Disclaimer: I was a regular customer on Snapdeal, and I was very happy with the service of Snapdeal, until my last order and the inconvenience.
Snapdeal gold is just a myth and I discovered the same hard way. I ordered keyboard based on the description which says in setup section:"'Just plug in the USB cable of the keyboard to your desktop and it will start working".
Next, as soon as I received the order, and there was no USB/PS2 adapter, I called Snapdeal Help to cancel my order.
First Customer care informed that this is non-returnable. I pointed out that this is Snapdeal GOLD order and hence is eligible for returns, as mentioned in the description page.
Customer care assured me for a satisfactory resolution and told me that they will raise request for return and they will ship me USB version.
This was start of the agony.
The courier partner : ShadowFax is very disappointing. I had to reschedule the timing 2 times, as they never come at the designated time. I had given time slot of 9am to 12pm and 12 pm to 3pm, but the courier guy came up at 1:00 pm that too on second day.
It takes 24 hours for status to reflect on the Snapdeal website, and Snapdeal still sends me email and message that the product could not be picked up.
After the pickup was successful, I wrote to them, confirming the return would be USB or PS/2.
Snapdeal called me, now the Snapdeal Customer care tells me that the product cannot be replaced with USB, even though the product is of same price. So they suggest to cancel the product delivery and reorder USB to save time. I requested them to Cancel the order right away, so that I can order USB and save time. To which the Snapdeal mentioned that they will raise new order and I can cancel the same.
I saw the new order, but with Cancel button disabled, so I again called Snapdeal help for fourth time and they simply tell me that they also are unable to cancel the order and instead now I should deny the delivery, which sounds incorrect.
Here I am, without the keyboard after 11 days of my initial order. THIS IS SNAPDEAL GOLD, WOW !!
So I have already cancelled my USB keyboard order and still trying to cancel my PS/2 Keyboard order.
THe escalation team also called me, and confirmed there is a Typo in the Product desc page, they confirmed that the previous Customer Support exec gave wrong information and so I have to keep my PS/2 keyboard

I am an Amazon Prime member and now I regret not ordering the keyboard from amazon.

Advice to Snapdeal:
-> Please ensure that the replacement and return are highlighted on the product page to avoid confusion.
-> The courier partner ShadowFAX is sluggish, for pickup and also it is not prompt in updating the status.
Nuvoex is much better, they are prompt in pick up and also prompt in updating the status.
