How Much Careless and irresponsible are Stupid Fraud Snapdeal Employee !!!
Firstly Delivered Wrong Product with seal opened and different material inside Product box and I raised complaint on same day 22 Dec 2016, But No Return, No Replacement, No Refund till now I Tired to call snapdeal customer care and listening answers Wait For 24-48 Hours, Again And Again.
Two times courier boy visited at my pickup address and he said your product complain is forwarded for wrong product but its seal opened, so raise complaint again for seal opened when we will pickup your product, I informed I have already explained everything to customer care representative, its customer care representative flout not me,
and he closed my return request two times when i called to know why you have closed my request so he answered me, your no. was not contactable
And When I Insist To Transfer Call To Senior, always employee answered Not Available, Busy, And Raised Complaint On 22 Dec 2016 But As Of Now No Resolutions ? I want to only my refund, whether you take your product back or not i don't care
I called today customer care and he refuse to accept my product pickup
Guys never buy any thing else will have to face same problem...
