Hello Team -

Please help as I have raised quite lot of complaint with snapdeal asking them to pick up the product which was delivered and every time they promised they arrange for the pick up but at the end I just receive text msg which says pick has been failed and this has happened more than 3 times and every time I call up customer they give me new reason i.e., I am not interested or I wasnt available or I didnt answer phone which is straight lie as the team itself is faulty...

If this was not all I had receive call from the pick up and that guy was so rude... he told me straight away... "Bol bacchan band kijiye, pick up karna hey yaa nahi wohh bataye" and i was mum for a while after he spoke to me like... I had spoken to snapdeal about this but no action hence I feel snapdeal itself is promoting such employee...

hence I feel the pick up guy first of all they lie and than when they call they talk to customers like as if they are street vendors..

    Dear sir,
    I have purchace a lambency blue biker jacket from your snapdeal on 13feb 2017 sub order id -[protected]. The product is delivered to me on 27 feb 2016. When i open that package i found the product defective the colur difference in back side and small cut in back side on the top.when see in light the colour difference is clearly visible i return that product on 28 jan .but still the refund is not given to me .when i call the customers care they refuse to give refund they said that the product is not defective.i request them for quality check..they give me diff diff information regarding refund .Now, I think that the material supplied through Snapdeal is worst in quality and snapdealhas no control in quality check. No doubt, both the seller and snapdeal together are misleading and cheating the customer.i call too your customer care so many ..please give me the refund of that as soon as possible.         Order no. [protected]. I ordered sony xperia xa from snapdeal. It was defective and Snapdeal picked it up on 30 Jan via JV Express Courier. After 3 days they told me that my request couldn't be completed because some transactions in my account didn't pass their internal checks. Now they have declined to issue replacement/refund and saying that I won't even get my old product that they picked up. Their customer service executives are very rude and openly saying that my money is gone. Please help.

              I ordered size 8 Get glamr tan sandals on jan 28, 2017. The product delivered on feb 04, 2017. The product has no issues at all but it doesn't fit. So, I requested a replacement of product on same day with size 7 sandals. Snapdeal took the replacement order. Suddenly they said they can't replace due to sellers issue. So, I cancelled the return policy and thought to refund the item. Once I cancelled the return/replace option, I cant tap return/ replace button. It shows return request closed.

                The above subject order ID under (Ticket Id:[protected] was ordered on 20/01/2017 and paid through netbanking.The item was delivered to me on 29.01.2017.After unboxing and checking the product, It was found that the secondary sim was not working.Immediately the replacement request sent to the co. The co. accepted it for the replacement and after a few time they informed that they were unable to replace the item hence initiating for the refund. As per their instructions I kept all the items in the box without any further use.All the items were physically checked and confirmed by the courier boy of the co. They picked up the product on very next day i.e. 30.01.2017

                On 01.02.2017 the executive called me and informed that x article was missing, hence they were declining the refund.
                In late evening I called the customer care who was not aware which article was missing, he advised that there may be some technical issue caused rejection of refund hence he again is sending it for quality check. I requested him either to make a FIR regarding missing article or confirm me as I may able to lodge a FIR for deep investigation. I also request to the co. by email.

                On 03.02.2017 again the executive called me and informed that 2 articles are missing, hence refund is rejected.

                I each time requested to each executive to confirm reason of declining the refund by mail. I also requested to the co. to email me the reason of rejection but, neither they confirm nor refund nor replace the product.

                It is also shocking that the co. has no. toll free no. for the customers for direct communication.

                It is terrible that their executive is discussing with me over my phone and after a few minuit they mail that they were unable to reach me and asking for alternate no.

                The co. each and every hour keep me update while delivering the order but, when the case went for replacement/refund, they kept mum. The estimated time of refund is now over and the co. fell under 'lack of service' and violation of terms and conditions of its 'return policy' and dishonoring their customers

                Today your representative called me from the no. [protected] at 17:41 and assured to resolve the matter by refund. He assured that the refund will we initiated within 1 to 2 days.Later on I received a message at 19:31from you that the item has been shipped back.
                Snapdeal is making fool to the customers and not interested to resolve the issues. Selling defective items and not refunding. Now no doubt that this company is cheating.

