This is Gh Mohd from Jammu and Kashmir.I order a woodland Navy casual shoes which I got on time but the same day I requested to replace as they excepted but today I got an SMS where they wrote they regret they can't replace as they have issue with there seller and want to refund .i can't buy the product where the same product is two times higher now

    I have ordered
    Chargemup Supper-fast[protected]mAh Power Bank - Silver

    with order ID [protected] on 04 March which I received on 6th March.
    The item was defective and didn't worked properly. I made a complaint regarding that and requested to replace the product. Till 3 days there was no response from your side.

    On the fourth day I received a call to return it back to your warehouse manually by any of courier agency which is easy to me, and they said I will be refunded the courier amount. I have to attach the receipt in mail and send it to you.

    So herewith I am attaching the receipt of courier. They have charged me Rs.40/- and I have couriered it to the following address given to me

    The Power Bank Didn't Charged. As I received the item, I plugged in for charged... I plugged in for 7-8 hours, but not a single percent charged and it remained discharged only. Hence I received a defective piece.

    I have order 24 " tv but received 21 " only.
    when i have given return complaint they are telling me to return product at warehouse address which is not possible for us.
    i have given this gift to somebody on special occassion.
    warehouse address is far away from delivery location.

      I want to bring to the attention of this forum the apathetic customer support at Snapdeal and the lack of communication among its designated courier agency. A simple issue of refund can spiral into massive inconvenience for the customer.

      Here is the issue: A wrong order was sent to me two weeks back and I wanted the packet to be collected from my house so that I could get the refund. The timeline of the issue is as follows:

      1. 25 Feb: I placed the order for four jockey boxers.
      2. 27 Feb: Two boxers were sent to me instead of four. I raised the request for return online. I called the call center and explained the situation. I was assured that the courier will come and pick up the packet.
      3. 28 Feb: The courier guy comes with wrong instructions. He asks for four boxers to be collected. I told him that two boxers were sent to me instead of four and that's why I raised the return request. He leaves saying he will have to confirm it with his supervisor and come back later that day. He never returns.
      4. 1 Mar: A guy from Snapdeal calls and assures that the packet will be collected soon. I put the request specifically for the packet to be collected by March 2 since I will leave the town on March 3. The agent assures me of timely collection but no one shows up by Mar 2.
      5. 6 Mar: The courier guy attempts pickup while I was out of town. I had left the packet with the landlord downstairs. The courier guy was rude and he rushes me asking that he cannot wait for the packet to be picked up. Since I was having trouble calling the landlord to give the packet to the courier guy the pickup fails. I ask the courier guy to schedule the pickup for Friday (Mar 10) when I will be back home. He assures me that pickup will be scheduled for Mar 10 but he didn't communicate the information to his agency.
      6. 7 Mar: The pickup gets rescheduled for this day in spite of my request.
      7. 9 Mar: Pickup is attempted again while I was out of town. The courier guy shows up at my house and calls me for the packet. I told him I was still out of town and I had put the request for Mar 10. I was assured that the collection will be done on Mar 10.
      8. 10 Mar: I waited all day for packet collection. No one shows up for pickup. Instead, I got a phone call telling me that I wasn't home so the packet could not be collected. Again, I pointed out the error in the caller's reporting and pickup is rescheduled for Mar 11.
      9. 10 Mar: Called the Snapdeal call center. Spoke to Anjali X and got the reference id XXXXXX for lodging the complaint. I was told that the call will be escalated. I haven't received any call from the Snapdeal escalation team.
      10. 11 Mar: I put a request for pickup to be done before noon today since I had to head out. Again, my request was not kept as the packet was picked around 2 pm.

      I await to see what further steps Snapdeal will take to restore my confidence in their company and assure me that this ordeal will not be repeated. No one from Snapdal took the ownership of the issue to ensure that this issue got resolved promptly. Couple of agents said on the phone that "We will take the ownership of the issue from here on, " but those were typical hollow promises the agents make at the call centers to dump the customer to the next agent.

