    I placed an order ([protected]) on 13/01/17 in 368 INR (Offer Price) and paid through credit card (snapshot of order is attached for reference). But the company has cancelled my order by saying that "the seller made an error in product pricing upload" (snapshot of email is attached for reference). They have initiated refund process but I am not interested in any refund as the price of the product is changed. I want the same product to be delivered.

        I ordered a watch on 2nd Jan 17, order id: [protected]. I recieved a wrong item so i asked for refund. The item was picked up on 11th Feb 17 and on the very day on snapdeal account it showed amount refunded however it hasnt been refunded. sub id for refund is [protected]. The total amount is Rs 11999. Please do not update money refunded unless it is actualy refunded into the customer's account. It is very misleading. Please refund my money asap. THE PRODUCT DELIVERED TO ME WAS A FAKE ONE. WITH NO WARRANTY AND MADE IN CHINA HOWEVER THE ORIGINAL WATCH IS ITALY MADE.

              I have ordered a samsung j5 prime black color at offer price shown by snap deal app. At Rs 8990 dated 11/01/2017 at 6:50pm .i placed the order too. Bt than they sent me a message for confirmation for price 14790₹ which i didnot confirmed. Bt than I tried too customer care no.bt it wont work. I have screenshot of tht placed order too. So this a complete matter of cheating. I want that handset at my offer price.

                I have purchased a shoe rack on 27.12.2016 and they are supposed to do the the installation by 6.01.2017 on 08.01.2017. I opened the case and found that rack bend on one side and painting is not good then i have registered return request with ref no 38819213 after waiting for two days i got a call from snap deal saying that this item cannot be returned and we are sending carpenter to repair it till today no one has tuned up advice

                        I have booked Lenovo vibe k4 Note (16GB, White), while returning back to Snapdeal the same phone which I have received they are rejecting the return request mentioning there is a mismatch in IMEI numbers. I want to return it back as phone has physical damage and getting heat.
                        Still I am unable to understand how come there is a mismatch of IMEI Numbers, I have also sent the images of the IMEI numbers, still they are telling mismatch of IMEI.

                            Sir, I bought a Micromax yu yunique handset on 26 Dec 2016 which I received via courier on 2 Jan 2017 .I made payment through credit card. The phone did not worked when I checked it. I filed my complaint for refund / replace on 8 Jan 2017 . I called Snapdeal customer care multiple times and they told me to go to service. Centre to get a Denial letter after which they will process my return/refund . The service. Centre ( Dutta enterprises, jammu ) refused to provide me Denial letter.
                            And now customer care are wasting my time again and again requesting me to wait for 24 hrs., 48 hrs..etc.
                            4 days have past and still no conclusion.

                                I booked mobile at the time of booking delivery date shows on or before 11.01.2017, When I check the status at 11.01.2017 it shows customer is not responding.
                                The truth is they are not called me 100 %, even I am not reachable my mobile will notify missed call alerts.I am not receiving any missed call alerts from unsaved numbers.
                                Really frustrating they are not responding.

I purchased vital mobile phone from snapdeal but I got wrong charger with product. so I return product to snapdeal with all accessories to delivery boy and he checked product and took my product @after one day I received a call from snapdeal and said I can't refund money and said me will provide u 100 rupees compensation and purchase charger from market but I refuse his request and I said i[censored] will not refund then u replace my product with proper charger.finally snapdealsay okk. after that i call many time to customer care of sanapdeal and always said sir iam working on ur issue and resolved immidatily but after few days I received a call I can't replace and refund because charger are missing but I said if charger were missing it is ur fault not my because I return all accessories with product in presence o[censored]r delivery boy.but snapdeal not listen to our claim and said me I am not received charger with product so ur request is decline but I say it is not my fault because I return all accessories in presence o[censored]r delivery boy if charger are missing why ur delivery boys accept product.sir snapdeal cheat me soo take this complaint seriously

                                      I have purchase one I kill 4gb and I received from office 4 jan 2017, they do not provided me home delivery also, this I kill was not 4gb inbuilt memory and no vibration zero quality standards whatever wrote in product description and price also 799, I made complain to refund and again I went to jorhat branch Snapdeal point and return the I kill 4gb mobile in 7 jan 2017and they gave me one return voucher and said after 72 hours refund will come, now 5 days Over nothing is happened.i need refund with interest after 72 hours from 7th jan 2017

                                        I returned the product 10 days ago and they didn't updated the same in orders and they cancel the return after return picked from me(after 2 days) and they change the status for the order from return approved to delivered.
                                        I contacted them more than 10 times till now through mails and i called to customer care also but no use.The product cost worth: 839 INR.

                                        Now i don't have the product with me and also no refund.

                                        i want to put a case on snapdeal, and i want to cancel the 'TrustPay', they are not at all worth for that.

                                        This time i am ready to cancel the trust pay and also if possible i will proceed consumer court complaint.
