I had scheduled a return pickup for four sets of ceiling fans on 13th feb, 2017 between 09:00am to 12:00pm. Unfortunately, the

Guy had came in a two wheeler to pickup the four set of fans! We really don't understand whether snapdeal really communicates

What are all the items that needs to be picked up to their logistics guys! How can one be so dumb enough to send a guy in a

Two wheeler to pickup four set of fans??

Even though the problem with the pick up is from their side, the emails and sms that i received blames me for failed pickup!

And is asking me to reschedule the pickup. And when i try to reschedule the pickup date and time, i am given an option of

Choosing only on 16th feb, and all other dates are greyed out! When i select the available date, an error message is displayed

Aying that "the slotted pick up is not available currently. We will try to pick up the package within 2 working days".

Screenshot is attached.

Looks like snapdeal is not keen on completing the pickup and refund the amount. They are simply trying to make sure that the

Seven days return window is closed.

One more thing that i observed when i tried to reschedule the pickup is that it seems they tried to do the pickup even today

Also (14th feb, 2017 @ 01:30pm)! Check the attached screenshot. Whereas no one from the snapdeal logistics team called me, nor

Have come to pickup the parcel.

Sincere request to snapdeal: pickup the products and refund the amount.

    I purchase Yu Yuphoria mobile on 13 Jan 17 from snapdeal online and same received by me on 24 Jan 2017. when I opened the box the product inside it is different item(i.e Intex 11000 mAH battery power). I complaint for the same on same date. They replied that currently product is available we will refund your amount and pickup the product on 27 Jan 17. Till now they neither has replaced the product nor give refund to me. I send several emails and contact customer care center several times. But the reply from them is unsatisfactory.

        I payed money though my debit card, to snap deal for online shopping, and they are not deliverd in time, then i cancelled the order, snap deal said that they will intimated cash back within 4 days, i didnt even recieved after 15 days,
        please take a serious action on snap deal, and then i contact they customer care, they just provided something RRN no. i dont know what is RRN no. i contacted my bank person, they not reposnding,

          Product i.e. "Panasonic NI-E500T DSM Steam Iron (BLUE)" was received on 7th January 2017 which was broken.
          1) A replacement request was issued on the same day which was cancelled by mistake by me.
          2) Replacement issue was reopened on the same day.
          Since 7th Jan I have made 15-20 calls to Snapdeal for the return/replacement of issue, every time Snapdeal executive says that "Product will be replaled in a day or two". Its been almost 40 days now and I feel real tired.

          I have attached the mails from Snapdeal and also have many audio recordings from snapdeal who realizes the mistake from Snapdeal's end but not taking any action.

              i had explaind that complaint booking not possible from this number. and i had made complaint through my snapdeal account. which is again not possible due to snapdeal system not allowing now.

                I placed order no [protected] on 21 jan. When i received my order it was found broken and i asked for replacement. For which i shipped back by speed post bearing no eh[protected]in which was delivered to you on[protected]Delivery report attached). And from your side it's fare 1162 also deposited in my free charge account. And replacement approved (Screen shot attached) as shown in my snapdeal account. But to my surprise now status of my order showing that order of atlas bike successfully delivered. What the hell this is.
                Either replace me my product or refund my money otherwise i am going to lodge police f. I. R and take these proff to newspapers and media.

                    I placed order no- [protected] LeEco Le2 Rose Gold moblie which was received to me on My.28.02.17as per bill attached.
                    After two days use, it is came to notice that there problem in display during capturing image in camera. So I submit replacement request vide No[protected] on Dt.01.02.17.
                    Regarding to replacement request Quality Check Person of Snapdeal Comes on Dt.02.02.17 and checked in detail and reported that problem is true and require to be replace as per Snapdeal policy. Same faulty mobile pickup by your courier partner JV Exp. on Dt.03.02.17 as per AWB#SD48892692 after complete checking of said mobile, and SMS received for reverse pickup done and shows replacement will be prpced within 7-days after quality check at Snapdeal

                    This faulty mobile received to your warehouse on Dt.10.02.17.During quality check at your warehouse on Dt.11.02.17, IMEI No not matched of faulty mobile and informed me to provide invoice copy for further checking of issue.

