Dear sir,
I rajesh kumar, i ordered a mobile, model no. – lyf f1 plus from
Napdeal, order
Id: [protected], placed on 09 jan, 2017 but i received lyf f1 water (32 gb,
Black) on 12.01.2017. When i opened the packing, i found the product
Damaged (Damage description – rear camera glass broken). I registered a
Complaint for this with snapdeal customer care, complaint no. – 38995749.
After this a technician visited my office and checked the product and found
It damaged as per my complaint, so after 2 or 3 days one person from
Snapdeal again visited my office to pick the damaged product. After one
Week, i got the same product back without replacement. Again i complaint
Regarding this issue and i am daily calling snapdeal to close this issue as
Oon as possible and provide me with an ok product, but they are not taking
It seriously and are not taking any action on my complaints. My phone no.
Is [protected]. I hope, you will take necessary action on this issue and
Help me to get the right product.
