My name is Manoj.R, Working in a private company in coimbatore. i booked a mobile from my friend mail id, Mobile Karbonn K flip 2 booked on 19/01/2017, received product on 24/01/2017. Complaint filed as used one, Number 5 button not working like other button and coating over mobile is improper filed on 25/01/2017. Material collected from me on 27/01/2017. Received a message on 03/02/2017 as request declined and material will be returned. Till now no update from them also if i call their customer support they convinced me and on 08/02/2017 their customer support manager committed to give refund. then on 09/02/2017 received a call and asking me to wait and material will be returned soon. This is disgusting so please look into to it and do the need full. Need refund.

    Placed on 7 Feb, 2017. i placed a order and confirmed by email and SMS. After 4 days they are canceled my order theirself. other three orders delivery ok. but this order canceld "Order could not be fulfilled due to unavailability with seller. Your order is cancelled now. We apologise for the inconvenience caused." when that time i ordered Product Available. snapdeal tells wrong reason. I snap deal dit't delivery my product i will go to NATIONAL CONSUMER DISPUTES REDRESSAL COMMISSION.

            I had placed an online order for a ralph lauren romance women edp 100 ml on december 18, 2016 from mumbai for my mother's birthday. She received the perfume on december 25, 2016 in hyderabad. However, soon after she complained stating that the perfume fragrance does not stay and that the silver foil of the cover is peeling away.

            Since i was travelling for work between mumbai and bangalore i was not able to look into this properly. She did send me pictures of the silver foil peeling which i found suspicious for a ralph lauren brand perfume.

            When i visited hyderabad this time i tested the perfume myself and it was true. The perfume does not leave any fragrance and the fragrance is gone within minutes. I have used the same brand perfume before and it is amazing.

            I am most disappointed and require urgent inquiry into this. This is an expensive perfume and was meant as a gift for my mother. It is totally unacceptable that we are given a fake (Most likely) and sub-standard product in exchange for our hard earned money.

            Please look into this urgently. I work in a law firm and if this is not resolved at the earliest, i am definitely going to file a consumer complaint.

                Thank you Snapdeal for unboxing my zindagi

                I order an IPHONE on the 5th of February
                Its a prepaid order and according to snapdeal all prepaid orders are upgraded for a Gold Delivery.

                The last time I ordered a product from Snapdeal it was delayed by 10 days
                So I had a gut feeling that the same will happen this as well

                The status of my order was updated as readied for dispatch on the 05the February at 0943pm.

                I contacted Snapdeal on the 06th of February by chat and i was asked to call customer service which I did and was talking to the IVR for hours but I couldn't get through to customer service

                I was asked to an email I got a reply that my order is on time and that it will be delivered in between the 9-12 February

                Ever have been following up with Snapdeal since the 6th of February I have spoken to them on chat, email, customer service and even social media but they refuse to deliver my order

                On the 12feb they sent me a message thathas been dispatched by XPRESSBEES_DS_SFC AWB no.[protected]

                When I try calling the courier company the IVR Tells me that the awb no is incorrect and even website doesn't recognize my awb no

                I speak to snapdeal daily but keep asking me to wait for 24hrs

                I told them that I will register a complaint against them in the consumers court there are not scared

                I feel cheated

                      I had recently ordered for a bedroom set from Snapdeal, once i got the delivery they took forever to install it, initially they were not responding later one carpenter calls and tells me that the company has not paid his salary so he is not ready to come and install the bedroom set, and after that i literally had to raise a return request, that is when finally they sent a carpenter to install and they were installing it i was not at home, i had to go to work, and evening i saw the wardrobe is damaged, i called this company several time all they do is give u a fe assurance to resolve the issue in 24 hours, i also wrote several emails to this company but nobody is responding and now on the website i dont even have an option to return it, i dont know what to do. i'm also metioning the request numbers, 39981140, 39862818, 3981006, please help.

                        Sir, I ordered the Intex IT - 850 U 2.1 Multimedia Speaker on Feb 5, 2016( Order ID: [protected] ) . I didnot get this product as it was shown in the picture and quality didnot met my need as per my requirement. So, i returned it back and asked for refund of the amount i paid.                           I would like to inform you that the damage product is already delivered to your Gurgaon warehouse on 16/02/2017 and your technical team still telling that we didn't get the product. Please find the attachment and track with the courier partner india post.

                          Really its a very bad exprience with snapdeal and even any executive or technical team not taking it seriously now its one month passed away with this problem all are talking [censored] and not doing the process properly. please resolve it as soon as possible and refund my money back.

