Hi . this is Amit macwan
i ordered Pigeon Non-Stick Grand 7 pcs 5 layer Cookware Set from snapdeal at rs.999 on 24 dec, 2016. i recieved the courier on 2 jan 2017. When I opened it, the package contain only 1 kadhai which is broken, not even a pigeon brand. totally fake product. I requested for return of this product since 2 Jan but still the product was not picked up.the Ecom courier man came on 3rd jan, but they want 7 pcs of the set!!! what the crap. i only received 1 pc kadhai, how can i give them whole set. he refused to take this product & told me to contact snapdeal customer care.
On 5 th jan i got sms that the return request was closed due to my cancellation on app but i didn't use snapdeal app at that given time becoz my phone was in charging. so i called immediately as soon as i recieved that sms. they again reschedule the return process. after that I called to customer care every single day but they only rescheduling the return process more than 10 times but still not pick up by Ecom. they always told me to wait for 2 days, your product will be picked up. but its almost 1 month but i still not get any result. i have all calls record in my phone. dear snapdeal, if you cant arrange pick up than refund my money. i trust your services for more than a month, but got no result. take some action otherwise i will complain in police. i attached that fake product.
