I have purchased a Penta tablet from snapdeal on 5th march 2017 and received in damaged condition and its IMEI number was also mismatched. When i put request for replacement of the product on the same day then, first they sent someone and confirmed that the tablet is damaged and IMEI is mismatched then the person took my tablet for replacement on 9 march 2017 but i didnot get any satisfactory response till now even now they are converting from what they commited and saying that only earphone are damaged and they sent back same damaged product on 19 march 2017 to me and refused to replace or return my product. My product is come under 14 day snapdeal gold offer in which you can return or replace your product if there is any issue but they are refusing me and saying that you can replace your product to the branch office of tablet. If any further information you need just mail me.

      Recenty i ordered phillips trimmer from snapdeal. I got defective one and i made a return request. One person came to receive the defective piece but late.
      I gave the product on 19 th march 2017 and next day i.e 20th march i got message that they didn't get that product and they have rescheduled the date to 20 march.
      I called to register the complaint first they received my call but as soon as i told them about my peoblem they disconnected the call and switched off their phone.

        As i am new to snapdeal, (fakedeal) bought few products & i returned them due to plenty of reasons, order no [protected], [protected], both the products were used like picked from junk yard, & in that one shirt was completely different from what i ordered. eventually i returned them as soon as i received, waste products, but look at snapdeal they are not paying me back .now i figured out why snapdeal is not standing anywhere, they are thieves.SNAPDEAL are real pocket pickers. Every one thing before going near to snapdeal.

          Sir on march 9 i placed order of murphy y750 dry iron and paid online of rs 269 with order id [protected]. I was delivered a damaged product on 11th march and immediately i raised refund request and pick up guy came at 12th march but unfortunately due to some emergency i was unable to attend him and i rescheduled the pick up for return of the product on 16 th march. But on the later date i got the message but nobody came to pick it up on the date and they simply close the ticket. I tried to call their customer care service but nothing happened. They simply tell me to help but nobody helped to pick it up.

          So please look into the matter and arrange the return and refund of the product.

            My cousin had placed an order of a
            'sonilex mp6 fm mp3 players "-"silver',
            On 12th sept 2016.
            And the estimated delivery time was around 17th sept.
            The order came in time but it wasn't the correct order which he had placed.
            So he placed an complaint regarding this.
            The delivery boy collected the order to be replaced but the correct order wasnt given to us.

              I made a purchase of a jeans and a shirt on 5th march 2017
              Both items were according to my expectations, brand new quality items were received.. But somehow jeans was not properly fitting.. So placed a return request.. And return was picked up next day..
              Pick up person had clicked some photos of product at the time of pick-up..

              Now after 7 days of returning item, i received again one jeans today on 18th march (That was other than the one i returned..)
              When i contacted snapdeal over call.. I was informed that returned item failed quality check and thats y same (So called same!!) item has been delivered to you..

              I dont know who the hell has changed item..
              I dont worry about my 1200 rupees..
              But this is a clear fraud which a buyer would never accept...

              We dont know who has changed items.. Who is the culprit.. It is your duty to check it out..

              What i want is either perfectly fitting same brand same jeans or full refund of my order amount...
              I have enough free time to reply all your mails.. I can provide my home cctv footage of the time of pick up..

              If the issue is occuring with the same pick up boy everytime, suspend him,
              If issue is occuring with the same city.. Suspend entire pick up center..
              Or if issue is occuring more frequently at your return processing center.. Check that out too..

              Again i m saying, it is your duty to check that.. I would never bear a fraud.. Would go to any level...

                  I had ordered a stabilizer from snapdeal worth Rs 2338.
                  The product was delivered to me but when I checked the product, it was damaged.
                  I filed a replacement request within the time.
                  They promised me to replace the product but the courier service which they have assigned for my rider's pickup called me and said we don't have delivery vehicle. So please contact snapdeal and request them to change the courier company for pickup.
                  I emailed snapdeal about this issue.
                  Now they are showing their tantrums and saying me to ship the product own my own and when I contacted them through their helpline number they again promised me that they will pickup the product from my home.
                  Now again they send me a text message that we can not pickup your product.
                  I'm really pissed off from their behaviour.
                  Please help me and teach them a lesson

                      This is the order was cancelled from my end and i did not accept this item while the delivery.

                      This is came through the above mentioned awb no. And it was refused by me while delivery.
                      I called lots of time but they are saying we apologize for inconvenience caused. And already taken 15-20 days but did not get any solution from their end.

                      I am following them from 2nd of march and started the complain with that date and asked me to wait for 6 days. But then did not happen anything.
                      Everyday i called will tell me within 24 hours it will be resolved..

                      Please help me on this regard.

                            1. I placed an order on 01/11/2017 (Sony SBH20 Bluetooth headphones), very next day the status of the changed to ready for dispatch. I was very excited, now the status is not changing, after 10 days (on 01/21/2017), i received an SMS stating that the order is cancelled saying the seller was unable to fulfill it.
                            This was my first bad experience from Snapdeal. So I ignored it assuming once in a blue moon, it can happen.

                            2. I placed an order on 11/03/2017 (Sony SBH52 Bluetooth headphones), very next day the status of the changed to ready for dispatch. this time also i was excited. Based on my previous experience I called customer care on 15/03/2017 and explained about earlier instance. Now the rep was so humble that she said that she will take this order as priority and put in her personal interest in this and get it delivered. On 03/16/2017 when I see the status of my order it shows cancelled. This time snapdeal doesn't even bothered to send notification.

