Booked a mobile cum tablet on 28th Dec 2016 as a Snapdeal Gold order, which was supposed to be delivered by 30th Dec 2016, under Express Delivery. As I am writing this on 4th Jan 2017, I have no update on the product, let alone the delivery. I have been chasing Snapdeal team everyday ever since 1st Jan 2017. They have some or the other reason of labour shortage, technical problem, unable to track. I have paid full amount for the product upfront at the time of buying online in the hope that I would be able to gift the same on 1st Jan 2017. There is no update on the website in My Order section. The customer care team is unable to locate. Supervisors at the Customer Care site are committing 24 hours for an update and it has been 72 hours. Full payment made, no product delivery, no tracking of the same, and one of the customer care executives, when pressurised for an update, said, "I don't bother". Everyday there is a commitment that there will be an update, but till now, there has been no update. I have to call them everyday to follow up, only to get "no update" as an a response. The customer is helpless, the snapdeal team is careless.

Updated by GaurG You have been working on this problem for past 4 days, but in vain. None of your representatives bother to get in touch with an update. Today again I had to call back for an update. I have spoken to 7 different people and none of them have been able to solve the problem. Stop giving fake commitments and assurances. How I wish I had never purchased from snapdeal. Truth is that nothing is in your control. You can't solve the problem. You and all those customer care people are good for nothing. It's a blunder to buy anything on snapdeal. Please close the site if you can't even track a product for 6 days, forget the delivery. What pathetic service are you providing! Extremely intolerable. Shame on you guys.

Updated by GaurG Did anyone care to check the status of the order? Now even if I want to cancel the order, it will take 6 days the executive said. Firstly you guys don't track or deliver in 10 days. Then for cancellation also, you need 6 more days. How ridiculous! Wish Snapdeal snaps forever. You guys are nothing but useless, careless and hopeless. to the core.
