Smart watch

Order cancelled due to snapdeal issues, lack of commitment

I placed order for nike shoes. There was 10% instant discount on HDFC credit card when i placed the order. Later i got the message the order is cancelled. When i talked to customer care they told me there was some internal problem and suggested me to place the order again and an as usual sorry for inconvenience. When i tried to place the order again there was no discount. When i talked to customer care again they said nothing...

I had return Nike shoes and it was picked up at 24 March and it got check at warehouse and they approve the return request and after two days they replied that my account has been blocked wtf is this?? I have completed proof that my product has been picked up and the call recording of the Snapdeal customer that they will help me but now they avoiding me.
