Respected Sir/Madam,
I am writing in to inform you that my return pickup request was registered on 17th Jan, 2017 since I received wrong item Apple IPhone 6S Plus, 64GB instead of Gionee Marathon M5 Plus, 64 GB.
But till today 19.01.2017, there is no revert, no reply, no call and no update at all from Snapdeal and its team.
In fact, each and every time, they just ask to wait longer and longer.
I have been mentally tortured by the Snapdeal without any fault and reason.
I am waiting still for the pickup to be done through Snapdeal but I don't know whether they will do or not because till date, they have always failed in fulfilling their commitments regarding revert, reply, call, email and SMS.
I have been sending them many mails but not a single response is found from their end.
I also talked to the Senior Supervisor Mr.Laxmikant on Jan 18, 2017 as well regarding the said pickup which was not yet initiated still I received an Email stating that pickup is scheduled to happen in next 1-2 days but email too was fake and wrongly sent through [protected]@snapdeal.com.Please note I came to know this fact from the said Supervisor Mr.Laxmikant only.After confirming the same with the relevant escalations team, he promised, committed and rest assured me that the concern team will be calling anyhow with a resolution and reply for the said pickup which was not yet done.He said very firmly that I will be called or replied within next 2 hours i.e from 3:05 PM 18 Jan, 2017.
I was again fooled and cheated since there was no response from Snapdeal and its team.
Afterwards again a wrong and misleading message was delivered at 7:48 PM to me by Snapdeal stating that " Refund / Return Request Closed: Kermann, based on our conversation, we understand that you no more want a service engineer's visit for your Gionee M5 Plus 64 GB.This visit was necessary to resolve your request.For now, the request is closed.
Kindly note if you and Snapdeal goes through my all call and mail records you both will come to know that I have never asked, requested, replied or mentioned to close my refund/request till date 19.01.2017.In fact, I was not knowing at all about any Service Engineers visit to my home.On the contrary, I was the only one to send repeated mails and make calls to Snapdeal for knowing the status of my return pickup.
The most strange part is Snapdeal never informed or replied me for the Service Engineers Visit so where does the question of denying a Service Engineers Visit for my Gionee Marathon M5 Plus 64 GB arised and why once again the wrong and fake message was delivered to me by Snapdeal that too without informing and without my knowledge ?
I kindly request you to look into this matter very seriously as I have already paid Rs.20006 for the Gionee Marathon M5 Plus, 64 GB and still I didn't get what I ordered.On the top of that no one from Snapdeal is ready to answer my query.
My Pickup is still pending with them.

    I compliant about your service. I booked your product that time that was available. But time to delivery your staff said that was not available and out of stock and the Directly cancel the product without intimation to me.
    Then Second time i was called your customer care center but your staff (Mr. JAGDISH time 33 min on dated 17/01/2017 ) not sensible. They hold my call 15 to 20 minutes and directly disconnect the call.

    And specially asking to u your delivery service is NOT GOOD VERY POOR SERVICE .And GIVE MY REFUND URGENTLY.

      Delivery of my order is failed again and again. Courier didn't come but show in site that i refused to accept which is totally wrong. It wastes my time very much.i also contacted to customer care but doesn't happen.i ordered 2 books one come in time but other have the described problem. very unsatisfactory service.

        I had ordered gym kit on 28 dec 2016 worth 1999 rs but cancelled it on 29 dec 2017 and paid via debitcard. Now Its been 20 days and still i had not got my money back whenever i call customer care they always have excuse ready with them, sometimes they even talk very rudely to us. I had also provide them with bank statement. snapdeal customer care provide me with refund reference number but is not traceable by bank so snapdeal customer care told me to provide bank denial letter i also provided bank denail letter to snapdeal but still i had not got my refund back every time i call they say wait for 24 hours you will be provide your revert and i get revert via mail that u had already provided money from snapdeal and if you have not got money than share refund reference number with bank. And still now i am waiting for my refund .

          With due respect I want to inform you that the agency of Barpeta town, Assam's employee through which you send our order are very rude and arrogant.Dissappoint with their behaviour.They argue and abuse with slang word.Abusive word on their fault.First they dont read the address properly and call to abuse.Thing is that they show as if they are doing a favour on us.Please kindly see to it.As they are your representative its impact on your reputation too.

              I ordered for Mobile Phone [LeEco Le2 32GB] on 04th Jan 2017. Paid an amount of Rs.11, 400/- through Credit Card. Order ID#[protected].

              On 05 Jan 2017, I got a message from Snapdeal that the mobile phone was delivered. But I have not received the mobile.

              I made a complaint on 06th Jan 2017 to Snapdeal. Complaint Ref#38730590.
              They asked for a max of 6 days time to resolve the issue.

              Since then I have been following up with Snapdeal for the same daily but nothing happened till today [18 Jan 2017].

              I have not recieved any SMS, eMail or Phone Call from Snapdeal in this regard.

