Dear Team,

This is Ravikanth and i have placed an order with Order ID: [protected] (3 Items) on 15th Mar, 2017.
I have placed a return order for one of the items and picking team has picked up Spykar Navy Blue Super Skinny Overalls jeans on 19th of march 2017. it got reached warehouse on 23rd march 2017.
At the time of picking-up the pick boy has verified the product and he has given the acknowledgement to us which i have shared with snapdeal.
on 23rd march 2017 i got a call from one of your executives saying that the warehouse team has received a T-shirt instead of original product i.e Spykar Navy Blue Super Skinny Overalls jeans where as customer is not at all responsible to that.
But snapdeal is not ready to accept that acknowledgement.(Because They have mentioned their reference no instead of product details).
Snapdeal Team has not contacted concern picking up team regarding the above mismatch which is confirmed by picking up team.
I have contacted the picking up team and they have given the confirmation mail that they have received Spykar Navy Blue Super Skinny Overalls which is also i shared with snapdeal.
Moreover Instead of snapdeal team contacting with picking up team directly they are advising customer to contact directly which is not possible in reali.(customer will not have the contact details of the concern picking up team/he is not at all responsible to customer directly)
snapdeal team has returned the mismatched T-shirt to me.
So Please do check and kindly process the refund as soon as possible.

    I ordered 3 bed-sheets and only received two. However, Snapdeal updated as all three Bed-Sheets being delivered. I contacted several times to customer care they say the case is in investigations not its more than a week. Not sure how long will it take for me to get the product I purchased with Snapdeal.

    I placed the order for three bedsheets on 3rd April 17.

However, I only received Item 1 & 2 by the courier and the packaging was two plastic bags one was big to hold two bedsheets but there was only one bedsheet in that bag. The invoice was for all the three bedsheet. In hurry we couldn't open and see the content and sign the delivery slips.

          I have purchased 4 books on 31st March and for all the books delivery date is before and on 11 April. But surprisingly they don't met with deadline in 12 days..

          Ecom couriers they are using which is revolving near to destination with out delivering...

          Due to which I can't send books to my friends... Because of these people my reputation got damaged so please take some action on snapdeal, as they are entertaining e-comm express courier... Worst service..

            I have been struggling to return my order [order id:[protected]/ Manhattan high back recliner office chair] From Snapdeal, since it has been delivered(1 April, 2017). The first pickup personnel called me to ask about the dimensions of the item to be picked up[Two office chairs that were sent to me by mistake] and whether it is possible to transport on a motorcycle. I told him that it wont be adequate. I gathered he would arrange other transportation. But instead I received message from snapdeal that delivery attempt had failed and I must reschedule within 48 hours, else my return request would be closed. I spoke with snapdeal customer care representative that day and explained my problem. He told me the he rescheduled my pickup. The pickup person came by my house after that on a motorcycle. When i asked him how me plans to take the chairs, he said he didn't know about the item and he would not be able to take it, and he would email snapdeal about the issue. Then again i received email from snapdeal that pickup attempt had failed and i must reschedule within 48 hours or my request will be closed. I then spoke with another snapdeal customer service representative and explained the problem to him. He told me that he is registering a complaint and the snapdeal team will fix this issue as soon as possible. But two days ago I received message and email from snapdeal saying that my return request has been closed. And the return query in the app says i cannot return the item anymore since it had already been 7 days since the item was delivered.I found a reschedule option on my order and i rescheduled the pickup and mentioned the pickup company's transport problem. It showed that the pickup is rescheduled to be by 11th April(today). I didn't receive any phone call for pickup. Neither did anyone come by the house. But i received an email and message saying"

            I then called the customer helpline([protected]) and spoke with the customer service adviser "Ankita" and explained the situation. She assured me that she would fix this problem as soon as possible. But after all this time, I have little faith in the competence of the company. If this attempt dose not workout, I will be forced to take legal action against them.

              Order id: [protected], placed on 25th feb 2017. Suborder id: [protected].

              We ordered for aquasure nano water purifier. We received a used product that was not as in the website. Based on 4 reasons we returned the product and waiting for refund.
              1. It is a used product (The eureka forbes personnel came for installation
              Inspected the product and found that it could be a demo product or
              Tested product)
              2. The product was not as in the picture on the website.
              3. The carton had a "low tds" rubber stamped on it. That is not detailed
              On the website description. And
              4. The bore water in our area has high tds value (2400) and this unit cant be used.

              We mentioned all the 4 reasons while returning the product for refund. We made lot of calls, some like apoorva, ruchi, abishek, say in a good and gentle manner that we would be refunded in 24 hours, 48 hours... We kept on waiting over a month but money is not refunded.

              In spite of sending many mails and speaking to different executives, there is no use.

              I am under severe depression. A lady cant get more depressed than this. I am very much frustrated. It is a hard earned money of rs.8598/- and we cant let go this amount.

              Because of heavy depression, i cancelled all the other orders i made after that, as i am not given a refund for my earlier purchase. I am unable to do my routine work because of this.

              one person from snapdeal called up and he said that snapdeal will not give refund or the product. you can go wherever you want said rudely so if i dont get my refund being a lady i have no other go than taking this case to the police 8598 amount is very big for me.

