I am souvik koner ordered a iball slide brace x1 with order no. From snapdeal.com [protected]
On 18 dec'16. Due some change of plans i cancelled the order on 19 dec'16. Purchase is not a small amount it is rs 11700.
They have send message that your money have been initiated for refund 20 dec '16. So i waited till fourth business day and called them when will i receive the money they told you will receive it soon and sir today is fourth day you will receive the money just wait for 2 more days. So i waited for that and again called them thay said its 7 th day justwait for today and if possible tomorrow.
So today is 2 jan'17 more than 10 days from which snapdeal is saying that they have refunded the money and when you ask them we have refunded your money.
I didn't think customer care of your company is helping. I have been calling them and all they say is wait sir. Yes i can wait but waiting time is 3-4 business days let's say for demonization 2 more days but beyond that it is not acceptable at all.

See man money is not refunded till i get in my bank account.

order no- [protected]( suborder id- [protected]) the order was cancelled automatically. For the that snapdeal refund was initiated and now in snapdeal account it says refund successful but the amount(refund) is not received in my bank account. Plz solve this issue and refund me my amount.

i consult with the bank too with you given refund trasaction reference no. but the bank told me there is no refund process for my bank account. Your refund transaction reference no is [protected] as you shared. plz kindly check you transaction reference no., time and amount before and after of this transaction so that you can confirm wheather it was failed or not. because sometimes the amount doesn't cut even though its successful.

please go through every data. the money is not with you, not with the bank, not with me, then where did it go. must be sumwhere its rs 2979.. its a lot to me. i'm not a rich pereson so plese HELP!

      Order number [protected]. I had ordered a book "New IIT -JEE PATTERN ..." which was torn out during order and then I ask for replacement. The replaced book was some other order, not mine.Then I asked for Refund.From[protected] they are trying to refund but its Not yet Successful.I had given them my bank statement too as a proof.After that they asked for 24hrs, then again 24hrs, then again 48hrs and no Refund was done.Then after few days they asked my new a/c number which I had given them.They guarantee to initiate whitin 4 days, but they don't do so.Now they had asked for 7 days for Refund.Even after my 10+ calls they don't do anything.

            order has been delivered, Thank God and India Consumer Complaint Forum. I am very strange about this experience that snapdeal has not any customer care executive number. if any customer have complaint or query about the product u have not any number to talk to snapdeal customer care executive number. this spread harassment, trouble, difficulty, stress etc to the snapdeal customers. No one to talk about the problem. even there is no email id from which u get any response or quick response. There is no surety ur problem will be dealt. From this experince i repent to deal with snapdeal in future. The numbers and email ids shown in the internet never respond even a single time. The numbers are:-

              One of the worst customer care department ever.Very rude and zero knowledgeable representatives. I have raised a complaint and they are trying to put the blame on my bank instead of solving it. They gave me one fake refund reference number which my bank can't even find. Such a cheap trick played by snapdeal to fool customers.If my issue is not resolved in a week I will register a complaint in consumer court.

                I ordered CASIO EDIFICE EF-554SP-1AVDF from Snapdeal worth more than Rs.10000 from my new salary.
                The watch looked okayish and I was holding such an expensive watch for the first time, so I couldn't figure if it was fake. I kept the watch to wear for special occasions as it was so expensive. But to my dismay after two months when I took it out it was not working. I thought may be the cell was discharged, so I took it to a CASIO showroom where the the first thing they asked me if I ordered it online. Then they told me that the watch was FAKE..ONE BLOODY FAKE!!!
                I could not believe Snapdeal is letting this happen. The seller as prescribed in the invoice is GUPTA ENTERPRISES, VAT TIN:[protected], CST NO.:[protected]

                I want my full refund and apology from Snapdeal (fraud-deal)

                I ordered jeggings..it was totally cheap item..i requested for refund..they picked the item..and now telling quality check declined..i called so many times and they just said wait for 24 hours..bloody idiots..not solving the problem..not refunding money nor the item..totally fake fraud company..non trustable customer service..order ID [protected]

                  I ordered woodland shoes on 22nd of december but I cancelled my order because of change of plan, 10 days have passed and I have still not got refund of any type from the snapdeal team, I had even dropped a mail to the customer care ( ref. no.[protected] but no response from them has been received to me, I have been shopping from snapdeal since a long time but this is the first time I have received such a poor response. The website clearly states that the refund will be done in 4 days but no response, mail, or call was done by them when I had done the complaint !!

                    I placed an order on queen size bed on 9 Nov. The product was delivered late. And it was defective. Due to customer care misinstruction, the product got installed. After speaking with senior executives, i was given a solution o[censored]ninstallation of the defective one and replacement/ reinstallation of the new one to be done by snapdeal team only. Solution was provided verbally on 16 Dec. None reverted back since then. Complaint number is 37905651.

Can anyone help me on this really its very frustrating for me and will it get resolve or not I don't know but seriously I will not use this free charge app again in future and also suggest to my colleagues, friends, relative and anyone who is using this app to uninstall this app from your phone because these are pirates they can do anything with your account but you cannot do anything of these type of company nothing more else..                                     I am doing shopping from you from many years. I may have purchased items over Rs. 1 Lakh. It was happy shopping with you considering few items were not upto the mark or size issue, or defects. I returned them, still I can say the total return would not be more than 20% of overall purchases.

                                    Last month I ordered few dresses of Rs.3383/- and none of them were as good as shown in the pics, even size was the issue. A return was requested. After collecting the items my account got suspended and it is said unable to refund the amount.

                                    Customer care says your account shows too-many returns. I remember few items were cancelled by yourself as unable to full-fill. Few items were Fake, I did inform you & even to Levis.

                                    In the portal it says it will be refunded on or before 19th April, today is 25th. Still not done. Can any e-shopping company digest your money? Is this not a cheating or looting from customers.

                                        I received a chair that i ordered from snapdeal today after a long wait, first the failed to deliver it by the right date but when i received the product it seems that one of the part is missing in the package, i got the top part (Seat) and the bottom part (Frame with wheels) but i didn't receive the height adjustable pipe that connects the wheels and chair so it seems the item is useless. I feel cheated. I have asked for a replacement today how much more days should i wait i already wasted half a month for this chair now order id: [protected]. Snapdeal cheated me in the new year eve. The restric me from review of the product in the store also, there is no easy way to reach their customer support. They dont even provide a chat support or a proper phone support.                                         Hi Snapdeal, i just got a email from snap deal that i had to repack the chair and send it to their ware house in Bangalore, they wont be arranging a pickup for me (which previously they said, they would arrange a pickup for me ) . let me make something clear i wouldn't have shopped from your site if i had to go through all this trouble. I bought this chair online cause i thought i wont be wasting time for the pickup and other stuff . now you guys already wasted my 20 days and now they ask me to go through extra trouble of carrying that huge package to courier and send it to snapdeal with my own money . And how many more days of mine has to be ruined . Anyway i will send the package to you in 2 days, i request you to ship the replacement with the fastest courier.
