Sir i have purchased 3 items online in snapdeal website by using PNB debit card on dated 25122016 with order no-[protected]. The total order of rs 2020 but in my PNB DEBIT CARD deduct rs 1958 and balance of 62 rs is deduct in my freecharge account details of the order are
1) Omron Hem-7120 Blood Pressure Monitor
2) Intex DUO313 Black USB Wired Keyboard Mouse Combo
3) Terabyte Shrihit USB 802.11N Wifi Wireless Lan Network Card Adapter with Antenna
but in the same day 25122016 i have cancelled order no-[protected] with all three items as listed above but till date refund of rs 1958 is not credit in my bank account but i have getting 62 rs balance in my freecharge account back so sir i requested that my balance of rs 1958 is refunded in my bank account . snapdeal website shows the status is Order Cancelled. Refunded Successfully

    Hello sir, my name is saurabh i buyed the memory card from snapdeal 26 apr 2015 i received the product with some faults which is not in good condition i wrote a complaint for return but they took and auto canceled from there side the courier not came to my home now it has the 10 years warranty i call them today they gave me the samsung customer service no but all are incorrect and gave the fake address i call them 2 or 3 times the same happened with me sometimes no is not correct many says we accept mobiles not memory cards and some says we not provide service for online customer buyer ...i told every single problem to snapdeal care but thats all wasted they told me if its not possible in your city to goto nagpur and pune they will help you ...also tell me thats come with the ignore receipt from samsung service akola then we will process further your request ...i told to them just take your product and do repair and deliver to me when it will me solved the problem ...but now they are said its not there responsibility they says solve your problem with samsung only ..i talked with senior also expert at snapdeal but thats also wasted my time 2 to 3 hours my time is wasted i call them call to samsung care and talk with snapdeal ...now sir please i want my warranty service as they shown on there site so its there responsibility to provide service to buyer after purchased they are not solving my problem i hope you got my problem please solve my problem as earliest Thanking You...

      Replacement request for the order ID: [protected] is placed under reference number 38650860 and I received a mail stating pickup will be done on 6/1/17 between 9am to 12pm but no one came to pickup the same and the response on the courier number given on sms was very poor and careless and wasted lot of money calling snapdeal customer care too but there is only IVR reply and no service personnel was available also wrote few emails which are not replied so far now I feel snapdeal is not a good customer oriented company.

      They took the concern on priority and approved the replacement it seems that vendor for pickup was the crust of the problem but snapdeal resolved the issue with the support of CONSUMERCOMPLAINTS.in thanks.

        Some time ago I had a product on Snapdeal, product had broken out and that we return to the complaint, but now you're saying you can not visit your address for repalce, what is all this, then u came for delivery my product, then how he got the address. now you have to back people can not find the address, so you're being such a large company. I hvnt trust your company now, after today will not order anything, and I should to some products from your Snapdeal, but not anymore, your replacement service is not good, send a similar way so bad. Or give our money back, if not replace it.

          I ordered an Acer Laptop ( Order ID: [protected]) on 30 December under the benefits of Snapdeal gold which was scheduled to be delivered by 1st of January. And it's 6th today and the product has not been delivered yet. Calling your customer care has become a headache for me. There is no contact info available for courier company. On 6th January your site is showing that the product will be deliver on 5th January(9am-1pm). Most of your customer care executive ask for 48hr time for deliver. I order the product on 30th December but on 31st December there is offer of 5% instant discount. I didn't cancel the product because it will delay the product by 1 or 2 days. But now i fell cheated as I neither get any discount offer nor a good service.

            I ORDER A XOLO ERA 2 MOBILE AS ON DATED 17 DEC, 2016 WIDE ORDER NO - [protected] and Online payment of 4050 Rs/- after bank discount . and Cancel the order same day . As per snapdeal Payment Returned in my account as on dated[protected], but till to date i have no received any payment, also shared bank statement to Snapdeal customer care e mail id [protected]@snapdeal.com and always only one reply from snapdeal "your refund of Rs. 4050 has been processed successfully" and shared transaction ARN no -75503726356010747574393 and says contact to bank branch . And when call to PNB Branch customer care he is saying Contact to snapdeal and he is not able to search Payment.
            Very bad experience with snap deal .

              Now i want to know why it is been declined when i returned actual product what i have received even i have mentioned the reason for return.
              Also they sent there executive to pick the item and he checked it than gave me acknowledgement copy. if the item was not acceptable he would have rejected it but he collected it means i should get my refund.