                            Vulcan courier is a company owned by Snap deal. My order was delivered by vulcan but it was a wrong order delivered. Snapdeal.com — Havells fan Order ID: [protected]. CYBER CRIME DONE.
                            I have returned this order and is reflecting on Snapdeal site. Via NOVA courier
                            The Sr. Call center Executive at Snap deal says “ As Vulcan courier did not update this on their website hence no refund or no replacement.
                            Wow what kind of rule is this.
                            The person admits on phone he takes drugs before calls.
                            The person also admits Snap Deal is a Fraud.
                            WOW what a CHEAT openly doing criminal activity
                            With police they say (I had police complaint 10 days ago) they will form another company and will take sell and mend drugs.
                            Drug smugglers are open working in sanp deal. WOW WOW WOW.
                            No question they looted Vulcan courier is a company owned by Snap deal. My order was delivered by vulcan but it was a wrong on part of them they cheated on website. Online fraud and criminal with open criminal mindset.
                            No doubt as SNAP DEAL cx says they will open other criminal companies and indulge in CYBER CRIME

                              I have purchased one mobile of panasonic eluga tapp 16gb silver/gray online from snapdeal because it was good offer i was getting but when we received mobile it was not starting at first attempt itself and when we returned they replied as it is not fulfilled quality requirements as per their department then what should we do how will we know that it is checked or not and even it was opened to checked or not, how will we trust.
                              Now it is already passed 20 days and still item is not replaced also and not even single reply also from company or if we use customer care then it always kept on hold around 30 mins and sometimes more also so i have tried email to them and that also same problem, no reply.
                              the thing which is giving anger to us that they dont reply for whatever... so we feel that they are cheating us

                                    Hi, I am extremely fed up and annoyed with your service. I requested a complaint with the Customer Advisor to return the cell phone I bought some days ago because of its poor camera quality and slow processing. Since then I have called you guys 5 - 6 times. And every time I am told a different lie. I was promised few days ago by one of your Customer Care Executives that the return request would be raised within 24 hours. However, there is no confirmation on text or email as when the return would take place. Moreover, today when I again called up the Customer Service, the lady said it cant be returned. I do not understand why wrong information to me has been provided every single time. I feel cheated and misguided as a customer. Kindly check your recorded audio calls for the different multi colored stories and excuses that have been told to me by your team. I am hoping the resolution will be provided immediately else I will never again consider shopping from Snapdeal and make my family and friends aware who are regular shopper at Snapdeal about the level of your hypocrisy.

                                      Hi,
                                      I am complaining about my ordee ID- [protected].

                                      I ordered an iPhone 5S. After opening the product when I started the phone it got auto restarted twice and then I talked to snapdeal guys and they said that they will return the product and refund my money. But it's been 13 days, i have not received my money. On 24th jan I ordered and received orde on 28th. I returned the product on 30th Jan via courier DELHIVERY. On 7th feb when I checked with snapdeal guys, they said They have not received the phone yet. And they again said that they just received the product and after quality check they will refund my money.

                                      Now they are sending mails that quality check failed because some items missing. But there was no item missing in the box. I very well am sure that I have put everything that came along with the box. It's kind of feeling like I am being played by snapdeal team. Everyday different customer service executive will say different things.

                                      Please help me ASAP. I have already bought another phone. Please help on priority basis to refund my money and obliged.

                                        As above mentioned order Id [protected] I received only one used and broken dosa tawa instead of 7 PCs of Hawkins futura non stick cookware set, after that I called to Snapdeal customer care to resister complaint against it and as per her also complaint the same in your APP also.Also I returned back this item to your mentioned address and I followed up regularly regarding this.After the product received to your team, they rejected and declined as mentioned above photo.Your every customer care person said new thing regarding this complaint.Today around 7.30 pm I have talked to your senior customer care person .He said that as it is declined the used product again return back to me, what is going on .This is ridiculous .As there is no fault from my side and you people send the wrong product to your customer and customer is suffering the consequences.
                                        Why it is going like this please look into this matter as I want my replacement at urgent basis.
                                        Your customer care senior person said that whenever again the same rejected used product I will received then again I have to raise complaint for replacement.why customer fighting like that to get actual product as there was no fault of customer . whenever I asked your senior person regarding replacement as other customer care person said that I will get replacement,
                                        Again I am requesting you please give me the replacement without any delay .
