I had ordered "Leather Junction Brown Leather Office Messenger Bag" at the cost of 2399 rupees on 15 December 2016 from snapdeal. The item is delivered to me on 24 December 2016. Since, this item was not perfect, i think that this was the wrong piece, so i return and replace this. But after few days, i have found the perfect item for me. So i purchased that one and cancel this order. According to the refund policies of snapdeal, the money should be refunded after 2-7 business days but the amount is not refunded till now. I have complained to snapdeal customer supports about the issues but they were asking every time for my account detailed and i have provided the information every time. But still they have not refunded my amount.
I therefore request you to kind take some action, so that i will get the solution for my problem.

      I ordered a produce on 13th Dec 2016 using my credit card, after arrival of the product i raised to return cause of not fit in size. They have said amount will be credited back to your card in 6 days. But till now i dint get back my amount. i file a request using snapdeal help center but they dint reply me till now. After 2 days i called them and explain about my issue they said we will send a mail regarding that and please upload your bank statement. i did that too but still no one response from snapdeal. Snapdeal's customer service is worst in all cases. They dont see emails, queries from customer.

          I have ordered a mobile phone ( YU Yunique Plus 8GB Black order id: [protected] order date: 3rd december, 2016) for my father from snapdeal as a gift to him. it was delivered on 7th december, 2016. within two days After delivery, my father found out that the mobile phone was faulty and was not charging. i contacted to snapdeal and they told me to go to authorized service centre to check whether the mobile phone was faulty only than they will refund the faulty product. After getting confirmation from the authorized service centre that the mobile phone delivered has defect, i contacted snapdeal and they initiated refund process. Replacement process was initiated on 17th december, 2016 through JV_Express and they picked it up on 21st december by their courier guy. the packaged was packed by me with all the content. the courier guy checked it and recieved it. on 27th december, 2016, i got a call from snapdeal that they are not going to replace it and will return the defective phone as such even if they only delivered this faulty phone because of some quality check cheat.
          I want a refund or replacement for the said defective product which was supposed to be a gift for my father. i dont understand your quality check as i have returned all the items of the box. you dont want us to open the seal??? damn...how am i suppose to know that the product was not defective without opening it or charging it. your method seems suspicious and you gesture fradulent. I have been a loyal customer of this company for a long time. please help me with this issue and in contxt to refund or replacement.

            I place an order on snapdeal and i canceled it because of wrong size selected after that my 500 rs which are deducted from my freecharge wallet are refunded but my 1500 rs are not refunded by the company everytime i call to their custome care number they always said that they send a mail to me about the furter infro. Etc. I called there 3-4 times every time they say the same.Today is the 15th day of cancelation of my order but i didn't recieved any refund amount in my bank account

              On 23.12.2016, item delivered and it was found that the order received is not the same as order placed.
              Order promised to deliver 4 woollen leggings for 9-10 years but instead
              Two woollen (black and beige) and two cotton leggings (red and green) were sent
              23.12.2016- Return and replace request was made.
              26.12.2016 - Replaced item received.
              Gain the item delivered was not same as ordered placed. Same cheating has been done again.
              Two woollen (black and yellow) and two cotton leggings (red and green) were sent.
              Its very unprofessional on part of snapdeal and their retailers to cheat the customer twice for same thing. When woollen legging order was there, why the cotton leggings were sent.
              Also again even after mentioning the issue is with the material of the leggings sent in the return and refund request, same mistake has been repeated.
              First purchase with SNAPDEAL have left me with such bitter experience, I would never recommend this site/ portal for any procurement.
              Its highly unethical and professional and would never make any purchase from SNAPDEAL in future and will caution others for same.

                    A pickup was done today by snapdeal o[censored]sha HH 3303 Halogen Heater. No one called me for scheduling the pickup date and time .

                    Even after registering so many complaints against snapdeal. No one from snapdeal contacted me or called me. I was sent a message today that pickup will be done in the next 2-3 days . And the pickup guy arrived at our house today uninformed and i was not told about the timings of pickup.

                    I called snapdeal many times to schedule the pickup time but their customer service is horrible, only a recording machine everytime i press any button and the call charges are sky rocketing.

