I ordered karbonn K Flip2 from snapdeal (my first mistake of choosing snapdeal). Product was faulty, mic was completely dead, sound from internal speaker i.e. ear piece was hardly audible. I immediately raised request of refund and clearly mentioned that the pick up address is of office and hence product be collected from Monday - Friday 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Also that I will be out of city for a month and that's why someone else will be giving the product to courier guy.

Finally courier guy called with rude behavior, I told me that since its office address please collect if on Monday from XYZ (name of authorized person).

after that, I kept on calling customer care for pickup and no one came. finally suddenly a from courier company appears in office on 25th January, 2017 and collected the product from the guy i had authorized.The courier guy took signature of my friend on a receipt and did not give any proof of collection like receipt or something and left immediately.

Now snapdeal says we don't have your product, courier company says we don't have ur product and i don't have my product. I am now regretting for choosing snapdeal. I want my money back and swear will never ever make such mistake of opting snapdeal in near future.

Following are my order details and list of issue I am facing.

3. I was continuously telling that I wont be in city for a month and if product is picked up they need to collect it from person i am authorizing. Provided name of contact person to courier guy when he called me. Courier guy came to my office in my absence on 25th of Jan, 2017, asked the security guy for me and the authorized person by clear name of ours.Picked up product, Took signature of authorized person on some kind of doc, did not give any proof of collection and left premises.
4. I am completely lost in this transit. My product is lost. My Money is lost.
5. My first order and experience with snapdeal has become nightmare and last order and experience.

    I have ordered one Gionee mobile handset and after I started using it the bettery started draining.an I requested Snapdeal for the return or refund but no action have been taken . Fromlast two weeks I am sending them email but no use .No one is bothered.Plz help me.snapdeal has never given such a bad service.

      Hi I ordered an item no. [protected].by 29 jan 2017. By mistake it placed on wrong delivery address which was already saved.
      So I leave a message right after 5 min. of placing the order that pls. deliver my order on my new address but now when I am tracking my order you are going to deliver it on previous address.
      Pls. deliver it on new address as I mentioned because I don't want to cancel the order and let me know about it.

        Word of Caution- Don't buy any products from Snapdeal.

        Like a long list of Snapdeal fraud victims, I also had a similar experience where Snapdeal delivered a tampered/refurbished iphone.

        After 15 days of my iphone 6s purchase on 4 Jan 2017 (Complaint reference number[protected], the device malfunctioned and ‘no service’ problem was detected. As a corrective action, we replaced the existing Airtel SIM with new one. Still the issue was not resolved. However, the same SIM was working fine in all other devices which confirmed hardware issue.

        Straightaway, we visited the nearest Apple’s authorized service center- IZenica Lifestyle Pvt. Ltd., located in DLF Mall of India (Sector 18 Noida), where they confirmed that iphone device has tampered logic board and is having unauthorized modification. Unwanted sign marks are there on logic board and screws are rusted. There are tampering signs near speaker. We have got documented service report from Apple Authorised service provider that confirms that Snapdeal has cheated us.

        Despite several followups, Snapdeal is not bothered to respond. I tried calling all their customer care numbers and emails but got no resolution.

        After this experience i went through various other complaints online and found out that 70-80% filed complaints have still no resolution even after 1 year. It was terrible to see the number of fraud cases by Snapdeal. I even got to know empty boxes delivered by Snapdeal.
        I wish i had seen customer feedback before making a purchase from Snapdeal.

        Witness yourself the losses suffered by Snapdeal customers whose complaints went unanswered.

        Seeing such repeated fraud cases by Snapdeal, i felt i should caution my friends not to be deceived by Snapdeal.

        Pls cascade to your dear ones so that no one buys anything from Snapdeal till the time they start doing ethical business and resolve such complaints in time.

          I ordered ink for my epson printer on 25jan 2017, and i recieved it on 28 jan. And its a fake product. Packing is original but ink bottles are fake even brand name is written wrong. And i compared it with original bottle of ink and yes it is fake.
          At the back of tbe bottle instead of EPSON it is written EDSON. I have not opened the packaging of bottle. Please do something if you can so that anyone else should not be cheated.