                    Invoice copy also send as per your requirement on Dt.11.02.17 and talking to Snapdeal customer care executive committee to revert back of replacement information till Monday evening Dt.13.02.17.
                    But after lots of communication with your Custer Executive till today Dt.13.02.17, the issue is not solved and replacement not approve at your end. And finally my replacement request rejected without any justified reason.

                        Hi... I am really frustrated by snapdeal.com
                        I had ordered a mi max phone 32 gb variant, 4 months back. The touchscreen was not working properly and the phone was heating up when charged so i returned back the phone but they dint agree with my complaints and forced me to keep the phone when i wanted refund of the same.
                        But then i asked to replace the defected phone which also they are not considering and have kept my money as well as my phone. I am calling them daily but they everyday they give me 24hours time and don't respond back.

                        Its happening the same since 4 months.

                        Help me to recover my rs 15000.

                        They are cheaters.

                          i have raised replacement/return request .. and you have taken mobile after 17days u have sent same mobile... You have given replacement time 4-7 days but you have sent after 17 days. I have asked you to refund my money as the given time was over through online chat and email also. Even now the mobile is not in good condition, battery back up is worst. voice is also not clear while making calls & signal problem is there. you have sent me the same mobile after removing my screen guard which costs Rs. 500. This is also a loss for me.. i asked you to refund my money but there is no response from you. I was without mobile for 17 days waiting for you. You have sent me used mobile in not working properly. in replacement also you have sent me the same mobile. As you have exceeded the given time i need compensation for that. I will raise complaint in consumer forum and i will go to media (national channels). I will explain the fraud happening in Snapdeal website. You have cheated me (both snapdeal & seller)

                              I ordered matrix shampoo from snapdeal.
                              Shampoo was only half the bottle and it was full of water.
                              Immediately I messaged to the sellar. They said in 24 hrs i will get reply
                              "Worst product.I am using matrix products since 5 yrs.I have never seen matrix shampoo like this before. Only water is there inside, that too for only half the bottle.Please return my money, taking back your product(water bottle)."

                              I havent got any reply. I raised request for repick up the product and refund my amount.
                              I called to customer care and told, I will be out of town for a month. Please be quick to collect the product. I told my scenario, they said in this case we ll refund the money without picking up your product.After this call you will get a mail please respond to that mail with your bank details, refund will be done in 3-4 days.

                              I didnt receive any mail asking for my bank details. So i called again to customer care. That person told refund is not possible without picking up the product. Again i told the whole story. He said ok mam we will refund you the amount without pickup. And he sent me a mail asking for my bank details. I forwarded him the same.He ask me to wait for 3-4 days.

                              5th day Again I called customer care as I didnt get my refund. Again they said the same story Sorry mam refund is not possible without returning the product. Huff Again I explain her about what was committed by their representative. She said I will check with my seniors and get back to you. She placed my call on hold. Then she told your refund will be processed.

                              Today again I called to costumer care from morning i called 4 times . Again they are saying Sorry mam we cant refund without the product. I asked them to transfer the call to seniors they placed my call on hold for 45 mins and call got disconnected.

                              My whole day got wasted. I need my refund.

                                We had purchased a karbon k9 black sandstorm phone on 30th of jan2017 order id: [protected] (1 item), but the product which got delivered was of different colour they send me black silver phone, so we raised a complaint to snap deal and told them that i want to return this product and want the refund.

                                But they rejected our request and denied from giving the refund by saying that according to the quality team the product is of same description, we were surprise that hw they cant figure out the colour difference..

                                O we again contacted them and told our concern regarding the colour to them, they took our request again fro rechecking, after that we received a call from them that we had given the product for rechecking and will revert u within 48 hrs.

                                After that we followed them for 6-7 days every time they replied the same thing that the ur request is till under process and will get a call from the concern team

                                And suddenly without informing us and giving us the explanation on 11th of feb we got a mail saying that snapdeal had returned and dispatched the product back to u as not eligible for refund..,

                                We again called snapdeal team and also spoken to there senior, but they told that our quality team has dispatched the prodcut back to u now, u hv to accept the product or else snapdeal will not be responsible for any loss or damage of the product... We cant do any thing in this now..

                                We then forwarded a mail also to them, but nothing happened after that we tried to call them many times, they are now not receiving our call also the representative take the call and put on hold and then the call get disconnect..

                                Request u to kindly help us to get refund for our product.