                I had purchased a "Pigeon Sterling DLX 860 m3/hr 60 cm Hood Chimney" of Order ID-[protected] on 1st Oct. 2016. Due to misleading information on snapdeal website, I had requested to return and refund the product. Then they had send a mail to me that "We are Unable to pick up your product" please send us the product by yourself and we'll reimbursed the courier charge. After that I sent the product by Trackon courier at given address
                "GURGAON VULCANQC
                VULCAN EXPRESS, KHASRA NO. 26//13, 14, 15, 16/1, 17/1, 18/1, 27//11, REVENUE ESTATE OF
                SADHRANA VILLAGE
                CITY GURGAON / STATE HARYANA
                PIN 122505" as mentioned on the return form and also pasted the return form on the package.
                After few days, the product returns back to me as address was not available as told by the courier company. Now, again I called so many times and all the times they told me to please send the product. After so many calls, I agreed to send the parcel. Now, this time I sent the product by India post. Again, the parcel returned to me and "Not Now" written on the package.
                Again, I called so many times to snapdeal (Chor company). All the times they told me to again send the product to us by another courier company. Now, I tried to send the product by another courier companies like FirstFlight, DTDC and BlueDart but they refuses to accept the parcel and told me that the given address is either wrong or not serviceable by us. They also told me that we have seen so many products from this address returned back. Something wrong to this address. I called some courier companies Gurgaon office to conform the availability of that address. They just told me that we couldn't deliver any product to that address.

                Now again and again they (Chor company) told me to please send the product again. But, no any courier companies are accepting to deliver the product to that address.

                Now, what should I do? Please advise.

                  I ordered a HP laptop bag from Snapdeal but the product I received was not an original HP bag. The HP logo came off the bag on merely touching it and the inner lining of the bag was of very low quality. Also, there was no HP tag attached to the product and no mention of HP sign inside the bag which is unlike an original product. Apart from this, the product specification mentioned about having a rain-cover attached to the bag but I did not receive it. However discounted the product may be, it was a counterfeit one. NOT ordering from Snapdeal again.

                    I order a product from your I need to get status update for my order. Estimated delivery date was on or before 18th Jan. On 18th Jan in the afternoon order status was out for delivery and I was available throughout the day, however I did not receive any call from courier company . as i repeated complaint to your snapdeal deal customer care they promise that my product will be deliver today itself as such complaint number is mentioned for your ready reference i.e[protected] they promised that product will be deliver today it self before 1 pm so kindly see matter on urgent basis and please do the needful . totally surprising and disappointing to see courier company to simply lie. I seriously use to like service s provided by Snapdeal but this time it got suddenly crash.

                    I am crazily waiting for my product delivery and just don't know what to do now, whom to contact or will i ever get my order or not or should i just cancel my order and get money back (which i seriously don't wish to do).

                      Sir I jatin Dua order Nike Red Running Shoes from snapdeal and i have size issue and create request at my college address and no one pic my order and no one contact me. after that your snap deal executive call me and ask me we are closing your request and you can reschedule it and after that i see my order status there was no option for pickup update.

                      and i call many times to snapdeal but i did not got any solution

                      today morning i received a call from snapdeal that we are creating your request for pickup and after two hour i receive a message that tour request is cancil.
                      and i make a call again to snapdeal for make my pickup. but your executive didnot give me any satisfaction answer.

                      I have ordered a product of Rs.600 on 31 dec 2016 but cancelled it on the same day. Refund had not yet been credited to my account even on 13 jan 2017 . I called. Customer care several time .. they say we'll send an email within 24 hours but no response is being done even after 2, 3 days . I want my money back you cheaters .

                        We have ordered and received a infocus mobile on 28th Nov 2016 and find the media player is not good and raised refund request and the call ticket # is [protected] and received a message to take the product at your doorstep on 12th dec 2016, but still no one has turned to take the mobile.

                        Your person called twice and not yet taken back the product.

                        My family is regular purchaser from snapdeal and this incident made me feel bad and do not like your service now a days. I can't wait further on this. Need to take the product from me on priority and give me the refund.

                          This in regards to the two refunds for the purchases I made at Snapdeal.

                          Brief about the issue,
                          I placed 4 orders at snapdeal, out of which 2 products were damaged and 1 in replacement.

                          Order 1 - Hawkins cooker - damaged - refund initiated on 7th January

                          Order 2 - LG refrigerator - canceled order - refund initiated on 11th January

                          Order 3 - IFB Washing Machine - damaged - replacement still in process, almost more than a week and still has not received it.

                          Now all these orders were placed at 2nd January and returned at earliest.

                          I was initially promised the refund would get credited to your account within 3-4 working days, which you surely can understand I didn't.

                          I called again and now supervisor Anil Kumar tells me a absolutely different story, he asks me to wait till 17th Jan for cooker and 19th Jan for fridge.

                          So I waited till 17th I.e today, now Amit Kumar are telling me a total different story, that I would have to wait for 7-10 days.

                          If this hassle free refund ? Is this quality of you after sales ? Is this quality of your products, delivering damaged goods ? Is runaround another Alias for refund at snapdeal? Mostly is this unbox zindagi ?

