I have booked 01 pair Puma Velocity Tetron II IDP Black Casual Shoes on 22.12.2016 with snapdeal order no. [protected] I have prepaid the cost of shoes Rs. 1584.00 at the time of order (payment receipt enclosed). The snapdeal website shows that the item has been delivered on 27.12.2016 however i have not received any such item as on date (website snapshot enclosed). I had complaint about this to sanpdeal help center many times but they are not able to either trace the item or provide me the proof of delivery. Every time customer care executive did the wrong commitment and assure to receive the product or refund in next 24 hr. but it is around one and half month gone and no resolution given by sanpdeal. So it is requested you to kindly intervene into the matter and try to resolve the issue. Regards

    I ordered a milton stainless steel flasks on 22nd january. after that i received a wrong and different item from snapdeal. then till date (3rd feb) i inform to snapdeal for pickup this item and refund my money. till date i will not received ant confermation from snapdeal and novoex courier partner. snapdeal said courier partner confirmed to them customer not availavel in customer address. but courier partner said they have not received any cofirmation mail from snapdeal for pickup this item.31st jan update me the parcel out for pick up but till date no courier partner not reached in my address. please pick up the snapdeal product immediate. i harrased several time. i followed up with snapdeal and courier partner nuvoex, they have not solved my problem. most third class courier partner. please any step for this reason. my Order ID: [protected] Placed on 22 Jan, 2017. my refund request is being processed (Ticket Id:[protected].       Self has purchased Kross Mountain Bike Impel 1.0 vide Invoice No: S8C338/16-17/656, dated 23.01.2017.This item was delivered to me on 31.01.2017 within a carton and plastic bag.
      Same packet(box) was opened by me on 01/02/2016 and I have noticed following short supply in the delivery:
      1. Cycle was not packed in original packing of Kross cycle and on top cover 'Mach City' was written and as per carton cycle was single speed. Due to absence of original and un proper packing cycle front Disc brake was damaged(bent). I have sent you few photographs of the packing.
      2. Cycle side stand and front & back mud guard cover was not provided with this cycle.These items were very much in the auxiliaries of the cycle that was shown to me in picture and this I have confirmed from cycle manufacturer also.Perhaps this happened because of absence of original packing.
      3. I personally purchased these item in Rs 950/-(Side stand Rs 650/- & Mudguard Rs 300/-).Copy of the receipt I am sending to you for your reference.
      4. Cycle was assembled at Mumbai after repairing front brake disc and it is in operation now.Assembly charges were paid by me.

      You are therefore requested to reimburse the cost of Cycle Side Stand and front &back Mud guard(Total cost Rs 950/-) which were supposed to be part of your delivery.

        Hi . this is Amit macwan
        i ordered Pigeon Non-Stick Grand 7 pcs 5 layer Cookware Set from snapdeal at rs.999 on 24 dec, 2016. i recieved the courier on 2 jan 2017. When I opened it, the package contain only 1 kadhai which is broken, not even a pigeon brand. totally fake product. I requested for return of this product since 2 Jan but still the product was not picked up.the Ecom courier man came on 3rd jan, but they want 7 pcs of the set!!! what the crap. i only received 1 pc kadhai, how can i give them whole set. he refused to take this product & told me to contact snapdeal customer care.
        On 5 th jan i got sms that the return request was closed due to my cancellation on app but i didn't use snapdeal app at that given time becoz my phone was in charging. so i called immediately as soon as i recieved that sms. they again reschedule the return process. after that I called to customer care every single day but they only rescheduling the return process more than 10 times but still not pick up by Ecom. they always told me to wait for 2 days, your product will be picked up. but its almost 1 month but i still not get any result. i have all calls record in my phone. dear snapdeal, if you cant arrange pick up than refund my money. i trust your services for more than a month, but got no result. take some action otherwise i will complain in police. i attached that fake product.

Then immediately I have registered complaint..But continuesly Snapdeal customer care is making of me fool by saying wait for 24-48 hour's
          Now it's more than week

              In snapdeal, I have placed an order for HP laptop pricing Rs.22, 699/- on 21st January 2017.i have already paid the money through credit card.

              I was told the product will be delivered on 30th January 2017.And was given a tracking id of India post(speed post)

              When Iam tracking this, it shows "CONSIGNMENT DETAILS NOT FOUND".I also enquired with Head Post Office about the Tracking ID .They told me such a consignment is not placed. I have submitted many complaints to Snapdeal .Each they say "sorry, we will resolve the issue"

              My product was not delivered on 30 th januray 2017.After calling the cutomer care many time, i was given an extended delivery date of 30 january-1st February.i waited patiently . On 1st February also they didnt deliver the product. After registerin a number of complaints, i am now told "sorry for the inconvenience, we will deliver it soon"

              I have already paid the money to Snapdeal .But they didnt deliver the product yet and was cheated by giving a fake tracking ID

                On 21Jan2017 I ordered for blue mount BM10Magna water purifier my order id is [protected].i used my bank of Maharashtra debit card I filled the information correctly but because some internet problems the transaction was not completed but the amount debited from my account. 17 days are left but my amount is not refunded my account.please help me.