            I had ordered Tarkan 3.4 Amp Dual USB Super Fast Plug Car Charger with LED Display on Jan 21st. On 27th I got the message that it has been delivered but I have not received it. I wrote to customer care but apart from sending Invoice copy, the company has not done anything to track my item.However, I have received the other two items sent through courier GO JAVAS. The problem is with courier ECOM PLUS.

              Myself Bhaskar with registered email ID- [protected]@gmail.com, registered mobile no-[protected] ànd order ID- [protected] wants to say that I have ordered for Philips Trimmer QT 4011/15 worth Rs 1756 on 12 Jan, 2017 in red colour but you have sent me Philips trimmer QT 4000/15 worth Rs 989 in blue colour on 18 Jan, 2017. I have registered complaint regarding wrong product received immediately. You have completed your reverse pickup on 21 Jan instead of 20 Jan and provided me a reverse pickup slip already filled and even customer sign was done by courier person. Again, instead of accepting the mistake, your escalation team directly blamed me that your used this product once as we have got some tiny hairs on it. I clearly stated that I haven't used that product still they directly blamed me in rude voice and told me that we are sending your product back . And now you have sent me an empty parcel instead of trimmer. This is a planning by snapdeal to make customer fool. Take complete money from customer and provide nothing. Now, I should file an FIR in police station and take some legal action . Also, I will share complete issue in Facebook, Twitter and I will write blogs too.

                  Respected sir,

                  I ordered the LED TV of Activa 6003 80 cm (32) FULL HD (FHD) LED Television on Snapdeal having Order ID: [protected] (1 Item) placed on 15 Jan, 2017 but they were sanded me the completely damaged and dead TV with good packaging. So while returning it I need to pay courier charges about 1550/- rupees and even I uploaded the receipt of Courier.

                  In this process I lost my three days and 1560/- of courier charges and original amount 12195/- rupees which has been paid to company and not get any. Just gating trouble with loss of 13755/- in my hand from this website of Snapdeal.com. here I am attaching invoice and receipt of return courier to company address.

                  so, sir please help me I am waiting for this from last five days but yet not refund me .

                    This is most worst experience had with Snapdeal. I ordered refrigerator and seller couldn't contact on deliver date and called to seller. Seller asked me to update delivery date as next day. I had updated the delivery time and date on 28th jan and called to seller two times and they told the product will not deliver today(28th Jan). Then their remarks updated as 'customer has not contacted'.
                    In future i will not order any products from snapdeal. Please don't purchase any products from snapdeal.

                      I purchased a pair of shoes ( Yep-me Multi color Shoes ) Size 7, but the product as described in website was not same / equivalent. also fittings and comfortable of the shoes was also not good.

                        Dear sir
                        I have given an order bearer order id [protected] to snapdeal.com on 12/01/2017.of a bluetooth headphone (SAMSUNG EO-BG920BFEGIN ) and they have sent it to my above mentioned address through Ecom-ex courier service by a sealed box on 17/01/2017. I have received that and pay the full amount of Rs.1969/-to that person. When I opened it then I was surprised to see that the box was empty . I have informed the matter to snapdeal office executive over phone and also sent an email to their official email address i.e. [protected]@snapdeal.com and kunal.[protected]@snapdeal.com.their office executive called me and took a long time for refund and assured me for the refund. After the time limit I have contacted over phone [protected].

                        [protected] to their executive for my refund but they have not given any satisfactory reply. After this telephonic conversation I have given several emails to [protected]@snapdeal.com and they have taken time for refund process. they have disapproved my refund request by email and suspended my account . This is very disappointing .

                        Actually I promised someone for this specific kind of wristwatch will gift to him on specific date but when I not received the above mentioned bluetooth headphone then I have to pay the same amount for purchasing that. i.e. I have invested double amount so I am facing economical problem. 4th Saturday 2016 my husband has expired in diseases of cancer.

