Got a suggestion from snapdeal Customer Care executive to replace the product also he assured that the even the date of cashback will also not be getting changed as I had received a faulty product so snapdeal bears responsibility for the same. But after few days I was told by snapdeal executive that as I have taken replacement I am not eligible for cashback, when I responded to this on mail I got the list of their terms and conditions for that offer but in that terms and conditions as well it was no where mentioned that in case of replacement customer won't be eligible for cashback, as per terms and conditions it was just in case of refund or order cancellation...

    I have placed IPHONE SE and paid 27, 500 rupees and while ordering the product, i choose 1 day delivery option, as i'll be flying out within few days. However, after completion of 2 days also, I haven't received the product. When I'm calling to customer care, they are telling still the product is not dispatched and it's in warehouse only and they are raising the ticket and saying you will get the update within 2 days.

    But my question is, did i pay the money to keep the product in warehouse after 2 days also. Where I choose fastest delivery option. If you are unable to deliver the product within the given time and then also telling that, you will raise a ticket and one of your employee will get back to me within 2 days. What is the meaning of raising this type of ticket.

    It seems after getting the request for a new order, you are only manufacturing the product. Guy's, seriously this is ridiculous .

    I've never had this type of experience till now. It's the worst experience in online shopping (snapdeal).

    @Snapdeal- Kindly don't make promise to customer, if you are unable to fulfil the same.

    Today i got update like The order has been cancelled as the seller was unable to fulfill it.

    @Snapdeal- What the hell are you doing ? If you are unable to fix the internal issue with your seller, then you should close this company. Moreover, after confirming the order and after 2 days, you sent me one message that your order was not placed due to some technical issue. This is totally #### guy's...I shouldn't say like this but you deserve more than this.

    Is it what, i should expect from 21st century technology? you customer care people are there only to say sorry and we regret for the inconvenience. Now you are telling within 4 days, you'll get your money back.

    What the hell kind of online shopping experience you are giving to the customer ?

    But what action will you take after refunding the money as u have already initiated refund request.

    My concen is i have ordered the item with one day delivery option and paid 100 rs extra..And during that time all other website were giving offer .I choosed snapdeal on top of all other side to buy this item. Now no where offer is available and due to snapdeal everything spoiled.

    Now if you provide any solution then i need my product from snapdeal with the same price within shortest time period.

      Above product i ordered on 2/01/2017 and delivered on 10/01/2017 actually it was suppose to came on 9/01/2017 but the issue is you deliverd me an empty box no SD card inside. the parcel was also not packed properly and SD card is not inside the package. I am sending the photographs of it.
      so I request you to kindly replace my order back or refund it. This is a cheating. I called the courier boy immediately after opening the parcel, he told me to complaint it.
      So kindly go through this matter.

          I am Akhilesh From Allahabad, Order ID-[protected], , after that i received this product sucessfuly on dated[protected] but when i open this product and found Totally Different and Old item that i ordered after that i proceed for refund and register my complain against this with justification of "Different & old item"but Yesterday when courier boy comes from JV express and deny to accept this product.Even i called your customer care many times and they say only" don't worry they will arrange next pick up" and today 6 days passed there is no action is taken from your side. This is very shameful for you (Snapdeal) that Firstly you Fraud with me and secondly you provide this cheap service i am not satisfy with your service even i full mood to didn't buy anything from your Shopping Website ...

          Please Initiate my refund process asap...

          Now i have suffered to call your costumer care and they always says that thay have updated my concern but still there is no updation/Action done from your side..

          Now please Snapdeal stop this type cheap service otherwise i will spreadout your this cheapness with my colleague, family & friends and also complaint in consumer forum...

            [protected] is my order number on ur domain I purchase a Titan edge watch which is faulty product (scratch on watch) so I apply for a same day return . The watch is returned to u at 10 Jan at 11 am .
            I pay this order from my debit card I ask for repay in my bank account but from ur sight it's transfer in free charge acc ( not interested in that acc) means u just transfer my amount from ur one domain to another domain .
            I try to transfer my amount from free charge to my saving account 3 times but after entering otp ur system shows the message something went wrong please try after some time . I am not able n interested using any other domin I pay to snap deal for purchase so please credit my amot to my bank account .send me a bank detail link so I send u details of my bank account . This incident is like that the customer is free from one domain n stuck in another domain of same company so I request u credit my amount to my bank account

            What ab my refund Snapdeal it's already 18 days over I already share u my bank details at date 10/1/17 . I pay a Snapdeal for purchase a product Snapdeal transfer my amount to freecharge .I am customer of Snapdeal not a freecharge u just transfer ur responsibility to free charge it's customer harrastment . u e mail me at 10 am to contact a free charge abb ur isue I am not interested in using ur another domein name freecharge for my transaction I'm inuff cashfree person already n I tail u that so many times . Snap deal already email me at dated 10/1/18 and 17/1/17 and conifrm that they r refund my amount in my bank account with in 4 days that's already gone is it like that u must buy used old products from our domein otherwise we stuck ur amount in freecharge we r not willing to refund consumers amount it's so much of harrastment I ask u about my own money from last 17 days.

