As above mentioned order Id [protected] I received only one used and broken dosa tawa instead of 7 PCs of Hawkins futura non stick cookware set, after that I called to Snapdeal customer care to resister complaint against it and as per her also complaint the same in your APP also.Also I returned back this item to your mentioned address and I followed up regularly regarding this.After the product received to your team, they rejected and declined as mentioned above photo.Your every customer care person said new thing regarding this complaint.Today around 7.30 pm I have talked to your senior customer care person .He said that as it is declined the used product again return back to me, what is going on .This is ridiculous .As there is no fault from my side and you people send the wrong product to your customer and customer is suffering the consequences.
Why it is going like this please look into this matter as I want my replacement at urgent basis.
Your customer care senior person said that whenever again the same rejected used product I will received then again I have to raise complaint for replacement.why customer fighting like that to get actual product as there was no fault of customer . whenever I asked your senior person regarding replacement as other customer care person said that I will get replacement,
Again I am requesting you please give me the replacement without any delay .

    Snapdeal harrashed my wife by giving no dealine towards the order wanted to return. When asked to get me supervisor they keep holding for 10 mins and replied thay they are busy. Snapdeal keeping customers money by giving different execuses. It means if they keep 1000 customers money by bluffing, they will certainly get good interest on that. Now they are keeping my calls on hold wasting calls i am paying with..

            Sorry to say but i'm really fed up with your services.

            I have ordered an mobile with you (snapdeal) but due to some problem (battery issue) i have requested for replacement and you send engineer for check up after that assign pickup with you'r courier partner.

            An executive ( Mr. Alok Yadav ) came to my office and i have given all the item with box, receipt which i have received i have shared with you via email, but when it's reached at snapdeal office and you'r team checked quality and one item (earphone) was missing. and refused to replacement and sending this back to me.

            in between i have called to your support center and as well Mr. Alok Yadav and he is saying he has received all items ( Phone, Charger, Earphone box etc).

            Is it my fault to chooses you my Shopping partner..?

              1 I ordered overhead shower from snapdeal and received overhead shower of Hindware without rod.
              Then I made a return request .pick up man come from courier company and picked same Hindware overhead shower from me .
              After some days I received a call from snapdeal that the shower which I returned is old dirty and used ...then I told them that how is this possible that pickup man accept old product to me at the time of pickup.
              But they didn't listen me and sent dirty and used product to me .
              Then I made complain on snapdeal they assure me that I will help you and will found that where product changed ..
              But at last they said to me that they r unable to do anything in this ..
              After complaining and requesting them many time but they r not doing anything in this so sir
              I request to u that please do which is right

                      I placed an order (no-[protected]) for Activa 2000 Hot Flow Room Heater with Snapdeal on 17th Oct, 2016, the was delivered on 18th Oct, however it was defected one. I raised the replacement request on the very same day ie 18th Oct, but no one turned back to me also my money i spent in got blocked. Now we are in 10th Feb 2017, and still haven't had any information on the same. Although i bought the product from nearby market, someone from customer care said i will get the refund and disconnected the call. Today i spoke to one more CC executive Dharamveer Singh from Mumbai office who put me on hold for 20 mins and then disconnected the call. Fed up off chasing Snapdeal guys now, they really are goons in e-commerce business. Really disappointing to see such lenient response from such players in the market. I REGRET buying from Snapdeal now.

                        I ordered a maxwell stainless insulated hot on 24/1/17 and the item was delivered on 8/2/17 but the item was damaged.so i gave an replacement request but the customer was not fulfill with the request so i requested for returning the item.then suddenly amessage came that the tem wil be picked by ecom express within 2-3 days but they didn't come.then next day someone call me in my mobile told me that there is problem related to your area so can you take your damage item to any of near to courier service.then next i went to give the item to ecom express but they didn't take the item by saying that we have not received any message from the snapdeal company related to the returning back of your order, and because of these our money is also not refunded to freecharge account.

