My name is rajsurya k s, i ordered amway nutrilite tablet 120 nos. with you. first i received that the order is accepted and confirmed. for somedays order is not shipped to me. after that i received a mail as Hi Rajsurya
We are fulfilling your order through a different seller Your Amway Nutrilite Daily 120 no.s was unavailable with the primary seller but we have now found a new seller. Your order will be delivered between Tue, 21 Feb, 2017 - Sat, 25 Feb, 2017 We have absorbed the price difference and are sending you this update in our pledge to be transparent with our customers.then you shped the product to me. after somedays the product in snapdeal cover with my address as entered with snapdeal and the product name as said by you and same prize. is delivered to me. when i opened it the product some fake tablets. i paid the amount as cod. then i noticed there is no order id in it. when contacted the couirer service they told me that they don't know about that. then i checked the seller address that insisted as gkkart in andhra. there is a mobile number when i contacted them they told me that i send you the product as i got request from snapdeal and speak rude with me. when i contacted you your customer center told me there may be some miscommunication with the cancelled seller he would have send the product to you. don't worry we will accept your return request. i returned thr product to you. today i got notified as the product failed in quality check. i am felling cheated by you. ia m so depressed with you. this problem cost me mentally and it take 4 days of my schedule still no refund. the same product had also been send to me through different seller but i had no money to accept it. i had placed so many products with you. i recommended snapdeal to my friends. but now i am felling so shameful about you. if you don't pay my amount immediately i am going to filled a complaint about you with CYBER CRIME as you are cheating me.

dont ever try to buy anything with snapdeal there are cheaters they are degrading hemselves/ they share our details with some cheap third party to cheat us. they cheated my 1600 rs. #### off snapdeal

You simply file a complaint against Snapdeal in consumer court with supporting documents (Bills from seller, job sheet from Acer and audio tape / mail record of chat / discussion with snapdeal customer care. If you went to court you will be the winner of this case and can claim the penalty from Snapdeal.

Request you to kindly let me know the process and location of consumer court or if it is possible to submit the complaint online as I am unaware on how to lodge a complaint in this case.