                I ordered 2 products from snapdeal sum of 826 rupees. They deducted RS. 950 from my account. And due to some technical reasons, some error occurred my order couldn't placed. Suborder ID [protected] and [protected]. Order I'd is [protected]. Money is deducted from my account but order is not placed. Moreover there helpline numbers are of no use. I mail them on their given address that is [protected]@snapdeal.com so I received the regulatory mail that we don't help coustomers in this way.
                I need my money back in any way. I feel so cheated with this behaviour.
                This was my first time and cloud be last time with Snapdeal.

                  I have requested many times and complained to snapdeal numerous times that dont call me before 2pm but still you keep calling in the morning at 8am or 9am . No one is available at that hour in the morning in chilly winter. IT IS DISTURBING THE CUSTOMER. KINDLY PICKUP AFTER 2PM . KINDLY CALL AFTER 2PM

                  I have complained many times that snapdeal and pickup people disturb me by calling in the morning despite telling them that no calls or delivery in the morning.

                  PLEASE NO CALLS BEFORE 2PM

                  REQUEST SNAPDEAL AND DELIVERY AND PICKUP CALLS ONLY AFTER 2PM

                  i have requested this many times and instead the pickup guys did not bother picking up the Parcel if the time is after 2pm and they lied to snapdeal saying that customer did not want to return, that is not right. This is unprofessional and not acceptable. You are supposed to pickup or call the customer only at the time fixed by the customer.
                  If you keep this unprofessional behaviour up then i will never order from snapdeal again

Lekin product quality cheak mai fail hogya. 20 December tak wah product mil jayge aisa customer care ne bataya. Uske baad maine 5 baar call kiya wo return ho jayage aisa hi bol rahe hai. Unonhe muje na product diya na mare paise return kiye. Bar bar call krne par bhari unka koi reply nahi aaya. Please help.

                              What i say? It’s a very unfortunate and sad experience with snap deal. I didn’t except such worst service from a big brand like snap deal. I think company has no moral value and working with unfair trade policy.

                              No one has keep promises and words in your company, nor delivery time, no customer care executives, no floor supervisor sited in customer care and more surprisingly your own team (Ceo escalation) too.

                              On saturday around 8.00 p. M. I received a call from mr. Mursalin (Who also confirmed that he is the last touch person at escalation level) and offering me rs. 200/- token of apology for delay payment, wherein also confirmed that there is no compensation policy.

                              Is this the company reputation? I think your customer care executives are living in ancient age due to which they need all the time of world. Don’t you think 48 hours is too much for arrange a simple senior call back? Is this justifying the approach to resolve the issue?

                              However, still i’m waiting for point wise answer on below queries.

                              · why i was not received call back since 20th dec0 2016 against reference number 38097780.

                              · who is uday and what last touch point in call center is.

                              · what are your call center policies? When a customer asking for call back from manager.

                              · why delivery date is showing incorrect and your executives trying to misguide me that date was expected date and it may vary with actual date.

                              · also what is gold benefit and what is delay delivery process at snap deal? Is it correct work practice to make money from customers by showing fraud advertisement?

                              · who will bear the call charges deducted on call center to explain my concern and holding line for more than 20 minutes on both the times to transfer call to senior (Manager).

                              My major concern was delay product delivery. But now my major concern is expose your unethical / wrong work practice and making money by showing fraud advertisement.

                              Also incompetency on your customer care to resolve subscriber’s and hiding truth and harass the customer to keep them in queue by taking long hold in the name of arrange call back.

                                I had ordered a prabhu arts multicolour krishna idol playing basuri on 15 th december 2016. The payment mode was cash on delivery. I ordered the same to gift it my brother on his new home entrance. On 21st december i got the status for the same order as 'the order has been cancelled' by the seller. But on 22 dec 2016, i got the delivery of the same product. I paid rs. 2383 for the same as it was cash on delivery. But the product i received was totally different as that of shown & described on snapdeal site. So i want to return the product & want my money refund. So i contact snapdeal. They ask me for the images & invoice of the to share with them by mail which i did. I got my complaint id as 38169440. I was assured by snapdeal that the product will be picked by them & i will get my money refunded by 8 days. But its 15 days over now & still my product has not been picked by them & they are not entertaining my complaint now. My phone number has also blocked by them.

                                  I ordered this product (Order id: [protected]) on 1st nov 2016 and paid by credit card. I got a defective product (One of the main board was broken) & asked for a replacement on 17th nov 2016. The item was picked up on 21st novemeber but no replacement was provided till date. My repeated calls were ignored by customer support & no reason was given for the delay. On 17th december, i saw on the website that the replacement request was declined and item was supposed to be returned back to me.                                         I purchased a fastrack wrist watch from snapdeal in the month of october. I used that product for 15-20 days then i found that watch was not working then changed the battery of watch and it started running fine, after some approx 20-30 days i again found that watch got stuck then i visited at "fastrack service center" there i explained my concern about the product but they said

                                        I got a email from service center saying that this is a duplicate watch.I have attached the screen shorts of that email also i a will forward that email to you

                                        one new thing I found that in this watch there is no "UNIQUE MACHINE NUMBER & DATE OF MANUFACTURING".So its clear know that this is a duplicate watch

                                        I have also attached the Images of the original one which service center showed me and the duplicate one which Snapdeal gave me you can clearly see the difference in the material of body.
