    I placed order and received faulty washing machine, and I return and waiting for my refund amount, after 11 days, but still I am not received my refund amount, I send my bank statement also to Snapdeal, but I am received any proper solution, pls help me, I am waiting for my refund amount.         Don’t purchase anything from Snapdeal -- The most fraudulent ecommerce company of all. If you do not want to waste your hard earned money, don’t buy anything from Snapdeal.

        I am the latest victim of their fraud. I ordered Indiweaves Single Polyster Floral Blanket from Snapdeal on 5th Jan via prepaid medium for INR2549 Order id: [protected]. I received the product on 11th Jan. To my surprise, the product I received was not from Indiweaves, it was of some local brand “ Prakash Gold”. When I searched for this product on snapdeal, its price was showing up INR1200. I became furious and called Snapdeal customer care (Ticket id:[protected] and told them that I have received a different product. I even told them, if you cannot deliver the product I ordered, then at least give me my money INR1300 back which I paid extra. They said that the only option I have is to raise request for replacement or refund. So, I asked them to place replacement request hoping that I will get the original product.

        To cater the replacement request, they surpassed the limits of bad customer service. I got atleast 3-4 calls from snapdeal and to everyone of them I had to explain the issue again and again. This made me believe they don’t even document issues o[censored]sers properly in the ticket. Today I received the replaced product which is the same one which I received earlier from brand Prakash Gold. This time they removed the bag which I received earlier and the product was just wrapped and stuck in polythene. The worst packing I had seen till now.
        They rejected my replacement request saying that the product failed the quality check. How can a product fail a quality check when it wasn’t even unpacked from the bag ? If this was done to try and cover up the fraud you did, then you actually failed.
        I need my refund. I didn’t pay INR2549 for this ###### product from Prakash Gold which is actually of INR1200 listed on your website only. STOP FOOLING THE CUSTOMERS. I have earned that money from hard work not by doing fraud like Snapdeal. (All the pictures are attached with this post)

            Received garbage and useless books in place of reebok smooth running shoes. Order i'd [protected] Date 22.12.16
            Complain made on 30.12.16 complain I'd 38484534 and at least 10 times talk with customer care executive but did not get any response.
            There was no issue with packing and parcel received via India post. As per the suggestion of customer care, I sent back the packet to the address mentioned in the mail, but they denied to accept that parcel.

                  Out of two phones i ordered only one phone's IMEI numbers are matching to invoice.

                  I asked them to correct the invoice proper IMEI numbers. by mailing to '[protected]@snapdeal.com'

                  But i am sent old incorrect invoice.

                  The Snapdeal Help Centre the app does not felicity to raise complaint on incorrect invoice.

                          Dear snap deal team,

                          I shared my below mentioned return complain with your customer service team, i am re posting the same complaint below along with the attached documents.

                          I just finished my conversation with your executive imran and explained him the issue that once i returned the bluetooth speaker i was given a delivery receipt which has mobile number and signature of the courier executive who came for return pick up (St. Jpg is the file attached which has a scan of the pick up receipt) and under content it clearly mentions that its a blue tooth speaker of brand name philips and its black in color however your return team claims we have sent some other brand of speaker with a yellow colour if such was the case then how come the pick agent did not objected about it while picking up the return, as even the colour of the product being replaced and whats mentioned by you is different (We returned a black philips bluetoooth speaker phone and the product you claim is yellow how is that possible when the package is packed with a transparent packaging where colour and brand can be easily identified), this means either your logistics partner has committed an error or the returns team but we shall not suffer owing to that mistake.

                          Kindly take necessary action, i have attached the copy of return receipt and other associated details.

                          Please ensure a reputed firm like snapdeal do not behave in such an unprofessional manner as this will break consumer confidence in shopping with snapdeal.

                          Post this i got a call from snap deal team stating they do not care even if i returned a genuine product which i have shown proofs in form of duly signed pick up receipt, however they are not considering it as well, in case your team want to blame me for the fraud done at your end kindly give it to me in writing about it and i will then take necessary actions, i will also further write to your young and enterprising owners about the poor customer service.

