I have placed an order (order id: [protected]) on snapdeal for 32 gb sd card on 12 jan 2017 and it was supposed to be delivered on 14 jan 2017. its 23 jan today and still the courier status shows "in transit". i have reached snapdeal customer service multiple times to check where the order is and when will it be delivered. they just say that they will deliver it soon, but there is no progress at all. i not sure if it will be delivered at all.

Its 28 Jan and still I have not received the order. However I am getting call from Snapdeal customer service since past 3 days, apologising for the delay and that the order will be delivered in next 24 - 48 hours. I am hearing the same 24 - 48 hours story for last 3 days. When will this 24 - 48 hours end?

Snapdeal simply cancelled my order with the reason "Delivery of your package could not be completed". I feel cheated by this pathetic service from Snapdeal.

    I am waiting at my residence to receive the consignment as it was advised to me that it is rescheduled be delivered to me on 23rd as requested by me, but it is now 7 pm of 23rd but nothing came!!!

    I checked on your website and tracking the courier got the attached details that the consignment returned.

      I purchased a intex aqua 4.5 pro 8gb from snapdeal.com worth rs.2799/- on 15th jan 2016. They were delivered the defeated product on 19th jan 2016. I called their customer care regarding this and they told me to resolve the complain within 24-48 hours. I didn't received any call from them. The next day i had call and i told them if possible replace the product. They asked for some more time to confirm from their vendor but i did not receive any call from them in the next 3 days. When i used to call the customer care, all they did was asked for time. My frustration levels crossed the limit. This slowness in response from their side compelled me to get that product 24-48 hours but till date (10th june 2013) i haven't received the amount. I tried calling them several times but again all they ask for is a little bit more time. I was exploited by snapdeal.com customer care more than once on a single order, wasted my time talking to them, emailed them and wasted my money on those calls and yet not getting my complaint resolved, thereby compelling me to post my complain here. Finally after 5 day simply they are saying •please visit your nearest service centre to resolve the issues that you're facing with your item. For speedy resolution, don't forget to carry your item and its invoice. We are waiting to hear back from you after the visit. Refer our email for service centre address and contact number. I hope you people can help me getting my complain resolve at the earliest.
      Just a word of caution for those who are planning to buy from snapdeal.com, please buy from there on your own risk.

        I have experienced the worst service ever. I was suppose to get my order on 14th JanuaryOrder ID: [protected] and yet have not received. I called Snapdeal almost daily from 14th January for my product. And today When I spoke to them they are saying that product has been returned and I have to reorder. And interestingly that product is out of stock now. And when i agitated the executive said he will connect me to some senior and sort it, I was on hold for past 35 mins and nobody answered. Request you all to NOT to use their Services. AMAZON and FLIPKARt are much better they deliver products when they promise. No body is bothered to call you and resolve your issue. After waiting for past 14 days now they are saying your product is not available. they are not even refunding my money back. I want my money and some action to be taken on them PATHETIC and DISGUSTING.
        I cannot ignore such negligence
        please take serious action against them. this is not the first time I have faced such kind of problem.

        Very poor customer care service. ordered a product on snapdeal, delivered product that failed the descriptions. i raised a claim and sent the product back. Snapdeal rejected the claim without any convincing reason. now no product, no money and no courier charges.

          Hi Snapdeal,

          I had ordered Puma football shoes size 12 (Mens) on 7th Jan and recieved Kids shoes in return.
          Immediately asked for a refund and sent the package AS it is. (It never contained Puma shoe box - fake maybe?)
          On checking my account today, I see that my return request is declined stating - quality check failed. This is beyond ridiculous!
          I don't understand what quality check was failed. I just returned what they sent.

          I called customer care and they transferred my call to supervisor. Unfortunately I was made to wait for more than 30mins on call, WITHOUT receiving an answer. Also, the customer service exective Karishma Sharma was just not interested in understanding my issue on phone and extremely blunt!

          Snapdeal needs to seriously look into this matter as I see there are several similar fraud cases registered! Such a pathetic experience.

                I had purchased three items in one order (order no [protected] dated 08n Oct 16 ). These were (a) one gas stove (b) One Bata Shoe and (c) Asian sports shoes. I cancelled Bata Shoe on the day itself prior dispatch. I paid total amount of 3101.00 through CitiBank Credit Card in 6 month EMI option. First of all the entire was deducted by Citi Bank instead of EMI. After one month the amount was refunded and EMI was started. However, the cost of the cancelled item was not deducted. The cost of the Bata Shoe was 899.00 + 40.00 (delivery charges). I am paying EMI of entire amount for last three months. I mailed more than once regarding this issue. But they just provides one reference no [protected] and forgets. I want refund of 817.00 (839.00 - 22.00) (Rupees 22.00 was redfunded in freecharge account) + 14% interest as I am paying to Citi Bank as EMI.

