I cancelled my order from SNAPDEAL on 27th Feb, 2017, and done the online payment for that.
It's showing amount refunded on the same day, but not credited in my bank account.
I raised concerned with the Snapdeal, but not getting any response from there side. And bank is denying to have any credit in account.
Please suggest what I need to do ?

I have received different item in the redmi note 3 box having order number [protected] of snapdeal.com on 22 january, I raised return request on 24 january . The pickup was scheduled but the pickup person denied to pickup the different item which I received in the box of redmi note 3. Im following up with snapdeal since 50 days for the pickup but every time they are telling that pickup will be done in next 24-48 hours but pickup was not done...

They have send me defective item and after their engineer visit they didnt arrange reverse picked-up.
I have placed order on 17 feb and issue refund request on 22feb.
Now its 6march 2017 but still no step taken by snapdeal team.

Snapdeal is committed fake promise of easy return and replacement.

Please look into this matter and take some appropriate step.
