I've ordered voltas ac on jan 2 by paying full amount via snapdeal gold payment. They have debited my account at first and displayed account error, order was been cancelled. Then i get refund amount soon. I thought it may be a technical error, so i again tried, but this time the same thing happened but they didn't refund my amount of rs.23, 139. I called more than 5 times and saying we are under this process, please wait for 24 hours. They asked to send an mail with my bank statement in pdf, i send it too. But today they are saying we didn't get your amount in our side. Please contact your bank.
Questioning your services..
1. If you debit my money from my bank account in fraction of seconds, then why the hell you take this much pressure on refunding?
2. I did whatever the instructions correctly, but simply blaming wait sir wait sir!
3. The payment gateway vendor is responsible of the transaction from customer to seller in snapdeal, if it so, they are under your control too. Why dont you ask directly to them to resolve this issue.
4. A simple common man who trusted your services blindly and paid an huge amount, and i need to wait like an money lender by skipping my office works. Is this is good business?
5. Not even got the mail regarding refund tracking status and you simply removed on my ordered list too.
6.100% money guaranty you displaying in website, being in a middle class common man situation you want to how much i facing the problem for it.
I want my money and solution for it.
Its really an bad despaired services from snapdeal.
