I have ordered iphone6s on the 1st of Feburary 2016, bearing Order ID: [protected], and have received the product on the following week.The product received was defective as there was noticeable problem with the display.I had asked for replacement many times but the snap deal team did not respond well.So, i used the phone without any further complains thinking that the phone will not give me any problem!In this span of almost a year, the phone kept giving me some problem or the other and now it is not switching on.The phone is still under warranty, and I demand replacement of the product at the earliest and if no response will be made to my complain, i as a customer will have to take further necessary action against this online shopping site! thankyou

    I have placed a order of Nivia dominator soccer shoes of size 10UK on 4th January, 2016. I unknowingly entered incorrect contact number. Even then, they delivered the order successfully. I found an issue with my feet size, to which I placed a request of replacement with size 8UK.
    Even after 5 days of placing the replacement request, the parcel was not picked. I contacted customer care several times between 16 to 23 January, 2016, they were with the same reason that your address was not found. I tried to change the contact number of mine on the snapdeal app, but it was not working. On contacting customer care, they registered my new number and promised to transfer it to courier service. On the day of 25th January, I received an email of closing date of replacing or returning order.

      The product in the above order was delivered to me on 10th Jan and the product was not upto my expectation and had to be returned back. Unfortunately i had to travel out of country and i still am. This has caused delay in requesting for the return order which as epr policy is 14 days, I was just delayed by a day hence created a return request requesting for a return with reference number[protected] on 24th Jan and with several reminders until 26th Jan but with no updates form snapdeal even after they claiming the SLA as 24hrs for a response, which is really frustating and shows an extremely un-professional customer service and experience. Would request you to take this up with them and ensure speedy resolution for the same. Pls note i am not reachable on phone and available only my email id: [protected]@yahoo.co.in

        I have ordered Panasonic P75 Mobile Phone on 26-December 2016 Which was without IMEI Number and calling was not working, So I entered Request for Return of product, Which was pickedup and after 15 days again delivered back to me by saying me that quality is checked and there is no problem.

        but after receiving I checked mobile phone but still same problem, NO IMEI Number, so again I called to customer care number, now they told me to go to Panasonic service centre. if I would have to do all these time pass then I would have not bought it online from snapdeal, I would have purchased it from local shop.

        now we do not do our work and I should give time in all this service center work on behalf of snapdeal.

        Request you to help me with the above problem.

                      Dear Snapdeal,

                      I been a customer of Snapdeal since 2014, but never came across such an awkward moment ever before and this has serious left a great scratch towards Snapdeal as a clientele. The reason if you are asking why ? then these are the cause:
                      1. I have always believed Snapdeal? Also trusted that Snapdeal dealt with selling of branded product, unlike other online seller Snapdeal sellers only genuine and branded product, but all these are only my version but now I think I shouldn’t have trusted Snapdeal, only after my order of BLAUPUNKT IM4 16 GB WHITE mobile in order Id: [protected] dated 11.01.2017.

                      2. On 15.01.2017, I received the order BLAUPUNKT IM4 16 GB WHITE but was shocked to see that the:

                      a) The Phone has only single Sim Slot and the single sim slot does not support Micro Sim whereas as per Snapdeal website says as follows

                      “General

                      Brand Blaupunkt

                      Model IM4

                      Form Smartphones

                      Colour White

                      Call Features Call Forwarding

                      SIMs Dual

                      SIM Size Micro”

                      b) The Phone does not have any memory card slot and the single sim slot does not support Micro Sim whereas as per Snapdeal website says as follows

                      User Memory Less than 12 GB

                      Expandable Memory Upto 32GB

                      Memory Card Slot Yes

                      c) Further unboxing the Box found that the Charger, USB, Bluetooth headset were unbranded, local and looks like a platform selling product.

                      3. I was shocked to know that I have been cheated and duped by the selling a product of different specification and with unbranded accessories, Immediately I called the Snapdeal customer care and booked the complaint, initiated return formalities on the same day i.e, 15.01.2017.

                      4. On 16.01.2017, the Snapdeal transit service team took the returned article and came to know from the website that the article received at your quality check on 18.01.2017.

                      5. My refund request has been processed on 16.01.2017 for which Ticket Id: 39122737 have been issued. From 16.01.2017 I did not received my refund even after providing the Bank details. Hence on 20.01.2017 I called your customer care executive and explained the grievances I was happy to hear from your executive that the phone is having only SIM Slot as they checked with your Quality centre and you executive has promised to re-check the where went wrong. All the telephonic conversation between me and your customer care executive is on record and ready to prove at any forum.

                      6. Now i.e. 21.01.2017, I have seen that my return request has been decline which is a measure made by the snapdeal abruptly, without any reason and taking a time of 4 long days. All the measures of Snapdeal is unfair and unethical way of Trade practice.