                      I bought Clarion Quartro Black 4 Burner Glass Manual Gas Stove on 21 Jan, 2017, Order ID: [protected] from snapdeal. Which is very corrosive & looking very bad.
                      I applied for return on site but now they say that "Your item cannot be picked up as your address lies outside our serviceable area for reverse pickup. Please send it to our warehouse via any national courier within the next 5 days. We will reimburse the courier charges to your FreeCharge Account. We're sorry for the inconvenience caused."
                      Sir my address is reachable to any courier company easily.They not mention this type of condition on their site for Return/replace.
                      Please do the needful, so I get new gas stove or Refund.

                          Date of order : 5.12.2016 Rs4850/-
                          But the order got cancelled due to network error as it was sale day and the money was not refunded.

                          Another purchase was done on 6.12.2016 Rs 4973/- this was delivered as per the date .

                          Even after repeated mails through their app complaint box..money has not been refunded back.

                          Initially they were replying to the mail, they asked for PDF of credit card statement which was also provided but no action has been taken.

                          Further more even spoke to the Sbi credit card team to discuss this and they gave a transaction ID confirming the amount has been debited from the card.Still no response from the snap deal team.

                          It's almost been 2 months now and no response from snap deal.

                            I received a communication from Snapdeal stating that

                            "We tried to place the order with an alternate seller but were unsuccessful and had to cancel it.

                            We have initiated refund of Rs. 10344 to your card no. 5337-XXXXXXXX-9835 per the timelines below. We apologise for the inconvenience caused.
                            Installation services are no more applicable on this order.""

                            I Hereby request to look into the issue and justify me by the following:

                            Today also the product is available for sale at higher price and appears you are using unfair trade practices to attract customers and trap them with low prices and after booking and loosing the other opportunities cancel the order so that the customer is forced to buy at higher prices.

                            I had suffered loss of Rs.5000 due to the act of M/s. Snapdeal, I had to purchase in the open market for Rs.15, 500 and also experience mental troucher throughout these days by following up them and false commitments till yesterday.

                            I hereby request M/s. Snapdeal either to commit the order and delivery the product with 2-3 days from now or refund the amount with addition of Rs.5000 towards opportunity cost i have forgone due to misrepresentation and false commitments made.

                            And when i tried to contact the customer care i received an arrogant reply followed with blocking of my number so that i cannot call them.

                            I am enclosing all the relevant documents which shows proofs of all the statements which i made above. I could not able to upload the recorded conservation i had with Snapdeal but i have proof all the false commitments made in voice recorded with me.

                            I will ensure to take all steps to get the refund along with additional Rs.5000/- and show the power of customer and teach lesson so that in future Snapdeal think twice before doing false business tricks for which i am a prey.

                              for this... Hope you not disappoint the customers satisfaction, why u damaging your company name by delaying or sending defect products, see now still we have hope in snapdeal so all are buying online from you. Solve our problems as fast as posible

                                  I have done online shopping at snapdeal. order#: [protected] I have placed an order for Uptownie Lite Navy Polyster Jumpsuits, . But some reason i want to return back also i called customer care and note my complaint that please pick up above dress and pay my money but till date they not call or any courrier boy come to my house to pick up dress i am calling the snapdeal representative. They said to wait for 2 days. From then I called thrice, but till no one responds properly. Its already more than one month. help me.

They are treating me as a headache its more than a week from promised date. Can anybody help to me get my from snapdeal because i am not in a mood to cancel the order or Order cancellation is not the solution for me i have to think about the interest charges charged by bank. Can any one help me in this matter

                                      I received damaged product on 1st Jan and raised replace order on 2nd Jan. I called several times even today to Help center to know the status. Every time they informed me that with in 2 days it will be picked up, I have all those call records with me. But till now I didn't receive call from your courier. when I checked in Snapdeal portal I was shocked by seeing my replacement request was closed. They sent me a Mail on 27 that product was picked up in 2days. Today I called again to Help center and they saying that case was closed on 9th Jan, as they are not able to contact me.

                                        I had ordered asus zenfone selfie smartphone worth rupees 12500 but when i received this product, i found this broken... snapdeal has given me a wrong and damaged product . also i had order 32gb phone but i received 16gb phone which was broken ... but now they are not accepting my complain against damaged product ..and now they refused to replace it but as mentioned in policies they has to replace it ...they are ignoring my requests ..initially their executive promised me to replace my product but now they are refusing my complain...my order Id is [protected]...complain no. is 39577179...they told me that they had informed courier company to pickup my product but when i asked courier company they told me that they hadnot received any update regarding replacement...
