Now when i check my credit card statement, i saw EMI PRECLOSE CHARGES, SERVICE TAX, & CESS. the total amount charged is 334rs.
Now snapdeal refused to refund...

Refund Issue

I cancelled the order [protected] on and 7th February and they said the refund was issued . But It hasn't been credited to my bank account yet . I called customer care for the details and they asked me for 24 hours . I called them again after 24 hours because no actions were taken . So asked them for the transaction reference ID and they said transaction ID hasn't been generated yet. Isnt transaction ID generated at the iniation of any transaction...
