This is brought to your kind information that I had ordered a Smart TV of Sony (Model No -43W800D) of Rs 52, 990/- on 23rd Jan 2017 from Snapdeal. The Payment of Rs 52, 990/- was made online on 23rd Jan 2017. (order ID [protected]).
Snapdeal delivered the product on 30th Jan 2017. Installation was done by Sony's Service Center Executive on 01st Feb 2017. After installation we found that the TV was defective. It was continuously displaying a Prominent GREEN LINE (VERTICAL) on Screen. This Line was visible on all channels.
We immediately initiated the replacement request with Snapdeal (ticket no[protected]. The Snapdeal has picked up the defective TV from our doorstep on 2nd Feb 2017.
From 2nd Feb 2017 to 7th Feb the location of TV was not traceable on Snapdeal's site. We called their callcenter of snapdeal ([protected]) but no proper response was given. Then we initiated the query on twitter, from there we received a reply on 9th Feb 2017 that the product is received at snapdeal's Warehouse on 09th Feb 2017.
From 09th Feb 2017 to 14th Feb 2017 there was no update on the status of my request. We even contacted their call center but they told us that the product will be checked by their technical team.
Suddenly on 14th Feb Snapdeal's site updated the status of product that 'The replacement request is declined, and the product is being returned on 9th of Feb 2017.'. The product is currently being delivered through DOTZOT courier company. But, the DOTZOT site is showing that they have recived the product from snapdeal on 14th Feb 2017.

Now, I feel like being cheated by the Snapdeal. They are returning the product without checking it. They havenot checked the defective product at all.
Secondly, if the product was returned on 09th Feb 2017 then how come DOTZOT is claiming to accept the product on 14th feb 2017. This means that snapdeal is betraying the TRUST and FAITH of customers.
When the TV will reach our doorstep, because I am residing at Gwalior and distance between Gwalior & delhi is 350 KM.If the Product was returned on 09th Feb 2017 then why i haven't received it till today (i.e. 17.02.2017).
How can I replace this faulty product?
And what legal actions can I take against Snapdeal for cheating me?

    I have ordered a three burner gas cook top from snapdeal with order ID [protected] on 11 Jan 2017. Recieved the damaged product on 19 Jan 2016. The very same day i initiated the return citing the damaged product delivery. Waited for 3 days for pick up. When nobody came for pick up called snap deal about the problem. Initially the customer care said pickup will be done but later they told that return not possible and my snapdeal account deactivated. I again called customer support center of snapdeal repeteadly to know the cause but without giving any justifiable reason they mentally harassed me by putting me on hold for long durations and they cutting my call abruptly.
    Does this not qualify in fraud and cheating. I am finally going to consumer court with added compensation for harassment.

        This is brought to your kind informastion that i had order for theunder wear jock multi trunck pack 4 vide my order number[protected] that i had order for 90 cms but the company had sent 95 cms inqueation to tgat i had requested the said company for refund and the company courier came and taken away the said product after some day the said company refused to refund my amount i.e rs 995/- stating that the retuned does not meeet as per company policy that incase if the consuer is not satified he can take refund from its clearly indicated that company is cheating the consumer by this way you are here with requested to take necfe2ssary action in this regard.

          I have purchased king size bed from snapdeal, they have provided me incomplete delivery and different color than the ordered placed. Accessories are missing to install this bed, I had taken so may followup by mail but there is no reply from sanpdeal. Also their customer care no is unable to connect customer care person. This is causing a massive loss to our company ... We request you to pack our products carefully and return them, or we will have to off load all our products from your website .We ship them to you in cardboard box with thermocol packing and receive them in a thin carton box without the termocol and fully damaged .

              My return request got declined though I returned the products in original state and immediately after delivered the products due to fitting issues. Snapdeal declined my request after 7 days of returning the products though I have returned the products with tags intact and with out using them. Below are the 2 products which I returned and also attaching the images after return declined and products returned back to me.

              I have also raised complaint# 39811471 on 12/02/2017 (Order ID: [protected]) as soon as I received the product back from you and also attached the images as it was surprise to me since the return got declined though the products were returned in original state. I really don't see a positive response from Snapdeal after couple of calls with customer care.

              I need my refund for this order.

              There is no update, only saying return got declined as you received wrong product but I don't understand where is the wrong product. I Shared the images with tags after receiving back the product from you and you are saying we are unable to help now.

              Is that your wish to decline the product and saying no help now, then what is the point of having 14 days return policy if you are just taking the product from customer and sending back saying quality check failed.

              If the customer do a qulity check of your product then you all will be in consumer court for cheating the customer as you are sending products without checking they are genuine or not. Product you delivered to me doesn't even worth 500 bucks but you charged 2600+ on one product and 1400 on the other product just attaching a tag as U S Polo .

