I was trying to purchase a product from Snapdeal Online i made payment amount was debited from my account order id was generated as : Order ID: [protected] Placed on: Fri, 24 Feb, 2017 Rs.:648.00 but the order was not confirmed at the snapdeal end when i discussed with the customer care they were asking me to pay once again.i was keeping on following the give some reference no. like BRN Number where the bank does not support that kind of reference an were asking for the statement from the bank of snapdeal.I have provided the statement from by bank regarding the debit of Rs.:648.00 just they were asking me whether the amount has been revereted and reflected to my bank account .

This follow up has been done from 24.02.2017 onwards and also i have sent mail to [protected]@snapdeal.com so many time .please dont repeat the statement as a copied and pasting work inthe mail .
u have not yet given me the proper response for the amount debit Rs.648.00 from my account.

      I ordered adidas adi primo 1.0 gray sports shoes with 2 other shoes on 1 april 2017. I received the product with another adidas shoes i ordered in a single packing. I didn't like both the shoes as size and fitting issue. I returned all the 3 shoes which i ordered on 4 march. The courier man picked up the shoes from j v express on the same day. Bt he didn't give the delivery slip as he was ordered on his mobile for pickup. He give a slip noting that 2 parcels (One for reebok shoes and another for both adidas shoes) he has collected. After that there was message showing in my mobile that the pickup failed. Now 2 pair shoes they received bt they are saying that they haven't received the adidas primo shoes. And also they are not receiving my money. I call many times to snapdeal bt they are not responding well. Please help me.

        I have already paid thro Internet banking.

        Status for this order shows " delivered "
        But I haven't received the product.
        You haven't given the delivery agent contact number too. What should one do?

        Earlier it was scheduled for 15th April but it delaid and was rescheduled for today 16th April. At 12:15 I got the mail and SMS stating " Your order has been delivered "

        I double checked with neighbors but none has any idea about it..

              It has been delivered today but the key is not working, it is showing that invalid. Called to customer care no [protected] and provide me to contact quick heal customer care no [protected]. They informed me that there is no resolution from them, then how I will solve my issue ? It was my first purchase from online but really I am cheated. Tried to contact for return but they are not taking the request though it is under return policy.                       This is with reference of Order ID: [protected] and refund request is being processed (Ticket Id:[protected]

                      Since 31st March i got refund process message. when i call you guys i got to hear on contact number+[protected] on option 2. my refund will be initiated within 2-4 days.

                      I called you 6 or 7th to know about my refund status one of your executive told me my refund process she will make it done soon and ask to wait and she is forwarding my refund request again to refund team.

                      On 9th Again i call one of your executive say sorry for inconvenience my refund will be initiated in 48 hours and he will take on his priority and had talk with senior about my matter.

                      On 11th Again i asked my friend to call as was unable to get option to connect executive. He told me for once executive says in start of conversation my refund will be given sorry for trouble later took phone on hold and told my refund will not be given. Because internal refund team find something suspicious.Later same night i call executive continuously told me same thing. So one of CEO escalating call me in morning and told me same saying sorry in loop and just we can't refund.

                      I went to Delhi okhla in search of your Headquarter i didn't find and get to know its been moved to Gurgoan so i reach their and one of representative told me they don't know exact reason for this they and further moved my query and will let me know in 24-48 hrs.

                      Between I just want to know if there was any such problem why didn't notify by email or call about this. Why i have to follow up and Run behind you guys for a laptop i got with faults.

                      As i didn't sent any email as when i try to email from helpcenter i got option refund has been intitated will get in few hours. This is my first mail Please let me know why your are dumping my 40k+ about with no reason. Whats my fault i got a laptop with problem twice.

                      the last guy i met in Snapdeal center Gurgaon for complaint he promised to give refund becuase either refund team first time misjudge people or tell me correct reason why it happens in 24-48 hrs but he didnt reply too

                      Between all those days i haven't informed by a single email or call except on 12th April 2017

                        The order was cancelled soon after the COD was collected by the agent.
                        there is preplanned scam in this regard.COD or cash on delivery is paid by an unsuspecting client thinking in good faith that the service provider will provide the correct item. Once the cash is paid and one discovers that the item received turns out to be some other item and not the one asked for.
                        Same issue as the above case. They are not picking up the call. Snapdeal replies contact the seller but seller does not respond. Order no HK018 placed on 4/4/17.

                        Hello snapdeal team, I have faced the same issue when we ordered the Amway nutrilite daily. The order was placed on 22nd July but got a notification on 25th July that the seller does not have the item and our order will be fulfilled by another seller. We got our order COD delivered on 27th July which was fine. We got another snapdeal parcel COD with same product description in my name on 31-Jul, however instead of Amway daily Nutrilite it had Calcium tablets from Tonga herbs. We took the order and paid cod order in good faith that may be the old seller shipped it but we're duped as it was from the regular courier boy and in snapdeal packing. The courier was from Delhivery courier company with waybill number as[protected]. As per courier company website the order got created on 24-Jul and the product was picked from 19-3-14, Postal Colony, Tirupati, 517501. We have written to snapdeal customer care with query reference number 43169505.
                        It is important for snapdeal to get this investigated and put control on their branded packaging material. We are expecting refund from snapdeal on this. Original order id# [protected].

