I got oreder id:-[protected] delivered to me on 2april 2017. but when i unboxed it and make switched on it didnt get ON. so i make it charged for 4hrs, after that once again was tried to make on but i was not succcid.
i was book product for replacement but still now i didnt get reply from snapdeal.com. On website in my order it shows unable to contact you. so i mail them one more contact number but still no reply from snapdeal.

    I had return Nike shoes and it was picked up at 24 March and it got check at warehouse and they approve the return request and after two days they replied that my account has been blocked wtf is this?? I have completed proof that my product has been picked up and the call recording of the Snapdeal customer that they will help me but now they avoiding me. The amount is rupees 5595 so I will not tolerate this

      I have placed my order on 25th march order id [protected] and I paid through my debit card Rs. 950.On 30th march the order was canceled by the seller I don't know the reason why they canceled my order. And when I checked my order status it showed order canceled and refund initiated on 30th march.Today is April 7th till now I didn't received my money in my bank account.I have mailed snapdeal customercare.Still now I am only recieving computer generated email from snapdeal saying that my issue will be solved with in 24hrs.I have asked them to share the reference number of the refund transaction but they are not ready to reply.

        I ordered one chimney (hindware m3/Hr Cleo 6p cm auto clean hood) from snapdeal which was of silver colour as shown on their website but to my surprise the chimney that i recvd (on 4th of April 2017)was of blue colour as opposed to what was shown on their website...and was sent by aarav entrprise(fraud again!).I requested snapdeal for refund of the same as v wanted d product asap so as to get it installed in our new flat whr the work is ongoing but these fraudsters bluntly said that they wil only replace it and are not going to refund the amount though the mistake is from their side.How shameful!!!They registered(TICKET ID.[protected] the complaint n said dat within 48 hours v wil get the product pickd up frm my place but 3 days have already passed n forget bout pickup i did not evn hear frm thm (no mail ..no call) evn after giving soo many calls to their customer care which again is pathetic just like the company...full of fraudsters...n no update bout pickup on their website about which they brag that it's very customer friendly.I jus want ppl to beware of these cheats...n not to fall into their trap.All they know is to loot hard earned money from ppl.After this experience I seriously dnt want to evn hear their name in my life.Whenever v call their customer care all they say is POLICY POLICY POLICY!!!as they dnt have ne answer to customer's queries!!I again request u all to not spend ur money purchasing items from this useless company/website.

          Snapdeal is going through its bad phase and they are compensating it with their loyal customers, even though this is very illegal and offensive action against the customer.

          My name is Ashish Venu, I had ordered Royal Canin maxi junior Dog food on snapdeal on 6th of march and my Order number was [protected]
          when I checked the product I was it was not genuine and I was 100% sure about it as I'm a regular user of that Dog food and I applied for a return request the snapdeal delivery boy came and took away the product on the next day itself and after 7-8 days I received a email saying the product was genuine and it will be delivered back to my house for which I denied and asked for a refund.

          After 7-8 business days when I repeatedly e-mailed and called up snapdeal they told me " We will neither give you the product nor the refund of your product and we are blocking your snapdeal account"

          I paid Rs 6249/- for that product and now they arent giving my refund nor the product back. I want to file a case against the snapdeal for the same.

          NO action had been taken on this compaint, the company didnt refund my money and neither gave me the product back. The consumer care called me up saying the product has been delivered to your house while I was at office and asked me to close the complaint for which I said yes, but I was shocked to see that the product wasnt delivered to my house and the company closed the complaint misguiding me. Really disgusting!

            Its just been few months and the battery is gone.. I'm never gona get mobiles on any of the online sites seriously.. Vr not able to connect to the customer care properly.. I'm totally frustrated.. This mobile dint even work properly for a few days..the worst mobile ever.. A very bad exp.. Please get the mobile serviced I want that battery to exchanged..

              with reference to the above, we ordered Arial matic detergent powder of 2kgs( Pack of 3) ie., 6kgs paying an amount of Rs.1109.00, from blue dart surface courier on 20.03.2017. when opened we were shocked to note that the pack contained only 2kgs, one pack only.
              we brought to the notice of complaints they told to refund the pack to vulcan qc, chennai. we dispatched through professional courier, puducherry on 26.03.2017. receipt no : pon 4817008, paying RS.150.00but the pack came refunded. we were not knowing the reason. please do to retify the loss as we are a regular custmer

                Mportant message over Snapdeal...

                Please do not deal and if already a customer please be careful they are fraudsters
                And quite noticeable, they do not deliver what really you want and even don’t replace the item after making so many complaints they will told you they can’t replace the item because time is over. They are only making money and frauds were done by their team only and unfortunately I am also their victim...As they are professional in loots and they have unique modes operandi.
                I ordered 3 items Order ID: [protected] Snapdeal promise to me deliver 24thMarch to 27th March 2017. But They delivered only two item on time that was one T shirt (Wrong Size) and another was Puma Black Cotton Blend Trackpants. One item still pending after making so many complaints on 28 th March, 31 st March, 5th April and 6th April 2017.
                I lodged my complaint four times they don’t dispatch me what I item I ordered they delivered wrong sized T shirt and I first complaint on 28th March 2017. Firstly they took wrong item, they mentioned in the complaint is wrong item (Blue Cotton Track Pant) but I want to replace T shirt for size which is doesn’t fit to me. Even the courier boy pick the replacement after 10 days they return the same Tshirt same size return to me. They don’t bother to replace the shirt. Even they are sitting and finding escape means by not reverting and surprisingly their mails IDs becomes inactive.