                      I am really really disappointed by the seller you have kept on Snapdeal, I never faced any issues with my purchase on any other site but its everytime on Snapdeal i place an order and some or the other thing happens. Its been a month now I placed a request for the issue regarding my Note 3 batter I purchased from Snap deal in December 2016. It was having issues I placed a request again gor the warranty replacement. I was directed to the seller. I talked to the seller, he asked to send the battery to them on my own expense. I spent 100 INR for courier service and now after everything is resolved that guy is making me fool everyday he says I have sent your product. It will reach to you today. When I ask for the tracking details he say I will message in 5 minutes. And its been around 3 weeks now his minutes aren't over. I call him again and again. he disconnects my call. I am very pissed off on this. Never ever to purchase anything from Snapdeal as you are worst in after delivery service

                              When i get my refund is it cum in time that you said or that also get delay like the replacement process gone for 1week not said after one week we are going to give refund. But i am the customer of snapdeal from 2014 tillnow i got all in good condition, this is the first time i got defect product so i returned to replacement they said we are waiting for my product so wait 24 to 48hr and finally they got my product and probkem also there that also they said unfortunatly they said we are sorry to replace theitem instread of replacement we refund your amount

                                  I have booked 01 pair Puma Velocity Tetron II IDP Black Casual Shoes on 22.12.2016 with snapdeal order no. [protected] I have prepaid the cost of shoes Rs. 1584.00 at the time of order (payment receipt enclosed). The snapdeal website shows that the item has been delivered on 27.12.2016 however i have not received any such item as on date (website snapshot enclosed). I had complaint about this to sanpdeal help center many times but they are not able to either trace the item or provide me the proof of delivery. Every time customer care executive did the wrong commitment and assure to receive the product or refund in next 24 hr. but it is around one and half month gone and no resolution given by sanpdeal. So it is requested you to kindly intervene into the matter and try to resolve the issue. Regards

                                    I ordered a milton stainless steel flasks on 22nd january. after that i received a wrong and different item from snapdeal. then till date (3rd feb) i inform to snapdeal for pickup this item and refund my money. till date i will not received ant confermation from snapdeal and novoex courier partner. snapdeal said courier partner confirmed to them customer not availavel in customer address. but courier partner said they have not received any cofirmation mail from snapdeal for pickup this item.31st jan update me the parcel out for pick up but till date no courier partner not reached in my address. please pick up the snapdeal product immediate. i harrased several time. i followed up with snapdeal and courier partner nuvoex, they have not solved my problem. most third class courier partner. please any step for this reason. my Order ID: [protected] Placed on 22 Jan, 2017. my refund request is being processed (Ticket Id:[protected].                                       Self has purchased Kross Mountain Bike Impel 1.0 vide Invoice No: S8C338/16-17/656, dated 23.01.2017.This item was delivered to me on 31.01.2017 within a carton and plastic bag.
                                      Same packet(box) was opened by me on 01/02/2016 and I have noticed following short supply in the delivery:
                                      1. Cycle was not packed in original packing of Kross cycle and on top cover 'Mach City' was written and as per carton cycle was single speed. Due to absence of original and un proper packing cycle front Disc brake was damaged(bent). I have sent you few photographs of the packing.
                                      2. Cycle side stand and front & back mud guard cover was not provided with this cycle.These items were very much in the auxiliaries of the cycle that was shown to me in picture and this I have confirmed from cycle manufacturer also.Perhaps this happened because of absence of original packing.
                                      3. I personally purchased these item in Rs 950/-(Side stand Rs 650/- & Mudguard Rs 300/-).Copy of the receipt I am sending to you for your reference.
                                      4. Cycle was assembled at Mumbai after repairing front brake disc and it is in operation now.Assembly charges were paid by me.

                                      You are therefore requested to reimburse the cost of Cycle Side Stand and front &back Mud guard(Total cost Rs 950/-) which were supposed to be part of your delivery.

                                        i ordered Pigeon Non-Stick Grand 7 pcs 5 layer Cookware Set from snapdeal at rs.999 on 24 dec, 2016. i recieved the courier on 2 jan 2017. When I opened it, the package contain only 1 kadhai which is broken, not even a pigeon brand. totally fake product. I requested for return of this product since 2 Jan but still the product was not picked up.the Ecom courier man came on 3rd jan, but they want 7 pcs of the set!!! what the crap. i only received 1 pc kadhai, how can i give them whole set. he refused to take this product & told me to contact snapdeal customer care.
                                        On 5 th jan i got sms that the return request was closed due to my cancellation on app but i didn't use snapdeal app at that given time becoz my phone was in charging. so i called immediately as soon as i recieved that sms. they again reschedule the return process. after that I called to customer care every single day but they only rescheduling the return process more than 10 times but still not pick up by Ecom. they always told me to wait for 2 days, your product will be picked up. but its almost 1 month but i still not get any result. i have all calls record in my phone. dear snapdeal, if you cant arrange pick up than refund my money. i trust your services for more than a month, but got no result. take some action otherwise i will complain in police. i attached that fake product.
