I have been struggling to return my order [order id:[protected]/ Manhattan high back recliner office chair] From Snapdeal, since it has been delivered(1 April, 2017). The first pickup personnel called me to ask about the dimensions of the item to be picked up[Two office chairs that were sent to me by mistake] and whether it is possible to transport on a motorcycle. I told him that it wont be adequate. I gathered he would arrange other transportation....

We ordered for aquasure nano water purifier. We received a used product that was not as in the website. Based on 4 reasons we returned the product and waiting for refund.
1. It is a used product (The eureka forbes personnel came for installation
Inspected the product and found that it could be a demo product or

I had ordered a guitar bag from snapdeal.the size of the bag didnt fit my guitar i got a cal from the snapdeal and they told it passed our quality check but the size was not k so i had a talk with seller he said he wil take the product back and doesnt have any problem in taking the product back.its been 5 days m calling snapdeal regulary but not getting any response the seller is ready to take product back but snapdeal to earn commision is...

The quality of product is very bad.as the product shown in image is fake. Snap deal is giving very bad product.we r very unhappy by it.dont ever show fake product when u r not able to provide it truly as showen in image.tx for such a bad product.after return back product the snapdeal does not giving back money return.the quality of product cloths colour and design as shown in image is very bad....

I placed order for nike shoes. There was 10% instant discount on HDFC credit card when i placed the order. Later i got the message the order is cancelled. When i talked to customer care they told me there was some internal problem and suggested me to place the order again and an as usual sorry for inconvenience. When i tried to place the order again there was no discount. When i talked to customer care again they said nothing...

I got oreder id:-[protected] delivered to me on 2april 2017. but when i unboxed it and make switched on it didnt get ON. so i make it charged for 4hrs, after that once again was tried to make on but i was not succcid.
i was book product for replacement but still now i didnt get reply from snapdeal.com. On website in my order it shows unable to contact you. so i mail them one more contact number but still no reply from snapdeal....

I had return Nike shoes and it was picked up at 24 March and it got check at warehouse and they approve the return request and after two days they replied that my account has been blocked wtf is this?? I have completed proof that my product has been picked up and the call recording of the Snapdeal customer that they will help me but now they avoiding me.
