This is Rumi Das from Guwahati. I had ordered the above mentioned product and on first delivery found broken in the arm of one chair and requested for replacement. The same was again delivered to me on 13.12.2016. The item was just seen and kept for installation later on as I am constructing a new house. Today while installing the chairs the same damage was found which is not acceptable. I think you had sent the same product which was returned back to you. Now I want it to be replaced with proper product without damage. Please look into the matter and inform me the latest status of replacement. Thanks. [protected]

    I had placed an order of Acid Eye In Ear Wired Earphones having Order Id [protected] on 11 Dec 2016 on this day there was an offer according to which I was suppose to get 100% cashback to my freecharge wallet after 14 days of delivery of product.But after using product for 2-3 days I found product was faulty as its basic functionality of sounding was not working properly, so I got a suggestion from snapdeal Customer Care executive to replace the product also he assured that the even the date of cashback will also not be getting changed as I had received a faulty product so snapdeal bears responsibility for the same.

    But after few days I was told by snapdeal executive that as I have taken replacement I am not eligible for cashback, when I responded to this on mail I got the list of their terms and conditions for that offer but in that terms and conditions as well it was no where mentioned that in case of replacement customer won't be eligible for cashback, as per terms and conditions it was just in case of refund or order cancellation.
    When I brought this point to their notice I got response through mail that I will get my cashback after 14 days from my 2nd delivery date.But after 14 days as well I didn't get cashback and now Snapdeal is again saying me that I am not eligible for cashback, also they are not worried about our conversation we had on mail and telephonic calls. This has just became a case of complete misguidance of consumer and denying to their own wording and assurances provided to me.

    Now I am expecting the proper compensation for whatever hassale I have faced and I am facing as there was no mistake from my end that I got faulty product.

      Their is 2 year warranty on this kipsta Germany 2016 football which is delivered to me and it burst, so that, I want another football or have my money back so, I please you to me that I want another football because the football not have half a month then it has 2 year warranty. The company please give me another football . the football is burst it not have made than a month.please I want another football.

          I had ordered a "Panasonic p31 2000 MAH battery" from snapdeal.com on 26th December 2016. the order was delivered. but the product is really not functioning. the battery drains of in few minutes even when 100% charged. i opted out for refund. and snap deal accepted to provide refund and sent a message stating that their worker would pick up the product(battery) and refund would be made. but the worker never made up to pick up the product and here comes another message that we did not respond even though we are ready to return. we made another complaint and the same thing occurs again . it looks like snapdeal is playing a game with us and helds us responsible for not showing up. please do the required fairly and fast as we are losing faith in you.

            With great sense of sorrow I am complaining this that it was never expected from snapdeal that they will cheat their customer. I ordered a Geyser through Snapdeal (Order Id: [protected], Placed On 30 Dec, 2016), which got delivered on 31st Dec'16, i requested for Installation also. The technician came and declared that the geyser is not working as it is unable to intake power supply. The technician was very rude and misbehaved also, without installating the geyser he charged Rs. 250 went. I put a request for replacement of geyser on snapdeal website, but after two days I got the message and mail that the service engineer tried contacting me so many times but my no. was not reachable so they closed this ticket. But the fact is that I didn't receive any call. Now I left with no option but to put my request here, please do the needful asap. I am planning to ask the same question through RTI also.

              I ordered pigeon product, but i got wrong product. so i requested to replacement product. the pickup is done by nuvoex courier but still i'm getting mail like pickup failed. almost more than one week its gone. every day i just calling the customer care and informing about this issue but no response.

                Ordered one LG 43 inch LED TV.. Received a damaged product.. Customer care ppl dint arrange for a pick up.. They told me to send manually.. No courier company was ready to ship.. Finally I shipped with a local freight carrier.. The product reached their warehouse n I got a confirmation from carrier.. But snapdeal has no idea whether it reached or not.. It's more than two weeks.. Please don't purchase anything from snapdeal.. It's my lesson learnt

                  I received a cal frm snapdeal tht i m a lucky winner to get a prize as i m regular customer. I chose iphone 6s as my prize to which i was asked to purchase a product more than 4000. I purchased a tablet n aftr paying for my tab i was asked to submit tax of 12000. Kindly help me out odrwise i would b trapped in solid fraud n already my money for tab is stuck with snapdeal.