                          I purchased a Karbonn Mobile Model Alpha A112 from Snapdeal vide invoice no. SB88FC/16-17/1254 dt. 23.01.2017. it was delivered on 29.01.2017.
                          the instrument battery started draining very fast. i registered a complaint with the customer care and they deputed a technician who after talking to me and checking(just took the instrument in his hand and turned upside down that is all) the instrument gave me a job sheet mentioning "as per customer hanging issue and battery draining very fast& customer needs a refund"
                          There was no response form snapdeal thereafter and when I checked the website to get the feedback on my complaint I saw the remark as our technician found the instrument satisfactory. you may visit the repair centre with the instrument"
                          Snapdeal is getting into unhealthy business practices. Snapdeal is not doig what is correct.I am not aware if the health of the Company Snapdeal is good or bad. it must be bad otherwise such companies should not resort to such street level tactics.
                          I purchased a couple of items through Snapdeal and when a case for return arose Snapdeal showed it true colour.
                          Snapdeal will not get away with such tactics. Snapdeal should be more responsible. snapdeal is putting a question mark on their face. Snapdeal has to come clean. Snapdeal should conduct business honestly. Snapdeal has to be responsible for the product they sell. Snapdeal is not the manufacturer of the product. Snapdeal has to be on the side of the customer. Otherwise how can a customer by anything through Snapdeal. Very bad experience with snapdeal. the funniest part is that after the remark on their web site you can not talk anyone in the customer care. the line does not go through. I will never buy anything from snapdeal. I gave shared my bad experience with many of my friends and colleagues.

                            I have purchase two item of Texco fleece hooded jacket received on 28.01.17 and used my daughter for 2 to 3 hours after three hours we found that one jacket not good showing just like old and showing in arms boubling i have call to snapdeal customer care and ask the above problem and they raise the return request for one pcs which is showing boubling on 1.2.17 courier boy come to take the pcs but he refuse to take the return and say that please again give the request for return after that i have call many time and ask me that your packed to be colleted by courier person but till date there is no courier person come with our home to collect the packet i have many time call and again again me ask sorry for delay but there is no response from snapdeal .

                                Join Amazon affiliate, Flipkart affiliate and earn they are real affiliate marketer they keep good care of promotera.
                                Now my target to Campign on social media and I will give lose to Snapdeal as they are fraud they loot my money and wasted my 1 year labour.

                                  I have purchased a watch which was cash on delivery. Now I want to return that watch due to some problem and nobody is coming to pick up the product.I called many times to the Snapdeal customer care number but they are not resolving my problem. They asked for 3 days time every day when I call them but it's about 1 month nobody is here to pick the product. It really disappoint me . Snapdeal is the worst online site I have seen. I gone through very bad experience

                                    From very long time i am follow up with your customer care executives but all the time they buying time from me and not giving me solution.
                                    It is very pathetic that everything is clear and you are not giving me any solution.
                                    You know that i have returned the product and it is lost by your courier partner as your customer care executive informed me but you are not giving me solution from last 20-25 days.
                                    And i have called you more than 15 times but no solution yet.

                                      I have placed an order in Snapdeal.com for "Adidas Adisonic M Black Sport Shoes" with Order ID: [protected] on 19th January 2017.

                                      During order time - it was clearly mentioned that the delivery would happen in between 25th and 28th of January.

                                      But it was not reached me at that time and got an SMS saying little late in processing my order and so I will get it on or before 4th February 2017.

                                      Even then delivery wasn't happen and they given the changed delivery time as 9th Feb 2017. From 4th onwards I am in touch with the company customer care and there is no way proper response or update on the delivery date.

                                      From then it is very pathetic situation, as the status showing as the item reached Hyderabad by Vulcan courier and delivery is under process. So I have asked for their contact details so that I can follow up but unfortunately I was got shock by hearing their response. As they don't have any contact details of that courier service and it cannot be given.

                                      It was really upset for me that I already paid my money on 19th Jan and also spent lots of money for my phone calls. Not only money its a total time waste for me and even it affecting my daily routine.

                                      Finally I can say Sanpdeal is really trying to fool the people around and especially with their customers.

                                      Can someone please review my case and take necessary action on Snapdeal.com - when i do inquiry it was came to know that not only me even lot more has in the same situation. Definitely it needs to be considered as high priority..

                                      I wish I should get a solution for my issue at earliest.

                                      Let me know if anything else I can do to get a quick relief from this situation.
