My order for the mobile hasnt been delivered even after 2 days of expected delivery date. One of the worst customer care department ever.Very rude and zero knowledgeable representatives. I have raised a complaint and they are trying to put the blame on my bank instead of solving it. They gave me one fake refund reference number which my bank can't even find.
