    Dear sir /madam, I jeetendra meena bought a Dell adapter on 30/12/2016 which stopped working within a week .When I contacted the seller they told me to go to the service centre but I was refused replacement by Dell as they told that product warranty has expired already 8 years back.i complaint to the seller who offer me to replace or refund the same.it has been more than a month but still the product has not been replaced and issue is pending with reference no.39267134.
    Please help to resolve the issue

          I am a happy customer of Snapdeal having done multiple purchases at a given time.

          It is to mention that with the registered mobile number [protected], in November 2016 i purchased "6" Gillette Fusion Flexball ProGlide Razor with 4 Flexball Blades combo items from 2 main order items. The following are the details.

          Order ID: [protected] (6 Items) Placed On 23 Nov, 2016

          Out of which i returned following 3 suborder items.
          Suborder Id: [protected] (Refunded rs. 999)
          Suborder Id: [protected] (Refund pending rs. 999)
          Suborder Id: [protected] (Refund pending rs. 999)

          Order ID: [protected] (3 Items) Placed On 19 Nov, 2016

          Out of which i returned 1 suborder item.

          All together, I have returned 4 Gillette Fusion Flexball ProGlide Razor with 4 Flexball Blades combo items on 3rd December 2016 and have got a receipt from the pickup person.

          To my fate, i have got the refund of only 1 item [protected] of Rs. 999 whereas still there are 3 items amount to be refunded which costs Rs. 2853. After contacting multiple times to the customer care i got the standard answers like "They are looking at this issue, sorry for inconvenience, My Money is safe, They will get back to us"

          Couple of times, i spoke to the escalation team aswell and updated my concern. They concluded that as there were 4 items involved in the return, i should have given to 4 different pickup persons whereas i have given all 4 combo packs to a single person and that is the reason it is considered as a single item and refunded as a single entity. However they told that they will check the do the needful.

          What a customer has to to do, i think i have done that. I have given to courier pickup person and have taken the slip. I couldn't have delivered it to Snapdeal office or physically should reach a warehouse.

          I have got the receipt that 4 items are picked up from my place and he has taken the snapshots of the items and uploaded aswell.

          Per your executive i have uploaded the contact details of the pickup person and the scanned copy of the pickup slip so that it will be easy for tracking.

          First of all connecting to the Customer care itself is a tedious job and every time updating the whole story to a new person may not solve the issue.

          Multiple times i requested to atleast communicate what happened after enquiries.
          Till now it is still pending and i request you to please take this concern very seriously and get my hard earned money back ASAP.

          Atleast from three months, i am getting these kind of answers. I have called around 30+ times and more than 10 times to escalation level people.

          Hardly one or two people tried to solve my problem. Rest all gave standard answers to escape telling that they will escalate and get back to me.

          Getting calls from Fraudsters aswell claiming that they belong to consumer complaints dept asking for OTP to initiate the refund.

            I haven't got refund OF RS.5611
            In my bank account while Snapdeal claims that they have already refunded!
            Snapdeal this was the last time i purchased from your site!Yes!
            It's to complete 2months now!
            I ordered the YuYureka Phone on 3rd Jan 2017 and cancelled it on 4th Jan because of some problem!
            I paid Rs5611 from my debit card and Rs.123 from my FreeCharge wallet!
            You all are saying that you all have refunded me on 5th Jan 2017.
            Called too many times on Snapdeal Customer Care :-No Response
            Mailed Snapdeal for about 20times:-No Response
            Is this the way how you treat your customer?
            Do you know what much precious time i have wasted mailing, writing, visiting bank branch.
            I have almost visited 10 times the bank Branch as per your instructions you said to me one by one through Phone but what i got? 0 Rs !
            HAVE Already done all things which Snapdeal needed to satisfy there terms still no luck!

            Mailed them my bank passbook images
            Mailed them my bank statement pdf
            Raised a dispute from Bank
            Raised a claim from bank!
            Wasted Rs 1000 Petrol
            Also they are too rude!

            OMG I mean their is a flood of the same complaint i have!yes
            Now they are asking me to provide bank statements again from date 5th JAN to 5th MARCH omg so idiots!
            They don't understand that a refund takes a max of 10days to get credited!
            Already i have sent too many mails, messgs.
            I have around 5 proofs that only snapdeal is messin with me!

