1)
Palmolive Thermal Spa Skin Renewal Bodywash - Crushed Coconut - 250ml
2) Head & Shoulders Lemon Fresh Shampoo 180 ml
on 04/01/2017, as I was making the payment, the money was debited from my bank account but snapdeal recognised it as a 'Failed Payment ', kindly note the payment was for Rs.305. Kindly do the needful to recognise the same.

    I have purchased the above product on 29th October 2016 under diwali sale through my kotak Mahindra Bank Credit Card, on that date on your website it is showing that the customer will receive a cashback of Rs. 2000 if he/she made a payment above Rs. 5000 between 28th to 30th October 2016. But i am really sorry to say that till the date i haven't receive any cashback into my kotak credit card from your side. I request you to kindly look into the matter and intimate me as soon as possible.

      I've ordered voltas ac on jan 2 by paying full amount via snapdeal gold payment. They have debited my account at first and displayed account error, order was been cancelled. Then i get refund amount soon. I thought it may be a technical error, so i again tried, but this time the same thing happened but they didn't refund my amount of rs.23, 139. I called more than 5 times and saying we are under this process, please wait for 24 hours. They asked to send an mail with my bank statement in pdf, i send it too. But today they are saying we didn't get your amount in our side. Please contact your bank.
      Questioning your services..
      1. If you debit my money from my bank account in fraction of seconds, then why the hell you take this much pressure on refunding?
      2. I did whatever the instructions correctly, but simply blaming wait sir wait sir!
      3. The payment gateway vendor is responsible of the transaction from customer to seller in snapdeal, if it so, they are under your control too. Why dont you ask directly to them to resolve this issue.
      4. A simple common man who trusted your services blindly and paid an huge amount, and i need to wait like an money lender by skipping my office works. Is this is good business?
      5. Not even got the mail regarding refund tracking status and you simply removed on my ordered list too.
      6.100% money guaranty you displaying in website, being in a middle class common man situation you want to how much i facing the problem for it.

      I want my money and solution for it.
      Its really an bad despaired services from snapdeal.

        I've booked a Pigeon 6 pcs cookware set on 24th Dec 2016, for shipment has reached me on 2nd Jan 2017.

        The thing is I've received a piece of damaged or used pan instead of Pigeon 6 pcs cookware set find the attached pan image for your reference.

        Moreover I've opted for return/refund of the product on the same day when I received the consignment. Pickup for the same has been scheduled on 3rd Jan 2017, where no one came for picking it up or contacted me on this aspect.

        Instead by evening I've received an auto-generated email from Snapdeal stating that I was not available at the address which I provided which is not at all acceptable, being I've provided my office address where I'll be available till 6.30 on any given working day.

        I can't understand whether QC dept is working or not in Snapdeal.

            Booked a mobile cum tablet on 28th Dec 2016 as a Snapdeal Gold order, which was supposed to be delivered by 30th Dec 2016, under Express Delivery. As I am writing this on 4th Jan 2017, I have no update on the product, let alone the delivery. I have been chasing Snapdeal team everyday ever since 1st Jan 2017. They have some or the other reason of labour shortage, technical problem, unable to track. I have paid full amount for the product upfront at the time of buying online in the hope that I would be able to gift the same on 1st Jan 2017. There is no update on the website in My Order section. The customer care team is unable to locate. Supervisors at the Customer Care site are committing 24 hours for an update and it has been 72 hours. Full payment made, no product delivery, no tracking of the same, and one of the customer care executives, when pressurised for an update, said, "I don't bother". Everyday there is a commitment that there will be an update, but till now, there has been no update. I have to call them everyday to follow up, only to get "no update" as an a response. The customer is helpless, the snapdeal team is careless.

            You have been working on this problem for past 4 days, but in vain. None of your representatives bother to get in touch with an update. Today again I had to call back for an update. I have spoken to 7 different people and none of them have been able to solve the problem. Stop giving fake commitments and assurances. How I wish I had never purchased from snapdeal. Truth is that nothing is in your control. You can't solve the problem. You and all those customer care people are good for nothing. It's a blunder to buy anything on snapdeal. Please close the site if you can't even track a product for 6 days, forget the delivery. What pathetic service are you providing! Extremely intolerable. Shame on you guys.

            Did anyone care to check the status of the order? Now even if I want to cancel the order, it will take 6 days the executive said. Firstly you guys don't track or deliver in 10 days. Then for cancellation also, you need 6 more days. How ridiculous! Wish Snapdeal snaps forever. You guys are nothing but useless, careless and hopeless. to the core.

              Got delivered damaged IFB washing machine from Snapdeal 28/12/16, Requested return, received reply from Snapdeal that we have to courier this item to their ware house. My poor old parents searched yesterday full for this in my village and nobody accepted to courier this. Not possible to send by ourself. Need to pick up this item from my location from Snapdeal only and no other choice for us.

                Hey are horrible at customer care. Its a fraud company. Charged 6000 for an incomplete order. Tried to return item 3 times but address is wrong. Customer care not approachable. Wrong weight on return slip. I paid for 3.8 kg but mentioned weight was 1.12.Paid 1000 just for returning. I am lodging my grievance in consumer forum and will put a case in the court. I request everyone to do the same. just be vigilant and keep documents with you and put a strong case in court.Its simple and easy.                 Its been over a week since I am receiving calls from different customer care executives every day. The only thing they do it to show concern over the issue. No concrete step has been taken yet. the package was at Jaipur hub of DTDC for over a week and during that whole time I kept requesting snapdeal to pick it up. They arranged someone to pick the parcel up on 12/1/2016, but by then, the parcel had headed back to Rawatbhata. I demand a pickup. And before that pickup I demand my refund. I have lodged a complaint in national consumer forum as well. And will move to court for the huge inconvenience and negligent behavior of snap deal.