                                  I am continuously following-up with snapdeal since a month regarding the refund of Rs.2054/- but I am getting same auto-generated email response without giving proper answer. If I call the customer care it is not connecting me to any executives to speak them. I am completely disappointed and wishing never to shop with snapdeal ever in my life. Huh! my money is gone I think.

Neither they have refunded nor returned the item. They have simply set it resolved after making me wait for 5 months.                                   Still my issue is not resolved. One of your Representative called me and told amount cannot be refunded because of some internal check of my account but could not provide what is the actual reason? At the same time I asked then why item is not returned then he said it may/may not be returned.
                                  Keeping both money and item with you is not it a called "Day time robbery"?
                                  I am customer of Snapdeal from many years and never had such an bad experience OR even thought that Snapdeal will come to this level to stealing money from customer.
                                  I have recorded the conversation I had with Representative which is an evidence of pure cheating case.
                                  It is just a Rs.2054/- to refund or return product in good condition back.
                                  Please take this matter urgently and help to resolve. Otherwise I need to put complaints in different sites and also will upload the conversation I had with Snapdeal Representative for cheating the customer.

                                  It has been a week and I did not hear any further update on this.
                                  Frankly Rs.2054/- is not a big amount for me nor to Snapdeal. If you want we both can go and donate it to some Charity or poor people.
                                  BUT neither I can get cheated nor I want Snapdeal to cheat like this to customer which has built so much trust from so many years with Customer. I was suggesting to my friend; make transaction with Snapdeal by closing eyes, that much TRUST I had on you.
                                  I am feeling so sad that Snapdeal has come to this level of Cheating just Rs.2054/- :(
                                  I hope you will bring back the trust whatever I had on Snapdeal !

                                  It has been a month waiting and no response. May I know what exactly is the problem in refunding or returning the product back? In this time period I have connected with one of my friend who is in TV Channel and he is ready to make a news on Snapdeal for cheating like this. I have enough proofs & evidences. Please confirm whether I go ahead in spoiling Snapdeal name in the public ? Already there is a news on Flipkart recently for sending stones in package. Now it should not be turn for Snapdeal in cheating by neither refunding nor giving back the product!

                                      I ordered "KENT Appliances 600 nano Ceiling Fan brown" . When i opened the snapdeal box, surprised to see some local brand Fan "beetly" in place of kent.

                                      I placed a request for return. Oncer they received product back. I got a call from quality check team and they rejected that product just by saying that i have packed wrong product during return. Now they are asking me to take back their useless product else they will not initiate refund.
                                      Sanpdeal is cheating their customer by delivering wrong product and if you could able to return, they will reject your product during quality check.

                                        Dear team i had ordered a samsung galaxy j3 phone, but when i recieved the phone its display was broken and damaged, after that i raised a complaint with snapdeal, and in return they sended a engineer to verify the issue, the engineer made a report and asked snapdeal to replace the product, since my complaint was verified by them as a genuine issue .

                                        Snapdeal sended a reverese logistics person from Shadwfax, they coleectd the phone checked each and every item and handed overed a slip to my wife, while doing so he tried to touch her incorrectly then when they were about to leave my wife asked when to get replacement, the person then asked my wife to share her number and said he willl call at night to confirm, when my wife objected giving her number he passed on lewd remarks on her and even attempted for molestation but my wife immediately shut the door on him .

                                        When my wife reported the incident to me, i called in the number provided in the slip, but that number was a invalid number, i never knew snapdeal sends goons to collect return products .

                                        After two days i got a mail from snapdeal that my return requuest has been cancelled since i didnt handover complete phone, they said there were missing contents . When i tried to put up my facts that i have pickup receipts where it was never mentioned that we handed overed incomplete items, it was claerly written damaged phone and packaged .

                                        i believ this is a joint nexus between snapdeal and shadowfax to dupe and molest customers, never open your door to ecommecer executives without seeing company i cards, this guy was not in company dress, no identity card, and the slip which he handed overed to my wife was also missing their tax registration number and valid contact details .

                                        Its very surprising how they are trained to handle complaints, when i told the care executive that how come they are rejecting my complaint citing missing accessorys when my original complaint was for product damage, which was certified by snapdeal sended representative enginner and how can they say that the picked up product was missing contents, when i have a physical receipt clearly stating i have handed over the phone with packaging . No where this was mentioned in the slip that it was missing any contents .

                                        In reply the senior floor manager told that i understand this fact and you are correct also but i can do anything since your request is rejected by verification team .