      PS: I also want to point out how ridiculous Snapdeal's IVR is which does often loops the caller in circle. I had to select incongruous options from IVR to get to the agent. And recently their email support [protected]@snapdeal.com sent this response to me with the subject line "Our Help section is your only go to place for all your queries" with the following text in the body of the email "We are no longer handling queries sent to this email address - '[protected]@snapdeal.com'." How do they expect customers to contact them?

        Dear sir
        The watch you have sold to me is fake. I have a certificate from the “Titan” company itself as a proof. I asked a replacement before but a very bad response was received from your side asking a denying letter but now I have certificate itself to as proof that it is fake. I gifted the same to a very imp person & now my image is spoiled. to Get this certificate I had to leave my office losing my salary, I lost my time & my money .You made me pay Rs1500 for a fake watch which does not even value for Rs 100. You cheated us.

          Hi,
          I have ordered a pair of sandal (Puma Elego IDP Black Floater Sandals) on 28 Feb, 2017 and received it on 05 March, 2017.The product was one size bigger than what I expected.The product I received was same as displayed. So I had to return it. As the size I needed was not available I had to request for a refund. I raised a refund request just after 2/3 hours I have received the product.
          The the pickup failed on 06 March, 2017and I received a sms that the pickup guy tried to contact me while nobody called me regarding the pickup and I was available in home so my family members. Pick up happened on 07 March, 2017 and the pickup guy checked the item before receiving. Returned item is received at Snapdeal. On 09 March, 2017. Estimated Refund was 09 March, 2017.Today on 10 March, 2017 at 12:55 pm I received a call from a snapdeal executive(no:+91 [protected]).She told me that the product they have received is of some different color and damaged so my refund is not possible. I told her that I have received what was displayed in the website and returned the same but she refused to believe me and tried to convince me that the mistake is from my end and I have changed the product. I have never expected such behavior from snapdeal .Now I want my money back asap. Guide me what I have to do further.

              I received my order placed on 28th feb but since the top was loose, I asked for replacement for smaller size. The person came n collected it on 1st March. I have yet not received the replacement and I have also made the payment which they have not refunded. Every time I call, the executive says that they are forwarding the request but later there is no intimation on where the replacement is or when will it be delivered. If they can deliver large size top in 4-5 days, what's taking them so long to deliver medium size. There is no TAT and the email is given on their website is also no longer in use. I don't know where to contact them. I have now given up and lost money. Henceforth, I won't be ordering from this money making website.

                My order no. [protected] dtd. 22 Jan 2017.

                I think you have not understood the issue well here. My concern is not regarding the return. My concern is the description of shoes given by snapdeal is "genuine leather", kindly note we as customers do not have any tools to check whether it is genuine leather or not. Unfortunately after using the received shoes for more than 7 days i came to know that it is not genuine leather shoes. It is low quality rexin shoes, when the upper layer has came out, as shown in the picture sent with my request earlier.
                Now the issue is i have been misguided by the description given by snapdeal on the portal for which i dont think any time limit is applicable. I believe the management team at snapdeal is well aware of the consequences of providing wrong information to the customers.

                Hence request you to look in to this matter from different point of view and not by return or replace point of view.

                Had ordered for two impression wall running horses picture vide invoice number:SAFE/1003114, dated 08 Nov 2017.Received only one picture and Payment for both the frames was made while placing the order.

                After lodging complain, Received a call today on mobile number [protected] by your team, who told that all such complains should be made within Seven days of receiving the order.

                Since i was not in town, was able to find out only on my arrival on 01 Dec 2017( proof of travel can be shared on request) . The delivery was received by my neighbour and the parcel was opened on my arrival.

                Very disappointed with the customer service. The value of the product is not high (270 rupees per picture).

                Kindly initiate action to either refund the amount or send us the material.