                            My questions are:

                            a) When snapdeal doesn't have capability of delivering the product, why do they take orders.
                            b) When the seller cannot fulfil the order, why do they list in the app/website?
                            c) When do the reps give false promise to customers?
                            d) I always pay the amount at the time of placing the order, is this some some kind of games to gain the interest on the prepaid orders and later cancel the order.

                            I'm really upset with the services of snapdeal, and this is the last time I'm using the snapdeal and would suggest to all my contacts that snapdeal is such a cheap tricks playing website who cannot fulfill the orders.

                            This was my first bad experience from Snapdeal. So I ignored it assuming once in a blue moon, it can happen.

                            2. I placed an order on 11/03/2017 (Sony SBH52 Bluetooth headphones), very next day the status of the changed to ready for dispatch. this time also i was excited. Based on my previous experience I called customer care on 15/03/2017 and explained about earlier instance. Now the rep was so humble that she said that she will take this order as priority and put in her personal interest in this and get it delivered. On 03/16/2017 when I see the status of my order it shows cancelled. This time snapdeal doesn't even bothered to send notification.

                            My questions are:

                            a) When snapdeal doesn't have capability of delivering the product, why do they take orders.
                            b) When the seller cannot fulfil the order, why do they list in the app/website?
                            c) Why do the reps give false promise to customers?
                            d) I always pay the amount at the time of placing the order, is this some some kind of games to gain the interest on the prepaid orders and later cancel the order.

                            I'm really upset with the services of snapdeal, and this is the last time I'm using the snapdeal and would suggest to all my contacts that snapdeal is such a cheap tricks playing website who cannot fulfill the orders.

Since For A year they Used to say me that they will give my payment and at times they dont reply to my queries now it has been a long time and also my account manager asked me to to invest me 30000 and i invested so she already to her/himself wasted the money and no outcomes and they dont give the payment back it is a fraud site..                                 I got a defective handset on March 13 2017 and returned back to them after two days.
                                Now they are saying that earphone is missing so its rejected. I told them that when I had returned everything was inside the box.
                                But they were not ready to accept. They started to blame that I kept the earphone and I need to send back to them.

                                I requested to deduct the price of the earphone and return back my money. Still no help.

                                I was shocked, I asked them to give the number or address of your courier partner because the culprit must be snapdeal's courier boy who took the phone back to the warehouse.
                                But they were not ready to help me at all. I checked my call records and found that snapdeal's courier partner number and called him and threatened to file a case against him then he accepted that he had stolen the earphone and would return back to me.
                                Fortunately that call was recorded in my phone. I have receipt which was given by him after taking back the defective phone and call recording where he is accepting that he had stolen the earphone.

                                What was my fault in this. I trusted and paid in advance. It was my almost 30th order in last 2 years. I have ordered almost 20 phones in last 2 years. I also recommended my friends and relatives.
                                Now I'm fade up.

                                Plz let me know where to send all these so that everyone knows that Snapdeal is no more a brand now. They have a group of bunches who are robbing the honest people like us.

                                  I purchased kent ro from snapdeal.com in 20 oct 2016.in my kent ro product i didn't found the warranty card and i got the kent ro of 2014 model it means almost 2.5 yr old model they provide to me. For took back my warranty card i called to snapdeal customer care to give me warranty card but they didn't provide me any response. As we know kent ro never give warranty without warranty card now i complain again to give me warranty card still i didn't get any response from there. And when i contact to directly seller he told me directly i don't know you and you also don't know me so we cant help you. This type of seller also found in snapdeal

                                    I have ordered 2 Nos Healthviva Apple cedar vinegar bottle. I have received a parcel from snap deal after a week. The parcel contains only one bottle with a packing papers. The parcel had an invoice which says parcel contains 2 no of bottle inside. Immediately I used return/refund option in their website, but they are not returning / refunding this product. I have sent lot of mails to their help centre mail id. I register a complaint in their help centre itself. No response from them. It is really cheating. There is no direct customer care no. there is no way to contact them directly.

                                      Have ordered one pair of woodland sandles on 18/12/2016 and I have putted request for return on 31 Dec 2016, during the time of returning by mistekly I have cancelled order and Which i had reported to snapdeal and customer advisor have made it clear and they had reschedule the order...Now It has been almost 3months my pickup is not done, now I have lost my patience level.                                         Myself Ranjeet, i have placed order with Snapdeal on 25 Feb'17 order number ([protected]), for 2 products one of them got cancelled as Snapdeal could not arrange delivery and refunded me the money. However when i called to return the second product Snapdeal denied by saying there is some discrepancy in the account and later informed it is because of accesive returns on the account. even after calling multiple times it was denied and i finally worte an email to them on 12 Mar'17, i got the same response that it couldnt be returned or replaced. i have few concerns listing below.
                                        1) Since there was accesive return on the account and return or replacement cannot be provided why wasnt it communicated to me before placing the order.
                                        2) Return/replacement button was provided to me even after placing the order
                                        3) i order Size M, the size description present on the website and Size despriction on the product itself is different.
                                        4) Attaching the screen shot of the same as this is providing incorrect information to the customer.
                                        5) Chest Size of M on website is 97cm wherein on Product it is 107cm.
