I placed an order on 16-March-2017 through snapdeal.com of Rs. 2878. Neither did I receive the product nor received a refund. I have written and call to customer care many times but they did not respond.

Flipkart is going to take over the Snapdeal next month (April 2017).
And due to this Snapdeal wants to make money at any cost.
That is why Snapdeal is only booking the orders but do not delivers costly orders.

    I started affiliate marketing through Amazon, Flipkart and Snapdeal simultaneously & i have got my first payment through Amazon & Flipkart but not from Snapdeal. Amazon & Flipkart customer care are very helping in solving problems but when it comes to snapdeal they never replied to my mails and even their Affiliate website don't have any information regarding payments like Amazon & Flipkart.
    I have earned around 6000 rupees through snapdeal affiliate program but haven't received any payment even after 3 months, i have mailed them for the same problem but i didn't got any reply from them.

    The complaint is not resolved yet. Soon I will be filing a RTI against Snapdeal. If they can't pay their affiliates then why snapdeal affiliate program is still running.

    I have also have the same issue recently received a SMS that SD Affiliate program has been paused from
    2.2.2017, order posted after it not entertained for payout on on 1.6.2017 . I sent mail for due earned payment on Sat, Jun 3, 2017 at 3:53 PM, however, till now did not get any response from the SD side.

      I received a laptop battery on 23 March 2017, but I was not satisfied with the product at all. So I put in a return request the very next day and each day I get a new message and email telling me how Snapdeal was unable to pickup my product and the pickup date has been rescheduled.
      After this went on for 3 days I put in a mail at [protected]@snapdeal.Com detailing my problem but except from the automated message I did not receive any email addressing my problem.
      I have tried talking to a Snapdeal customer care executive but seems like no customer care number or any email id ([protected]@snapdeal.com
      [protected]@snapdeal.com) exists anymore.
      I would really appreciate if my problem gets solved soon, and I am not stuck with a fake laptop battery.

        Its been more than a month, y haven't i received my refund amount.
        I have given u all my bank transaction details too, still what do u expect me to provide to prove that i have not received my money.
        I want my amount to credited asap.

        I returned the item which was ordered on snapdeal on 10th feb 2017, but i haven't received my amount credited to account.

        I already raised complaint for same issue through complaint id: ID: 1502866
        But they just gave me a false acknowledgment mail saying amount is refunded, Where as still amount is not refunded

          I have ordered a Everlast Boxing gloves from your company Snapdeal amount 1599/- via online payment option.

          I waited for the expected delivery date that was on 21st March to 24th March. I marked an email to your help support so that they can help me with the exact location of my order coz they app track shows Dispatching soon form the date of order to 21 and still its showing the same thing.
          I cancelled my order so that I can place it from anywhere else. The order was not cancelled only showing cancellation request sent and the refund will be processed within 5-6 days. I’ve mail many time to the help support but I haven’t get any response from your team not a single one. Then tired to contact you on twitter via DM then your social media team replied only apologies and tell me to have patience nothing else.
          Its been three days I chatting on twitter with them but still they don’t have any results regarding my order.
          I have lost my sim card and that day your team called me for the delivery but the phone was not reachable so the sent me a mail “we try to call you but the phone was not reachable we’ll try to call in next 6 hours or next day” I DM them my alternate numbers so that this time my delivery shouldn’t be missed they said they have updated my details and I can get call soon. But I haven’t get any call from the delivery man.

          I contacted them again and tell them I haven’t got any calls till now then they’ll arrange me a call from the help support. I was so Irritated and frustrated. When they called me up said they don’t have the details about the courier company and they don’t have the exact tracking details of the order he saying that he need some time 1-2 days. I had an argue with them I said clearly I need my money back and I don’t want order from you guys and hang up the phone.

          After that I Haven’t get anything on my order and anything about my refund status.

          I couldn’t find any call number so that I can complain about it today I got another call from you after I said I’m going to post it on every news channel about the Snapdeal and the agent was so rude and he cut my phone without solving my query.

          Snapdeal is a one of the biggest company in India I don’t expect this kind a service to their customers. This incident has broken all shackles of faith and trust we had on the Sanpdeal company even though after going through the feedback of mal-statement of it’s Brand Ambassador Mr. Aamir Khan.

          Sir, I request you honestly to look into my matter with utmost urgency, stop the fraudulent services inside your system and refund my amount without further delay.

          I’m Boxer without my gloves I hope you can understand in what situation I’m in.

          Please look into this ASAP.
          I’ll never gonna order anything from your company I need me refund.

            I bought a Geyser from Snapdeal during Nov 2015.(Model 150558-Shakti
            Plus 25L Ivory).Unfotunately the said Geyser started leaking after a couple of months.Later
            a complaint was lodged at Bajaj customer care who inturn sent a representative from
            M/s.Aquatech Services, Bangalore.They cams, inspected and gave a tag for replacement bearing
            no.11244616.After a few conversations with Snapdeal and Bajaj personnel, I came to
            understand that if I show the Replacement tag at Bajaj Godown situated at Yesvantpur, I
            would get the replacement.Later after approaching one Mr.Gaurav at M/s. Bajaj Godown, I was
            informed to contact Mr.Ramamurthy, the concerned official.Mr.Ramamurthy is such a kind of
            person who ca NEVER be reached thru any mode of communication.Later a sent a mail for which
            there was ABSOLUTELY NO ANSWER.All this mess took around 3 to 4 months, but finally with
            NIL result.There ends my story of GEYSER.