                          Kindly call me anytime between morning 9am-1pm.

                          If I don't get a satisfactory response for you guys as well or a run around then I would like to invest it in consumer court for false information, fake promises/deadlines and failed to keep the gateway refund policies.

                            it was a defective item delivered by Snapdeal.i placed a return request on 7 th january itself .The courier partner updated wrong that the customer happy with the product but i never had a chat or meeting with their courier team.I called them about 16 times till today, huge phone bill no response from their side, they always say that it will be picked up in next 24-48 hours and complaint was registered the previous day only although i have registered the complain on 10 or 11 th itself. and now they suddenly say that your product can not be picked up.They are making fool.
                            if they do not respond further i would be registering a court case.

                              I bought below item online from SNAPDEAL.com on given date.

                              Dell Inspiron 3555 Notebook (AMD APU E2 6110- 4GB RAM- 500GB...

                              They voilated their policy and mess up 2 things:
                              1. This item was eligible for "gold express delivery scheme" and should be reached to me on Jan 12, 2017 but it was delivered on Jan 14, 2017. So they made false promise.
                              2. It was delivered on Jan 14, 2017. When I opened the item, I found the laptop was dead. It was not booting up. I instantly lodge a complain.
                              I kept following on this but no service engineer visited and they kept rescheduling his visit again and again. They are not ready to allow me to return this item though I am eligible for this.

                              I called many times but they did what they wanted and not even allowed me to talk to their senior manager as they said they are busy.

                              Resolution/Penalty I am looking for:
                              I want this laptop returned ASAP and also a penalty for their false promises.

                              It's been 10 days and no final resolution yet.
                              I don't want replacement for this product as I am completely frustrated about the services/comittments you made in last 10 days. You all follow only that policy which suites you and skip other policy written on your website for this product. You all have runied my precious 10 days time in waiting for the resolution.

                              Today, I got a call @12:46PM from your esclation team member, Priyanka. When I talked about why the product has not been picked up and refund is made, she gave me the false information. She was strictly following the replacement policy but was giving the wrong information about the other policy which was written on website for this product.

                              Also, she was not listening the customer problem exactly. When I asked for further esclation, she said I am the only one, no one is on top of me.

                              If customer is unhappy with even esclation team member who he needs to esclate to?

                              Please DO pick this item ASAP and made the refund as I DO NOT want any item from you because I am completely frustrated about your service/comittment in last 10 days.

                                  [protected]- Ordered in sleepwell Sleepwell mattress and paid in December .. It is cancelled once and then after getting confirmation from Call centre, i paid for the order once again in January .. It is also cancelled without any info. then again i have spoken with cust care . All the cust care peronnel are novice without any subject at all. Some of in charge spoken with me and assured that he will call back within 24 hours. No response at all . Almost in this case i have spoken with about 10-15 times with cust care and to tell all the subject for 10minutes . they dont know any thing and like a child they will ask silly and stupid things ...Where as their counter business portals like amazon ..never faced such a problem at all ... this type of acts shows who will last for long . Seems this may drive snapdeal to death in near future

                                    There were huge advertisements all over the newspaper for Diwali offers from Snapdeal. I also bought one offer, executive chairs. After waiting for 1 month, the product got delivered. It came in raw packaging, unbranded product. Quality was poor. I thought, I paid less so okay with the product quality even though it feels cheap. But the chairs were wobbling could not sit...after a month the base of the chair broke into 3 pieces. The customer service says they can't help and warranty is not covered as the product itself is broken. Feeling cheated. Snapdeal is fooling people by selling substandard products as Diwali/festival offers. Request people to be careful and don't lose your hard earned money for such frauds.

                                      I have delived my order but size is not fit so i refunded this product last week
                                      But till now no pickup status confirm
                                      I had made many call to snapdeal but they were not responding
                                      They were wait a very long time to talk to customer care
                                      Why a person chose online shopping?
                                      Because they save their time
                                      But i think i am wrong to purchase a product to snapdeal only for waste my time noting eles

                                        With reference to the request with reference no. 38848698, there is no follow up made by Snapdeal team as of now and you guys claim for maximum 24hrs. This is utter non-sense.

                                        Secondly, highlighting the issue on this email again, I had placed two orders [protected] and [protected] on 2nd Jan 2016. Then I cancelled the order [protected] on 2nd Jan 2016 itself and order [protected] on 3rd Jan 2016 respectively.

                                        But the refund is only credited for order [protected] and its pending for the order [protected] in my credit card ending. In support to this, I have received only single mail for refund processing from Snapdeal but actually there were 2 refunds that are to be processed separately.

                                        Its my ardent request to SNAPDEAL to process this refund ASAP since its more than 2 weeks to this and it should have been credited by now. Also, I have raised a separate complaint with your IVR customer care but no response on that also.

                                        Please take this on HIGHEST priority to avoid any legal actions to be taken by me in protection of consumer rights.
