Very disappointing and cheating service first ever received from any online shopping site.I have ordered for a wireless and FM radio blue tooth head phones but they have sent me a wired head phone set with no other options.
Felt like cheated and definitely raise a complaint against them in consumer forum and mark the complaint their Facebook and other social pages as well.
Avoid shopping from Snap deal.

I always do shopping from this website and ask some of my friends to send the products to here in Australia.But, this time i bought this jabra wireless, built in Bluetooth and FM set for one of my English friends here in Australia.When he opened this up in front of me and found it a different one .Its just a simple head phones set with no Bluetooth or wifi or FM options.
I felt very ashamed and felt sorry for my country's shopping system.
I was a big harassment to me as it spoiled my image in front of everyone.

When you guys will change this cheating culture at your end???
Why you always cheat with your on going customers.
I want this to be taken care immediately otherwise definitely will take a strict action against you.

    ITEM : Cello Blue Stainless Steel Water Bottle - 1500ml

    Snapdeal took away both the item and Cash Payment of Rs.1, 350/- with the promise that money WILL BE REFUNDED. Now I have neither the item nor the money. The website boldly displays, "REFUNDED". But till date, no refund of Rs.1, 350/-

    REASON FOR RETURN : In place of my ordered item - "BLUE Stainless Steel Water Bottle", SNAPDEAL supplied an entirely wrong model - SWIFT. This happened two times.

    WHY REFUND : I had to obey SNAPDEAL terms and accept refund i.e., mind you, refund was NOT my wish. It is SNAPDEAL who demanded that I should go for refund which I have meakly accepted.

      The v guard crystal plus voltage stabilizer was received in damaged condition. Since i was away from my place my cousin brother has received it on 23-03-17. After returning to home, i tried to fix it for new tv and opened the package on 18-04-17 to my surprise it was in damaged condition. Immediately i tried to return it through my orders, but the site is not accepting since already 14 days were completed after delivery. This is the first time i am experiencing this situation, with great confidence on snapdeal. Please help me in this regard. I solicit early reply.

        Hi,

        I had ordered chair for elderly patients from snapdeal and it was delivered to me on 13th April 2017.

        The chair was damaged and I had initiated the return request same day.

        However 6 days after that on 18th April 2017, the order tracking page shows that the pickup failed. I was sent a link to update the schedule which I could not do online since there is no provision for same. (Please find the email attached herewith).

        I contacted Snapdeal's customer care and asked them to update the schedule for pickup since I cannot do it. However they did not update the same and are not helping out.

        They blame the courier service that the courier service Nuvoex wrongly updated the comment that I do not want the pickup to be done.

        I did not make any such comment and I want the product to be returned.

        Please help me to escalate it to Snapdeal asap.

          I bought a ro from snapdeavel in oct;16 and it was installed in 4th nov;17 however after 5 months, its motor stopped working. I contacted vendor who sent the ro to me. Despite of onsite warrenty, i was asked to get the ro checked with my own expense. I did it and motor issue came up, i had paid 250 to their engineer. Now i asked vendor to replace it, he kept passing this issue and finally agreed to replace motor with condition that i need to send the faulty motor back to them with my own expense after they send new one, i agreed however they never followed their own commitment. I have mail chain as proof. Than i contacted snapdeal, they opened ticket on 2nd april which is still open and their is only one statement from snapdeal that conatct to vendor. I provided mail chain that vendor is not responding, still they have same statement. This vendor is still selling product on snapdeal.

                    I have placed an order for Timex Intelligent Quartz T2N721 Men's watch on 08 Apr 2017 with order id:[protected], and received the product and used unpacked condition without the warranty card on 12 Apr 2017. As soon summoned my query to one of the Snapdeal Representatives and she booked a complained as well

                    On 14 Apr 2017, I got an email from snap deal saying that "Your return request for Timex Intelligent Quartz T2N721 Men's watch cannot be completed", I replied to them what does it mean? but no response

                    I contacted them numerous times in the day through phone, Every time they were making the different-different statement like e.g. "Past time I have cancelled my order", "Snap deal sent a correct product we are not responsible if get the wrong product", "Your account got suspended" and so on.

                    On 18 Apr 2017, when I talked to the senior floor manager, The way he talked to me, I can understand he is not going to understand my problem, He was explaining about the return policy.

                    According to Snap deal return policy, There are clear mentioned if you are Dissatisfied with the item you can refund/return the product.
                    This incident has broken all shackles of faith and trust.

                    I request you honestly to look into my matter with utmost urgency, stop the fraudulent cartel inside your system and refund my amount without further delay.

                                I have ordered Ray ban sunglasses (Order ID: [protected]). I never faced such situation where I have paid 6500 for sunglasses and Snapdeal sent me empty box. I have made puchases of 50000 from Snapdeal but it is the 1st time I faced such kind of issue. I have lodged my complaint and hope for resolution. I am really disappointed with this kind of treatment.

                                I have not received any response yet. Its been 24 hours and as I read previous complaints and found that people do not get proper response from snapdeal. I can not afford to loose my hard earned money, it is a serious concern and Snapdeal should take prompt action against such activities instead of making customers wait.Firstly you need to start open delivery to avoid these mischeifs. It was not my first order but it seems it was my last order with snapdeal. Instead of saying you are working on it, let me know what is the progress.

                                I again and again receive a call and have been told that It will be resolved within 24-48 hours but still waiting for resolution. It seems snapdeal is not willing to resolve my issue and making excuses and wasting time. They are just taking time more than promised.
                                It's been 7 days and I am getting only response is "Please accept our apologies for the inconvenience you have experienced. We are working on your query. We assure you that we will respond to you as soon as we have a resolution."
                                Can you please tell me how much time it takes to resolve. I have been promised maximum 7 days but I don't think snapdeal is seriously taking this, I have spent my money and I want it back. I have already waited so long so I am not in mood of waiting further. Respond ASAP.

                                  I had purchased a f&d t-200x bluetooth soundbar (Order id: [protected]) on 15 march 2017 from snapdeal. It had been delivered on 19 march 2017. When i checked it then fm had not working properly and i am not happy with this product, so i raised a request to return the product but there was no option for return only replacement option was available. Then i have to requested to replacement the product. Same product had been delivered again on 30/03/2017 but there same problem was there in this product. I think its a faulty product. Engineer checked the product again but he did not not give me the job sheet. When i contacted to the customer care for refund my amount then they said that send the job sheet via mail which was filled by engineer and they also said that please go to service center to complaining the product but the service center is too far from my home and i don't have too much time to resolve the issue by going to the service center in working days, i told my issue related to the service center to the snapdeal's customer care via phone and email but they replied every time that we are escalated the issue to back end team but there is no resolution provided to me yet. I am regularly follow up from the snapdeal customer care regarding my complaint but no one resolve the issue and every time they told me that we are escalated the issue and reply will be provided in 24 hours but reply is always same that you have to go to service center to resolve the issue. I am completely fed up from snapdeal so i am registering my complain here.

                                      On apr 7, 2017 i have placed an order for water purifier on apr 12 they delivered second hand water purifer to me. I have raised request for refund till now there is no response from them, each time customer executive say backend team has to look into the issue already 6 days over. I have thrown my hard earned money 14k into thrash because of sdeal.

                                      My issue is not yet resolved, snap deal has some bogus logistics company called vulcan express, which never called me and today I got sms saying they tried to reach me but after several attempts I was not available. Today snapdeal has closed ticket on its own. they cheated me of 14k rupees. guys beware dont buy from snapdeal as its days are ending.