                  I purchased Nikon D5200 for Rs24749 ( Order ID: [protected]) on snapdeal at 17th December 2016. Cancelled my order after 10 days due to some irrelevant reasons.Then initiated refund on 26th December but refund is not reflected in my bank account till 4th January 2017.
                  One of the worst customer care department ever.Very rude and zero knowledgeable representatives. I have raised a complaint and they are trying to put the blame on my bank instead of solving it. They gave me one fake refund reference number which my bank can't even find. Such a cheap trick played by snapdeal to fool customers.

                          I've ordered an orbit green 12 in one... Order id: [protected] and accordingly delivery boy asked me whether i was available or not on mon, jan 2, 2017. I requested and confirmed him to deliver the same 0n 3/117 tuesday. After long waiting, i called him by evening and asked him why they did not deliver. In reply, he got excited and told me that thy were not supposed to deliver as there are 500 items lying with them. Also told that it will be returned and so on ... . After my request also that very delivery boy behaved very rudely and when i told that i would complain against him, he told me to do so.
                          Anyway, such incident is not first time, earlier also i suffered such problems. His mob no is [protected]. Please look in to the subject seriously otherwise you will lose your customer as there are many other companies dean in like you. Awaiting your prompt response.

                              My order for the mobile hasnt been delivered even after 2 days of expected delivery date. I got an sms saying it has reached my home town 5 days back and since then its been shown as attempted delivery failed on tracking the order. No one has contacted us on the registered mobile anytime so far.Then why is this fraud messages. It is highly embaressing to wait for the much needy product day after day. We are very much disappointed with snapdeal. very disgusting service

                                I had ordered an item - Black & Decker KX1800Watt Heat air gun of rupees 1649.The Delivered Product Contains a cheap quality machine. I called the snapdeal service @ [protected]. The Executive told me to replace it. Then Afterwards when product redelivered. the product is too small and very light weighted. By believing in snapdeal secure payment service i taken the product. When i open i get shocked because there was nothing but a plastic box in it afterwards i recall the costumer support i tell about them my problem. My Case was listened. I payed 637 Rupee as my balance for STD calls. Till day when i rangup them they said you are "fake and looking suspicious" and we can't refund your money. And Disconnected my call.

                                Snapdeal.com Seller- (BHEL IMPEX) does done this fraud and snapdeal.com didn't check the product content and shipped to me.

                                Now whom i blame for the empty package.
                                I did not want this type of mail. I want my money back !

                                  8 Days and i have lost 16000 to SNAPDEAL ...interest is not yet added

                                  I ordered an LECO Le on 25th and on 28th was delivered a wrong product SAMSUNG G2 (IMAGE SENT TO SNAPDEAL email on 28th at 6:30 PM indicating it is there MISTAKE) Also.i called within 30 minutes of delivery your phone number is BIG JOKE and it tells that how you consider your customers retarded.

                                  On 31st then a person calls that he is for pickup and comes and inspects and says don;t worry you will get the right one. shortly..and he goes back...Why do you send a person to confirm and another one to pickup ?

                                  On 2nd i got a sms for pickup and i cancelled my other work and stayed at home wanted this to happen and i get an SMS (in home-where pickup is supposed to happen) saying delivery FAILED. and i have option to cancel an return and stay with a 7000Rs phone for 15000 Rs phone...Also there phone number is BIG JOKE ...IT keeps on thinking customers are RETARDED as it does not give a option LIKE ...the person did not come for pickup IT only options that SNAPDEAL WANT

                                  On 3rd(today i got an SMS that pickup is scheduled) It is 700 PM nothing happened
                                  ..
                                  AT this point i want nothing less than ENTIRE FULL REFUND and take your product back toSNAPDEAL and if it goes further then punitive damages and subsequent legal charges will be charged to SNAPDEAL

                                  I PROMISE i will never deal with COMPANIES Like you SNAPDEAL
                                  You are worse than Thiefs ...you are dumping cheap products ...
                                  AS YOU DO NOT understand commerce leave e-commerce and
                                  you have don't ha A LIVE CUSTOMER CARE NUMBER . I ASSUME ATLEAST YOU CARE for email

                                    I purchase a mobile yu 5010 from snapdeal but it's invoice is showing out of warranty period. I buy it on 16 sep 2016. There is a problem in networking on that mobile so i want to replace it but it's shows out of warranty hence company gives 6 month warranty but in invoice it is in warranty period. Whenever i go to care there is its showing out of warranty period. Please help to resolve my problem.

                                      I ordered this product and i already complained about this problem so many times... By mail and customer care.

                                      Today i again tried for my refund.. Process but it seems like there is no action is taken on my problem..

                                      Today only i called and on track order i saw this, we did not receive any response from you regarding your visit to the service centre. So we are closing this return request.

                                      I have visited service center since long back and i mailed too on same day, but see the lies. So i think that i must take legal action against your company service. Don't worry. I must assure every body should stop buying from snapdeal.

                                      .. So poor and dump customer care service.. Every time they give different answers when we call.

                                      After mailing and calling even today, when i was asking for my product pick up and refund.
                                      On track my order when i was checking and i get shocked by seeing return request closed because you did not receive any response form me regarding my visit to service center.

                                      Its totally full of lies!!!

                                        My estimated delivery date was 2nd jan. 2017. I did not receive my order on the due date. Snapdeal charged me @ rs.140 for the standard delivery charge for this order for delivery on 2nd jan. 2017. I want to refund my money (@rs.140) because my order did not receive on the due date. When i track my order in snapdeal website i have seen my order was dispatched before the due date (2nd jan. 2017) but it did not deliver me on the due date through the deliveryman.