              Sanpdeal please solve my complaint no. 40729001.
              Snapdeal seller fraudly delivered me wrong item. He took my order. And delivered me wrong item from other source. Then he cancelled my original order in snapdeal after i recived wrong item . Then my original order get closed. So i am not getting any return/replace policy of snapdeal. How can a seller cancel order after showing ready to dispatch. Snapdeal you have fake sellers. Why the seller didn't cancel order earlier? He canceled order after showing ready to dispatch then after 5 days . He just canceled it on delivery date after i cod his wrong product.

                I am supposed to get my order between 25 to 29 march but still even after 8 days its status is "preparing for dispatch".worst service.i have alredy complained about this but no one contact me even after 48 hours..you guys forget customer once they pay you.There is no means to directly call you.I need this product on a function on 1 april so it is very important for me to get it delivered before 1 april it still not dispatched.Now listen i want my product now either courier it now or deliver it by yourself i dont know i want it before 29 otherwise...one thing is sure that no one from my family ever buy anything from snapdeal again there is no way to contact you dont you guys understand people have plans.

                worst service ever seen.Going to court i want my product now.Today is 3 april you guys only do talking you are not taking action each time i contact costumer care they told me to wait 2 more days.from 6 days i am calling costumer care and each time i have to wait to more days.everything is happening but my product isnt dispatching.I want to talk seller direct. you guys have 10 hours if my product didnt get delivered until 4 april 2 am i will go to court.I will sue your company.worst service ever seen.

                  Hello Team,

                  I ordered a dress order id - [protected], sub-order no.[protected]. The request for return has been created thrice but the order has not been picked from my address due to fake status updates by the pick-up man that I don't want to return the product.
                  However, I have told very clear that I want to return the product to the Snapdeal customer care. Everytime I call them they say that order will be picked up in 2-3 days and no one calls or come to place to pick up the item and same status by courier man is updated. This whole thing has taken 2 weeks and item is still with me till date.
                  Please find the reference numbers 40687807and 40585641, they have given me for the reschedule of pickup.
                  Kindly look into the matter as it has become really painful and time consuming. I want the refund as early as possible.

                      In the month of nov 2015 I ordered a 25 ltr bajaj geyser on Snapdeal. The geyser started leaking in 3 months. As i was under warranty i asked for replacement which didn't happen. After calling customer care many times as a regular job I finally got a replacement as a time being with a 50 lts geyser. They told me it was for sometime. As it is there is so much water scarcity in bangalore and inspite of requesting Snapdeal many times for a 25 ltr one I have not received any reply. I would now want to move to the consumer court if I fail to get a replacement.

                      I ordered a 25 ltrs bajaj geyser in nov 2015 which started leaking in 3 months of purchase. Inspite of making umpteen calls for replacement during the warranty period the problem was not attended to and one day they told me to manage for sometime with a 50 ltrs geyser which I refused to install initially but I was convinced that they would replace it with a 25 ltrs one soon. Its been a year but no response. I don't require a 50 ltr one as it consumes more power a d there is wastage of water with water being so precious.Tried contacting Snapdeal many times and it is very ridiculous to narrate the entire story to a customer care executive every time I call. Please resolve the problem else I would take further action.

                              I have purchased Intex Cloud Jewel mobile which has 1 year of warranty. It is still under use. But the battery is draining too fast within an hour and even the time for charging it is nearly taking 10 hours. I have this problem from last 4 months. Still there is warranty.so I want you to solve this problem. And even the phone is getting heated frequently.
                              Please help me by solving this issue.

                                  Snapdeal delivered me just a box, without item, it just had a large polythene, that, it weights like headphone, that is why i didn't doubt at first.
                                  But when i opened the box, nothing was there, and immediately i complained them about this, they said that within 24hr they will resolve it, but they have blocked my account too, and i'm not getting any reply from snapdeal.

                                      I have ordered on snapdeal.com with Order ID: [protected] Prc Mosquito Net Double Bed Pink Border for 1106 rs, they have sent single bed net, I have requested replacement and they have said they will replace it and picked it back and then refused to replace it saying it has passed our quality check, how it can pass their quality check if i have ordered for double bed and received single bed, and they are not even ready to replace it just saying cannot replace the product. i have ordered it for some one and it is total embarrassment. i feel like cheated.

                                      there is no point of calling again and again saying we cannot do anything. We have purchased the product from you and paid full amount to you, if we have received wrong product and of no use for us and our money is totally wasted, who is responsible and who should take it back or replace or refund. Just saying we cannot do anything means you should not sell the wrong products and take money from peoples.

                                      how long we should wait for their action, already one-and-a-half month over and they have done nothing, they are not even ready to replace it nor they want to refund the amount. They are just cheating people sending duplicate things and wrong things and then not even ready to change it or refund the amount. I am too much dissatisfied with this response and not going to shop in my life again with snapdeal ever.

I just want refund if they do not have the right product i have ordered for, I cannot keep a cheap and duplicate product for the amount I have paid. I am too much dissatisfied with this response and not going to shop in my life again with snapdeal ever.

                                        Actually i am sorry to inform u that i am not at all satisfied from your product.
                                        in fact the charger and the product is of low quality and almost seems fake.
                                        and the function keys arnt operating properly . volume key is functions to change the song...
                                        and the led indicators inside the keys arnt working
                                        while the packing of the product wasnt geniune as the original packing for JBL EXTREME