                  I had ordered a guitar bag from snapdeal.the size of the bag didnt fit my guitar i got a cal from the snapdeal and they told it passed our quality check but the size was not k so i had a talk with seller he said he wil take the product back and doesnt have any problem in taking the product back.its been 5 days m calling snapdeal regulary but not getting any response the seller is ready to take product back but snapdeal to earn commision is troubling their customer.the customer care guys are telling you wil get refund but when their executive cal they tel we cannot give refund..they are not giving proper response its already 5 days everyone are ready to take return the seller...but snapdeal to earn commision is doing cheap tricks...never trust snapdeal my order id is:- [protected]

                            I placed an order of 'Sennheiser In Ear Wired Earphones with Mic Black' at snapdeal.com on 14th march, 2017. Since all the products of SENNHEISER comes with a unique QR-code for authentication, the product sent by them didn't have that unique code & so I asked for my refund.

                            The product was picked up from my address on 18th March, 2017 after I asked for refund. Instead of refunding my cash, as promised by one of their executive, the same product was redelivered to my door step on 24th March, 2017 stating that the product has passed the quality check done on their side (SNAPDEAL). After having a detailed conversation with one of their executive on 25th March, 2017 they asked me to show the proof from the manufacturer showing that the delivered product is a fake one.

                            When I talked to Sennheiser customer care via e-mail, they asked me for the pics & other information scripted on the delivered product. After seeing & going through all the mandatory processes to check the authenticity they gave the verdict that the product purchased by me is a fake one & the dealer is too non-authorized one to sell their products. But the snapdeal company demanded for a hard copy for proof. When I brought the hard copy they are now stating that the product passed the quality check on their side so they cant help me anymore & the case is shut.

                                  Dear users i would just like to request you all not to use Snapdeal at all for any kind of purchase. I purchased Veet Sensitive Touch Electric Trimmer for Women from Snapdeal which was delivered on 29 March 2017. I was not satisfied with the product so i regustered for its return and refund and it was returned on 31 March 2017. The refund of whuch has not been made till this date . I called customer care last week which primised my refund to be made shortly in 24 hours but when i called yesterday, then that good for nothing idiortic uneducated illeterate customer care executive bluntly replied that neither refund os possible nor return of my product to me, specially when the order status in my account shows "return approved" but refund is not made which means they have kept the product and did not pay refund my moneh as well. Thieves ! They have no valid answer for their froggery and this theft takes place evry day with many people. We Must Boycott these filthy liars and frauds to keep our money safe. Please i request to kindly boycott this online shopping website.

                                    Hello Kunal and Snapdeal Team,

                                    I have ordered two Philips products clubbing them the price was around 1600 COD.
                                    Order no – [protected] and suborder no: [protected] and [protected].
                                    So scenario is on Day of Delivery in morning I got message that your order is out for delivery and that person came to delivery address and collects money delivers against order which has two products in it from DTDC with some barcode as well.

                                    Here comes main story.

                                    I again receives the call that your order is at your doorsteps. So I checked the initial received product immediately and found it to be of Cheap Nova which were damaged and used and not even in working condition. So at that point of time I refuse to take another order from new delivery person which was from Spandeal this time and told them to replace it with the original one, but he refused to give.
                                    First delivery boy was from Surat distributor address () as mentioned in the box.

                                    In short Snapdeal data is hacked on the day of delivery and someone else is ordered fake products to me.
                                    I have contacted customer support but they were very harsh on their words stating shipper is not registered with us.
                                    Whose loss is this is now?

                                    We the end customers trust internet shopping and that's why I am ordering from over three years. Kindly find the images of the product received. I need my original order or give me refund, AS I DON'T KNOW THE SELLER AND I AM NOT INTERESTED TO KNOW ABOUT THEM. I ORDERED SOMETHING FROM SNAPDEAL. IF YOUR DATA IS HACKED THEM IT IS NOT CUSTOMER PROBLEM.
                                    One more important thing for you guys.

                                    This never happened when I order something from Amazon and Flipkart, they keep Customer data safe, it's Spandeal that are not able to keep customer data safe with them.

                                    I have already returned the received product to Snapdeal and now I want refund or my original product that I have ordered. That's it.

                                    Don't let these cheap things, lose your customers.

                                      Hi,
                                      I placed order for nike shoes. There was 10% instant discount on HDFC credit card when i placed the order. Later i got the message the order is cancelled. When i talked to customer care they told me there was some internal problem and suggested me to place the order again and an as usual sorry for inconvenience. When i tried to place the order again there was no discount. When i talked to customer care again they said nothing cant be done no discount. This made my shopping experience with snapdeal a horrible one since because of their issues/errors they can't stick to their commitment.

                                      I think if snapdeal promises a product x for price y on a date and if that got cancelled due to some snapdeal internal issues. Then snapdeal should take the responsibilty to deal with issues and not let customer go through trouble.

                                        Earlier at the time of purchase they shows a warranty of 3 months but now it doesn't seems to be available
                                        My fitness band has stopped working and providing false data or even no data

                                        I have purchased fitness band from snapdeal a month ago at the time of purchase they shown me the warranty of 3 months but now there is no warranty available for the concern
                                        My band isn't working properly as it's providing false or even no data
