Ordered one LG 43 inch LED TV.. Received a damaged product.. Customer care ppl dint arrange for a pick up.. They told me to send manually.. No courier company was ready to ship.. Finally I shipped with a local freight carrier.. The product reached their warehouse n I got a confirmation from carrier.. But snapdeal has no idea whether it reached or not.. It's more than two weeks.. Please don't purchase anything from snapdeal.. It's my lesson...
