I purchased an online mobile from Snapdeal.com on 02/03/2017. The mobile was Samsung J2 of Rs. 9300 nearly, I already waited 14 days for delivery, and today I received a book instead of mobile phone in my parcel. Firstly when parcel was delivered, doubt came that why it's so thin and light in weight the when I opened it I saw that there a is book in that, 50 Rs book, the postman who delivered the item was sitting in front of me and he was also shocked that instead of phone the book was there in the parcel delivered. All these type of nuisance hurt he sentiments of consumers and these cheap tricks are the things which will demolish the online market soon. I don't want money I want new phone right now within 24hrs.

      I bought mi note 3 via order no. [protected] placed on 2nd oct 2016.

      It was during a sale period where snapdeal has advertised that there is a cash back of 20% i[censored] buy from a citibank credit card.

      There were two important things to get the discount/cash back:
      1. To buy the product during the cash back period
      2. To make the payment with citi bank.

      Now snapdeal is not fulfilling their promise inspite of writing numerous mails.

      Seems that the intentions are not customer friendly.

        I ordered a product (06 feb, 2017) from snap deal. But didn't like the product and returned the product to snap deal, till now (15 march 2017) i didn't get my refund. I repeatedly called to customer care but excuses were given by every time. I also uploaded bank statement but same excuses were given. I also told to customer care persons to please update the status of refund but they didn't. The whole process was very frustrating.

            Sir, i have ordered a Micromax Tab ( Suborder no: [protected])on 03/03/2017 in snapdeal gold express service( its a service which promises to deliver the product within 2 days). I have payed full amount online through my credit card. They promised me to deliver the product on or before 07/03/2017 but till now my product is not delivered, after many repeated calls to the customer care on 08/03/2017 they just apolosize and they are telling stories that its courier service problem. Again when i contacted costumer care on 10/03/2017 they just apolosize and they are telling the same story .They made a call to me on 10/03/2017 saying that they will refund the money but it has been 5 days (i.e, 15/03/2017) but no refund process started and no amount has been credited into my account. Why do you guys cheat people like this. You atleast cannot handover a courier to the customers? Are you people doing bussiness with our money for getting interest amount from banks? I want to approach consumer court. No one from Snapdeal is fit to do job . No responsibility to you people at all.

                    Actually i put order for rs original watch its cost is around 825 but i got a watch its cost is 398 worst delivar and finally i returnd order yesterday but in notification its telling that still not picked up. I dunno how u can do that to customer very worst not even satisfied with the delivary

                      ELECTRONICS ARE NOT RETURNABLE ON SNAPDEAL,
                      please order the same from AMAZON or FLIPKART.

                      Disclaimer: I was a regular customer on Snapdeal, and I was very happy with the service of Snapdeal, until my last order and the inconvenience.

                      Snapdeal gold is just a myth and I discovered the same hard way. I ordered keyboard based on the description which says in setup section:"'Just plug in the USB cable of the keyboard to your desktop and it will start working".

                      Next, as soon as I received the order, and there was no USB/PS2 adapter, I called Snapdeal Help to cancel my order.

                      First Customer care informed that this is non-returnable. I pointed out that this is Snapdeal GOLD order and hence is eligible for returns, as mentioned in the description page.
                      Customer care assured me for a satisfactory resolution and told me that they will raise request for return and they will ship me USB version.

                      This was start of the agony.

                      The courier partner : ShadowFax is very disappointing. I had to reschedule the timing 2 times, as they never come at the designated time. I had given time slot of 9am to 12pm and 12 pm to 3pm, but the courier guy came up at 1:00 pm that too on second day.

                      It takes 24 hours for status to reflect on the Snapdeal website, and Snapdeal still sends me email and message that the product could not be picked up.

                      After the pickup was successful, I wrote to them, confirming the return would be USB or PS/2.
                      Snapdeal called me, now the Snapdeal Customer care tells me that the product cannot be replaced with USB, even though the product is of same price. So they suggest to cancel the product delivery and reorder USB to save time. I requested them to Cancel the order right away, so that I can order USB and save time. To which the Snapdeal mentioned that they will raise new order and I can cancel the same.

