Hi... I am really frustrated by snapdeal.com
I had ordered a mi max phone 32 gb variant, 4 months back. The touchscreen was not working properly and the phone was heating up when charged so i returned back the phone but they dint agree with my complaints and forced me to keep the phone when i wanted refund of the same.
But then i asked to replace the defected phone which also they are not considering and have kept my money...

I had placed an online order for a ralph lauren romance women edp 100 ml on december 18, 2016 from mumbai for my mother's birthday. She received the perfume on december 25, 2016 in hyderabad. However, soon after she complained stating that the perfume fragrance does not stay and that the silver foil of the cover is peeling away.

Since i was travelling for work between mumbai and bangalore i was not able to look into this properly....
