I had ordered a Forme W1+ 4GB and Below Red mobile phone on 15 th dec order no Order ID: [protected] (1 Item) which was working defective i asked for replacement and the item was picked and was about to be replaced on 28th december but no response till 31st december.so i thought to complain about this . is this the promise u keep to your customers.ticket id is (Ticket Id:[protected] check it i want my refund immediately trasfered to my bank account.

    During unbox cashback sale I purchased Diamond Facial Kit vide Order no. [protected] dated 12.12.2016. Cashback was received on 28th Dec but again on 30th Dec they reversed the cashback with a message that "cashback of 200 has been reversed due to order cancellation".
    On contacting customer care they said as contact number on delivery address was same for two orders only one order will be eligibl for cashback.
    But in terms and condition it was mentioned that cashback is eligible once per user. (There is no where it is mentioned that once per contact number mentioned in delivery address). Once per user is defined as once per registered account with mobile number & email address.
    Really they are playing with customers with loopholes in terms and condition. They knew they will do this thats why there was a provision in t&c that cashback will be given after 14 days i.e. there will not be chance of return of item with customer.

    Serious & kind sincere effort is requested in this regard please.

        How Much Careless and irresponsible are Stupid Fraud Snapdeal Employee !!!

        Firstly Delivered Wrong Product with seal opened and different material inside Product box and I raised complaint on same day 22 Dec 2016, But No Return, No Replacement, No Refund till now I Tired to call snapdeal customer care and listening answers Wait For 24-48 Hours, Again And Again.

        Two times courier boy visited at my pickup address and he said your product complain is forwarded for wrong product but its seal opened, so raise complaint again for seal opened when we will pickup your product, I informed I have already explained everything to customer care representative, its customer care representative flout not me,

        and he closed my return request two times when i called to know why you have closed my request so he answered me, your no. was not contactable

        And When I Insist To Transfer Call To Senior, always employee answered Not Available, Busy, And Raised Complaint On 22 Dec 2016 But As Of Now No Resolutions ? I want to only my refund, whether you take your product back or not i don't care


        I called today customer care and he refuse to accept my product pickup
        Guys never buy any thing else will have to face same problem...

          I have ordered 1 LG 32 inch LED TV for 17523 RS and paid online using kotak debit card but after realizing product is not good I cancelled my order on same day I.e 18th Dec but still I m struggling to get the refund.
          As per snapdeal they initiated refund on same day but they are not providing the ref ID as well.
          Called kotak bank and snapdeal 10 times but no action taken yet

          even for me too i order a woodland shoe on 7th dec snapdeal cancelled the product automatically and say refunded successfully on 27th dec'16 still not reflected to my bank account, me too went to the bank, bank says no process of refund can't track with the given refund trasaction reference no. as there is no process.i don't know what is wrong with snapdeal.
          contact me if you have solved or tips to solve.

          order no- [protected]( suborder id- [protected]) the order was cancelled automatically. For the that snapdeal refund was initiated and now in snapdeal account it says refund successful but the amount(refund) is not received in my bank account. Plz solve this issue and refund me my amount.

          i consult with the bank too with you given refund trasaction reference no. but the bank told me there is no refund process for my bank account. Or you might have done the wrong account no. for others order. for your information my pnb account no is. [protected] and card no which was used is [protected] and ifsc- PUNB0494200

          Your refund transaction reference no is [protected] as you shared. plz kindly check you transaction reference no., time and amount before and after of this transaction so that you can confirm wheather it was failed or not. because sometimes the amount doesn't cut even though its successful.

          please go through every data. the money is not with you, not with the bank, not with me, then where did it go. must be sumwhere its rs 2979.. its a lot to me. i'm not a rich pereson so plese HELP!

            Order was delivered. Product was to be returned. Return accepted. Person did not turn up. Snap deal sent an sms saying the return may be cancelled since product could not be picked up. Product was ready to be picked up but no one came to pick up.

            I tried to re schedule the pick up again. Could not find a place to do it. Tried calling up. Only a pre recorded message was available. No customer care person was available to talk to me.

            I am desperately trying to get in touch with snapdeal

              I have bought earphones named " House of Marley Smile Jamaica EM- JE041-ra earphones- rasta " with dated invoice of 22nd November 2015. Earphones were working well till last week but now "the right side of the earphones is not giving any sound" and also "the over all quality of sound has also depreciated with time". I have searched online and got to know that the product has a warranty period of 2years.

              I have also tried you approaching through your help centre as well as your customer service, but i guess both of those facilities of yours are not competent enough to just hear whats your customer is saying.

              P.S.: i am pissed off by this low quality of service from such a huge e-tailer.

              Hope to look for a quality service from your side this time.

                          I ordered the item on 24th december and got it on the date told ie 30th december but when i opened the box i didnt get happy i got angry the temper glass was already broken i called up the person who delivered it to me and he told me to choose replace and i did it but after sometime i got a message that the request for replacement for not processed but some one came and took it back as pickup and gave me a slip and had no patience to answer my questions and was asking me in a rude manner that should i take the pickup or not??
                          and i took his number and name and handed the package to him he just scribbled something for his number and left.
                          when i questioned him he said that "picking this up is it self a big thing u are arguing so much u itself have the package".
                          i need the replacement for my order or i need the refund as immediately as possible

                                This is vivekanand i am a customer of snapdeal and my register mobile number is [protected].

