I ordered a Phillips trimmer and instead received a nova trimmer. The delivery was made by dotzot. I called for an exchange and they told me the next it will get picked up. The next when no pick up was done I called up again and they told me to send them pictures. I did . But even the next day was a no show up as promised. Today when I called again they are telling me that they didn't even send any parcel and they have cancelled my order....
