My order no is [protected] I had made the prepaid amount but the courier send was COD.so I they didn't deliver the product.After long time they cancelled my order without any explanation and they didn't refund the amount also.And the response from the customer care was very arrogant and carelessness reply from them.its was our mistakes to choose this platform.

Problem is not solve .Refund is not received.if snapdeal says they have refund the amount.they give the proof.They only use the word we have initiate the process.that doesn't mean the problem is solve.

Why should we wait? U are harassing since 29th till today.u have cancelled our order And now refund our amount.why we wait for ?u didn't deliver the product also and u didn't want to refund amount also.

I have got a call from social team that refund is initiate and u will get refund in 24hrs.on 17th.Today I call the customer care they say we have not initiate the process yet.it would take time.

    They have not returned my money till now they said it will take 4 days but now today is the 8th day i called the customer service 5 times they are just saying u will get till tomorrow wait all are saying the same things snapdeal customer service is very bad. I have bought many things from snapdeal i have been a good customer.
    But now i think they dont care about customer satisfaction. They want just money. They are lieing to their customer.
    All the time they just say that we have complaint for you will get the money in your debit card in just 24 hrs

      Hello sir, i am bharat singla, and i am using freecharge. In December 2016, freecharge blocked my account due to unreasonable reasons. and now they not unblocking my account. they seized my money also. and because of this. i am not able to use my snapdeal account and i have 12000 rs snapdeal voucher which is linked with that account . it is a fraud done by freechage and snapdeal, i request them many times that please unblock my account but they not unblocking my account. they cheated me. It is my account on freecharge. if they found suspicious activity on my account then they tell me through e-mail. i am ready to give them any identity proof whatever they want. i am ready to give affidavit for my identity declaration . but they saying same thing that we will not unblock your account. i Just want my snapdeal account unblocked, this fraud is done by freecharge and snapdeal with many customers. so now through http://www.consumercomplaints.in, i am registering my complaint against them if they not unblock my account before 20th jan 2017, then i will file a court case against them. and this is my strict warning to them. i hope consumercomplaint.in helps me. and solve my problem.

        Online payment done-product cancelledimmediately-website shows refunded-no refund so far even after 6 working days-complaint to snapdeal-assured return of money-not yet-reg

        vide order no.[protected], leEco Le2 was ordered online paying money through debit card.
        the order was subsequentle cancelled
        the snapdeal website shows money was refunded on[protected].
        even after a passing of 7 days, the money is not refunded into my bank account through which payment made.
        snapdeal contacted through their complaint mobile no.[protected].
        they assured that the refund amount will take 6 working days to get deposited into my account.
        but even after a lapse 0f 6 working days, the amount is not deposited.
        while again tried to contact [protected], no response.
        dont get anything from snapdeal.
        i am going to take the matter to twitter and facebook to greate awarness to customer regarding poor service of snap deal.
        earlierly, the request for failed tv remote of a 40inch hdtv bought through snapdeal was not entertained though the purchase was only 2 months old and well within the quarantee period of 1 year.
        poor poor service snapdeal.customer take note.

          I am extremely disappointed with both the product quality and the service offered to me by snapdeal. The order ID i [protected], and was placed on 20th September 2016.

          On 14th December 2016, the chair broke while someone was sitting on it, badly injuring that person. The wheel stand had broken. The weight of the person sitting on it is 78 kg, so it cannot be said that the product was stretched to beyond its limits.

          Please find attached the photos of the product. On top of such pathetic product quality, the customer care was audacious and apathetic enough to claim that the product has been physically damaged, and also saying that physical damage is not covered in the product warranty. They said that if the product had broken within the first 7 days ("easy returns period" by snapdeal), then the product would have been replaced or a refund would have been processed. On asking then about what does warranty cover if not this, the answer i received is "Manufacturing defects".

          How is it that they are supremely confident that the product did not break due to poor quality manufacturing? I have raised this through their helpline as well as their social media page, but the answer has been a cold "Sorry, we cannot do anything for you in this case due to policy"

          I want a refund for the product. I would have asked for a replacement, but I no longer have any confidence on the products this company sells. I cannot say whether another chair sold by the company would break or not, and dont want to take risks with the health and safety of people using that chair.

            I have placed order for Sparx Black Floater ( sub order id [protected] )& got delivered on 11th Jan product was not satisfied the very day itself I have returned it but till today I have not received the refund and I have called customer care number it's a useless number no responses so please look in to issue on high priority and I contacted customer care via mail to [protected]@snapdeal
            Com they saying once we receive the product we will do refund I returned the product on 12 th Jan it's almost 8 days but till no proper responses

            Iam totally disappointed by you service even though iam sending serval mails your people just bordered about the customer issue last when is spoke to your agent appyan he advised me to send the pick up recpiet I have already been sent now you people again saying same thing product as not been delivered by snap .I placed order in your portal than how come the product cant be delivered and in portal clearly shows that product has been delivered and refunded successful and it's all most 17 days no one is taking care of customer .if your people deny to refund the amount surely iam going to post this in my facebook account & wats up group .nearly in my company there are. 2thousand people working I will suggest no one to purchase my snap deal instead of 800/- you will lose most valuable customer & this will be my last purchase my snap deal 420 company only charging the customer

              I am regular customer of snapdeal but now the service provided by them is worst. I had been ordered Dish TV SD+ Connection form snapdeal on 06 Jan, 2017 my Order ID: [protected] but still order not delivered. There is to tough to talk there customer care executive. I think snapdeal is going to make worst online shopping website . I also order 2 Motorola FW200L Fixed Wireless GSM Landline Phone Order ID: [protected] Placed on 11 Jan, 2017 there is also no response for that product also.

