    I WAS A SELLER ON SNAPDEAL
    my seller code is S45D35

    snapdeal is a FRAUD COMPANY . I am selling here since September 2016 . I continuously got calls from them to bring new products to their website . they continuously asked me to bring new foreign brands for them . which no one earlier sold on their website . i invested a huge sum for this and brought everything . later on when my payment crosses 5.55 lacs . they put all my payments on hold and disabled my account . without even sending me an email . without a call or anything . Later when i called seller support they say to drop a mail a [protected]@snapdeal.com . and the team never provides with valid number . they dont revert back . seller support guy says they will penalise me . i dnt know for what . SNAPDEAL CHEATS you like this, . never sell or buy here ., i am at huge financial as well as mentall loss working with this company . they simply digested my 5-6 lacs around . and are not responding now . i hope you take strict action .

      Be alert all the seller who sells their products on snapdeal, this is a fraud company, they make scam with their sellers by giving various reasons. All his policies are draft to make the seller foolish. Please connect with each other and take legal against him.

      Please save this no. and make a group on whatsapp, we don't give so much freedom to make such more scam. We have to use the social sites to aware all the sellers.

      The company had called me through a no. +918512017456, but I have not get any resolution. In fact they not listen my problem and again denying to make the payment. I am sure friends they make fraud to all their seller. Its a big cheater company.

      Every seller please aware to sale the products on snap deal, they make fraud with seller. I am facing such issues . In one case they take the product and supplied the buyer and deny to make the payment to me(giving the excuse of late processing of order). In 2nd case the product of amount Rs. 13000/- misplaced by his courier partner. After giving the evidence of not receiving, he hold me for 6 month and confirm three times for payment and lastly not paid to me. In third case they make unwanted deduction from my COD account on the name of advertisement. In the last 8 month I lost approx. Rs. 42000/- and my valuable time, packaging material. After reviewing, I obs. that this his business, they bluff the seller and make more money. This the business of bluff.
      So, I request every seller to avoid selling products on Snapdeal.
      I am planning to take legal action against Snapdeal, if you are also cheated by snapdeal then send message on my whats no. [protected].

          I ordered LeEco Le 2 mobile from Snapdeal. Facing multiple issues during using phone, issues are:

          1.Hanging issue
          2.Phone gets heated during call
          3.Camera quality is not good

          I have already complained about this to Snapdeal they picked it up on 02 Feb 2017 via SHADOWFAX RP SLOT, but in new phone i am still facing same issue.
          I have tried to contact them but didn't receive any satisfactory reply.
          Please resolve this issue as soon as possible.I am quiet frustrated of snapdeal customer service. Hope this time I will get DIL ki Deal from your side.So, I want to refund my money at all.

                  Firstly the ordered delivered was not the same as was shown on the SNAPDEAL website. When i contacted with the customer care they denied me any help in getting the product returned/replaced.
                  Further the installation time mentioned was 3-4 working days from the date of delivery. But since the date of delivery its been almost a week but no call or any sort of support has been received from this fraud company. I have made six calls to its customer care but the only thing i have got from them is mobile number [protected] which is either unreachable or is not picked up even if it rings.
                  It was my first order on SNAPDEAL but it has shown me the true level of this company. Certainly the experience has been the worst i have gone through on e-platform.

                    Hi Team,

                    Order number [protected] MAC Matte Lipstick 3g Yash (Deep Neutral) .
                    On Jan 16th the product i received was Fresh brew instead of MAC Matte Lipstick 3g Yash (Deep Neutral). When asked for returning the product and replacing it no reply from them for 15 days, no reply over phone or emails. On Feb 3rd when i again tried to contact customer service, they always promise me to help me as i am their valuable customer. Its already been 15 to 20 days no replacement from them. Now after all this promises they finally sent a mail saying no refund or replacement for this product as it is crossed 7 days.
                    RS. 1000 matters for each and every individual. Please don't fool customers this way.
                    Bad service, bad customer service department, Worst experience ever. Cheap quality products. Please guys stop buying from snap deal.

                      1.Although i have already cancelled the order still the product is delivered to my location.

                      2. After talk with your customer executive on 28/01/2017 i have sent the order to you center on 30/01/2017 as your executive are not able to pick up the product.
                      3. I have uploaded the courier receipt on your site on 02/02/2017 as said by your executive.

                      After all this the product has again came to my address,

                      Also i am not able to contact you via phone as you you dont have any customer care no. call directly.

                      I have raised the requisition for cancellation as well as return.

                      Please return my money back.