              I purchase mobile yu yureka plus from snapdeal but there is speaker problem next day they appoint engineer to check problem. He also found problem in set.Next day they pick mobile and told me they check it in their warehouse after quality check they despatch another handset. They should take 4-5 days for this procedure. If engineer check the problem than why it will check again in their warehouse.

                  We ordered three mobile phones in snapdeal for using otg support to us it for some bio metric machine. We ordered panasonic p55 novo (3gb, 16gb), in the specifications they have mentioned it as otg support. Order id: [protected] (3 items) which we have placed on 23rd jan.

                  As they have wrongly mentioned that phones are otg supported we raised a return and refund request. We returned 3 phones of which 1 phone they started refund. 2 phones they returned to us back and told imei is not matching.

                  We mailed them imei number are matching please take the phone and return money. We sent them the pics of phones where imei is matching as proof.

                  Still they are telling as per policy we cant refund you. I told i will file a case on you. They told you can file a case or what ever you want but we wont refund your money. Please help us in this.

                      got their product and I got message that they have initiated my refund by 31 jan, Now it has been 22 days completed, I did not get my refund, I called several times, they are telling the same words, we have initiated your refund you will get in 48 hours every time, whatever they ask I provided, still it is getting late, please take strict action against these people as they are making me fool.

                        I am serving Indian Naval officer. On5th Jan 2017 I ordered one mobile phone Karbon titanium 8gb for my mother on her birthday, the tentative delivery date was 10th though it got delayed to11th then to 15th and eventually to 20th Jan but I never received the order till date, on top of that when I checked the status of delivery on my app it was showing delivered on10th Jan despite me receiving the msg that parcel will be delayed.
                        Cherry on the top I continuously called your customer care executive for 6 times and always received the same answer give us 24 hour but now I am wondering your head quarters must be in Pluto since your 24hours are too long, they never came.FYI these customer care calls are also not free.
                        Though I don't have enough hopes with this mail but can keep as a record when I am going to file against you.
                        Well I don't know but here you should be ashamed of you, we'll never ever going to the make the mistake of buying anything from scamdeal (Snapdeal).

                            Snapdeal cheated me by dending broken coffee jars and cups

                            Order id:[protected]. i had placed the order nescafe classic dawn jar 100g, free red mug - pack of 2 on 26 dec, 2016. and it was delivered to me in completely damaged condition. i received broken coffee bottles with coffee powder spilled in the package and broken cups. i had taken the photographs of the product upon receiving it and it is attached. the packaging was very poor which is the reason why i received completly damaged product. i contacted snapdeal after i recived damaged product and i was told to return the product to snapdeal for replacement. then i used indiapost to return the product as it was first sent to me using indiapost by snapdeal and the warehouse refused to accept the return package and again it was sent back to me. but when i asked them why they refused to collect the return package the had no answer and responded that the warehouse wont refuse any parcels. but i have attached the snapshot of the reply that indiapost gave me which further proves snapdeal cheats.

                            Then again i was asked to resend the package when i contacted snapdeal customer careand i sent it again to them using dtdc and then they said the quality check failed due to one cup missing. i sent everything
                            And from the image it is quite clear that both cups and bottles are broken and it is of no use if i retain a cup.

                            Snapdeal told the blatant lie of missing cup so that the refund can be refused. i contacted them many times but they cheated and refused to provide the refund amount of the order which is 400rs.

                            Please help me to get the refund of the damaged product which is 400rs

                            Received their usual reply again today.They mentioned quality check failed.When they deliver me broken product and completely useless product how can the quality check fail.

                                  I ordered a maharaja whiteline (juicer mixer grinder) after received this product I found used plastic quality is not so good as compare SUJATA product.i found product is not long lasting and durable.means I not happy with product.then I returned it on time.but after some days I received a call from customer care then they said me they can't fefund my miner because my returned product fail in quality cheque I asked them there has any broken or damage thing in this package.they said me noting damage or broken all things are in good condition.                                     I am continuously taking follow up for my refund for the product. I am not getting proper answer from customer care. Three time they said i will receive email from finance within 15 min after completion of call. But i never received any email from them. Not sure if they are processing with our request. I am doubt on company that there are focusing on customer complain and request.