                        Sir...i face same problem...i order from snapdeal amway nutrilite daily 120 tablets..i paid rupees1550rs on COD...i thought snapdeal is faithful...but later after opening realised that it was fron tonga Herbs Ktd Calcium plus tablets...so i think this is complete scam...my order id was [protected].                           i purchased a fnd 5.1 bluetooth speaker costing Rs.5133/ online and paid the amount by using netbanking on 13th march 2017, order id is [protected].Product delivered by snapdeal was not working (bottom three ports of woofer were not working due to which three sub speakers were not working.) then i returned the product for replacement. The product sent by them was again having the same problem as the first one. i returned it to snapdeal again and i was told by their customer support employee the money would be refunded to my bank a/c on 7th april 2017. but still i didn't received the money in my bank a/c, when i called customer care on 10th and then on 14th april 2017, they replied of my account being suspended and when called informed no refund would be given at all. it is illegal either they should give me the working product or refund my money. ye to tanashahi ho rahi hai.ek taraf prime minister ji digital payment ko badhava de rahe tusri taraf ye log loot rahe hai.
                          please do the needful and take an appropriate action against them so they do not cheat or do such type of activity in future.

                            I am trusting snapdeal company only but i registered a refund complain and it is pick up on 12th of April and courier boy give me a pick up receipt so I talk to the customer service advisor because my status show pickup schedule but it is picked up they told me tomorrow is your status will be updated and when I talk to advisor next day he told me tomorrow is your status will be updated and after next day he told me that your id will closed and no return and replace will done and when i ask to give my item back they said it also we will not able to do

                              Hi, This is Satyaban Behera. I ordered a Philips trimmer 3 months ago.but is was not working well from starting..due to some situation I could not returned it at that tym.please don't do that . Give best product to the customer like flipkart or Amazon.2 times I ordered from Snapdeal and defects found in all the time.Consulting service center is not the 1 St solution, in starting I think is not good. The new one should be checked properly and then gave to the customer..please Snapdeal don't do like that.

                                On April 5 2017, I ordered a Zebronics Chisel Cabinet for Rs:1149 with shipping charges Rs:100 and totally Rs:1249.It reached on April11. The product was totally damaged and returned it to them Via Professional Courier.Money has been refuned on April12.I am so happy but still not.They dont give my courier charges of Rs210.Worst Experience I have on Snapadeal.They are thinking that we are fools.Just give me my courier charge.

                                  I had purchased a product on snapdeal on 15th March 2017. However which snapdeal cancelled my product as usual on 21st March 2017. I called snapdeal in regards to my cancellation, to which after a debate they told me to place the order again and as the product was not available i didn't order the product.
                                  On 23rd March 2017 i receive the same product through DTDC with the same amount as it was COD. In order to my understanding that i had ordered the product my mother paid the amount as i was not available at the time of the delivered product when accepted. When i opened the parcel received there was nothing but an empty box with no product inside, immediately i called snapdeal and informed them the same with the photographs attached, however which snapdeal acknowledged the matter with the assurance of solution provided as they are aware of the similar case in the past. after a lot of wait when contacted snapdeal they denied any resolution and informed they cannot do anything into it. When i cross questioned them informing them my confidential information was been shared to their vendor on the panel how does it doesn't make snapdeal the person concern to check towards the matter. However, they replied of my account being suspended and when called informed no refund would be given at all as its not their concern.

                                  It is illegal to share confidential details of client to panel partners who are not on snapdeal panel anymore as well as it's the prime responsibility of Snapdeal to resolve the issue as the product query and order was been placed on Snapdeal itself. I won't refer sanpdeal to anyone as they don't adhere client satisfaction or severity of the situation faced by their client.

                                    Hi,

                                    I ordered a product "Black & Decker 10mm - 550 Watt Variable Speed Drill with 5 Bits- HD5010VA5" against order Id "[protected] " on 4th April. It was finally delivered on 9th April after the wait. But he product was incomplete. It didnt had 5 bits as mentioned in the product title itself. Also, the measuring gauge was missing. The handle also appeared broken.
                                    I filed a replacement request immediately on 9th April. The product was picked up on 10th evening.
                                    Now on 13 April, the status is Snapdeal is checking the quality.

                                    It is highly disappointing for such a delayed process. The product is of no value if delivered after such a long delay and incomplete.
                                    I Have lost faith in the company.
                                    There is no way customer can contact and talk to the customer care executive.
                                    I want to initiate the refund now as company is TOO SLOW and UNRELIABLE.
                                    Please help

                                      We shipped 2 suborders [protected] and [protected] dated 19.10.2016, where firstly they debited stock out commission to me for orders not shipped and then refused payment with a comment as orders cancelled before shipping hence cannot pay.

                                      We uploaded signed manifest of the logistic company, for which they replied that the manifest is not properly signed hence we cannot honor your claim.

                                      We uploaded numerous other manifests along with a written declaration from the logistic agent that the shipments were perfectly taken over by him. (Attached)

                                      Moreover, the manifest consists of 4 suborders/shipments, where 2 were perfectly delivered to the customer. The problem lies with the other two mentioned above.

                                      How it is possible that the courier boy signed manifest without picking up the shipment or partial manifest shipped/accepted by courier boy.

                                      We recommend sd not to be-fool sellers and do business ethically.

                                      After much struggling with their cs internally via queries, we had opened the case for public at large on twitter, aiova, google and others.
