    I have recently ordered a Epson Ink bottles from Snapdeal. I have paid Rs 850 towards the same. After opening the package I saw the Product was fake. When I returned my product they accepted but 45 days I waited for refund, snapdeal is very bad company don't buy it any products from snapdeal by experience.

      hi.
      this is a silver bunk bed and when i received the package nut bolt were missing. package was opened by a carpenter Named manik send by snapdeal, and he found spare parts are missing. complain was registered and they iniciate reverse pickup. and after that a total failure from snapdeal side. they assigned the work to JV express. and those #######s dont pick up my package and always update in system that i want to keep the product. after severeal mail and telephonic conversations with snapdeal representatives still the problem in same condition. snapdeal still not a customer friendly company, as they assure my problem will be resolved in 2 days from last 20 days.
      now they force me to go to consumer court with compatation.

      the courier person did not pick up the package from my address. and still last 1 month after my repetative suggesions also snapdeal not able to cheange the courier company.

      I need replacement not refund.

      i don’t under stand that by simply sending missing spare parts (nut and bolts) they can solve my problem then why reverse pickup? And i will not accept any refund. I need the bunk bed.

      instead of asking the courier person, snapdeal always call me and wants to confirm wheather i want to keep the product r not? as the courier person from JV express always update that the customer want to keep the product without visiting or asking me. the size of the bunk bed is big and they need the support of a mini truck to lift it. and that cost jv express dont want to bear. snapdeal never ask the courier persons why the material is not lifted? or i suggested them to change the courier company, that is also not done by them. it seems snapdeal not any more customer friendly company.

        I have booked a Coirfit Biolife visco mattress 10 inches Heavenly comfort. on 21.10.2016 . Order ID: [protected]. I placed the order believing the description - soft and heavenly comfort. It also mentioned that it was Memory foam mattress. Memory foram mattresses are very soft and HEAVENLY COMFORT. I received the parcel only on 14.11.2016. When I opened the parcel I found the mattress is so hard and I could not use it. I ordered for my back pain comfort. I had memory foam mattress of the same size and it was old that I wanted to replace it. The new one was so hard like wood and it is not Soft or Heavenly Comfort as mentioned in their listing.

        Then I noted down their listing of my order status. It mentioned that I can return the item and claim refund. I initiated return request. The Snapdeal executive called me and told that their Chennai people would come and pick up the item. They came on 20.11.2016 and inspected the item. Handed over the receipt and took delivery. Nothing happened afterwards. Now the Snapdeal site says Return request is denied on quality check. No refund nor any other step to make my loss good was done by Snapdeal

        If they feel the mattress is open and they could not take it for return, they should not have taken return delivery. Or they would have inspected here in my house and told me that the mattress is not returnable. It was new and untouched, Only thing we have opened the parcel to see the mattress. No one will know the softness of mattress without touching it. Now snapdeal is avoiding me to complain and they refuse to refund.

        We the gullible customers believe the on line dealers that they will adhere to their promises of refund. They practice refund on small items. But refuse to do for costlier items. They should understand how I know the comfort leverl of mattress without seeing it. Here the shops allow us to inspect and lie down to see the comfort. They take back the mattress if it was not comfortable even upto 30 days. But Snapdeal promises refund for uncomfortable sale but they missed their promise in this deal. Why should I loose for trusting Snapdeal? What justification they have in keeping silence after taking delivery of material ?
        I request your respected forum to direct the Snapdeal to refund immediately

            I had ordered a double bed from snapdeal order no : [protected], placed on February 1 st 2017. I was promised to be delivered between 11- 15 February 2017. I have been calling to customer representatives every day 3-4 times a day to get an update on my product all they tell me is wait for 24-48 hours for a solution. my complaint no is 40001600 and my complaint has been been escalated 14 times and still no solution. Please help me on this also want to bring to your notice your customer care executives are very rude and disconnect the call on face or some times keep you on hold for 45 minutes and disconnect.

            Me and my husband have been regular customers of snapdeal but after this experience you might loose loyal customers I request you to please deliver the product at the earliest.
            Hoping to hear from you at the earliest.