                                This mail is regarding of my current order which is
                                Wybor f1 w32 n06 80 cm (32) smart hd ready dled television order-id - [protected]

                                This product should be delver on 28th dec which is the promise date from snapdeal side but still i didn't get any update about my product like when i will get it. From 24th dec the tracking status is showing the product is reached to bangalore dc but still snapdeal courier partner is not able to delver me the product.

                                From 27th i am start ping to customer support for give me the delivery on time because i am going out of station, but after that also maybe snapdeal customer care is not take it seriously and that's why today is 29th but still i am waiting for my product as well as any kind o[censored]pdate from customer care side, so many times i called to customer care but they are always telling me to wait, i am asking only one question sir if the product will reach to bangalore on 24th then why it is taking this much time to delver me?

                                But no one given me the answer of this, i am expecting the support from you for the same. I asked to snapdeal customer care tell me the address where is my product i can go and collect it from there but they are telling me this is not the policy of yours company.

                                This is very bad experience with snapdeal i am not expecting this kind of support and service from your side.

                                I am writing this mail to you because i am expecting you can do something for me which snapdeal customer care is not did.

                                I am expecting the replay at the earliest.

                                  Issue with order number [protected].
                                  Snapdeal not letting me to return the incomplete order delivered to me.
                                  Customer care number never works.
                                  Finally managed to write to "[protected]@snapdeal.com".
                                  However, they said they will arrange for a return pick up.
                                  Here is the complaint number 38339696.

                                  Worst service provided by snapdeal.

                                    Its 9th Working Day Today And So Far I Have Not Rcvd My Refund Amount Of Rs. 8541. I Placed An Order ID: [protected] (1 Item) Of Samsung Galasy J2 Pro (16GB) And Cancelled The Order On The Same Day. Suborder Id Is : [protected] So Far I Have Not Received My Amount. It Seems It Is A Matter Of Cheating And Fraud. On 27/12/2016 At 04:46 I Received Call From Snapdeal With Assurity That You Will Receive Your Amount By 29th December. But Still I Am Awaiting My Amount Of Rs. 8541. Please Look Into This... It Seems There Is No One In Snapdeal Who Is Working On Customer Complaints.

                                    SNAPDEAL IS CHEATING
                                    Its 9th working day today and so far I have not received my refund amount of Rs. 8541. I Placed an order ID: [protected] (1 Item) of Samsung Galaxy J2 Pro (16GB) and cancelled order on the same day as it was an Unboxed item. Suborder Id Is : [protected]. As per Snapdeal policy they should refund the amount within 4 working days but they are giving the reason of demonetization for delayed payment.

                                    So far I have not received my amount. It Seems it’s a matter of Cheating & Fraud. On 27/12/2016 at 04:46 PM I received a call from Snapdeal with confirmation that will get your money by 29th December. But still I am awaiting my money. Please Look Into This... It seems there is no one in Snapdeal who is working on Customer Complaints.

                                    even for me too i order a woodland shoe on 7th dec snapdeal cancelled the product automatically and say refunded successfully on 27th dec'16 still not reflected to my bank account, me too went to the bank, bank says no process of refund can't track with the given refund trasaction reference no. as there is no process.i don't know what is wrong with snapdeal.
                                    contact me if you have solved or tips to solve.

                                    order no- [protected]( suborder id- [protected]) the order was cancelled automatically. For the that snapdeal refund was initiated and now in snapdeal account it says refund successful but the amount(refund) is not received in my bank account. Plz solve this issue and refund me my amount.

                                    i consult with the bank too with you given refund trasaction reference no. but the bank told me there is no refund process for my bank account. Or you might have done the wrong account no. for others order. for your information my pnb account no is. [protected] and card no which was used is [protected] and ifsc- PUNB0494200

                                    Your refund transaction reference no is [protected] as you shared. plz kindly check you transaction reference no., time and amount before and after of this transaction so that you can confirm wheather it was failed or not. because sometimes the amount doesn't cut even though its successful.

                                    please go through every data. the money is not with you, not with the bank, not with me, then where did it go. must be sumwhere its rs 2979.. its a lot to me. i'm not a rich pereson so plese HELP!

                                      I am seller at snapdeal.com from last many times.But in few months ago they block my account with saying that I am selling fake mobile battery of Micro max and samsung. Also they have block my payment of more than 1 lakh
                                      When I check on snapdeal.com at that time and at present time, I found that still all the sellers are selling like this only
                                      When I complaint them that I have given image to snapdeal and once they have approved title image and all data then only it has become live
                                      There escalation team is saying that its not snapdeal responsibility to check this all.And other sellers are selling they will be out within month
                                      But after 6 month today also all are selling in that way.
                                      Now they are asking me to pay penalty of 6 lakhs and after negotiation they said me to pay 3 lakhs

                                      I want to tell you that If they have such policy than why they are allowing others to sell
                                      Even in SD+ such products are solding out daily

                                        Snapdeal grievance team,
                                        I have filed a consumer complaint against Snapdeal for order ID [protected] delayed and fake commitments since this order was placed on 27th December in Snapdeal gold and suppose to deliver by 28th December and no one responded even after called 3-4 times to customer care .more over courier service updated the order status as first delivery attempt was failed and update your next preferred time which is ridiculous since without calling me how can they update on my order status.. I will never buy any product from Snapdeal henceforth and make sure I will spread this to my other colleagues in my office also...
