I had ordered a Mac lipstick from snap deal that does not match the description of the product on its website. The product is of very poor quality and purportedly fake when compared to the same product in a brick and mortar store of Mac. The order number was [protected].
As I sent the product as a gift I was unable to personally assess its quality till date.
Snap deal should act as a responsible intermediary and ensure that the product offered by its sellers are original. I am highly disappointed in snapdeal.

        I have order Hair Straightner on Snapdeal 27th March, 2017 which amount is Rs 1250 and I had done the payment also. At the same time the same product was on 1550 Rs. on another website. As a human nature all wants benefit I go with Snapdeal and place the order.

        After placing order 1st message received that we have received your order and will form after dispatch. 2nd message received after 2 days that vendor has accepted your order and ready to dispatch. 3rd message after 3 days that your order is dispatched and will be delivered in between 03rd April to 07th April. 4th Message received that we regret to inform you that your order is cancelled by the seller and we will refund your amount within 5 to 7 working days. I try to contact SNAPDEAL but no positive response.

        Now the same vendor has increased the same product by Rs.2990 on SNAPDEAL.
        Now Snapdeal informed me that the product is out of stock. If it is out of stock, then how could it show on Snapdeal by same vendor same product but with different price. Very Bad Experience on SNAPDEAL and no customer support. Taking order for good interest rates for 5 to 10 days, and then give refund.

              Hi everyone,

              I have purchased one micromax micromax q450 16gb white mobile from snapdeal on 17th of dec 2016 and it's price was 8, 299 rs inc tax on the website. There was 10% instant off on hdfc credit card however, i have paid the money through hdfc credit card and it's been 3 months i have not got the 10% off on actual price.

              I have contacted them several time to get my instant off price but they always refuge to pay it

              I think snapdeal is a fake website. The offers and promotions they do on its website to pull the customer to boost their sale.in actual condition they do not provide these offers and promotions.

              Its my humble request please do not buy anything from snapdeal because they do not fulfil their promise and offers which they provide on their website.

              Kindly suggest me the procedure or process to get my money back.

                          I ordered a Phillips trimmer and instead received a nova trimmer. The delivery was made by dotzot. I called for an exchange and they told me the next it will get picked up. The next when no pick up was done I called up again and they told me to send them pictures. I did . But even the next day was a no show up as promised. Today when I called again they are telling me that they didn't even send any parcel and they have cancelled my order. But what about the product I received and paid for? Snapdeal is not ready for any kind of cooperation! And this is definitely from the inside because the invoice on the received product showed me my address, the product name and the exact amount

                              I had purchased a phone, Vivo V5 which was delivered on 7 march in unsealed condition, after complaining they have piked up same from my addrsss on next day, after this on 15th march I receive a msg mentioning that my request is rejected by quality team, I will receive the same phone back, on 24 suprisingly instead of my phone, I have received a PS4 remort control, I have also wrote to there CEO but no reply received from them on mail, I am only receiving calla mentioning they cannot help me, I have paid Rs.15, 998, and product is not delivered to me, please help immidiatly, I am also attaching photographs of product deliverd to me.

                                Respected sir I placed an order with the online shopping portal snap deal on the 25th of March 2017 and after waiting for more than 3 days on the date of delivery I have received the following message "Order Alert: We regret to inform you that your order for Campus BRADLEY Black Running Shoes has been cancelled as your address lies outside our serviceable area. We have initiated refund of Rs. 749 to your card no. XXXX-9900. It'll be credited within 4 to 7 business days. Track your refund on the Snapdeal App at www.snpdl.in/j0p90xd4" stating that the order has been cancelled I just wanted to let you know about this incident as I really felt really bad that a big name such as Snap deal would do such a thing to the customer's e they aware in the first place when this order was placed and after waiting for so long I have got a message stating that the order has been cancelled. Have snapdeal started to fool their customers why would someone order something from such an illegal site whose main purpose is to fool the customer and loot them of their hard earned money.

                                  I ordered a sunglass and its was not of my size. I requested for a return and it was picked up by the courier and reached snapdeal warehouse. Snapdeal denied to initiate refund because they said my account is suspended due to suspicious activity. I[censored]ser is facing issues with the product received, and its returned, its snapdeal's responsibility to initiate its refund as per its policy of no questions asked refund policy. Why snapdeal is not initiating my refund even after receiving the product back.

                                  Its not the first time I had ordered through snapdeal. Its true I had returned products many times but it was only done when I was not satisfied with the product, or product was not in order. I have kept many products that I had ordered through snapdeal, If my intentions were to order to return only, I could have done that with the ones I have kept. I am not able to understand what suspicious activity was detected from my snapdeal account and why I am not being refunded for my return. Customer care spoke to me very rudely, they denied for refunding, replacement and also for returning the product back to me.

                                  Its simply cheating the customer and a fraud.

                                  Please help me getting my money back from snapdeal.

                                    I am prachi gupta from moradabad
                                    Last week i place a order for rs 17000 rs for multiple products fom snapdeal.
                                    Till now i hav received lots of my ordered products
                                    Most of them are not as per my order or defected one
                                    I m trying to contact snapdeal
                                    But there is no support from there
                                    Even my orders are not visible till then
                                    Dont know what the hell is going on
                                    Really very bad experience

                                      I have purchased JBL T150A Pure Bass Earphones With A Mic In Ear Sound Wired from snapdeal. but I got the wrong product (JBL C100SI Wired In-Ear Headphones with Mic). I have called the snapdeal customer service and they had assured me that they will give me a replacement. I have returned that product and waiting for a replacement, but I haven't gotten any replacement yet. I again called customer care, customer care executive not responding properly. I need my money back or I need a replacement.

                                        I started affiliate marketing through Amazon, Flipkart and Snapdeal simultaneously & i have got my first payment through Amazon & Flipkart but not from Snapdeal. Amazon & Flipkart customer care are very helping in solving problems but when it comes to snapdeal they never replied to my mails and even their Affiliate website don't have any information regarding payments like Amazon & Flipkart.
                                        I have earned around 1010 rupees through snapdeal affiliate program but haven't received any payment even after 5 months, i have mailed them for the same problem but i didn't got any reply from them.