                      I saw the new order, but with Cancel button disabled, so I again called Snapdeal help for fourth time and they simply tell me that they also are unable to cancel the order and instead now I should deny the delivery, which sounds incorrect.

                      Here I am, without the keyboard after 11 days of my initial order. THIS IS SNAPDEAL GOLD, WOW !!

                      So I have already cancelled my USB keyboard order and still trying to cancel my PS/2 Keyboard order.

                      THe escalation team also called me, and confirmed there is a Typo in the Product desc page, they confirmed that the previous Customer Support exec gave wrong information and so I have to keep my PS/2 keyboard

                      Advice to Snapdeal:

                      -> Please ensure that the replacement and return are highlighted on the product page to avoid confusion.
                      -> The courier partner ShadowFAX is sluggish, for pickup and also it is not prompt in updating the status.
                      Nuvoex is much better, they are prompt in pick up and also prompt in updating the status.

                          I ordered oppo f1s mobile phone on 24 Feb 2017 using my credit card from my wife's snapdeal account. I selected EMI option for 12 months. Snapdeal promised me the product will be delivered between 28 Feb to 3 March 2017. Unfortunately they didn't delivered me the product till 4 March also, the customer care made me false promises and asked me to wait. Finally after lot of frustration I cancelled the order on 4 March. I got to know from my bank that I have been charged 500 rs as EMI preclosure charges. Snapdeal is responsible for this to take care why would a customer suffer for this.

                            I purchased a hard disk from snapdeal but after some time it start crashing and now it is completely faulty.But the hard drive is in warranty period 'now what i can do ..Absolutely wastage of money..amazon and flipkart are better than snapdeal.

                                This is in reference to order id: [protected] (Product being Skechers Black Sneakers).

                                I have raised the request for return of the product. As per advice of Snapdeal, we sent the shoes back to the designated address provided by Snapdeal through courier.

                                Later we received an email that quality check of return item has failed.

                                After calling the customer care, I realized that wrong shoes has been sent by my parents as we had got another pair of Skecher shoes delivered on the same day.

                                I called the customer care immediately to inform the same and I was informed by the customer care executive that shoes shall be returned to us and we can send correct pair of shoes received from Snapdeal for return. The call was made by us on 9th March 2017.

                                Subsequently, we received the call on 10th March 2017 wherein we explained the same again (not sure why customer care executives don't make noting of the calls made with customer) and we were informed by the executive that they will return wrong shoes sent by us and we can send the correct pair of shoes received from Snapdeal back again for return.

                                We called again today i.e 11th March, 2017 to check the status of return and was connected to Mr Gurpreet Singh who said that we can't resend the correct shoes to return. On our repeated requests and after keeping on hold for around 15 minutes, we were connected to Mr Kamal Kishore who also couldn't resolve the matter. On our request, we were connected to his senior Mr X (probably an operations manager - we asked him his name later but he choose to disconnect the phone disgracefully). We were informed by Mr X that Snapdeal can't accept return of the product if the returned product has been rejected in quality check once. We informed him about our mistake that we unknowingly have sent wrong pair of shoes and now want to return the correct pair of shoes. However, he simply said it is not possible. When asked where it is written in Snapdeal return policy or any other policy on Snapdeal website / app, he said that it is not mentioned in the policy but they will not accept return of correct shoes again. When asked about how his colleagues have earlier committed that they will accept return of correct pair of shoes, Mr. X simply choose not to answer. I am really shocked by the rude behavior and unprofessional work ethics of Snapdeal team who don't value the commitments made to the customer and don't care to reply to the customers to their satisfaction. Over and above, on being asked his name, Mr X disgracefully disconnected the call even when I was trying to speak to him. (We were held the call for approx 30 mins in total later to be disconnected without replying to our queries)

                                I am surprised that how Snapdeal can deny return of the product by us when it is not mentioned in the return policy that a customer can't resend the product to return when return request has been raised in stipulated time period.

                                I am utterly frustrated by the process of Snapdeal wherein the customer care executives misguide customers and the policies are not being disclosed to the customers.

