I have placed IPHONE SE and paid 27, 500 rupees and while ordering the product, i choose 1 day delivery option, as i'll be flying out within few days. However, after completion of 2 days also, I haven't received the product. When I'm calling to customer care, they are telling still the product is not dispatched and it's in warehouse only and they are raising the ticket and saying you will get the update within 2 days.
But my question is, did i pay the money to keep the product in warehouse after 2 days also. Where I choose fastest delivery option. If you are unable to deliver the product within the given time and then also telling that, you will raise a ticket and one of your employee will get back to me within 2 days. What is the meaning of raising this type of ticket.
It seems after getting the request for a new order, you are only manufacturing the product. Guy's, seriously this is ridiculous .
I've never had this type of experience till now. It's the worst experience in online shopping (snapdeal).
@Snapdeal- Kindly don't make promise to customer, if you are unable to fulfil the same.

Updated by Mangal1431 Today i got update like The order has been cancelled as the seller was unable to fulfill it.
@Snapdeal- What the hell are you doing ? If you are unable to fix the internal issue with your seller, then you should close this company. Moreover, after confirming the order and after 2 days, you sent me one message that your order was not placed due to some technical issue. This is totally #### guy's...I shouldn't say like this but you deserve more than this.
Is it what, i should expect from 21st century technology? you customer care people are there only to say sorry and we regret for the inconvenience. Now you are telling within 4 days, you'll get your money back.
What the hell kind of online shopping experience you are giving to the customer ?

But what action will you take after refunding the money as u have already initiated refund request.
My concen is i have ordered the item with one day delivery option and paid 100 rs extra..And during that time all other website were giving offer .I choosed snapdeal on top of all other side to buy this item. Now no where offer is available and due to snapdeal everything spoiled.
Now if you provide any solution then i need my product from snapdeal with the same price within shortest time period.