                      Snapdeal has changed its procedure and service terms. I received this mobile in defective condition and it was inspected by a Snapdeal engineer as they did not believe me; He wrote a report and now the set is picked upon 6th Jan, 2017. On the website I was not allowed to return/get a refund. Why ? It was within 7 days. Also why this lengthy procedure of sending an engineer? It never happened before. I will have to try flipkart as they dont have this policy. I am very disappointed. It will be 2 weeks since I paid online, & I still dont have a phone that works.

                        Hi,

                        I have purchased a kurta from snapdeal with order id - [protected].
                        For the day of purchased, i have requested return pickup 4 times.

                        But return is not processed, then i have called customer care 3 times. They assured they will schedule pickup in next 1-2 days. But nothing happend.

                        When today i called customer care again, they replied they can't do anything.

                        They kept my phone on hold for 45 minutes. Then i disconnected my call.
                        Such a bad behaviour from customer care. I am tired of calling and sending emails.

                            When I ordered for the product Snapdeal clearly mentioned that if I made the payment through card they won't be delivery charges. So I done payment through card.
                            Now my product has arrived but the courier people are asking Rs.50 extra as delivery charges. I'm not willing to pay this amount because that's Ur fault not said me earlier during order placement.

                                  Sir i have purchased 3 items online in snapdeal website by using PNB debit card on dated 25122016 with order no-[protected]. The total order of rs 2020 but in my PNB DEBIT CARD deduct rs 1958 and balance of 62 rs is deduct in my freecharge account details of the order are
                                  1) Omron Hem-7120 Blood Pressure Monitor
                                  2) Intex DUO313 Black USB Wired Keyboard Mouse Combo
                                  3) Terabyte Shrihit USB 802.11N Wifi Wireless Lan Network Card Adapter with Antenna
                                  but in the same day 25122016 i have cancelled order no-[protected] with all three items as listed above but till date refund of rs 1958 is not credit in my bank account but i have getting 62 rs balance in my freecharge account back so sir i requested that my balance of rs 1958 is refunded in my bank account . snapdeal website shows the status is Order Cancelled.                                     Hello sir, my name is saurabh i buyed the memory card from snapdeal 26 apr 2015 i received the product with some faults which is not in good condition i wrote a complaint for return but they took and auto canceled from there side the courier not came to my home now it has the 10 years warranty i call them today they gave me the samsung customer service no but all are incorrect and gave the fake address i call them 2 or 3 times the same happened with me sometimes no is not correct many says we accept mobiles not memory cards and some says we not provide service for online customer buyer ...i told every single problem to snapdeal care but thats all wasted they told me if its not possible in your city to goto nagpur and pune they will help you ...also tell me thats come with the ignore receipt from samsung service akola then we will process further your request ...i told to them just take your product and do repair and deliver to me when it will me solved the problem ...but now they are said its not there responsibility they says solve your problem with samsung only ..i talked with senior also expert at snapdeal but thats also wasted my time 2 to 3 hours my time is wasted i call them call to samsung care and talk with snapdeal ...now sir please i want my warranty service as they shown on there site so its there responsibility to provide service to buyer after purchased they are not solving my problem i hope you got my problem please solve my problem as earliest Thanking You...

                                      Replacement request for the order ID: [protected] is placed under reference number 38650860 and I received a mail stating pickup will be done on 6/1/17 between 9am to 12pm but no one came to pickup the same and the response on the courier number given on sms was very poor and careless and wasted lot of money calling snapdeal customer care too but there is only IVR reply and no service personnel was available also wrote few emails which are not replied so far now I feel snapdeal is not a good customer oriented company.

                                      They took the concern on priority and approved the replacement it seems that vendor for pickup was the crust of the problem but snapdeal resolved the issue with the support of CONSUMERCOMPLAINTS.in thanks.

                                        Hello Snapdeal
                                        Some time ago I had a product on Snapdeal, product had broken out and that we return to the complaint, but now you're saying you can not visit your address for repalce, what is all this, then u came for delivery my product, then how he got the address. now you have to back people can not find the address, so you're being such a large company. I hvnt trust your company now, after today will not order anything, and I should to some products from your Snapdeal, but not anymore, your replacement service is not good, send a similar way so bad. Or give our money back, if not replace it.
