Hi,
I have complaint regarding the refund from snap deal for the product which has been collected by their courier Nuvo EX branch GG1(AWB no. SND 3175549 (naveen kumar) on 3rd Dec 2016) receipt shared with snap deal.

Since then I am continuously writing and call costumer care but no resulting coming infact they have written a mail that they are not handling the complaint [protected]@snapdeal.com.

This is sheer harrsmemt. Requesting to look into the matter.

    I had returned usha electric kettle 2days back. Kindly initiate the refund. I have not received the update email or message about refund. Kindly refund immediately to my original mode of payment

    Please connect all calls after 4pm. All calls before 4pm will go unanswered because i work and phone calls are not allowed in my office. So please call after 4pm no one from snapdeal contacted me after 4pm. I have been complaining about this numerous times.

    Yesterday only courier man was calling me for pickup i told him that pickup of the kettle was done on thursday 12th january. On friday a lady from snapdeal called me and confirmed i[censored]sha kettle pickup was done, i told her i gave the usha kettle to the pickup man. She asked me the awb number, i gave her the number. Sd48797268 by jv express

    I think snapdeal is confused between 2orders of mine. Previously i had cancelled a return request of prestige kettle long back but still snapdeal keeps sending me pickup emails for prestige kettle and the courier people also keeps calling me for that. What is this???

    Kindly initate refund for usha electric kettle.

        Company promotes Bajaj Finance Easy EMI options on their website but when you go to buy that option it is grayed out.

        When checked with their representative she mentioned I am not in a serviceable area. Mumbai is not a serviceable area what a Joke these guys are making.

            Ur Snapdeal Costner care called me 3 times only giving me assurence like politicians. Rather than this crap focus on costmer setisfaction.
            Now it's showing out for delivery a message comes me with delivery man detail but his no is switched of his name is Satish Kumar Thakur no is which is switched of [protected] why they sent me this details which is use less.I am frustrated right now I paid by debit card that's why Snapdeal got the payment and they didn't provide courier this 3rd time I am sending complain but no response.

              Purchased maharaja silver stainless steel kitchen stand (Order no: [protected]. And found several parts missing also the product that i order is much different than what i have received. When contacted they informed reverse pick up service is not available. Their helpdesk is taking at least 15 min to transfer call to customer are executive and each n every time they are trying to insist me to arrange courier to send the product back to them, it's now my headache.

              I have spoke to different executive named komal she is pathetic in customer service and disconnected the call then i spoke to rajwinder kaur she helped me but not satisfactory result same ans that i have to arrange for courier. None of the senior is available to talk all are so arrogant no value for customer service.
              After 56 min call got transfer to senior ayush anand he also answered the same thing that i have to ship it back and disconnected the call without completing the call. Pathetic cutomer service.

                Order no.[protected] Intex cloud tread mobile cancel. Pay to debit card 4000 RS but Snapdeal answered refund 4000 RS 29/12/2016 . But amount not in my account . 4 times bank statement sent email to Snapdeal till date. Snapdeal sent email ARN no. but bank says not scan ARN no . and bank not responsible your transaction

                  I have ordered a videocon krypton v 50da mobile phone on 30 december, details are given on my order no. Id - [protected]. When i have got the product on 6th jan 2017, i found few quality related issue, so i send a request to replace it immediately, and after that it was picked by jvxp courier on 6th jan 2017, successfully. At the time of pick up the courier man checked the product properly and satisfied with the same product and pack with same condition and given me a receipt of the picked up. Now snap deal is saying that you have sent me another product and will send me back the same. Now you tell, what is a customer’s mistake here?... I did nothing. Today i received a call from snap deal regarding wrong sending from me to snap deal. There snap deal simply saying that’ i will return what u have sent us. I am your customer for long time and bought so many products and this thing happening first time. You just check with your courier man what he collected.. I have proof of picked up receipt. Check your client who sent this product.. Please solve this issue and i should get my ordered product or money back on my account, otherwise i will go to different media to tell about the wrong deal and highlight this unfair business national wide. It’s a matter of truth and lie and matter of 3599 rs., and matter of honesty and proper services and business. For losing 3599.. I will not be poor and in rs. 3599, wrong - business, snap deal will not be rich…. But trust will be vanished and me and my thousand followers will say snap deal by by forever.

