men's watch on 08 Apr 2017 with order id:[protected], and received the product and used unpacked condition without the warranty card on 12 Apr 2017. As soon summoned my query to one of the Snapdeal Representatives and she booked a complained as well
On 14 Apr 2017, I got an email from snap deal saying that "Your return request for Timex Intelligent Quartz T2N721 Men's watch cannot be completed", I replied to them what does it mean? but no response
I contacted them numerous times in the day through phone, Every time they were making the different-different statement like e.g. "Past time I have cancelled my order", "Snap deal sent a correct product we are not responsible if get the wrong product", "Your account got suspended" and so on.
On 18 Apr 2017, when I talked to the senior floor manager, The way he talked to me, I can understand he is not going to understand my problem, He was explaining about the return policy.
According to Snap deal return policy, There are clear mentioned if you are Dissatisfied with the item you can refund/return the product.
This incident has broken all shackles of faith and trust.
I request you honestly to look into my matter with utmost urgency, stop the fraudulent cartel inside your system and refund my amount without further delay.
