          Snap deal is fake website . why product showing wrong size in the website if you have 8 number shoes show correct size.

            Sir,
            I have purchased a mobile phone (HTC One X9) on 08.02.17 and I have received it on 11.02.17. My order id is [protected]. I was happy on receiving it but on 3 days o[censored]sing it, I found that battery gets heated up too much when we charge it from 0-10% to 90-100% charge. Then, I complained to the snapdeal by using a link replace/refund on the website. They sent the service engr. The service engr with no knowledge just rebooted the device and asked me whether I want replacement of a phone. I told him it is better to have a refund. I denied the replacement. Then he asked me to contact customer care regarding replace or refund. But, I don't understand what he has written on the service paper. When I called customer care, they told me that service engr told them that battery is good. I don't understand how he can tell this without actually charging and checking the battery. Then, customer care told me to contact HTC service centre so that they can repair it. Then I went to the service centre and submitted the phone by mentioning two problems - One is battery heating problem and Other is low voice during calls. He told me to take the phone the next day. Also, on close observation, he told me that there is a very little damage, something like discoloration of a metal body near the area of the camera lens, which I was unable to observe all these days.
            The next day, I have taken the phone and the service report from the service center. Then I submitted the report to the SnapDeal thru email. I also mentioned that, the service person has shown me a little defect on the phone, which generally can’t be noticed by ordinary people.
            Then, I have received a call from snapdeal customer care stating that the product cannot be replaced/returned due to a damage on the metal body and they are saying that it should be informed to them at the first time, when I told them about battery issue. But, how could I tell this if I haven't observed myself? I have gone thru all their instructions starting from the appointing snapdeal’s service engr. to visiting the htc service center, which was a big headache for me, and now they are saying not possible. Anyone can easily say that it is a manufacturing defect and not from the customer side, by just looking at that defect. Also, note that snapdeal’s Return/Refund policy in SnapDeal says that the defective item can be returned within 14 days (for snapdeal gold). And it is not mentioned anywhere that we have to inform this in the first attempt. So, till now 14 days has not elapsed. So, I request them to take back the item and refund the amount, as I have no more interest in their products even though if snapdeal wish to replace. Otherwise, please note that I'll be going to consumer court so that we can deal there. Also, I'll post this entire story in major social networks and a daily newspaper. And I request them not to call me just for giving apologies without any solution. Thank you.

              I bought a shoe from snapdeal 1st off all they send me different color and the product quality was less then 500 but they took 1800 and I tried sending 2 times spend around 200 rs now customer care called and told me I change the color and send back to snapdeal and we can't take your complaint we r sending you the same shoe .it's really so disappointed so plzz take a hard action against them and send me a good product other wise I Ll send this report to consumers court

                        I ordered the Monte Carlo Yellow round neck full sleeves T- Shirt from snapdeal on 28 January, 2017 but due to bigger size, I returned the product and asked for the refund.

                        Since then I did not get the remaining Rs. 352 of Rs. 504 into my debit card and balance of Rs. 152 was credited into Freecharge account.

                        Please help me get my Rs. 352 from Snapdeal as they are not listening to my problem and already 20 days have passed.

                        I have also provided them bank statement and other information related to this.

                          I had ordered a Wireless Keyboard+Mouse combo from the Snapdeal website on[protected]Order Ref No.: [protected]). The product was delivered to me on[protected]. On opening the product, I found that the Keyboard and the Mouse were there, but the USB Connector device wasn't inside the package neither were the batteries that were supposed to be included in them. Now, I have tried to get some assistance over their Customer Helpline number listed on their website, but I have failed to get in touch with a living person even after repeated attempts. It appears to me that they have constructed a Customer Support system in such a manner that people are unable to actually contact them about anything after being cheated. I have spent over an hour and more than quite a good amount of money trying to contact them. However, I have failed even after my repeated attempts.

                            please dont order from snapdeal.com because its not properly sell any products to consumer, manu type of manpalutation beard .few days ago, give order for i kall tablet, courier is send to my residence address but due to misbehaviour of courier boy i will take courier from my landmark & packaging of product accessories is totaly diffrent, no any compant logo on tablet, mismatch accessories of tablet, missing keyboards, after that i will contionusly calling to cutomer care totally give fraud statement, "its saying 2-3 days your product pickup from picking go courier service, "but today completed 10 days till that on one is coming for pickup my tablet. if product pickup procedure is very poor & very Bad, so payment refund process how many days take by snapdeal, please i will sufferd from very hactic situation, please dont purchase any product from snapdeal.com,

                              I made two purchases from snapdeal for Lavie Alpha 2 Red Backpack (Order ID: [protected]) Placed on 19 Jan, 2017 and Woodland Browntan Leather Formal Wallet (Order ID: [protected]) Placed on 19 Jan, 2017. Later I cancelled them and refund was processed by snapdeal. Snapdeal has confirms that they have refunded the money in my bank account, with transaction reference number HHMP[protected] and 023790, but bank has denied of any such transaction. Vijaya bank has very pathetic customer support. Nobody receive calls nor replies to emails. Branch says they do not have any information.

                                  Order id on snapdeal is [protected] on 20/1/2017 is cancelled but refund not given on my card till today. amount of 39376/- is pending.
                                  snapdeal customer care said refund given on 30/1/2017.
                                  snapdeal gave me BRN no.[protected].
                                  but sbi credit card customer care said that there is no refund on my card.

                                      I ordered the item tablet ikall I of rupees 3200 on last week of Jan and I got it on 1st week of Feb with cash on delivery. But I found that it was defective and I returned it on the next day of receiving the item for its replacement. But till now I haven't got back my money or the replaced product. It's been almost a month now. So please sir help me to get back my money or the replaced product.

                                        I placed an order from snapdeal On 31 Jan, 2017.
                                        with:-
                                        Suborder Id: [protected]
                                        For Noise Black Plain Acrylic Caps
                                        and i recieved it on 12:24 PM, 01 Feb, 2017
                                        and i requested for refund on the same day becoz size of cap was very wide
                                        so i had to return it back and snapdeal curiour guy came on 12:46 PM, 02 Feb, 2017 and took it back..

                                        And i made payment for it with my Netbanking.

                                        so they told me i will get back my money in same bank acc.
                                        and on snapdeal.com it shows refunded successful.
                                        and i spoke to snapdeal agent 3 time they told me to share my statement i shared it with them
                                        but still i have not got my money back and its been more then 20 days already.
