Snapdeal cheating me. i am snapdeal app refer to my and my friend is also purchased product. Product delivered. the snapdeal cheated to Customer. I complain many Time to snapdeal customer service it's more then 20 days every day I call the tell sir we take ur complain and resolution will in 24 hour i waste more then 300 rs on call but still problem not solve .Please take action on snapdeal....

I have order 6 PC's pack of Eveready LED bulb from Snapdeal, and received parcel in 13-01-17 when I show the parcel it was very loose and I raised return without open the parcel. When I go to courier (j v Express) they open the said parcel and found another product in it. But I already have a complaint as missing part but now the courier boy say to change the complaint as received wrong ( different) product.
Please change the complaint...

I ordered a haier geisar on 2nd january 2016 for kottur-600085, on 10th jan it was delivered. The installation was given to 24/7 around by snap deal. The service engineer came on 17th and installed for a service fee of 250 rs +250 pipe line charge. Totally i paid 500 rs. After he went in 3 hours it started leaking at the connection points due to poor installation. I called the service engineer at the number [protected], he says im calling...

i really disappoint with snapdeal service, the reason for the complaint is that i returned the order which i received from snapdeal & its very late, because same time i ordered 02 items 01 i received but another order took much time, so i cancelled it & send it back to snapdeal.the order return back to snapdeal throught india post (speed post).

My Order ID: [protected] placed on 30.12.2016, i received a manufacturing defect product, after replace request you send a service person for checking. He also confirm the same and your courier pickup the product on 12.01.2017.

Last 17.01.2017 i receive a sms "Dear customer, your RRN number for the refund of order [protected] is 38846959." but til date refund amount not credit in my a/c.

Please refund the same...

Sir I ordered a lenovo laptop "lenovo ideapad 300 notebook" of rs 36999 on 28 December 2016 and the product was delivered to me on 5th Jan 2017 but when the product was Delivered to me and I opened the package, what I got was just some piles of book inside the original box of lenovo. I registered the complain with the representative of snapdeal, after which I was asked to wait for 7 days as their team was trying to investigate about the problem....

Snapdeal not accepting the return request even though order under return policy. Product was fulfilled by snapdeal gold service, still snapdeal not accepting the return request. They are not giving anything in written, just calling everytime and saying we will not accept the return request. It's like once you have bought product from snapdeal, you will have to keep it. And its Rs. 5000, not a cheap product which i can manage....

Dear Sir, Ma'am,
I had purchased A kurta in dec'16 from snapdeal which i returned the very next day.
For which Rs 15 was credited in my free charge a/c and rest Rs 478 would be credited in bank a/c in 4-5 days. But when i checked after a week they say by 06th Jan'17 it shall be credited so i shall not panic about the payment.

On 11th Jan'17 i had sent a mail attached with my bank statement along with the purchase...

I have bought kettle from snapdeal (Order no.: [protected]) and i have got sms from snapdeal that GOJAVAS will deliver the order on or before 18th January, 2017

Unfortunately I can't get my order still today on 20th January 2017.

Contact no. of courier company is not available on internet. I have mailed them today but I don't think it works. Please do something....
