Snap deal is very poor when it comes to customer satisfaction, I have ordered a bed sheet and they have sent a cheap roadside bedsheets when I have returned it thay say there quality team has rejected my complaint about quality not being good and they are forcing me to keep that ####ty bad quality bedsheets and they are denying to refund my money never buy from snapdeal they simply rob customers...

Later I cancelled them and refund was processed by snapdeal. He also found problem in set.Next day they pick mobile and told me they check it in their warehouse after quality check they despatch another handset. They should take 4-5 days for this procedure. If engineer check the problem than why it will check again in their warehouse....