                  I had ordered Vip feeling bra of 42C size. When I received parcel I found both the items inside were of 40C size. Infect on the bill it was mentioned 42 C. This is really cheating. I tried your replacement /return policy where it shows that refund policy is not applicable for this product. and replacement is not possible since it is out of stock. I called your customer care and lodged complaint on 7 th March just next day of receiving parcel. My complain no is 40524285.                         I ordered Semi stitched suit for Rs.990/- and received the same on against order number [protected] order ID [protected]. But returned the same on 10.2.2017 as I didn't like it due to its quality. The suit was picked up and has been delivered back to the company. The company promised to refund the amount in bank account and initiated the refund on 14.2.2017 but till date even after numerous phone calls and e-mails the refund has not been made. Every time they say that refund will be made in four five days then say in 48 hours. Refund not received till date. Complaint No. is 39979072. Please get my amount refunded.

                            I purchased TRANSCEND 32 GB SD card from Snapdeal & received the same on 4/3/2017. The sd card was fake as it cannot store Data more than 300mb which is ridiculous to see as it blast for 32GB
                            Till now I logged no. Of complaint with customer care but no response has been received also they gave me 2 dates for pickup but no one came to pick the item.

                              Hello,

                              I bought Moto G Turbo Edition (16GB) on 22nd February. But there is an issue in the mobile phone. There is an issue in a display screen. It blinks continuously. So I request for replacing. After 2 days your engineer came to the home and check mobile. He also fount that issue so he accepts my replacement request.

                              After 2 days your courier guy came to my home. He checked mobile and all accessories and accept that mobile and gave return receipt. After few days on 8th March, I got the call from your call center and told me that my replacement request is rejected as there is no charger in the box. But I know that there is a charger in a box and also your courier guy checked before he accepts.

                              Also in your policies, you mention that courier guy will check all accessories and then accept the product. If something is missing then he will not accept. You courier guy accept means there are all accessories in that box. So why you do not give me a replacement.

                              I need my replacement otherwise I will go to consumer court.

                              Check my return receipt.

                              Also check your policy.

                              Items that you return should not be used, washed, altered/tampered or soiled. All original packing, labels, tags, leaflets, manuals, warranty/guarantee cards, freebies, accessories such as belts, locks, straps, etc. should be intact. The courier will not accept your item in absence of these. Items with locks/passwords should be returned unlocked/disabled.

                                I ordered pack of 2x175gm Himalaya toothpaste complete care but I received pack of 2x150gm Himalaya toothpaste complete care. I've sent a request for the replacement of the product.
                                We also mentioned that he should come after 3:00 -4:00 pm.
                                The courier boy came twice to pick it without informing as no one was there to give him the parcel he left.
                                And now the request has been automatically cancled due to lapse of time. But I want to get it changed/replaced.
                                Now can it be replaced or not?

                                  Hi,

                                  I accept It was my mistake only that I placed an order from Snapdeal ( Unbox sadness )and I assure I will never do this mistake again. But now what ? Sorry I can't accept to invest more than 11K for a broken/damaged refrigerator.

                                  I place an order for a refrigerator from Snapdeal on 3rd of March and I got delivered the same on 5th March. It took me one hour to unpack the refrigerator and after all the trouble what I found that refrigerator deep freezer window was broken. Immediately I called customer care and asked for replacement ASAP. On Monday 6th March I got a call from your so called pickup guy and then all the way I came from my office to give the product, then he asked me what is the product. I told refrigerator then he said I came alone so I cant take product today I will come tomorrow.

                                  Next day I got message that delivery attempted and it was unsuccessful and I need to schedule pick up through mobile app. But that also didn't work. Tried reaching through mail, No response. Tried reaching through call, No only blocked.

                                  Seriously feeling like I am dealing with a fraud company, Got annoyed with Snapdeal support.

                                    I bought shoes from Snapdeal which is delivered on Monday 13/02 after deliver I checked size it's 1 size big after that day I requested for replace because of size issue. I called many times in Snapdeal they always said after 2 days your problems will be solved but still no replace I harassed by Snapdeal.

                                    plz pick up your product and refund my money, plz take legal action for Snapdeal.

                                      On 31st Jan, 2017 we did transaction on snapdeal, however one of the transaction didnt get through and Rs 4381 was debited from my account
                                      I got many snapdeal help emails to share the PDF bank statement which I have done multiple times however it has been more than a month now and still my money is not refunded
                                      this is not right and harassment to customer