              I think from now i have to choose another shopping website

              last night at 10:15 i received a call from no [protected] as per him his from snapdeal customer care . He talked with me very rudely and cut the phone before i complete my complaint.
              I Don't know what kind of service given by snapdeal.
              I totally upset with snapdeal and have no trust on this website .
              it has been more then 10 days i placed order but no response for there team.
              like this they can not place any space in online shopping market.
              Event i am also unable to contact with there customer care. this is my horrible experience with snapdeal.

                All calls and mails have got no positive response till now.

                  As per company tie up with hdfc bank & snanpdeal friday extra 10% cash back offer, total cash back offer with this product 22% (10+12%) but my cash back not credit to my hdfc bank card.

                  I am first time using a snapdeal online shopping and missed the select banking offer.

                  Plz look into the meter on priority.

                        I ordered for a Kindle E reader from Snapdeal. I decided later to return the item. The item was returned via Bluedart courier and nobody came to pick it up. The item was received at the warehouse address and I have also uploaded the courier receipt.
                        The snapdeal track order says refund successful as of 5th January 2017. But the same is not reflected in my account.
                        I have also not been paid the courier charges.

                          I have ordered Motorola x play turbo edition xt1562 32GB on Dec 25, 2016, Order ID: [protected]but its not delivered yet. Why?

                          Every time when I call your customer care executive they don't answer properly. I asked them to give me a phone number where I can log my complaint, they gave me wrong/invalid number.

                          Even when I asked to transfer the call to senior executive, they refused. Its really frustrating for a customer.

                          You are extending delivery time again and again. and due to this I have to manage my availability which is not easy. I am a regular customer of Snapdeal but this type of process is really bad. I wont recommend snapdeal to anyone. how you people managing your customer??

                          I need my product ASAP. I'm very upset. If I will not get the product in 2 days I report complaint for sure.

                              I have ordered Bike mud guard on snapdeal with sub order number [protected] placed on Sunday 08th Jan and I was told that Item was delivered on 11th January But I have not recevied the product from Snapdeal. I have raised a compliant with number 38977159 through Email. There is no status update and there is no way you can contact the customer service. I feel cheated now. This item cost me 1855 Rs.

                                  Cheat & worst service provider = snapdeal. Be careful before buying anything from snapdeal.
                                  Hi team,
                                  After cooperating for long time with the # policy of snapdeal, i am forced to write this review to make all aware about the true face of snapdeal.
                                  I have raised a replacement request for a mobile the next day of delivery which has serious manufacturing defect (May be a defective or customer return piece) having reference no: 38923253 & order id: [protected]. From that time its been 6 days my query has not been resolved. As per their process an engineer should come within 24 hrs, but nobody came for 3 days. After continuous calling to customer care team (Some are rude & unprofessinal) finally i got the chance to talk with two supervisors
                                  Kamal kishor & uday with the help of them the product was picked up and delivered to warehouse & i got notification that that estimated replacement - 15 jan, 2017 in my order history. But now they are again apologizing and saying it may take 4-7 days (Every customer care executive have different timelines for resolution). If a person staying in bangalore can face this issue where they have their warehouse itself in bangalore, think about people from other areas. Flipkart & amazon provide much much better service by hand to hand replacement or max by 48 hrs. And see about snapdeal its already been 6 days and till now they are not confirmed about the status. Be with me & i will keep on posting the new problems & apologies from customer care executives and the way they are cheating customers.

                                      Hi,

                                      I was trying to purchase Whirlpool Washing Machine Ultra UL72H on 14th January 2017. The product showed a price of Rs. 22, 599/- with No Cost EMI Option for 6 months. i tried making the payment using that option and the website didn't allow me. I raised a complaint on the same with Customer Care Executive Gurvinder at around 11 pm that evening. He assured me that it will be looked into and will receive a call by the next day between 9am-9pm. The next day i.e. 15th january, 2017 i tried placing an order in the morning and i got the same error. In the evening, the same day i called up customer care to check if the issue is resolved the executive replied in affirmative but the price got increased to Rs. 24, 789/-.
                                      I try to place an order at lower price when the system throws an error and when it enables me to place an order the price has increased. I am not sure why should i pay the increased price which stopped me from placing the order earlier.
                                      Is that they see a customer expressing the interest in the product and then increase the price to maximize the gain on it. Attaching the screenshots of the product info page on both days and the error message received from the website.

                                      Kindly help me the get the deal at the price which was shown on 14th January, 2017