                  Hello there,
                  My order id is [protected], and i ordered Zook motto 69 premium biking gloves on 11 jan 2017, later after waiting for 3 days on 14 jan 2017 i received a shipment from snapdeal but the product sent to me is different.. the one i got is PRO-BIKER riding gloves.. immediately on the same day i called snapdeal and asked for the issue.. after writing to seller about the issue from snapdeal app..soon i called up customer care executive for resolution of the issue and he assured me that i will get what i have ordered and the item is in stock and i ll be getting Zook moto 69 premium bike riding gloves by 21-24 jan..i was really happy that my complaint is registered and the resolution is given by the snapdeal team.. i even got a mail from snapdeal with the reference no 39094207 to resolve my issue..
                  today on 22 jan 2017 i received my shipment via e com service and i was really upset and disappointed to know that snapdeal has sent the same thing for which i had complaint and not provided me that is shown on the product page and repeating the same thing again..
                  i called and brought the issue to your notice and got no resolution from your side..instead was offered 50 rs voucher and refund of what i had paid..stating that its a policy of company to refund in 2nd time if the issues is being repeated..and the product is out of stock now..

                  it was the duty of snapdeal to send me what i ordered i can understand mistake can happen but again after raising the complain, calling to customer care and writing mails to company and after getting assurance and guarantee from the customer care executive if the same thing is happening it means that snapdeal have no responsibilty for their customers.
                  snapdeal offered me refund, i want to ask snapdeal then what did i gain for waiting 12 days and calling again and again for resolution of problem, wasting my resources and time !
                  will the refund will do the justice and compensate for the time i waited for the product and mental harassment caused to me? for even after waiting 11 days not getting what i ordered instead taking my money back..then what is the meaning of a customer and a seller.. you assured me that i will get what i am ordering by 100% trust pay policy and after your first mistake repeating the same again to cause trouble to customer.
                  i have been mentally harassed with the issue not just once but twice..
                  was this not the duty of snapdeal to look in the issue and check what is being handed to customer even after a complaint about getting wrong product and again sending the same different product..
                  Being a customer of snapdeal i demand resolution in terms of ZOOK MOTO 69 PREMIUM BIKE RIDING GLOVES which i ordered and compensation for the time that i have been waiting for the product and mental harassment caused by snapdeal for deficient and irresponsible service and unfair trade practice..as they are charging me for what i ordered and providing me different and cheap product which they (snapdeal) themselves criticise on the product info page.

                      I have order 6 PC's pack of Eveready LED bulb from Snapdeal, and received parcel in 13-01-17 when I show the parcel it was very loose and I raised return without open the parcel. When I go to courier (j v Express) they open the said parcel and found another product in it. But I already have a complaint as missing part but now the courier boy say to change the complaint as received wrong ( different) product.
                      Please change the complaint as per courier boy, so I can get my money back from Snapdeal by return the product. Became I have already order the same product from my another no. [protected].

                          I ordered a haier geisar on 2nd january 2016 for kottur-600085, on 10th jan it was delivered. The installation was given to 24/7 around by snap deal. The service engineer came on 17th and installed for a service fee of 250 rs +250 pipe line charge. Totally i paid 500 rs. After he went in 3 hours it started leaking at the connection points due to poor installation. I called the service engineer at the number [protected], he says im calling wrong number and not ready to come again. I called the 247 around customer care number [protected], its recorded voice with no proper response. Though installation was too late, i bore it, but bad installation after paying amount and no further response irritates me... I want raise a complaint on the installation part of snapdeal services. Why snapdeal give installation services that does not have proper customer service helpline? - sithik

                              i really disappoint with snapdeal service, the reason for the complaint is that i returned the order which i received from snapdeal & its very late, because same time i ordered 02 items 01 i received but another order took much time, so i cancelled it & send it back to snapdeal.the order return back to snapdeal throught india post (speed post).

                              The details as follows :-

                              I requested for my amount refund, but i`m not getting proper response from snapdeal.

                                    I had purchased a LCD TV from through Snapdeal vide INVOICE NUMBER :1CB0E9/16-17/265 INVOICE DATE :22-MAY-2016.

                                    Details of the same are as follows:

                                    Model no.- IGRASP 32L31F 80 CM

                                    I have tried contacting the manufacturer since early October 2016 as there is a a problem with the said TV. Some horizontal black lines have appeared at the bottom half of the screen.

