Dear Sir,
This is to inform you i have ordered subject mentioned lipstick .As per company (snapdeal )its got delivered while delivery person fake pod upload that its got delivered .we have ordered 4 product same day via snapdeal we have received 3 product out of 4 but still 1 product i.e Velvet Matte Hot Hot Hot Lipstick 4.2 g nor received .please help us to resolve this issue and refund my amount

We have complaint so many times to Snapdeal but still none of them revert

        I unfortunately visited the Snapdeal website and booked Sunflame CH Amaze 90 Auto Clean DX chimney vide order no. Order ID: [protected] on 20 Jan, 2017 by paying full amount of Rs.10, 344 using my HDFC Credit Card. At the time of booking they confirmed that estimated delivery date will be between 26th - 30th January, 2017. I am closely monitoring the site for any update but to my suprise there is no change in the status, i even called the help center and asked whether any problem in there in delivering the item, they told no, it will be delivered in time as estimated and they requested to wait till the dates mentioned.

        I waited till 30th January, 2017 and i called there help center and i told that they communicated to the higher officials and it will be taken up and resolved soon. I even spoken to the floor supervisor Ms. Mayasha and expressed by grievence and poor service. She told that the at the earliest it will be delivered.

        Now, on this day 31st, i neither received any communication from M/s. Snapdeal nor the delivery.

        I hereby request your intervention in this regard, i already paid the amount and also lost other oportunities for buying the chimeny from other online vendors during the repblic day offeres.

        M/s. Snapdeal is not only causing mental imbalance in me but also making fearful environment for other online shopping organisations.

        It is totally breach of trust and unethical business tactics being done by the Snapdeal.

        I received a communication from Snapdeal stating that

        "We tried to place the order with an alternate seller but were unsuccessful and had to cancel it.

        We have initiated refund of Rs. 10344 to your card no. 5337-XXXXXXXX-9835 per the timelines below. We apologise for the inconvenience caused.
        Installation services are no more applicable on this order.""

        I Hereby request to look into the issue and justify me by the following:

        Today also the product is available for sale at higher price and appears you are using unfair trade practices to attract customers and trap them with low prices and after booking and loosing the other opportunities cancel the order so that the customer is forced to buy at higher prices.

        I had suffered loss of Rs.5000 due to the act of M/s. Snapdeal, I had to purchase in the open market for Rs.15, 500 and also experience mental troucher throughout these days by following up them and false commitments till yesterday.

        I hereby request M/s. Snapdeal either to commit the order and delivery the product with 2-3 days from now or refund the amount with addition of Rs.5000 towards opportunity cost i have forgone due to misrepresentation and false commitments made.

        And when i tried to contact the customer care i received an arrogant reply followed with blocking of my number so that i cannot call them.

        I am enclosing all the relevant documents which shows proofs of all the statements which i made above. I could not able to upload the recorded conservation i had with Snapdeal but i have proof all the false commitments made in voice recorded with me.

        I will ensure to take all steps to get the refund along with additional Rs.5000/- and show the power of customer and teach lesson so that in future Snapdeal think twice before doing false business tricks for which i am a prey.

        I am very much clear about my claim of Addition amount of Rs.5000/- . I need quick closuer of the issue without further prolonging.

        As i said earlier let me know immediately are you going to pay the above additional amount of Rs.5000/- which is the opportunity cost i have forgone by dealing and engaging contract which you, paying the amount in advance and misleading assurances given during the process of fulfillment of order and failed to honor the order in-spite the ordered item is available for sale in your website.

        I am suprised to see even repeated update done by me, there is no response from the Snapdeal, i am unable to understand the power of Indian Consumer Complaints Forum, are they involve in the matter or just forward the complaints raised by the consumer.

        I want to eliminate the unfiar trade practices being used by Snapdeal and teach a lesson and show the power of consumer.

        I hereby request Indian Consumer Complaints forum take up the matter and if possible publish the whole story of mine and make aware of the tricks playing by Snapdeal and avoid further consumers do not fall prey as it happened to me.

        I even going thru various review in various website and most of the cases with Snapdeal are like me only, first bring the price down, take the money hold it for 10-15 days and cancel the order mentioning non-avaibility of the product even it is available in the site and sell it for higher price. It appears Snapdeal is not online shopping but a bank where it receives interest for the amount deposited by consumers and enjoy all benefits of the amount paid.

          I had ordered a 100g product of both but I have only been delivered 50g each the price of the product is marked at 225 rupees and they have charged me 250 per item a 100g product cost me 250 whereas they have delivered me a 50g product which is cheaper

            I ordered my product on 22nd January 2017 i.e. 9 days before.
            On the next day morning I received a message from snapdeal that my product is reached at my place & it would be delivered to me in 1 or 2 days, but after that till now I didn't get my product & even no message.
            Now even they have crossed their delivery date that was provided to me during ordering my product.
            I even used the benefit of snapdeal gold but I am very much annoyed because of the delivery facility provided by snapdeal i.e. GoJavas.
            So, please try to improve the delivery facility as I am seeing flipcart & amazon is providing a very good delivery.