                        We ordered a watch from Snapdeal. It was supposed to be delivered by 1-Feb. But we haven't received it till date. Tracking says it has reached gojavas, Hyderabad on 30-Jan. Can you please explain why it is taking more than 3 days for a courier service to drop a consignment at its destination within the city? If you are facing any problem in delivering it, why can't you contact the customer? Please let us know when can we expect the product. You guys are simply fooling me by sending a message every day morning that my product will be delivered in 6 hours and sending another message at evening time that "Delivery was unsuccessful." THIS IS ONE OF THE WORST COURIER SERVICE I HAVE FACED TILL NOW. I am not trusting Snapdeal with this experience and going to buy anything from SNAPDEAL.

                            I purchased purity Marcello slim RO unit on 21.01.17 and material receive on 02.02.17. I checked along with purit service engineer, received item found used one and I call snapdeal to replace this and received message from snapdeal, you send the material to our chennai ware house and pls upload courier copy to my order in snapdeal app.I send the material to corresponding address through DTDC courier on 04.02.17.and I found in snapdeal app, there is no option to upload courier details.how I return my courier charge and new material.here I attached my courier scan copy.I try to contact snapdeal person they didn't attend my call.I very disappointed.pls help me.

                                This is with regard to my pre Paid order # [protected] and subsequently cancellation of same due to functionality issue. I got the return acknowledgement on 06th December 2016, by M/s Nuvo Ex reverse pickup and AWB mentioned: SND3432261 by its executive Mr Islam Ahmed.

                                Its very annoying and surprising the reversal has been not received yet, in between running between pillar to post to get status of my refund amount no one bothered to reply.

                                I had never imagined this kind of post sale service I will get from brand like Snapdeal. Can I expect your intimidate intervention in the matter and arrange the reversal immediately.

                                Will appreciate if you can find out from where the lapses is being generated and because of same eBay brand value is spoiling. Because at the end of the day I believe its all game of BRAND VALUE only.

                                  I am Sudipta Halder Ex- Air force person ordered a smartphone(Le Eco Le2) on snapdeal.com on 23/01/2017 order no-[protected] which is prepaid.It was supposed to deliver on or before 25/01/2017 as A gold member of their policy.Its been 12 days I didn't receive the product and I cannot even track.they provided a wrong tracking number- JVLSD[protected]Vulcan express couriers) .I informed the same through snapdeal customer care but their response is not at all satisfactory.I called them every day they put me on hold for minimum 15 mins and they says it will be delivered within 24 hrs.Every time I call their answer is static "it will be delivered within 24 hrs".They don't even declare any reason for the delay.I never received any update via mail or message regarding the product delivery.Whenever I speak to the customer care I will get an automated message saying it will be delivered by 25th, jan. I have planned to gift for my wife on behalf of our marriage anniversary finally I couldn't . Who will compensate my inconvenience.On 27/01/2017 I spoke to customer service manager Mr. Abdul Aziz he told we are looking after the issue it will be resolved within 24 hrs and I asked him to register the complaint he did and gave the complaint number which is[protected].Its been 9 days no information from any of the snapdeal representative after that conversation.I feel harrassed after paying in advance, Snapdeal cheated me with wrong tacking number and irresponsibility.
                                  I request Consumer Forum to look after the issue and take stringent action against snapdeal for cheating people for false promises.

                                  My questions for them are,

                                  1.Why they could't deliver in specified time promised by snapdeal
                                  2.why they provided wrong tracking number(JVLSD[protected] vulcan couriers)
                                  3.why are they not giving any information of the product update.
                                  4.why a customer should call repeatedly after paying for the product in advance.
                                  5.why customer care is working when they cannot say what is happening actually.
                                  6.Can snapdeal bring back my memory or happiest moment that I planned to gift the product on behalf of our marriage anniversary.
                                  7.What kind of justice and compensation can snapdeal give me for their inconvenience.
                                  8.My travel plan has failed because of this snapdeal drama as I had to move to kolkata for some important work along with my family.
                                  9.This is a horrible and terrible punishment and pain given to me for choosing snapdeal .
                                  10.They made me fool by taking my money in advance

                                  I am attaching every detail with this.

                                  I believe consumer forum will do justice for me.Thanking in advance

                                  Snapdeal continues harrasing again.I received a message on 08/02/2917, 'we have cancelled your order for Le2(64GB, Rose Gold)with free CDLA headset as delivery could not be completed. we have initiated refund of Rs 11999 to your card'. how snapdeal can cancel my order without my knowledge. snapdeal should give me the same product at the same cost and they should initiate this.

                                    You made promised that I will be refunded the money I paid for Hindware cook top in a week, but I didn't .

                                    What a mismanagement and why don't you resolve the issues, Otherwise it is my last warning .

                                    Positively I will go to the Consumer Forum Court about my both issues .

                                    In the last one month you only harass me mentally, do pick up the A P hand-loom item & refund and also the refund the money of
