I am Yogendra singh Chauhan...On 19 jan I have placed order For Wow garcinia ultra 85 percent for 2000 ... And on 27 Jan I recieved totally different product.. Then immediately I have registered complaint..But continuesly Snapdeal customer care is making of me fool by saying wait for 24-48 hour's
Now it's more than week
Snapdeal neither replaced ordered not refunded my money.. It's matter of my medicine.. But even then Snapdeal don't care ... It's matter of 2000 rs... It's hard money... Please don't full us.. We are your customers...

It's more than week now but didn't get any solution till now.. They have wonderful strategy to fool customers... They cheated me with 2000 rs... And playing with my health issue.. By sending wrong medicine

      In snapdeal, I have placed an order for HP laptop pricing Rs.22, 699/- on 21st January 2017.i have already paid the money through credit card.

      I was told the product will be delivered on 30th January 2017.And was given a tracking id of India post(speed post)
      AWB no. - AJ[protected]IN
      When Iam tracking this, it shows "CONSIGNMENT DETAILS NOT FOUND".I also enquired with Head Post Office about the Tracking ID .They told me such a consignment is not placed. I have submitted many complaints to Snapdeal .Each they say "sorry, we will resolve the issue"

      My product was not delivered on 30 th januray 2017.After calling the cutomer care many time, i was given an extended delivery date of 30 january-1st February.i waited patiently . On 1st February also they didnt deliver the product. After registerin a number of complaints, i am now told "sorry for the inconvenience, we will deliver it soon"

      I have already paid the money to Snapdeal .But they didnt deliver the product yet and was cheated by giving a fake tracking ID

        On 21Jan2017 I ordered for blue mount BM10Magna water purifier my order id is [protected].i used my bank of Maharashtra debit card I filled the information correctly but because some internet problems the transaction was not completed but the amount debited from my account. 17 days are left but my amount is not refunded my account.please help me.

              Dear sir/madam
              I bought Clarion Quartro Black 4 Burner Glass Manual Gas Stove on 21 Jan, 2017, Order ID: [protected] from snapdeal. Which is very corrosive & looking very bad.
              I applied for return on site but now they say that "Your item cannot be picked up as your address lies outside our serviceable area for reverse pickup. Please send it to our warehouse via any national courier within the next 5 days. We will reimburse the courier charges to your FreeCharge Account. We're sorry for the inconvenience caused."
              Sir my address is reachable to any courier company easily.They not mention this type of condition on their site for Return/replace.
              Please do the needful, so I get new gas stove or Refund.

                I got the product 11 January2017 but that product is not working it's bad so I put return back request and snapdeal team Commitment me to take this item from me on 25 th January but not come again Give me date on 27th January but not still yet come any person to take my product under return back policy, oh it's so suffering and false commitment, so I put all its everything here in this forum and aspect a good response

                  Date of order : 5.12.2016 Rs4850/-
                  But the order got cancelled due to network error as it was sale day and the money was not refunded.

                  Another purchase was done on 6.12.2016 Rs 4973/- this was delivered as per the date .

                  Even after repeated mails through their app complaint box..money has not been refunded back.

                  Initially they were replying to the mail, they asked for PDF of credit card statement which was also provided but no action has been taken.

                  Further more even spoke to the Sbi credit card team to discuss this and they gave a transaction ID confirming the amount has been debited from the card.Still no response from the snap deal team.

                  It's almost been 2 months now and no response from snap deal.

                    I received a communication from Snapdeal stating that

                    "We tried to place the order with an alternate seller but were unsuccessful and had to cancel it.

                    We have initiated refund of Rs. 10344 to your card no. 5337-XXXXXXXX-9835 per the timelines below. We apologise for the inconvenience caused.
                    Installation services are no more applicable on this order.""

                    I Hereby request to look into the issue and justify me by the following:

                    Today also the product is available for sale at higher price and appears you are using unfair trade practices to attract customers and trap them with low prices and after booking and loosing the other opportunities cancel the order so that the customer is forced to buy at higher prices.

                    I had suffered loss of Rs.5000 due to the act of M/s. Snapdeal, I had to purchase in the open market for Rs.15, 500 and also experience mental troucher throughout these days by following up them and false commitments till yesterday.

                    I hereby request M/s. Snapdeal either to commit the order and delivery the product with 2-3 days from now or refund the amount with addition of Rs.5000 towards opportunity cost i have forgone due to misrepresentation and false commitments made.

                    And when i tried to contact the customer care i received an arrogant reply followed with blocking of my number so that i cannot call them.

                    I am enclosing all the relevant documents which shows proofs of all the statements which i made above. I could not able to upload the recorded conservation i had with Snapdeal but i have proof all the false commitments made in voice recorded with me.

                    I will ensure to take all steps to get the refund along with additional Rs.5000/- and show the power of customer and teach lesson so that in future Snapdeal think twice before doing false business tricks for which i am a prey.

But some reason i want to return back also i called customer care and note my complaint that please pick up above dress and pay my money but till date they not call or any courrier boy come to my house to pick up dress i am calling the snapdeal representative.                               I received damaged product on 1st Jan and raised replace order on 2nd Jan. I called several times even today to Help center to know the status. Every time they informed me that with in 2 days it will be picked up, I have all those call records with me. But till now I didn't receive call from your courier. when I checked in Snapdeal portal I was shocked by seeing my replacement request was closed. They sent me a Mail on 27 that product was picked up in 2days. Today I called again to Help center and they saying that case was closed on 9th Jan, as they are not able to contact me.