                      7. I prepared to abstain from receiving the returned piece anymore which is a fake and not in accordance with technical specification as shown in your website. Hence I ready to approach appropriate legal forum and seek my justice and reveal that this will not be continued to your consumers anymore, because of the fraud that Snapdeal as shown towards me by sending a Mobile phone which is difference physically(unboxing video of this product available) from its technical specification as shown in your website.

                      8. I am attaching the website page of the product as exhibited in your website and one such review that is as similar to my case posted in Amazon website (http://www.amazon.in/gp/product/B01LTF60KI/ref=s9_dcacsd_dcoop_bw_c_x_2_w) the product sold by same vendor by name SURYA. Thus it is evident that this is a repeated issue targeting the customer who believes that Snapdeal sells only genuine products or are you believing vendor selling through Snapdeal website are only selling genuine products.

                        I purchased one product from snapdeal.com and payment was done by net banking via payu.in. But that order was not confirmed and amount was deducted from my account. Then I placed order for same product but again money was deducted and then order was confirmed. So I paid twice for same product. Here are the details of my bank statement,

                        This is for second order,

                        Now neither snapdeal or payu is responding on this. Please help to get my money back.

                          I have been trying to get my refund for Wybor LED television.
                          I had recieved damaged TV. It has been 10 days since TV was picked up. It is very bad experience as a Snapdeal customer. Snapdeal harrases customer. Snapdeal makes customer fool. I have had made 30 to 40 calls to Snapdeal customer care. But they only give 48 hours to wait. Now it's 10 days and I have'nt received my refund yet. This is very bad on part of Snapdeal.

                          Snapdeal doesn't even bother to reply.Its been 15 days since I lodged the complaint. They have not refunded the money yet. This is urgent money. They are shameless. Snapdeal cheats people. I am going to write an article on Snapdeal cheating in Newspaper. They thug people. Customer care doesn't respond.

                            My order number is [protected] I purchasea titan edge wath on snapdeal they delever me at 10l1l17 but there a several scratch on the watch(old used product ) i share a photos with snapdeal and ask for refund at same day .i pay threw a debit card to snapdeal ( visa) but Snapdeal transfer my amouth in free charge account (I am not intrusted in using any free charge account ) my bank is also not listed on free charge so I am not able to transfer my amount also .I share this problem with Snapdeal at 10/1/17 n ask him to transfer my amount in my bank account they ask me bank details so I share bank details also at same day so snap deal send me e-mail thay transfer my amount in my bank account in 4 days so I again call Snapdeal help desk at 17/1/17 and ask about my refund Snapdeal again send me emil at 17/1/17 and ask 4 more days for refund my amount in bank account and debited the same amount same day in freecharge (17/1/17) so I again contact to snapdeal at 22/1/17 and ask ab my refund the exicative says we transfer ur amount In free charge u may call the free charge and ask ab ur amount ( if I pay a Snapdeal for a product why should I ask to freecharge for my refund u guys transfer my amount in freecharge wallet ).again 23/1/17 I call Snapdeal help n ask ab my amount so the exicative says the amount transfer within 24/48 hours In ur account so today only again I call Snapdeal n ask for my refund the exicative says she highlight the issue to there team .
                            Each time I call the Snapdea for amount l I again n again explain my case ( 8/9 times ) n the replay is same we work on that . First think I am not interested in any freecharge account and I pay a Snapdeal for a product and Snapdeal transfer my amount in freecharge I want my amount in my bank account as soon as possible from 10/1/17 already 14 days gone . meanwhile the Snapdea exicative ask me about purchase a another watch on there domain or pay my mobile bills from that freecharge wallet . Means its like u must purchase a product from our one domain or pay ur bills from our other domain we r not able to refund ur amount In ur bank . Already I waste so much time on this issue don't no when this issue is solved and when Snapdeal refund my amount in my bank account this is verry disappointing experience with Snapdeal .

                                I placed an order of rs3088 on 18 jan 2017 and i paid the amount through online. But i cancelled the order on same that i.e., 18jan 2017, as i was getting less price in other site. My order was cancelled successfully and refund was also initiated, but till now i didn't received my money back.

                                  I received a faulty phone from snapdeal. as per procedure i returned the product to the address provided by snapdeal. as per Speed post tracking system item is delivered at destination on 21 jan. But snapdeal customer care executive are telling that, item is not delivered to them. As per them Sir just wait for 24 hrs, we will resolves your issue. but after 72 hrs there is no feedback from snapdeal.

                                        I ordered new lenovo laptop (order # [protected]) @ snapdeal.com. What i received is used one, Lenovo original seal is broken, no user manual and box is full of scratches. When I switched on the laptop for the first time what I saw is Windows Automatic repair screen . I raised return request and I was told that this will be picked up with in two days and pickup will be by NUVO-ALL-RP . But past two days I am receiving sms saying that pick up was unsuccessful and I requested for a reschedule . But no one called me for pick up and i don't know what is happening. I send few mails to Snap deal and so far no response. I am long standing customer and purchased lot of things in snapdeal. They not even bothered to eve call me wand when i tried with customer care, i didn't find a way for talk to some one. this is realy frustrating.
