Dear Sir, Ma'am,
I had purchased A kurta in dec'16 from snapdeal which i returned the very next day.
For which Rs 15 was credited in my free charge a/c and rest Rs 478 would be credited in bank a/c in 4-5 days. But when i checked after a week they say by 06th Jan'17 it shall be credited so i shall not panic about the payment.
On 11th Jan'17 i had sent a mail attached with my bank statement along with the purchase date in dec'16 from snapdeal. But surprisingly, snapdeal neither called me or showed any interest in this case. on top of that its not a toll free number every time it charges me around Rs. 60-70 (20 or more minutes) to speak to them as its STD. As they keep on hold for several times.
I have called them n... no of times and no resolution apart from them telling me to check my bank BRN; UTR etc.
I spoke to my bank's branch manager they checked my account personally but no such payments is credited. Rather, they say why do i shop from such fraud companies, to be honest i have uninstalled snapdeal As this is a shocking experience for me.
Now the new advisor says i need to get a letter by bank manager stating that no such payment is received, which i need to share with snapdeal.
How harassing it is indeed. Yet such companies blossoms after getting customers curse.
I need my money back. Please help me.
