I have placed 1 order of Ikall mobile on 17th feb2017, anf on 21 when I received then its not working properly, its speaker is not good and charging it also poor, so placed a refund request on 22nd Feb 2017.

On 24thfeb 2017 their engineer visit and check the mobile but still after 8days of his visit mobile is not picked-up.

And even daily I call to snapdeal customer but they dont arrange reverse picked-up.

Please initiate reverse pick-up and issue my refund amount as soon as possible.

Kindly find the attached snapdeal engineer report.

    I had placed order number for brut deodorant original 200ml (Buy 1 get 1free) on 01 feb 17 and order id was [protected], which was delivered on 05 feb 2017. I found that one bottle of deodorant was ulmost empty and therfore i registered my concern with snapdeal. But, snapdeal did not process my request on technical reason of late information. First time i feel cheated with such unfair practice of this reputed company, snapdeal.com. I have tried to convince the customer executive about this incident but he did not consider to make good the loss i suffered. I thus request the higher management of snapdeal to look into this incident and either replace the empty deodorant or refund my order amount immediately.

        Snap deal has not initiated my request after tell them again and again . The account that I was using for snap deal was very old n the all the mails for bank details and information was going on that email addressand t I would like to change my email address and request them to send details for bank information. I kindly request snap deal to look in the matter and refund my money, as fast as possible.

          I ordered a Lenovo laptop(rs 20990) and received my packet on 1st March'17. When I checked brand box it was seal opened and when checked item there was a Laptop size marble pc inside the box. Immediate call to their customer care and report my issue. They ensured that they are looking into this. Now 24 hrs have gone but still they are looking into this.

          One representative from their team came to confirm my complaint and provide me written document but after that I have not received any communication from them.

          Now today again received a call from one person who want to come to my home to check the delivered product but snapdeal didn't think to give such confirmation to customer. How can we allow to each and every one to enter in our house while I have not received any communication from Sanpdeal.

          I escalate the matter to their CEO/COO but no one is ready to reply. Rather to give my money back they are still busy to find a way to prove that customer is wrong. Pic clear shows that it totally fault from Snapdeal side but rather then to accept it they are blaming to customer.

          Now I am fighting to get my money back and I became to much frustrated with these process. Other market place has a very fast process but Snapdeal take too much time sotaht customer become too much frustrated.

          I really fedup with there process as no one is ready to listen problem. Every one is ready how to confuse customer and took his money.

          Dear Buyer think 2-3 times if you are going to buy from Snapdeal. After sale and receiving your money they will show their real colors.

            The product was delivered without a warranty card and user manual because of which we asked for a replacement for the product. The request was accepted and after 2 days they called up to inform that the product cannot be exchanged/returned. We don't want to accept the warranty card which they are agreeing to send separately with which we may not know the authenticity of the product. We have all rights to return/exchange the product as the warranty card is missing. It was clearly mentioned in the website under the product specification that the product is 100% original and will be shipped along with the warranty card. Snapdeal website makes fake claims on its portal and provides highly unprofessional service.

            Issue was not resolved. Snapdeal delivered the warranty card without the product serial number on it which make it invalid. Seller contacted us and was courtious and ready to provide a replacement of the product. However Snapdeal did not take the replacement instead have initiated refund of the amount being unable 5p replace a product and on the basis of their of unethical policies. This issue will remain unresolved forever.

            This is the usual response from Snap deal - "we have noted your concern and we shall get back to you in 24hrs". Even if the warranty card was missing and it is well within the policy as stated in Snapdeal website the customer care has come back saying that the product cannot be exchanged/returned. Snapdeal's motto must me "Making false claims on website and fooling the customers". Every single time we connect to the customer care we are supposed to explain the problem from scratch and finally we hear just one statement "We have taken your complaint and we will get back to you in 24hrs" They never come back with anything new in 24hrs. We have now received the warranty card from Snapdeal without the serial number or barcode on the warranty card which is ridiculous and shows high sense of irresponsibility from the whole Snapdeal team. This company totally lacks business ethics and has full ability to disappoint and annoy customers in every aspect.

              Acer Aspire E5-573G-380S Notebook (NX.MVMSI.035) product was purchased and the same got tested twice just in a week of purchasing the item. As per job sheet given by ACER Customer care centre, they clearly mentioned that the product needs to get replaced.

              I have provided all the details to snapdeal and they are not accepting that and saying that they are not considering the jonsheet provided by ACER. However, the suggestion to check with ACER customer care and get a job sheet was from Snapdeal itself. Now, they are not considering the job sheet provided by ACER service centre.

              They are giving the faulty product to me forcefully and also not behaving good. They are just saying you can do what you want to do.

              they people not understanding and forcefully delivering the faulty product to me which they already know that the product is not good. Even Acer service centre has clearly mentioned on paper that "User require to replace the product".

              I am attaching the backup for the reference as well. Please justice...

              Snapdeal has declined everything by not replacing and refunding the item.

              After getting re - shipped item, adaptor was different and was not of my laptop. even after lodging complaint, snapdeal is saying we can do anything so pls go to market and buy adaptor from there. They has changed the adaptor and not denying on everything

              You simply file a complaint against Snapdeal in consumer court with supporting documents (Bills from seller, job sheet from Acer and audio tape / mail record of chat / discussion with snapdeal customer care. If you went to court you will be the winner of this case and can claim the penalty from Snapdeal.