                                For my brother birthday i have ordered product: sony sbh20 stereo bluetooth in ear headset from snapdeal on dt: 11.01.17 through netbanking order id.[protected], i paid rs.1700 for this and delivery date is given 17.01.17. on dt-13.01.17 one person came name: mosin delivery boy from snapdeal ph no. [protected] delivered the product: sony sbh20 stereo bluetooth in ear headset and said this product on cod you have to pay amount of rs. 1700 and i also found on invoice product were showing on cod. so, he said mam payment may be not received so its came on cod. then i was trying to check my account online but due to some technical issue it was get blocked. so, paid him amount. when i opened this product i found was damaged and used product. then same day i called to snapdeal regarding this issue. no product is delivered by us yet. they checked order id.[protected] and told me the product is not delivered it will deliver on dt[protected]. but on dt[protected] i received message that the item is cancelled by snapdeal. again i called them i said why u did this then said product is not available in stock and refunded my money.
                                If product were not available then why they have wasted our time.
                                After that told me to send us the used product/damaged product images and i sent the images all along with delivery boy number.
                                And today is 23-11-17 still not getting any response from them.
                                And not get yet fresh piece till date and not get the cancelled back and not reply from them.

                                  I have placed an order (order id: [protected]) on snapdeal for 32 gb sd card on 12 jan 2017 and it was supposed to be delivered on 14 jan 2017. its 23 jan today and still the courier status shows "in transit". i have reached snapdeal customer service multiple times to check where the order is and when will it be delivered. they just say that they will deliver it soon, but there is no progress at all. i not sure if it will be delivered at all.

However I am getting call from Snapdeal customer service since past 3 days, apologising for the delay and that the order will be delivered in next 24 - 48 hours. I am hearing the same 24 - 48 hours story for last 3 days. When will this 24 - 48 hours end?

                                    I am waiting at my residence to receive the consignment as it was advised to me that it is rescheduled be delivered to me on 23rd as requested by me, but it is now 7 pm of 23rd but nothing came!!!

                                      I purchased a intex aqua 4.5 pro 8gb from snapdeal.com worth rs.2799/- on 15th jan 2016. They were delivered the defeated product on 19th jan 2016. I called their customer care regarding this and they told me to resolve the complain within 24-48 hours. I didn't received any call from them. The next day i had call and i told them if possible replace the product. They asked for some more time to confirm from their vendor but i did not receive any call from them in the next 3 days. When i used to call the customer care, all they did was asked for time. My frustration levels crossed the limit. This slowness in response from their side compelled me to get that product 24-48 hours but till date (10th june 2013) i haven't received the amount. I tried calling them several times but again all they ask for is a little bit more time. I was exploited by snapdeal.com customer care more than once on a single order, wasted my time talking to them, emailed them and wasted my money on those calls and yet not getting my complaint resolved, thereby compelling me to post my complain here. Finally after 5 day simply they are saying •please visit your nearest service centre to resolve the issues that you're facing with your item. For speedy resolution, don't forget to carry your item and its invoice. We are waiting to hear back from you after the visit. Refer our email for service centre address and contact number. I hope you people can help me getting my complain resolve at the earliest.
                                      Just a word of caution for those who are planning to buy from snapdeal.com, please buy from there on your own risk.

                                        I have experienced the worst service ever. I was suppose to get my order on 14th JanuaryOrder ID: [protected] and yet have not received. I called Snapdeal almost daily from 14th January for my product. And today When I spoke to them they are saying that product has been returned and I have to reorder. And interestingly that product is out of stock now. And when i agitated the executive said he will connect me to some senior and sort it, I was on hold for past 35 mins and nobody answered. Request you all to NOT to use their Services. AMAZON and FLIPKARt are much better they deliver products when they promise. No body is bothered to call you and resolve your issue. After waiting for past 14 days now they are saying your product is not available. they are not even refunding my money back. I want my money and some action to be taken on them PATHETIC and DISGUSTING.
                                        I cannot ignore such negligence
                                        please take serious action against them. this is not the first time I have faced such kind of problem.

                                        Very poor customer care service. ordered a product on snapdeal, delivered product that failed the descriptions. i raised a claim and sent the product back. Snapdeal rejected the claim without any convincing reason. now no product, no money and no courier charges.