                  As a customer I have ordered a Videocon Krypton V50DA -8GB mobile phone(handset) on 30 December, details are given on my order no. But on 14th jan, snap deal has called me( from this no[protected]and said that you have sent me another product and we will send me back the same. now you tell, what is a customer’s mistake here?...i did nothing with product. As customer I opened the courier packet and check the handset and found few quality related mistake( bubbles on the main screen and tiny point), even I did not use it with my sim. And immediately I sent a request for replacement. And on 14 jan i received a call from snap Deal regarding wrong sending from me to Snap Deal. So, there Snap deal is simply saying that’ I will return what u have sent us. i am your customer for long time and bought so many products and this thing happening first time. You just check with your courier man and main seller ( product came from Vijaywada, A.P) what he collected ad sent. I have proof of picked up receipt. Check your client who sent this product. Please solve this issue asap and i should get my ordered product or money back on my account to buy another relevant and genuine product, otherwise i will go to different media to tell about the wrong deal and highlight this unfair business national wide. It’s a matter of truth and lie and matter of 3599 Rs., and matter of honesty and proper services and business. For losing 3599.. I will not be poor and in rs. 3599’s wrong- business, Snap Deal will not be rich….But trust will be vanished and me and my thousand followers will say Snap Deal by-by forever. I hope you will find out mistake and unfairness and give justice to a customer

                    Hi I ordered an item no. [protected]. By mistake it placed on wrong delivery address which was already saved.
                    So I leave a message within 12 hrs of placing the order. So Requesting you to deliver my order on my new address but now when I am tracking my order you are going to deliver it on previous address.

                      Sir i have filed a consumer case against snapdeal.com at consumer forum of Puri, Odisha as they have cheated me by not refunding me my cash of Rs.3685/- against a returned product as per the policy of the said sanpdeal company though regularly they are sending me fake sms that refund was done successfully in your bank account. i have been visiting my bank since last 15 days and was getting negative reply that no amount was refunded and though i have shared my up to date bank statement to snapdeal they are not taking initiative to refund me my cash and that is why i have filed Consumer Case No-5 of 2017 before local consumer court claiming a compensation amount of Rs.30000/- including litigation expenses and physical and mental agony and unnecessary expenses incurred by me. i am giving my mobile number i.e. [protected] so that you can provide me your e-mail id by which i can attach all the relevant documents to prove my statements.

                        I, Jitendra Kumar, have purchased Eveready LED bulb from Snapdeal.com but when I have received the parcel, I found nothing in the parcel. When I applied to return the parcel the company rejected my application. When I want to contact the company costumer care the all no which is provided on net are going not in service, how I can contact to costumer care executive I don't know. I want only return this useless parcel immediately.

                          We have been selected as a lucky coustermer in snapdeal we had selected iphone6s gold and they said to fill the money till 2:00 and said the phone will be dilevered on 27/12/2016 and we had filled 9000 rupees but he said you should enter more one thousand means total 9999 rs but he dindt return the first amount of 9000rs and now he is not recieving the call and my total 19000 Rs is been with him

There is no update in Track order since 2 days after the delivery was attempted 2 days ago. I've changed the address yet no response over update. I need my order to be delivered as fast as possible.

                                We facing problem 2nd time in tank leakages, we continues complaining to snapdeal because we purchased through them but snapdeal mailing not in warranty and complaint closed.
                                When selling the product they were giving 5 years warranty.

                                  Dear, sir my self rahul kumar my a/c no is [protected], i odear mobile from snapdeal. I debited 9949 rs from my debit card 31/12/2016. But in same day i cancel my oder. My 9949 rs is not refund in my a/c. Than i call snapdeal customer care he say i refund your balance. He give me a refrance no[protected] to contact your bank customer care... I requested you plz help m to refund my balance.

                                    I have placed order for mobile phone (refurbished) and delivery was taking time and putting false status of failed attempted delivery, i have cancel the order to get better deal on Xiomi phones and got message on 4th Jan'17 to get credit within four working days but till now on 14th Jan'17 after 10 days no refund is credited neither after raising complaint any address.
                                    further, on provided helcentre nos since i have changed my mobile no they are unable to reconize my mobile no or order neither site has any provision of editing or checking mobile no or profile.

                                    please help me in getting my refund from sanpdeal. it is worst online experience of prepaid order iw ill suggest all to raise COD or do not use snapdeal.

                                      I unboxed sadness on 11th Jan 2017, coming to the point on 5th Jan I ordered for 3 women watches, one fogg, one laurel and other timex classic watch, got delivered 3 different box's on 11th, to my surprise timex watch was not in the box but an empty timex brand box with a user mannual. When I asked the courier boy about this he said to mail to the company, did so, and on 13th one courier guy called me and enquired (he was supposed to pic the product for replace ) I explained what had happened, he too skipped saying to mail to the company. I was really depressed by his answer.

                                        I here by inform you that i have ordered a samsung galaxy metro XL and delivery was suppose to be done on 12/01/17 and i got a confirmation message on same day about the delivery but i didn't get any call from delivery team. The next day i.e today i again got same message that today the product will be delivered. And the delivery person called me but refused to deliver it to my adress and asked me to go to him and receive the product. When i finally went to collect the product to him he never attended my call. I called him more than 4times he was repeatedly ending my call. This is the worst online store since this problem is not new from its team. The previous order was also having the same issue. Ill suggest everyone not to trust this worst store
