I have put an order in snap deal for mobile vide model intex cloud 011 8gb, blue in colour. I have paid through net banking from my axix bank account, debit card no [protected].And the same was cancelled by me.
I have received mail from snapdeal on 08/01/2017 stating that the respective amount will be credited in 4 working days.
As on to day, i have not received amount. Which is very much regretted.

I have ordered a samsung j5 prime black color at offer price shown by snap deal app. At Rs 8990 dated 11/01/2017 at 6:50pm .i placed the order too. Bt than they sent me a message for confirmation for price 14790₹ which i didnot confirmed. Bt than I tried too customer care no.bt it wont work. I have screenshot of tht placed order too. So this a complete matter of cheating. I want that handset at my offer price.

I have purchased a shoe rack on 27.12.2016 and they are supposed to do the the installation by 6.01.2017 on 08.01.2017. I opened the case and found that rack bend on one side and painting is not good then i have registered return request with ref no 38819213 after waiting for two days i got a call from snap deal saying that this item cannot be returned and we are sending carpenter to repair it till today no one has tuned up advice...

This company charge my bank account, without my knowledge.
I have not authorised this transaction and it has been done without my knowledge. I need immediate reversal.

Sir I ordered for two mobiles Yureka plus 5510A moon gray Of android KITKAT but I received MOBILEs of ANDROID LOLLIPOP. I am complaining to all the channels but no improvement . One call received by me, the person told that this is upgraded version. but sir I want only ANDROID KITKAT VERSION t which you have displayed in your product list.

I booked mobile at the time of booking delivery date shows on or before 11.01.2017, When I check the status at 11.01.2017 it shows customer is not responding.

I returned the product 10 days ago and they didn't updated the same in orders and they cancel the return after return picked from me(after 2 days) and they change the status for the order from return approved to delivered.

I placed an Order with order id [protected] for "Whirlpool 6.5 Stainwash Ultra 65H-Graphite" on 31-Dec-2016. I received item on 5th Jan 2017. Item was defective, so I asked for replacement, but seller was unable to fulfill my order, and thus return/refund process was initiated by Snapdeal.

I purchased IFB WASHING MACHINE from snapdeal but recieved a defective product. Machine was with in replacement warranty period so I request for replacement but machine hasn't being replaced yet. I order nike pitch football of size 5 of color yellow and blue they give me size 4 or size 3 ball which is of totally different quality and color as nike provide the color they gave is orange and yellow it's all like cheating on a customer it's good company but how can they did it with BMW the customer and i don't even get my invoice code .