              This is really unbelieveable that snapdeal is doing like this with customer.sending used and old products and after that not returning it.I am not satisfied with this kind of service. I want my money back.

                I have ordered laptop OS windows from snapdeal for where as the snapdeal has sended me laptop with OS Linux and the dealer has installed Windows 10 but all of a sudden I started facing performance issue I contacted snapdeal for the same and doing follow up from last one month
                When I contacted Microsoft for the software issue they told me that these is not a Windows OS then I contacted Dell there I came to know the OS Linux dosent support OS.
                Then I came to know that snapdeal has provided mix and match Hardware and software product which is not according to what I have ordered.

                When I again contacted snapdeal to get my product exchanged or for refund they are not responding in a proper manner and trying to make me fool by saying will contact you in 48 hours I had a word with Rahul Soni who was rude while talking. These has been continuing from last one month

                It's my humble request to please help in these case by either refunding my money or replacing the product as iam not able to do my office work.

                Will wait for positive revert

                  I have not recevied the refund for the returned item ..its already been over 6 days now and the tracker shows refund already successful! What a lie ive been emailing continously but have received no help or reply yet. There is no way to get in touch with the customer care people! Totally hopeless service. Unacceptable ! I want money back as. No site has ever taken so long to refund! A simple process why harass the customers so much!!! I want this sorted

                                Hello i ordered a pressure cooker on 12th dec 2016 when i recived it it was not good quality pressure cooker so i request for refund so i was asked to return the product from any national courier i sent it through overnite express the pArcel weigh more than 2 kg the courier charged me 700 rs for the parcel i sent the product to them on 25 and they recive it on 2nd january 2017 and the refund for the pressure cooker was given the amount was 769 rs that i paid for the product but the courier charges was not given back to me till now i have called so many time they said wait 24 hours more than 4 time i have called but till now no resolution recived

                                I should never ever recommend snapdeal to anyone because they are cheater And the worst shopping site in india...

                                Now i am going to complain in consumer forum

                                  I ordered a Lenovo laptop on Snapdeal.com 0n 29/12/2016, the order id is-[protected]. I received the product on 02/01/2017. On 04/01/2017 when I checked about my Laptop on Lenovo official website by providing my laptop's serial number it was showing that only 232 days warranty left. Whereas it should have been 365 days warranty on this product. What a service. ####!!!

                                    Respected sir! I have bought a back cover for Sony Xperia m5 dual mobile. This back cover is not comfortable for me & also a bad products and I want to refund this product but company is decline this request and decline refund. And return this product. Please complain a f.i.r this company & help me for refund balance.
                                    Company customer care helpline members said to me refund is not possible because it's quality is very good. Anyways respected sir, please help me because I think this is a very bad products and refund my actual balance.
                                    Snapdeal company & team is very bad for selling products. For ex:- Mobile, back cover, fashion and electronic Products of these snapdeal companies are duplicate and harassment reply by customer care. So please close this online company because it is not perfect for all Indian.

[protected] through debit card . Later I received message that my order was not complted and I have to again place the order.                                         The suborder-[protected] hasnt been dilevered and snapdeal cancelled the order and said the amount will be refunded to the bank account which i used for transaction now it says refund is succesfull to my snapdeal account but the amount doesn't showup to my bank account. Its was on dec 2016 and now it has become jan 2017.
                                        I request snapdeal their first priority in refunding the amount for cancelled orders than to take order and want snapdeal to resolve my issue and refund my amount of rs2979 on my bank account which was used.

For the that snapdeal refund was initiated and now in snapdeal account it says refund successful but the amount(refund) is not received in my bank account. Plz solve this issue and refund me my amount.

                                        i consult with the bank too with you given refund trasaction reference no. but the bank told me there is no refund process for my bank account. Or you might have done the wrong account no. for others order. for your information my pnb account no is. [protected] and card no which was used is [protected] and ifsc- PUNB0494200

                                        Your refund transaction reference no is [protected] as you shared. plz kindly check you transaction reference no., time and amount before and after of this transaction so that you can confirm wheather it was failed or not. because sometimes the amount doesn't cut even though its successful.

                                        please go through every data. the money is not with you, not with the bank, not with me, then where did it go. must be sumwhere its rs 2979.. its a lot to me. i'm not a rich pereson so plese HELP!
