I need to know where is my refund as per your last telephone call you guys told me to wait 48 hrs it's more than 17 days.You guys said that refund was initiated on 17th then why it's not in my a/c after so many days."REAL CHEAP THIEF SNAPDEAL".Worst refund policy.

Hi team i had ordered a J M black smart watch from Snapdeal on 22-dec-2016. I had got this on 23-dec-2016. On 26-dec-2016 i claim for return and the product was picked up on 27-dec-16. As per Snapdeal the refund was initiated on 27-dec-16 only. But till now the amount is not credited to my bank account. I had contacted Snapdeal several time but every time they gave me separate answers. Now its more than one month i have not received my refund...

Dear team, I placed an order under order ID: [protected], and by mistake put the wrong address. After 2 minutes of placing the order I realized and trying to change the address since then, but cannot change the delivery address. Also trying to call your customer care center, but no response. Please get in touch Asap, as I dont want to cancel the order and just want to change the address.

i call 25-jan-17 continue every day 3-4 time in your snapdeal CC executive Prince, Abhinav, deelip, Atul, Petter, Dimple, but i have not satisfactory answer for your side....

Iam writing this mail regarding the refund issue of my product have placed order for Sparx Black Floater ( sub order id [protected] )& got delivered on 11th Jan product was not satisfied the very day itself I have returned it but till today I have not received the refund and I have called customer care number more than 10 times they all said they get back within 48 hrs but it's almost 20 days no use today when I called to customer care number...

Snapdeal is cheating its customers. I have been calling and asking for my refund for 20 days. But they are fooling us. Now I will have to go to media to expose Snapdeal's cheating. What is this? Is there no body who will listen to this complaint? Is this the way to treat a customer? Customers are loosing their reliance in such online shopping organisations....

I ordered karbonn K Flip2 from snapdeal (my first mistake of choosing snapdeal). Product was faulty, mic was completely dead, sound from internal speaker i.e. ear piece was hardly audible. I immediately raised request of refund and clearly mentioned that the pick up address is of office and hence product be collected from Monday - Friday 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Also that I will be out of city for a month and that's why someone else will be giving...

Hi I ordered an item no. [protected].by 29 jan 2017. By mistake it placed on wrong delivery address which was already saved.
So I leave a message right after 5 min. of placing the order that pls. deliver my order on my new address but now when I am tracking my order you are going to deliver it on previous address.

Word of Caution- Don't buy any products from Snapdeal.

I ordered ink for my epson printer on 25jan 2017, and i recieved it on 28 jan. And its a fake product. Packing is original but ink bottles are fake even brand name is written wrong. And i compared it with original bottle of ink and yes it is fake.
At the back of tbe bottle instead of EPSON it is written EDSON. I have not opened the packaging of bottle. Please do something if you can so that anyone else should not be cheated....