              I have buy 30.12.2016 bed sheet product from snap deal.but product was not gud as stuff so i had send return request immediatly next day 31.12.2016 . but on daily basis i recieved call from snap deal ur product will picked with in 2-3 day. but till now no one will come to pick up & now i have get mail from snap deal -------
              We attempted the pickup of your package but were unsuccessful. We also tried contacting you multiple times during the past 2 days, but were unable to reach you.

                Im a regular online user, and it was my first attempt on snapdeal, But sorry to say it’s miserably failed. I wont come back to this site ever.
                I have ordered for an Oppo mobile oby 13th Jan (Order ID: [protected]), initially the status was will get the item between 16-21st. I waited till 22nd. No message or call from any one. Again i raised a complained and status was changed to item will received by 31ST. Again I was waiting . but when I was going through snapdeal, i saw the shocking status as Delivered Successfully by 19 !!! I didnt even receive a signle phone call from any one and status is being delivered!!!

                After that Yesterday I called snapdeal Customer care and the information which i got was this will deal within 24 hrs. Now its around 28 hours. Again, I dint get any single phone call or mail regarding latest development.

                So my request to SnapDeal is, Please CANCEL MY ORDER AND RETURN THE MONEY BACK WITHIN 2 hours. Else Im going to go Legally.

                  I ordered 40 inch Panasonic LED TV. Phone number [protected] order number [protected] so got installation appointment on 27th Jan 2017 to 247 around who is service provider of Snapdeal

                  Got it! Request for television installation is confirmed on 27th Jan 2017, between 4pm-7pm. by 247around india's 1st multibrand appliance care & snapdeal partner. 247 around call center no. [protected]
                  And today is 31st Jan 2017 no one came yet. I have been promised for free wall mount stand along with free installation by Snapdeal for which I am waiting till the time.
                  So if any body buying any electronic product form Snapdeal please do not buy. I am continuously following with 247 around for installation but the response is very bad. Still waiting also call customer care got next appointment still waiting wasting my time one show up.. So do not buy no value for customer service!!!

                  I purchased Puma Shoe in diwali unbox offer for Rs.2800 or so. The shoes were of substandard quality and appear to be very old and dried. with in 4 months shoes are having many cracks and are torn. please replace.

                    mailed snapdeal so many times but since they are so cheap they don't responds to your mail. I mailed them, called them but they just don't care.Please don't fall for their easy refund policy . People why dont prefer to shop in snapdeal becasue you wont get your hard earned money back as Snapdeal is the cheapest online retailer to look after the grievances of their customer.

                      Hi team i had ordered a J M black smart watch from Snapdeal on 22-dec-2016. I had got this on 23-dec-2016. On 26-dec-2016 i claim for return and the product was picked up on 27-dec-16. As per Snapdeal the refund was initiated on 27-dec-16 only. But till now the amount is not credited to my bank account. I had contacted Snapdeal several time but every time they gave me separate answers. Now its more than one month i have not received my refund amount.

After 2 minutes of placing the order I realized and trying to change the address since then, but cannot change the delivery address. Also trying to call your customer care center, but no response.                           I have done online shopping at snapdeal. order#: [protected] I have placed an order for Uptownie Lite Navy Polyster Jumpsuits, . But some reason i want to return back also i called customer care and note my complaint that please pick up above dress and pay my money but till date they not call or any courrier boy come to my house to pick up dress i am calling the snapdeal representative. They said to wait for 2 days. From then I called thrice, but till no one responds properly. Its already more than one month. help me.

                            Inspite of my numerous calls regarding the horrible experience I've had with snapdeal and the in-activeness of your help-desk, yet again I'm forced to write this E-mail in anticipation of a resolution. I had ordered a Ducasso Black Boy speaker, upon receiving the product, I found that it was already used as it has scratches all over the screen. I raised a return request but I was told that you cannot pick up the product from my address, which is a good tactic. Nevertheless, I sent the product via speed post as advised by Snapdeal representative. Now I am forced to write this E-Mail as you claim that the product hasn't been received at your warehouse, however I have been informed by the people at the Post Office that the product was delivered on 26th Dec, which is clearly mentioned on their tracking website as well.
                            Now, to summarise the situation, I was sent a used product by snapdeal, then snapdeal refused to pick up the product from my address, now snapdeal claims that they have not received my product even though I have shared the delivery confirmation message that I got. In the end I do not have the product, nor have I received my refund. I have wasted at least 400 minutes and balance with your pathetic telephone helpdesk where every supervisor(4-5) that I speak with has promised me a resolution in 24-48 hours which has not happened since the last 45 days.
                            I hope this is the last E-Mail that I have to write to you people, as I have already sent 2 E-mails earlier, for which I haven't received any response yet. And also if this issue is not resolved, I will be forced to file a case with the Consumer Forum.