                                I had ordered asus zenfone selfie smartphone worth rupees 12500 but when i received this product, i found this broken... snapdeal has given me a wrong and damaged product . also i had order 32gb phone but i received 16gb phone which was broken ... but now they are not accepting my complain against damaged product ..and now they refused to replace it but as mentioned in policies they has to replace it ...they are ignoring my requests ..initially their executive promised me to replace my product but now they are refusing my complain...my order Id is [protected]...complain no. is 39577179...they told me that they had informed courier company to pickup my product but when i asked courier company they told me that they hadnot received any update regarding replacement...

                                  Dear Sir,
                                  This is to inform you i have ordered subject mentioned lipstick .As per company (snapdeal )its got delivered while delivery person fake pod upload that its got delivered .we have ordered 4 product same day via snapdeal we have received 3 product out of 4 but still 1 product i.e Velvet Matte Hot Hot Hot Lipstick 4.2 g nor received .please help us to resolve this issue and refund my amount

                                  We have complaint so many times to Snapdeal but still none of them revert

                                        I unfortunately visited the Snapdeal website and booked Sunflame CH Amaze 90 Auto Clean DX chimney vide order no. Order ID: [protected] on 20 Jan, 2017 by paying full amount of Rs.10, 344 using my HDFC Credit Card. At the time of booking they confirmed that estimated delivery date will be between 26th - 30th January, 2017. I am closely monitoring the site for any update but to my suprise there is no change in the status, i even called the help center and asked whether any problem in there in delivering the item, they told no, it will be delivered in time as estimated and they requested to wait till the dates mentioned.

                                        I waited till 30th January, 2017 and i called there help center and i told that they communicated to the higher officials and it will be taken up and resolved soon. I even spoken to the floor supervisor Ms. Mayasha and expressed by grievence and poor service. She told that the at the earliest it will be delivered.

                                        Now, on this day 31st, i neither received any communication from M/s. Snapdeal nor the delivery.

                                        I hereby request your intervention in this regard, i already paid the amount and also lost other oportunities for buying the chimeny from other online vendors during the repblic day offeres.

                                        M/s. Snapdeal is not only causing mental imbalance in me but also making fearful environment for other online shopping organisations.

                                        It is totally breach of trust and unethical business tactics being done by the Snapdeal.

                                        I received a communication from Snapdeal stating that

                                        "We tried to place the order with an alternate seller but were unsuccessful and had to cancel it.

                                        We have initiated refund of Rs. 10344 to your card no. 5337-XXXXXXXX-9835 per the timelines below. We apologise for the inconvenience caused.
                                        Installation services are no more applicable on this order.""

                                        I Hereby request to look into the issue and justify me by the following:

                                        Today also the product is available for sale at higher price and appears you are using unfair trade practices to attract customers and trap them with low prices and after booking and loosing the other opportunities cancel the order so that the customer is forced to buy at higher prices.

                                        I had suffered loss of Rs.5000 due to the act of M/s. Snapdeal, I had to purchase in the open market for Rs.15, 500 and also experience mental troucher throughout these days by following up them and false commitments till yesterday.

                                        I hereby request M/s. Snapdeal either to commit the order and delivery the product with 2-3 days from now or refund the amount with addition of Rs.5000 towards opportunity cost i have forgone due to misrepresentation and false commitments made.

                                        And when i tried to contact the customer care i received an arrogant reply followed with blocking of my number so that i cannot call them.

                                        I am enclosing all the relevant documents which shows proofs of all the statements which i made above. I could not able to upload the recorded conservation i had with Snapdeal but i have proof all the false commitments made in voice recorded with me.

                                        I will ensure to take all steps to get the refund along with additional Rs.5000/- and show the power of customer and teach lesson so that in future Snapdeal think twice before doing false business tricks for which i am a prey.

                                        I am very much clear about my claim of Addition amount of Rs.5000/- . I need quick closuer of the issue without further prolonging.

                                        As i said earlier let me know immediately are you going to pay the above additional amount of Rs.5000/- which is the opportunity cost i have forgone by dealing and engaging contract which you, paying the amount in advance and misleading assurances given during the process of fulfillment of order and failed to honor the order in-spite the ordered item is available for sale in your website.

                                        I am suprised to see even repeated update done by me, there is no response from the Snapdeal, i am unable to understand the power of Indian Consumer Complaints Forum, are they involve in the matter or just forward the complaints raised by the consumer.

                                        I want to eliminate the unfiar trade practices being used by Snapdeal and teach a lesson and show the power of consumer.

                                        I hereby request Indian Consumer Complaints forum take up the matter and if possible publish the whole story of mine and make aware of the tricks playing by Snapdeal and avoid further consumers do not fall prey as it happened to me.

                                        I even going thru various review in various website and most of the cases with Snapdeal are like me only, first bring the price down, take the money hold it for 10-15 days and cancel the order mentioning non-avaibility of the product even it is available in the site and sell it for higher price. It appears Snapdeal is not online shopping but a bank where it receives interest for the amount deposited by consumers and enjoy all benefits of the amount paid.