              I have recently ordered a Sony headset from Snapdeal. I have paid Rs 1500 towards the same. After opening the package I saw the headset was fake. When I raked up the issue I got a response that Snapdeal is not responsible for the quality, and for refund I need to approach the merchant directly. Also, there was not customer care assistance. The customer care numbers are not going through. I think the Snapdeal specializes in fraudulent selling practices. I am preparing to take them to court.

                      I ordered laptop using credit card & it was converted to 6 emi at 0% interest.
                      I received used laptop.
                      I requested the replacement of laptop.
                      But snapdeal didnt replaced the laptop, snapdeal issued the refund.
                      Now when i check my credit card statement, i saw EMI PRECLOSE CHARGES, SERVICE TAX, & CESS. the total amount charged is 334rs.
                      Now snapdeal refused to refund the charges.
                      Why should i pay charges, as i have not cancelled the order. Snapdeal has cancelled the orderd.
                      I asked for replacement. I never asked for refund.
                      I want the refund of charges, taxes.

                      On 21 jan 2017 i ordered hp pavilion notebook from snapdeal. Order ID:[protected]. the total cost of notebook was 43308 rs. there was offer from snapdeal 0% emi for 6 months on hdfc credit card.
                      so i made 6 months emi using my hdfc credit card.
                      the amout i have to pay in 6 months was 43308rs.
                      when i was on payment page of snapdeal there was written : An Instant discount equal to interest payable to bank will be provided if you pay using this EMI options.
                      Total amount to be paid to bank over EMI tenure will be Rs.43308 including an interest of Rs.1595.
                      i selected the offer & selected 6 months emi. & processed further.
                      i received the msg from bank rs 41713rs spent on credit card. & it was converted to 6 months emi.

                      on 27 jan the order was delivered to me.
                      when i checked the warranty status of notebook on hp website i was shocked to see that warranty started in nov 2016.
                      now i understood that snapdeal sent me used notebook. so i requested replacement.
                      replacement was accepted by snapdeal & it was picked up by the courier.
                      now the all game of snapdeal started.
                      after few days snapdeal refunded the amount 41713 to my card.
                      when i checked my credit card statement, i saw snapdeal.com credit rs 41713.

                      EMI PRECLOSE INTEREST rs 290.50 debit
                      KRISHI KALYAN CESS rs 1.45 debit
                      SWACHH BHARAT CESS rs 1.45 debit
                      SERVICE TAX INTEREST rs 40.67 debit
                      the total amount was rs 334.07 debit
                      now i contacted hdfc bank through netbanking. i received reply from bank that snapdeal has given partial refund, & told me to contact snapdeal.
                      now i contacted snapdeal, complaint was launched, & i was told to send snapshots of charges. so i sent snapshots of credit card & the reply which i got from bank.
                      after contacting snapdeal several times, i havent received amount back.
                      now snapdeal is saying they cant refund the charges. because they have already refunded rs 41713.
                      my question is why should i pay charges as i have not closed emi, snapdeal have closed emi.
                      i paid the charges, taxes for thing that i doesnt have.
                      snapdeal did fraud with me.

                      i received the call from snapdeal.
                      snapdeal refused to refund charges of rs 334.07, saying they have refunded rs 41713.
                      why should i pay preclose charges & taxes, as i havent closed emi? snapdeal closed emi.
                      i want refund of rs 334.07.

                      The other day I lost about 20 streaks all over 100 even though I sent them 3 or more times and they sent them back there were 4 streaks over 160 which I am really annoyed about losing and I want them back because it took so long to get and now I'm back from the beginning again

                        Firstly, I received a bad quality product from snapdeal and I returned the product and then again on replacement, I received a bad quality product and as per snapdeal return policy, they should have issue me refund for my order.But they rejected my request of refund, because they said HEADPHONES were missing in the box.But, I have sent the headphones alongwith the phone and also the courier boy checked each and every component of the phone before taking that.Now, The snapdeal is returning my product without the headphones saying that I have to bear the loss of headphones.I want the refund of my order and want my money back.Please help.

