My 9949 rs is not refund in my a/c. Than i call snapdeal customer care he say i refund your balance. He give me a refrance no[protected] to contact your bank customer care... I requested you plz help m to refund my balance.

    I have placed order for mobile phone (refurbished) and delivery was taking time and putting false status of failed attempted delivery, i have cancel the order to get better deal on Xiomi phones and got message on 4th Jan'17 to get credit within four working days but till now on 14th Jan'17 after 10 days no refund is credited neither after raising complaint any address.
    further, on provided helcentre nos since i have changed my mobile no they are unable to reconize my mobile no or order neither site has any provision of editing or checking mobile no or profile.

    please help me in getting my refund from sanpdeal. it is worst online experience of prepaid order iw ill suggest all to raise COD or do not use snapdeal.

      I unboxed sadness on 11th Jan 2017, coming to the point on 5th Jan I ordered for 3 women watches, one fogg, one laurel and other timex classic watch, got delivered 3 different box's on 11th, to my surprise timex watch was not in the box but an empty timex brand box with a user mannual. When I asked the courier boy about this he said to mail to the company, did so, and on 13th one courier guy called me and enquired (he was supposed to pic the product for replace ) I explained what had happened, he too skipped saying to mail to the company. I was really depressed by his answer.

        I here by inform you that i have ordered a samsung galaxy metro XL and delivery was suppose to be done on 12/01/17 and i got a confirmation message on same day about the delivery but i didn't get any call from delivery team. The next day i.e today i again got same message that today the product will be delivered. And the delivery person called me but refused to deliver it to my adress and asked me to go to him and receive the product. When i finally went to collect the product to him he never attended my call. I called him more than 4times he was repeatedly ending my call. This is the worst online store since this problem is not new from its team. The previous order was also having the same issue. Ill suggest everyone not to trust this worst store

                I ordered a watch on 2nd Jan 17, order id: [protected]. I recieved a wrong item so i asked for refund. The item was picked up on 11th Feb 17 and on the very day on snapdeal account it showed amount refunded however it hasnt been refunded. sub id for refund is [protected]. The total amount is Rs 11999. Please do not update money refunded unless it is actualy refunded into the customer's account. It is very misleading. Please refund my money asap. THE PRODUCT DELIVERED TO ME WAS A FAKE ONE. WITH NO WARRANTY AND MADE IN CHINA HOWEVER THE ORIGINAL WATCH IS ITALY MADE.

                      I have ordered a samsung j5 prime black color at offer price shown by snap deal app. At Rs 8990 dated 11/01/2017 at 6:50pm .i placed the order too.                                 I have booked Lenovo vibe k4 Note (16GB, White), while returning back to Snapdeal the same phone which I have received they are rejecting the return request mentioning there is a mismatch in IMEI numbers. I want to return it back as phone has physical damage and getting heat.
                                Still I am unable to understand how come there is a mismatch of IMEI Numbers, I have also sent the images of the IMEI numbers, still they are telling mismatch of IMEI.

                                    Sir, I bought a Micromax yu yunique handset on 26 Dec 2016 which I received via courier on 2 Jan 2017 .I made payment through credit card. The phone did not worked when I checked it. I filed my complaint for refund / replace on 8 Jan 2017 . I called Snapdeal customer care multiple times and they told me to go to service. Centre to get a Denial letter after which they will process my return/refund . The service. Centre ( Dutta enterprises, jammu ) refused to provide me Denial letter.
                                    And now customer care are wasting my time again and again requesting me to wait for 24 hrs., 48 hrs..etc.
                                    4 days have past and still no conclusion.

                                    I request your Intereference in this matter

                                      I had ordered amway artistry hydrating lotion but i got amway g and h lotion, so that i asked for refund but snapdeal is not providing my amount Rs1700 eventhough i had send that product(amway g and h lotion) back to snapdeal.Not only that they are not responding my mail also please refund my amount.

                                        I booked mobile at the time of booking delivery date shows on or before 11.01.2017, When I check the status at 11.01.2017 it shows customer is not responding.
                                        The truth is they are not called me 100 %, even I am not reachable my mobile will notify missed call alerts.I am not receiving any missed call alerts from unsaved numbers.
                                        Really frustrating they are not responding.

                                        My observation is the delivery guys are fraud.I cancelled my appointments due to this.The urgency behind that is I want to present that mobile to my relative.
