      Snapdeal not accepting the return request even though order under return policy. Product was fulfilled by snapdeal gold service, still snapdeal not accepting the return request. They are not giving anything in written, just calling everytime and saying we will not accept the return request. It's like once you have bought product from snapdeal, you will have to keep it. And its Rs. 5000, not a cheap product which i can manage.

      I booked my micromax phone nd it us to be delivered in 14.01.17 but no deleveiry is done . ..and at the end of the i received a msg from snapdeal that first attempt failed but if nobody is delivered product or no one calls me how can i accept my order ...this is very bad service plzs solve my problem

        Dear Sir, Ma'am,
        I had purchased A kurta in dec'16 from snapdeal which i returned the very next day.
        For which Rs 15 was credited in my free charge a/c and rest Rs 478 would be credited in bank a/c in 4-5 days. But when i checked after a week they say by 06th Jan'17 it shall be credited so i shall not panic about the payment.

        On 11th Jan'17 i had sent a mail attached with my bank statement along with the purchase date in dec'16 from snapdeal. But surprisingly, snapdeal neither called me or showed any interest in this case. on top of that its not a toll free number every time it charges me around Rs. 60-70 (20 or more minutes) to speak to them as its STD. As they keep on hold for several times.
        I have called them n... no of times and no resolution apart from them telling me to check my bank BRN; UTR etc.
        I spoke to my bank's branch manager they checked my account personally but no such payments is credited. Rather, they say why do i shop from such fraud companies, to be honest i have uninstalled snapdeal As this is a shocking experience for me.
        Now the new advisor says i need to get a letter by bank manager stating that no such payment is received, which i need to share with snapdeal.
        How harassing it is indeed. Yet such companies blossoms after getting customers curse.
        I need my money back. Please help me.

          Unfortunately I can't get my order still today on 20th January 2017.

          Contact no. of courier company is not available on internet. I have mailed them today but I don't think it works. Please do something.

              I request you to please read this and i request you to take strict action. Dear all friends lets join together to take a strict action against the company
              This is to inform you all that SNAPDEAL CO. Has done a fraud with me. As per Sec 420 of Indian Penal Code company should get sued.
              Every consumer has right to be heard but SNAPDEAL is not ready to accpt the fraud done by them.
              I would like to share the fraudulent act done by the company
              Description -
              I have ordered apple iphone 5s from Snapdeal online shopping company as on[protected] after saving my pocket money and when i got the delivery of the product on[protected] i faced battery problem then on the same day i complaint snapdeal to replace my product as it is having battery issue but snapdeal refused to replace. Then again i contacted on other day i. e[protected] they said they need DOA letter from Apple Service Centre then only replacement is possible then on that day itself i have gone to Service centre to arrange such letter so that replacement can be made after six continuous visit to service centre they issued me the letter certfying that iphone has battery issue then after receiving the letter i mailed it to snapdeal then snapdeal arranged a pik up of my iphone from my home and on[protected] the pik up guy came and checked all the accessories and phone then after verifying the company issued me the pik up receipt (that product has been successfully piked up) but still i contacted snapdeal and informed them that product has been piked up and i have got the pik up receipt and given the product for replacement.
              But still i contacted each day that whether product reached or not
              Product reached on[protected] and they rejected my product AS THERE WAS NO EARPHONES
              But i have all proof i have made the video of pik up guy and evn courier company which issued pik up receipt has also the video that they sended the complete product and they saying that snapdeal should contact them for verification and for video but snapdeal is not listening this. They are not ready to accpt there mistake as they are wrong.

              Request-
              I am requesting you i need the help of media to throw light on this matter as i want to bring this matter to all over india news channels and want to aware consumers and tennage who believes in online shopping. Not only this i will go to consumer court as i have every proof, call recordings etc which can sue and proof that Snapdeal is a Fraud company.
              I am suffering from health problem depression problem after this.
              I have all the proofs even i taken help of police and police also contacted snapdeal but snapdeal is just unanswerable.
              So i request you all please do contact me and please help me to solve this issue.
              Its my humble request to you all.

              I have visited the courier pik up company today i.e[protected] and same has been verified by one o[censored]r representative as per telephonic conversation that customer has provided fully complete product with all accessories.
              Jv express have video of the same.
              I have taken the video from them as well after requesting them and i have my video as well when the pik up guy came to pick phone.
              I have sent the call recording on your id [protected]@snapdeal.com as well attached the soke of snapshot from video for verification.

                I had Placed an order of Sony Bluetooth headset sbh20 on the date of jan 07 2017. It was delivered to me on jan 11 2017 by cash on delivery option but its damaged. Within 10 minutes of delivery i had Contacted SNAPDEAL they said it's not delivered by them but by the seller directly eventhou we will replace the product. But it's been 9 days since i complained they were not making refund or replacement.

                  Hi,

                  I have purchased skyweigh LED digital weighing scale(Order id- [protected]) from snapdeal . I found that the product is defected and always showing weight as 0 KG. Also kg/lb/on/off switch was not functioning properly .So I put a return request for the same . After two days from that(on 11 Jan 2017), I got a phone call from snapdeal saying that the product has failed the quality check and it will be returned back to me. I inquired and they told me that some part of the product is missing . Although I confirmed the team that I have submitted the complete product. The same product is shipped back to me and its still not functioning . The thing that is surprising to me in the returned product one stand clip as shown in the pic is missing although I have submitted the same.

                  This is extremely frustrating to see such a disgraceful service.Snapdeal is not doing much quality check when the product is shipped at the first place and there help center do not provide accurate information. I want either replacement or complete refund. After seeing such service we do not want to unbox anything from snapdeal.

                                This is very ######## & big 'FRAUD' online company, on 17th of dec2016 i place a order of IIk Collection Multicolor Analog Watches - Pack of 3 of amount 520, amount got deducted from account but the order didnt got placed and from the past one month i am calling their customer care to resolve my problem and refund my amount back but no is taking initiative to do the needful... i sent all the required documents like on date transaction statement and the whole month statement but these irresponsible persons not even bothered to refund back, each and every time they are telling that i will get a feedback call from refund department but not a single person called me... Please guyz dont buy any products from this bogus company... they only deduct amount from our account and they wont refund..

                                  I ordered a Casio g shock watch on Snapdeal.I ordered on december 26 th.But I cancelled the order on december 30 th.
                                  Estimated refund date was January 6 th.
                                  In January 10 I called them and told my complaint.They told that product is on the way to deliver.so if any delivery attempts happen refuse it.But yesterday I saw that in the my orders in Snapdeal, that the order is delivered successfully on January 4th.How is it possible?

                                    I have placed an order for safari luggage bag id [protected] it has been dispatched but the courier services valcan express says delivery is not possible as it is out of delivery area then tell me why have you placed the order I have already made the payment for it. I have spoken with 3 executives Imran, kanchi, rajesh they apologised and rescheduled the date of delivery. Kindly provided me the information of my product and please deliver it as soon as possible.

                                      My I'd with registered email [protected]@gmail.com is blocked on 23-Nov-16.
                                      I have contacted many times and raised many complaint but till I didn't got resolution.
                                      Everytime I contacted they said that it will be resolved within 24-48 hours but it has now about 2 month passed.
                                      My I'd has 1050 RS balance.
                                      They blocked my I'd and cheated me.

                                      If I not got resolution I will go to consumer forum and make police complaint also.

                                        I have ordered a power bank on snapdeal.com by prepaid txn on 7 jan 2017
                                        I cancelled this after 30 min due to some reasons.
                                        Snapdeal says that your refund will be credited in your account within 4 working days.
                                        But i didn't get.