                          I have purchased a mobile phone (HTC One X9) on 08.02.17 and I have received it on 11.02.17. My order id is [protected]. I was happy on receiving it but on 3 days o[censored]sing it, I found that battery gets heated up too much when we charge it from 0-10% to 90-100% charge. The service engr with no knowledge just rebooted the device and asked me whether I want replacement of a phone. I told him it is better to have a refund. I denied the replacement. Then he asked me to contact customer care regarding replace or refund. But, I don't understand what he has written on the service paper. When I called customer care, they told me that service engr told them that battery is good. I don't understand how he can tell this without actually charging and checking the battery. Then, customer care told me to contact HTC service centre so that they can repair it. But I want to tell snapdeal that I don't want my new phone to be repaired so soon. No-one will be interested in getting a new phone repaired even though it is in warranty. I know snapdeal T&C says that there is no refund for electronics. But, when I chatted with one of their representative, he told me that I'll be given two choices either replace or refund if there is a problem with a battery . I have that copy of chat transcript. So, I request them to please consider my problem and refund the amount so that I can return the item. Sorry to say that I feel ashamed by shopping on snapdeal.

                          This afternoon I have received a call from snapdeal customer care stating that the product for the order Id [protected], cannot be replaced/returned due to a slight manufacturing damage on the metal body (something like slight discoloration on the body)- which was informed by me. I wish to inform you that it is a very minor damage which is very difficult to observe by a normal people. So, I was told about this defect by the service center person who observed this closely. Now, when I revealed this to snapdeal customercare, they are saying that it should be informed to them at the first time, when I told them about battery issue. But, how could I tell this if I haven't observed myself? I have gone thru all their instructions starting from the appointing snapdeal’s service engr. to visiting the htc service center, which was a big headache for me, and now they are saying not possible. Anyone can easily say that it is a manufacturing defect and not from the customer side, by just looking at that defect. Also, note that Return/Refund policy in SnapDeal says that the defective item can be returned within 14 days (for snapdeal gold). And it is not mentioned anywhere that we have to inform this in the first attempt. So, till now 14 days has not elapsed. So, I request snapdeal to take back the item and refund the amount, as I have no more interest in their products even though if snapdeal wish to replace. Otherwise, please note that I'll be going to consumer court so that we can deal there. I am sure that i'll get justice from court because there is really no fault from my side. Also, I'll post this entire story in major social networks and a daily newspaper. Thank you.

                            Refund reference number[protected] when contacted with customer care they told within 4 working day my amount would be refunded but till today I have not received the amount. On 9.2.2017 I again contacted the customer care they told by today I will receive amount .10 days have been over. Kindly look into the matter and do the needful

                              I have purchased a mobile phone (HTC One X9) on 08.02.17 and I have received it on 11.02.17. My order id is [protected]. I was happy on receiving it but on 3 days o[censored]sing it, I found that battery gets heated up too much when we charge it from 0-10% to 90-100% charge.                                   I ordered an original Sennheiser cx180 earphone on snapdeal on 15th February, 2017. But I was delivered a duplicate product on 17th February 2017 which is far from original as it looks different than the original product, has no QR code on the package and also the sound balance is not correct. I tried to replace the product but that was not accepted by Snapdeal. Then I tried to contact customer care but nobody received the call. Kindly help.

                                      I have just ordered a phone in Snapdeal but i had received a stone in it, so i went and gave the stone to the courier boy and he told to raise a complaint to customer care and they will refund your money back so that i raised a complaint as i paid my money through online payment but still i didn't received my refund. I have contacted customer care many time but no proper response from them it nearly took 1 year, So please give me solution asap.

                                        I cancelled the order [protected] on and 7th February and they said the refund was issued . But It hasn't been credited to my bank account yet . I called customer care for the details and they asked me for 24 hours . I called them again after 24 hours because no actions were taken . So asked them for the transaction reference ID and they said transaction ID hasn't been generated yet. Isnt transaction ID generated at the iniation of any transaction ?
                                        Now i want my money back .