                All d best and stay away or interact minimum with these unprofessional and unethical group...

                      My order was cancelled by Snapdeal and they said that amount will be refunded. It has been more than 15 days, but I have not received the amount. I called the customer care and they asked me to share the Bank Statement. I shared the statement after hiding different amount reflected in the statement because my Bank Balance is a private thing to me. It can be clearly seen that there is no Snapdeal Credit transaction in my account. Snapdeal has refused to provide ARN number for the transaction until and unless I provide them full account statement. I don't know what they have to do with knowing my bank balance. The transaction details are clearly visible and it is clear that snapdeal has not transferred any amount to my Bank.

                        I ordered loafers from snapdeal few days ago and I received a sandal instead of that. When I returned the product, snapdeal has suspended my account and is not ready to either make a refund or give my product back.

                          I Ordered this product on 17th March 2017. I Received it on 20th MAR 2017.
                          I didn't like the product (especially plastic quality).so i wanted to return the product. i tried to return the product in online snap deal site but i am unable to do it. then i called to snap deal customer care people and said that i wanted to return the product. they said it is not possible and given me one advise to return the product.

                          Advice: Please raise a replacement request then courier boy will pick the item and will try to deliver the same product to you but you don't accept the product. then your money will be refunded to you.

                          I did the damage request. then snap deal arranged a service visit. he visited my place and asked me what is the problem? i said i did't like the product so i wanted to return the item. then he said ok and he only prepared the item with fresh snap deal packing cover for pickup and he returned clearly in job card saying that customer needs refund for the product.(proof attached).
                          Service engineer said we will update by tomorrow and courier boy will pick it after one or two days he said. the whole thing completed 10 days back. but till today no one is ready to pickup the item.

                          Note: I Purchased this product in snap deal gold which has Extended 14 Days Return/Replace Benefits. (proof attached)

                              I ordered one single poly dohar on 30th march from snapdeal and received a different item on 2nd April. I then initiated a replacement and again received the same different item that I received on 2nd. This is now getting on my nerves. Snapdeal has such worse customer help services. I have been trying to request a refund but it's just not happening on the app, whenever I try to click on replace/refund item icon it brings me back to home page, neither they are replying to any of my emails.                                 I am regular customer of snapdeal but day by day I am loosing trust with your services.This time I am having issue with the product "fastrack men's watch".
                                Last time my issue was with Samsung galaxy j7 which was acknowledged by you but not resolved.
                                I ordered this watch on 04 Oct 2016 from snapdeal. Order details are below and attached as well.

                                As mentioned in warrenty card and in your product details on your website, this product'warrenty is one year.
                                This watch is not working now, may be the battery issue or any other.
                                I contacted snapdeal support team, they suggested me to go to any fastrack showroom or fastrack center to get it repaired or replaced.
                                But when I went to fastrack showroom in Moradabad (uttar Pradesh), I found 2 service center/showroom nemed as " Jimmy times" and "Ahuja Brothers" with the help of Google.
                                They both denied stating that they don't deal with online order cases In short they denied to take care of this product

                                I was informed by snapdeal support team to contact you([protected]@snapdeal.com) In case they denied.
                                Now let me know the solution of the problem as it is creating a loop between you and brand showroom.
                                Kindly do the needful. Atleast do follow whatever you have mentioned in your product detail, or do remove those warrenty statement, don't misguide customers.

                                  I order a trimmer philips cost 950 and after four days when i got the delivery, i shocked opening my package it was a nova trimmer inside and bill was of philip trimmer. When i told delivery boy about this issue even he was there only he told tht u hv to book complain to change it but many time i talked with customer care but not getting any feedback

                                    I gad ordered this hair dryer which was shown to be cancelled on the Snapdeal order tracking panel, but yesterday I received a courier saying that it contained the said product, at that time I was in college so I asked my mother to receive it. When I reached home and checked out the product, on the invoice it said "PHILIPS HP8100/06 HAIR DRYER BLUE", so i opened it only to find a "NOVA N-6132" hair dryer inside.
                                    Yesterday, i called up the Snapdeal customer care representative and registered a complaint in this regard and he asked me to wait for 24hrs and I would get a call from Snapdeal in tge above regard, but nothing of this sort happened, so I write this mail.
                                    I have also attached the photos of the delivered product.
                                    Please take a look and help me out in this regard and take appropriate action.

                                      Ordered philips trimmer for 950 rs, and got a trimmer of nova. When I checked my order, it was cancelled and I was not informed about it. Snapdeal shared my info with fraud seller (shyam World) and they left no option to return it. They even not helping me as this was not shipped by Snapdeal and bill was not generated by Snapdeal. Want a refund now.

                                        I ordered a product from Snapdeal and got a wrong product. Though same brand but different model. I am not much of an online shopper but gave it a try for first time but it turned out to be a poor one. Now I am still waiting to hear from the Co. to take back the wrong product that they have sent. Getting no satisfactory response from their end. It feels like customers are being cheated in the name of online shopping.
