    I ordered a samsung j3 mobile phone from snapdeal on 11/jan/2017. 5 times the amount debited from my account and 2 times the company credited the amount to my account. Balance 2 times its about rs 15000 is pending now. I submitted all the necessary requirements like bank statement to the company but they are not giving proper answer and hiding the informations. Snapdeal was a good brand in my mind before this incident. There was no reply from the company when i submitted the email to helpdesk.

      Hi,
      I have ordered a Columbus navy blue shoe against order no.[protected]. I have received a used product and when I file a return for that the Snapdeal's is not willing to pickup that used shoe .I have telephonic conversation with the customer care executives a lot of times but they ensure me for pickup but still it passes a lot of days and my return pickup is not done and now I feel that Snapdeal's are full of fraudulent seller with sells fake product.
      Zero star to Snapdeal.
      Please help me in this case so that I can get my money back from these frauds.

        After 3 days i return it due to physical damage. But due to wrong ifsc code i am not receive my refund.
        I send u my statement so many times. But after 1 year i am not receive my refund. Please solve my problem early as possible.

              I returned My product on 18th feb 2017.but still i didnt got my money .From 19th feb 2017 onwards i am contacting customer care for more than 20 times .they didnt solve my problem. They told me that" they have transferred to "[protected]@adoro.in "freecharge account which is not created by me and also i insisted them transfer through NEFT i have sent them my bank details. since i could not use that "[protected]@adoro.in " freecharge. i have even sent my Registered Freecharge acount to them But still i didnt got any REFUND amount and No Proper Response From them.today they are telling me my money has been used by one else my balance is 159 .even that balance also i could not see.
              It their RESPONSIBLITY to make it simple for the customer according the customer convience.I faced more hardship with this snapdeal.

                Ooker. The whole item was damaged. Immediately i filed a request for replacement but it was rejected by snapdeal and they told me your whole money will be refunded. Today 7 march 2017 when checked my order status then found my refund request is also rejected.

                I am totally dissapointed now with SnapDeal. First after one week i got the damaged product and now you are not refunding my money. You are giving me that damaged product again!!!

                Please take the quick action on this. I want my money back and not the damaged item again.

                    I cancelled my order from SNAPDEAL on 27th Feb, 2017, and done the online payment for that.
                    It's showing amount refunded on the same day, but not credited in my bank account.
                    I raised concerned with the Snapdeal, but not getting any response from there side. And bank is denying to have any credit in account.

                      I was ordered item named Ad Surya small 2 burner gas stove for Rs 1398/- incl delivery charges vide order [protected]. Item recd by me on 25 Feb 2017. The condition of The Item is not good and also damaged. Therefore, I submitted the return request of the item on 25 Feb 17 vide complaint No 40327101. Snapdeal accepted my return request. After that a message received from snapdeal that your address is out of service area. Please send us your item to the address (Mumbai Vulcanqc, Rajlaxmi compound, D-4, Gala No-E-456, Vadape Naka, Bhiwandi-421302, Maharashtra) through courier services by 04 Mar 2017. I sent the item as per snapdeal message to the above address on 28th Feb through Tej courier. Rs 700/- taken by the The Services. The Item Delivered on 03 Mar (AN). After that during quality check, they declined my return request. What reason, I don't know. They wants to return back the item to me. The Item is not required to me as poor quality and damaged. They not give me refund for Rs 1398 +700 as on date. I want to my refund not item.

                          I have received different item in the redmi note 3 box having order number [protected] of snapdeal.com on 22 january, I raised return request on 24 january . The pickup was scheduled but the pickup person denied to pickup the different item which I received in the box of redmi note 3. Im following up with snapdeal since 50 days for the pickup but every time they are telling that pickup will be done in next 24-48 hours but pickup was not done till date.

                          Today when i called again n talked with floor supervisor kamal kishor he told me that pickup will not be done now, i have to keep the product he said. Then after lot of discussion with him he told that he is escalating the issue for final time n I will be updated regarding the resolution within 48 hours.

                            They have send me defective item and after their engineer visit they didnt arrange reverse picked-up.
                            I have placed order on 17 feb and issue refund request on 22feb.
                            Now its 6march 2017 but still no step taken by snapdeal team.

                            Snapdeal is committed fake promise of easy return and replacement.

                            Please look into this matter and take some appropriate step.

                            Snapdeal Team is deny to replace the product while that mobile while its battery back-up is very poor.Its work only half an hour after charging whole night. Please take some appropriate step.

                            And I will never buy again anything from online shopping portal specially snapdeal.com.

                                        I got a call from mr vikram on 02.03.2017 after complaining to consumer forum, still not getting proper responce he is saying we will revert if we received any legal notice..

                                        Kindly suggest for further steps.

                                        I have ordered hawkins futura non stick dosa tawa on 10.01.2017, which was displayed on snapdeal webside, compatible to induction, but when i received the product it wasnt mention anywhere that is is compatible. So i return the product and pickup was done on 13.01.2017 and i got confirmation that they have recd the product on 17.01.2017. Till today 27.02.2017 i did not received my refund, they are saying you received the correct product so we are unable to initiate the refund.
                                        Now they have the product and my money too.
