Dear team,
I bought this radio one month ago,
When i opened the box i found that price tag has removed from
Box and i also found that packaging of snapdeal was worst..
When i confirmed at market they told me that snapdeal overcost you and
And your product is not genuine.. Then i raised a complaint at snapdeal
For return, they told me that we'll pick in 2 days but i hasn't received any response even after 25 (Approx) days of complaint..
One day i tried to check the product and then i found the product
Is not switching on..
I again raised a complaint for it and they told me that we can't return used product.. The customer care agent talked with me in a extremely bad
Way i request you to kindly help me..