              Just go and try to explore the nearest consumer court which is located in your locality and meet the lawyer and file complaint against them. But you must have the all related documents as mentioned above. I think u could not raise the case / complaint

                I am a seller on snapdeal with Seller Code 21269F. I sold many products on snapdeal in the year[protected]. An amount of Rs. 45, 801/- COD and Rs. 10, 564/- is due by the Snapdeal.com till year 2015, which they have not paid till now. I have mailed so many times but they make some excuse and say, payment will be made in next payment schedule. snapdeal did not only fooling the buyers, also they are fooling the sellers as well. I have invested so much of money and my hard work to deliver products to buyers and snapdeal gets a wonderful profit from it but what about my money I have invested. Please take action against snapdeal.com. my seller id - 21269F company name - SHOPOUT. They say selling is easy on sanpdeal but what about the Payment system. Please users don't buy and sell anything on snapdeal.

                  I have placed an order for the Saavn pro one month subscription pack via debit card. I was sent an email stating that I would be sent an email with a link to activate the pack within 1 hour. But it has already been 24 hours and I still did not receive any email.                   This issue is very obnoxious and seems very wrong. I'm worried that I would lose my money!
                  The company have simply made me pay before even my product reached me. They simply cheated me and I being a student and have limited resources think this is really a very bad thing to do

                  I ordered a Saavn one month subscription pack on snapdeal there was no option for cash on delivery. I paid through my debit card and I was sent an email stating that I would receive an email within 3 hours for activation it has already been 48 hours(still no email)! When I complained they said they were looking into the matter and still no email! These people are very irresponsible and they take their customers very lightly! How can these people make me pay for something that can't be given to me? This is a very unethical and improper behaviour! I am a student and I would have limited resources, they made me pay and now my money is wasted!! This issue is affecting me very badly! Either I want my money to be refunded or I want my pack activated

                  It's the third time I'm complaining here. I have paid for the Saavn pro one month subscription and it has been 4-5 days already and I haven't still received my email which was supposed to be sent to within 3 hours of payment. The email is supposed to contain the link to download my package instead I got an email which contained nothing but product code! How irresponsible writing this message I'm in the verge of tears I've tried so many times to contact the snapdeal help centre! Please refund my money back it's high time! Or I'll definitely start negative publicity on my blog!

                      Sir, i bought micromax unite3 q372 mobile from your snapdeal. The product received is incomplete so i kept for replacement.                           I had bought a micromax uhd tv from snapdeal on Jan 22 2017 it had a problem so i returned and got a new tv but that too had same issue so i returned that also and now its been 2 weeks i have no update about my refund and no one from snapdeal team is helping on this matter had called several times to snapdeal waited for 30 min on hold by them but no solution is been given i even mail to Mr. Vinit Behl CEO Snapdeal and still waiting for my refund never faced such a poor response. and dont know when will i get refund.

Your order will be delivered between Tue, 21 Feb, 2017 - Sat, 25 Feb, 2017 We have absorbed the price difference and are sending you this update in our pledge to be transparent with our customers.then you shped the product to me. after somedays the product in snapdeal cover with my address as entered with snapdeal and the product name as said by you and same prize. is delivered to me. when i opened it the product some fake tablets. i paid the amount as cod. then i noticed there is no order id in it. when contacted the couirer service they told me that they don't know about that. then i checked the seller address that insisted as gkkart in andhra. there is a mobile number when i contacted them they told me that i send you the product as i got request from snapdeal and speak rude with me. when i contacted you your customer center told me there may be some miscommunication with the cancelled seller he would have send the product to you. don't worry we will accept your return request. i returned thr product to you. today i got notified as the product failed in quality check. i am felling cheated by you. ia m so depressed with you. this problem cost me mentally and it take 4 days of my schedule still no refund. the same product had also been send to me through different seller but i had no money to accept it. i had placed so many products with you. i recommended snapdeal to my friends. but now i am felling so shameful about you. if you don't pay my amount immediately i am going to filled a complaint about you with CYBER CRIME as you are cheating me.

                                    This happened around 1 year back when i had purchased Baggit hand bag from snapdeal.I tried paying for it three times using credit card but failed all the time.Finally i used internet banking to complete the transaction.
                                    Money that gets debited for an unsuccessful transaction usually comes back after a week.But in this case nothing was happening and i had to call the pathetic customer care and start fighting for it like a street dog for my own hard earned money.I called them every other day and after a 2 months long fight they credited 2 of the transactions.But the the third was still missing .
                                    By that time i moved out of India and didnt had the resources to continue fighting.Even if it is only Rs:1428 that they owe me i still believe that they dont deserve it.
                                    The only thing i could do now is give bad word of mouth and posting negative comments on social network sites.
                                    I would appeal everyone out there not to go with snapdeal instead go with amazon or flipkart.at least they have a reliable payment system that doesnt mess with your money.
                                    News of shutdown of Snapdeal operations didnt surprised me as i always believed this is where they are destined to