                        Now I am suffering mental agony for their (snapdeal.com) misbehave, misguide and they have also proved themselves as treacherous. Now I want the above mentioned bluetooth headphone which I have ordered to snapdeal.com and I want 1969/- for mental agony and harassment which is affected my daily routine severely

                              I have booked one Jean, Lee blue regular fit size 32 vide order no [protected].
                              The package was received today and to my surprise there was no jeans inside. Two diaries were inside the package. This is cheating with customer by a reputed online product selling agency AMAZON.
                              You are requested investigate the matter at your end to avoid such embarrassment from customers and send me the product with confirmation in return mail.

                                This is to inform you that I had ordered Canvas 5 from snapdeal on 8th Jan 2017 and order has been delivered to me on 11th Jan 2017.But the mobile display was faulty.

                                However, I had requested for service visit on 11th Jan, after checking mobile your service enginer had confirmed that phone was faulty and it should be be replaced.Hence, Reverse pickup has been scheduled on 12th Jan.

                                After scheduling reverse pickup your 3rd party client(Nuvo) has picked up my phone on 12th Jan 2017.

                                However, I call on your customer care no. and spoke to Hitesh to know the status of my phone and he told me that your problem will going to resolve soon as we have details of your both phone.but still issue has been not resolved and they sent me the same phone which I had send for replacement.but after verifying and quality check they returned at my residential address stating that you had given us a wrong order id details.

                                Again I call on your customer care no. and spoke to kajal singh and she told me that mail us and give reference order id-[protected] instead of order id-[protected].

                                  I ordered for a laptop from Snapdeal on 13th January.. They promised me a delivery of 16th January... Unfortunately.. it never came on that day... the product arrived on 19th Jan...3 days late... and the product was defective!!.. I immediately requested a replacement and they picked up my product on 20th January... and since then.. I haven't received my new product.

                                  Every day they are just fooling me by saying.. 48 hours.. give us 48 hours.. this .. and that!.. Just false promises.. and the product is still not with me!.. Its 7 days!

                                  I have paid full amount for the product ... 56, 149. And they ain't giving me any proper answers.. nor initiating a refund!

                                  Whats the point? My money is stuck.. and I feel cheated here!

                                  Need to take strict action against Snapdeal.

                                    The ordered item did not delivered to me while company showing delivered against Order ID: [protected] reference number 39092534 . Several times i reminded but i did not get refund credit of Rs. 599. Thou i do not have custody of the item. The ordered item has instantly returned back to same courier boy.

                                      I ordered a pair of shoe worth Rs.7500 from snapdeal, which got delivered to me and found out to be different form what i ordered, i requested to return it which was very difficult to do, anyhow after pickup i waited 10 days for the refund, after to much of waiting i mailed snapdeal about the status then they replied that the product dint met there quality check which was very surprising for me, because i did not expected this. As i returned what i received.
                                      i ordered a blue color shoe and was delivered a brown color.
                                      Snapdeal people after my complaint called me tell me that they would not refund me and i could do whatever i wish to. this is very rude and disappointing.
                                      We can not trust these websites, they are fooling us.
                                      I would suggest people of India not buy from this fraud website. snapdeal is the worst website.
                                      they deliver fake and wrong products, return policy is just to cone people.

                                        I have requested for reverse pick up on 14th Jan, but till date its not picked up from side. it is been 12 days and my product have not picked up.

                                        I have talked with your executive on daily basis but there were no response. Everyone gave assurance to solve this issue but nothing had done till date.

                                        On 24th Jab'17, I have talked to Mr. Sanjay Bisht(your Executive). He gave me assurance for picked, but just now as on 2:23 pm, I have reveied an sms that my return request has been cancelled and it is written that as per my request.

                                        On 25th Jan, I spoke to Mr. Ankit Kumat(Snapdeal Executive), reference No. 39075846, he also assured me that we have open your request and reverse pickup will done positively. its already been 12 days.

                                        I have requested to change my email id via email from [protected]@mail on 2:41 pm to upasana.[protected]@gmail.com but its not updated till date. I have asked to change it by my self but executive denied for the same.

                                        Dear Concern,

                                        I am tired to take follow up from these snapdeal guys, this is totally wastage of time. Please look into this matter.I want my money back.