                                May I request senior management to look into the matter as it shatters the confidence of customers like us who rely on the services and words / commitments made by their executives. I am sure that you will take this matter seriously and would resolve the same on priority.

                                I request Snapdeal to return the wrong product sent by us by mistake and allow us to return the correct product and provide the refund.

                                    The item was defective and didn't worked properly. I made a complaint regarding that and requested to replace the product. Till 3 days there was no response from your side.

                                    On the fourth day I received a call to return it back to your warehouse manually by any of courier agency which is easy to me, and they said I will be refunded the courier amount. I have to attach the receipt in mail and send it to you.

                                    The Power Bank Didn't Charged. As I received the item, I plugged in for charged... I plugged in for 7-8 hours, but not a single percent charged and it remained discharged only. Hence I received a defective piece.

                                      I want to bring to the attention of this forum the apathetic customer support at Snapdeal and the lack of communication among its designated courier agency. A simple issue of refund can spiral into massive inconvenience for the customer.

                                      Here is the issue: A wrong order was sent to me two weeks back and I wanted the packet to be collected from my house so that I could get the refund. The timeline of the issue is as follows:

                                      1. 25 Feb: I placed the order for four jockey boxers.
                                      2. 27 Feb: Two boxers were sent to me instead of four. I raised the request for return online. I called the call center and explained the situation. I was assured that the courier will come and pick up the packet.
                                      3. 28 Feb: The courier guy comes with wrong instructions. He asks for four boxers to be collected. I told him that two boxers were sent to me instead of four and that's why I raised the return request. He leaves saying he will have to confirm it with his supervisor and come back later that day. He never returns.
                                      4. 1 Mar: A guy from Snapdeal calls and assures that the packet will be collected soon. I put the request specifically for the packet to be collected by March 2 since I will leave the town on March 3. The agent assures me of timely collection but no one shows up by Mar 2.
                                      5. 6 Mar: The courier guy attempts pickup while I was out of town. I had left the packet with the landlord downstairs. The courier guy was rude and he rushes me asking that he cannot wait for the packet to be picked up. Since I was having trouble calling the landlord to give the packet to the courier guy the pickup fails. I ask the courier guy to schedule the pickup for Friday (Mar 10) when I will be back home. He assures me that pickup will be scheduled for Mar 10 but he didn't communicate the information to his agency.
                                      6. 7 Mar: The pickup gets rescheduled for this day in spite of my request.
                                      7. 9 Mar: Pickup is attempted again while I was out of town. The courier guy shows up at my house and calls me for the packet. I told him I was still out of town and I had put the request for Mar 10. I was assured that the collection will be done on Mar 10.
                                      8. 10 Mar: I waited all day for packet collection. No one shows up for pickup. Instead, I got a phone call telling me that I wasn't home so the packet could not be collected. Again, I pointed out the error in the caller's reporting and pickup is rescheduled for Mar 11.
                                      9. 10 Mar: Called the Snapdeal call center. Spoke to Anjali X and got the reference id XXXXXX for lodging the complaint. I was told that the call will be escalated. I haven't received any call from the Snapdeal escalation team.
                                      10. 11 Mar: I put a request for pickup to be done before noon today since I had to head out. Again, my request was not kept as the packet was picked around 2 pm.

                                      I await to see what further steps Snapdeal will take to restore my confidence in their company and assure me that this ordeal will not be repeated. No one from Snapdal took the ownership of the issue to ensure that this issue got resolved promptly. Couple of agents said on the phone that "We will take the ownership of the issue from here on, " but those were typical hollow promises the agents make at the call centers to dump the customer to the next agent.

                                      PS: I also want to point out how ridiculous Snapdeal's IVR is which does often loops the caller in circle. I had to select incongruous options from IVR to get to the agent. And recently their email support [protected]@snapdeal.com sent this response to me with the subject line "Our Help section is your only go to place for all your queries" with the following text in the body of the email "We are no longer handling queries sent to this email address - '[protected]@snapdeal.com'." How do they expect customers to contact them?

I asked a replacement before but a very bad response was received from your side asking a denying letter but now I have certificate itself to as proof that it is fake.