                                    As per my telephonic discussion with ms. GM Electronics, 589, Chandni Chowk, Old Lajpatrai Market, New Delhi 1100069 on 13 October 2016 yourselves today, I was told by the manufacturer's representative Mr. Gaurav Gulati that the said TV panel would have to be replaced at their Delhi factory and I was to mail the details of purchase, type of complaint etc to [protected]@igrasp.in which I promptly did.

                                    Till date, despite my repeated phone calls and mails I have still not got any reply. All calls have gone unanswered. Snapdeal has asked me to contact the manufacturer for the service and seem to have washed their hands off this case.

                                    Attached herewith please find the pictures of the TV in the switched 'on' condition as well as the invoice copy.

                                        I have ordered HTC One M8 (16GB, Gray) ON 8th of January 2017.Product has been delivered to me 12th of January 2017.After receiving the product when I
                                        switch on the mobile phone(HTC One M8), its failed to switch on. I called to SNAPDEAL customer care at the same moment and they advised me to make the mobile phone
                                        charge at least 1 hour and then try again. I did the same and try again to switch on the mobile but still its failed to switch on even after 3 hours of charging. Again
                                        I called to Snapdeal customer care and made a complain regarding the same on 12th January 2017 at around 06:00 PM. The customer representative from snap deal told
                                        me to visit HTC care center Bhubaneswar, so that minor issue may be taken care by them and for major issue it will be replaced. On 13th of January 2017, I visited HTC
                                        service center and after checking the mobile phone and all they told me the warranty period for the particular product(HTC One M8 (16GB, Gray)) has been already expired
                                        since 2015 which means SNAPDEAL has delivered me the Used product. And the same thing has been communicated to SNAPDEAL team. SNAPDEAL team has initiated replacement
                                        request and on the same day itself (13th of January 2017) product has been picked up by JV Express Courier. As per SNAPDEAL policy Product should be received by
                                        SNAPDEAL warehouse team for QC within 7 days, which is responsibility by SNAPDEAL and JV Express(Courier Partner of Snapdeal).

                                        On 17th January 2017 I received a mail from SNAPDEAL "Update on Replacement": The mail body written as "Tanmaya, we regret to inform you that replacement of your
                                        HTC One M8 (16GB, Gray) could not be processed as the seller was unable to fulfill your order. We assure you that this is a rare occurrence and we'll soon initiate
                                        refund for the product.

                                        On the same day when i checked with SNAPDEAL care for my refund status, they told me the product yet not received by the SNAPDEAL warehouse and they assure me that, they
                                        will priorities my case to resolve my issue within 24hrs along with they will co-ordinate with courier partner(JV express)

                                        When i checked again with SNAPDEAL care and JV Express team on 18th of January 2017, JV express team told me the status "DTO Rejected By Center" for
                                        my AirWaybillnumber "SD48836905" with remarks "Product Mismatch" and the representative from JV express told me its a mistake or human error from JV express not from SNAPDEAL.

                                        On the same day SNAPDEAL care team promised me to resolve my issue immediately with 24hrs and along with they will co-ordinate with JV express for immediate action.

                                        As i haven't heared any update neither from SNAPDEAL nor from JV express, i called again on 19th january 2017 for the latest update status with SNAPDEAL Team . Snapdeal
                                        team asked me for the courier receipt through the mail for which i have already replied the mail with the attachment of the courier receipt and bill in the same trail
                                        mail. And the SNAPDEAL team promised me they will fixed my issue or revert me back within 24 hours. Please find the attached mail for the same.

                                        Again i haven't heard any update neither from SNAPDEAL nor from JV express, i called again on 20th January 2017.Again the same response from SNAPDEAL that is the
                                        false promising that is they will fixed my issue or revert me back within 24 hours.

                                        I have communicated many times with the SNAPDEAL that i have purchased the product with the EMI option and the EMI has already started, so who will take care on this?
                                        Even after no of follow up every one from the SNAPDEAL is saying "We understand sir..we really applogize for the same..We will take immidiate action on it..and the
                                        snapdeal team will revert back to you within 24 hrs ".But it looks like there is no real action is happening on my matter.

                                        I have already communicated many times during my all the calls with Customer Service Team – Snapdeal that, I have purchased the product with EMI option and as per the credit card bill EMI has already started for the product(HTC One M8 (16GB, Gray)) which is not with me.
                                        It’s very saddest think that, I am following up with SNAPDEAL Team from last week but every time I am getting false promises by Snapdeal Team that “We will take immediate action on it and the snapdeal team will revert back to you with solution within 24 hrs ".But it looks like there is no real action is happening on my matter.
                                        And it is deeply saddening to hear this from such a reputed company.
                                        It’s my kind request to resolve my issue at the earliest by tomorrow EOD.