                              It was picked up on 18/1/2017
                              And on today 30/1/2017 call fron your side, said that the IMEI no is different then they send.. but I hve send the same product which was sent by them only.

                                  Iam writing this mail regarding the refund issue of my product have placed order for Sparx Black Floater ( sub order id [protected] )& got delivered on 11th Jan product was not satisfied the very day itself I have returned it but till today I have not received the refund and I have called customer care number more than 10 times they all said they get back within 48 hrs but it's almost 20 days no use today when I called to customer care number they said the complaint has been closed that the product has not been delivered from snap deal end so they can't refund i have attached the return pickup acknowledgment please check and get back to me

                                  Ridiculous..highly hopeless response.

                                  I received a message on 3rd of july that my refund has been initiated..and the amount will reflect in my account within 4-5 business days.

                                  I would like to understand..what is your cycle of business days..and what exactly you guys mean by 4-5 business days, because till date there is no refund received from your side.

                                  TRUST ME THIS IS THE LAST MAIL FROM MY SIDE. STOP SENDING THIS SYSYTEM GENERATED STANDARD FORMAT OF YOURS FOR THE REFUND.

                                    Snapdeal is cheating its customers. I have been calling and asking for my refund for 20 days. But they are fooling us. Now I will have to go to media to expose Snapdeal's cheating. What is this? Is there no body who will listen to this complaint? Is this the way to treat a customer? Customers are loosing their reliance in such online shopping organisations.

                                      My refund of money of order no [protected] which is over due from yr side .after so many phone calls n reminders for the same ...still i have not received the money ... ever day i have been told just 24 hrs more its been over 3 weeks. (to be precise.watch was picked up on 11 /1/201 ) now for the refund to happen ...i think u have a refund policy of 7 days written on yr website .
                                      i have given all the details in my earlier letter ...all my bank details i have provided too ...
                                      IAM ASKING FOR MY MONEY WHICH SHOULD HAVE BEEN REFUNDED WITHIN 7 DAYS as per yr policy .

                                      This is highly irresponsible of the snapdeal organization . you people r forcing me to take action against you people ...i am runing out of patients. now.

                                        Hi I ordered

                                        Item 1
                                        Sony MDR-AS200 Sports In-Ear Earphones Without Mic (Orange)
                                        on 8-Jan-2017. I paid through debit card in order to make my order into snapdeal gold.
                                        The delivery was due on 13-jan-2017.
                                        Then it was delayed to 19-jan-2017
                                        Then it was delayed to 25-Jan-2017.
                                        When upgrading to Gold it says delivery will be done 2-4 days but in my case it got delayed by 17 DAYS.
                                        Due to the delay I had to order other earphones from somewhere else and had to cancel my order.

                                        I got a mail back from Snapdeal saying my order has been canceled and the money will be refunded to me and I should reject any attempt made by the delivery guy.

                                        After a couple of days I find the package lying in front of my house in opened condition. I enquire about the package and no one in my house has been informed about the delivery. The delivery guy has not taken any signature or made any attempt to inform about the delivery. He has just left the package in front of the house. There is no conformation either by snapdeal of the delivery on my phone or email. The package is in opened condition and i have absolutely no clue about it's delivery or condition.

                                        1st attempt to contact customer care. (24-Jan-2017)
                                        I call the customer care and inform them about the package they say that there system shows that delivery is still pending whereas I have an opened package in my hand which was not needed in the first place sue to late delivery. the customer care executive says that my amount will be refunded.

                                        Then i get a call from other executive asking if i have opened the package. I tell him i had no clue about the delivery and I opened the package to see if the product was still there because the package was lying for few days in front of my house in opened condition. He says he cannot give the refund.

                                        2nd attempt
                                        I call back to customer care explaining the whole situation. By this time I also managed to find that the product given to me does not apply for warranty as well. I tell all this to customer care executive and she says not to worry i will get full refund.
                                        The next day I get a mail about replacement of my product and not refund.

                                        3rd attempt
                                        I call again to explain the situation and say that I was promised refund and not replacement. The executive says to solve the problem and I will get the refund. I confirm once again that I want refund and not Replacement as I did not need the product due to late delivery and the product was already opened. She conforms that I will get a refund. Next day I get a mail from snapdeal saying the replacement is on it's way which is again not what I was promised.

                                        Now they have blocked my customer care and I am not able to return the order.

                                        The following is in brief all the reason I want answer to:

                                        - After upgrading to gold product delivery takes more than 2 weeks.

                                        - No conformation on delivery and delivered open product.

                                        - Even after multiple attempts there is no definite response from snapdeal customer care team.
