Hello,
I bought Moto G Turbo Edition (16GB) on 22nd February. But there is an issue in the mobile phone. There is an issue in a display screen. It blinks continuously. So I request for replacing. After 2 days your engineer came to the home and check mobile. He also fount that issue so he accepts my replacement request.
After 2 days your courier guy came to my home. He checked mobile and all accessories and accept that mobile and gave return receipt. After few days on 8th March, I got the call from your call center and told me that my replacement request is rejected as there is no charger in the box. But I know that there is a charger in a box and also your courier guy checked before he accepts.
Also in your policies, you mention that courier guy will check all accessories and then accept the product. If something is missing then he will not accept. You courier guy accept means there are all accessories in that box. So why you do not give me a replacement.
I need my replacement otherwise I will go to consumer court.
Check my return receipt.
Also check your policy.
Items that you return should not be used, washed, altered/tampered or soiled. All original packing, labels, tags, leaflets, manuals, warranty/guarantee cards, freebies, accessories such as belts, locks, straps, etc. should be intact. The courier will not accept your item in absence of these. Items with locks/passwords should be returned unlocked/disabled.