                My wife was badly harrashed by snapdeal people. They preferred not to answer on my return money since 16 days. They keep holding the line and dropped after 20 mins of holding.                             Dear sir,

                            I rajesh kumar, i ordered a mobile, model no. – lyf f1 plus from
                            Napdeal, order
                            Id: [protected], placed on 09 jan, 2017 but i received lyf f1 water (32 gb,
                            Black) on 12.01.2017. When i opened the packing, i found the product
                            Damaged (Damage description – rear camera glass broken). I registered a
                            Complaint for this with snapdeal customer care, complaint no. – 38995749.
                            After this a technician visited my office and checked the product and found
                            It damaged as per my complaint, so after 2 or 3 days one person from
                            Snapdeal again visited my office to pick the damaged product. After one
                            Week, i got the same product back without replacement. Again i complaint
                            Regarding this issue and i am daily calling snapdeal to close this issue as
                            Oon as possible and provide me with an ok product, but they are not taking
                            It seriously and are not taking any action on my complaints. My phone no.

                            Help me to get the right product.

                                I would like to inform you that i ordered an iPhone 5S from snap deal on 17th January 2017. I received it on 21st January. After receiving i found that the product was faulty. So, i ordered for replacement on 24th January and they came to collect the phone on 31st January. Before taking the box it was checked by the mail man that every item was in place, the phone, headphone and charger. After a week when i didn't get the replacement I enquired them and they told that they have not received the item yet. After several reminders, on 8th February they told that they have received the item but the headphone was missing from the box. So, they told that they can't replace it and they are returning it back. Their answers were unsatisfactory and unreasonable. Today, on 14th February I received the mail and when I checked the box, the headphone was not there and even the slot for sim card was missing.
                                Kindly check through this matter. I would be greatly thankful to you.

                                  I had scheduled a return pickup for four sets of ceiling fans on 13th feb, 2017 between 09:00am to 12:00pm. Unfortunately, the

                                  Guy had came in a two wheeler to pickup the four set of fans! We really don't understand whether snapdeal really communicates

                                  What are all the items that needs to be picked up to their logistics guys! How can one be so dumb enough to send a guy in a

                                  Two wheeler to pickup four set of fans??

                                  Even though the problem with the pick up is from their side, the emails and sms that i received blames me for failed pickup!

                                  And is asking me to reschedule the pickup. And when i try to reschedule the pickup date and time, i am given an option of

                                  Choosing only on 16th feb, and all other dates are greyed out! When i select the available date, an error message is displayed

                                  Aying that "the slotted pick up is not available currently. We will try to pick up the package within 2 working days".

                                  Screenshot is attached.

                                  Looks like snapdeal is not keen on completing the pickup and refund the amount. They are simply trying to make sure that the

                                  Seven days return window is closed.

                                  One more thing that i observed when i tried to reschedule the pickup is that it seems they tried to do the pickup even today

                                  Also (14th feb, 2017 @ 01:30pm)! Check the attached screenshot. Whereas no one from the snapdeal logistics team called me, nor

                                  Have come to pickup the parcel.

                                  Sincere request to snapdeal: pickup the products and refund the amount.

                                  It's a question of your honesty, integrity and business ethics.

                                    I purchase Yu Yuphoria mobile on 13 Jan 17 from snapdeal online and same received by me on 24 Jan 2017. when I opened the box the product inside it is different item(i.e Intex 11000 mAH battery power). I complaint for the same on same date. They replied that currently product is available we will refund your amount and pickup the product on 27 Jan 17. Till now they neither has replaced the product nor give refund to me. I send several emails and contact customer care center several times. But the reply from them is unsatisfactory.

                                      I have received a microwave oven of ifb company sc2 model from snapdeal through online mode and i have also done payment before purchasing the product but the accessories that i got in that one accessories stand is broken and damaged.I have also called customer care no of snapdeal but there is no option to talk with customer care representative.

                                      I have received a microwave 20sc2 model of ifb company from snapdeal.I have already paid the money through netbanking before delivery of product.The accessories that I have received with microwave is broken and damaged.I want the refund of money of accessories.The cost of microwave is Rs 9120.I have also called customer care no of snapdeal but there is no option to talk with customer care representative.

The bill is lose the power bank is complete the prodect was replace in the Samsung care but the bill is must i have no bill in the prodect. can u help .                                         I payed money though my debit card, to snap deal for online shopping, and they are not deliverd in time, then i cancelled the order, snap deal said that they will intimated cash back within 4 days, i didnt even recieved after 15 days,
                                        please take a serious action on snap deal, and then i contact they customer care, they just provided something RRN no. i dont know what is RRN no. i contacted my bank person, they not reposnding,