                    We told the pickup guy that we need to pack the product he said no need to pack just give it like that. We were packing the product properly . But the pickup guy refused and took the product to his motorcycle to pack himself he was breaking the stand of the heater . He was not unscrewing the stand. He packed the product in a damaging manner.
                    He left out the original packing and we gave the product in completely new condition . We are afraid that the pickup people have damaged the product by handling and packing it aggressively and roughly.

                    Snapdeal and usha company kindly note that : Any damage in the product is caused by the delivery/pickup guys as a result of their rough handling and careless packaging.

                    Customer tried packing but the pickup guy refused and did according to his will

                    I called snapdeal immediately and talked to them about this, after my call went through after 5 attempts and the customer service representative was talking in a way which was not helpful. I requested for refund instead of replacement he refused, i requested to send replacement early asap but he refused and said first pickup will arrive then quality check will be done and then replacement will be sent.

                    I requested that if there is any damage found in quality check then please note it is not by the customer, it is done by mishandling of courier/pickup guy because we gave the product in the same condition as we had received it.

                    Snapdeal sends fresh orders after weeks and ages that is why i am worried about God knows how many days they are going to take to deliver the replacement of the heater . I need the heater now as early as possible and i cannot wait for 1 -2 weeks for replacement delivery.

                    God knows how many days they will take to receive the pickup and then i dont know how many days they will take for quality check and i dont know how many days they will take to dispatch the replacement. As it is snapdeal is very slow is sending fresh orders then they will take almost a month to deliver a replacement.

                    KINDLY SEND REFUND. so that i dont have to wait in chilly winter for your slow delivery of replacement for a month. Kindly send refund so that i can order a heater asap and get it delivered faster than replacement.

                    I called snapdeal within 7 days return poilcy but their customer service is horrible and no one answered the phone. I tried requesti g for refund within 7 days but i could not call or contact snapdeal. I sent them several messages and email for refund instead of replacement within 7 days return policy but they dont read their emails or complaints.
                    the customer service representative today refused for refund. This is unfair to customer when i contacted and requted and emailed and complained under 7 days return policy. Snapdeal did not even contact the customer even once after the return request was registered within 7 days return policy. If they had contacted me then i could have told them please refund instead of replacement because i had requested already via email, messsages to snapdeal.

                          I purchased 6 shirts from snapdeal.com worth Rs. 2849/- on 09/11/2016. I returned 4 out of 6 shirts. Amount of 2 shirts worth Rs. 494/ and Rs. 405/- has been refunded.                               I have made an order from snapdeal on 18th december 2016 and i have paid the money through NetBanking. So i wl get the benefits of snapdeal gold which offers express delivery. Im writing this review on 28th December 2016 which is like after 10 days of making order. So pls give order with COD or it wl be better to try some other shopping website.. If they close this complaint it is just a fake solution.                               My product pick back on 18/12.but mu amount not refunded. Very poor service of snapdeal. My refund ticket id is 37803136. I complain many time on snap deal customer care but not get satisfied answer. In my purchase iphone problem is sound problem. And spot on screen. If mu amount not refunded i go to consumer court. Please solve my problem

                                Snapdeal is fraud company, stop buying and selling on snapdeal. Flipkart is much better than snapdeal. my order no. is [protected]. i have made a purchase in snapdeal on 4-sep-2016 xolo era 4g handset. there is a problem in handset, my handset was replaced. the same problem held on my replace product. after that i have raised refund request. my product was picked and received by snapdeal on
                                20-oct-2016. but still till date 28-dec-2016 i have not received my refund of rs. 4256.
                                i have registered more than 50 complaints on snapdeal via calls and emails but there is no reply received.
                                Snapdeal is fraud company its owner are also fraud. They take money from customers and do not give them right products, they give only defective products to customers. There refund policy is fake and there snapdeal gold policy is also fake.
                                If i will not received my refund of rs. 4256 then i finally decided that i will sue on snapdeal in consumer court in amritsar junction. This is last and good option to get my refund back from fraud company like snapdeal.

                                  I had submitted my entry on le2 snapdeal contest under which i was required to do a specific task in shortest time. I had scored 17.9 seconds. A while ago the winner list came out and what is weird is some of them (At least 4 out of 10) are snapdeal employees (Check attached screenshot). This is really sad that one of the biggest shopping website in india is cheating its customers by running fake contests. I can't understand why they do this.

                                      I ordered Borse Dark Brown Textured Finish Ladies Wallet on 07.12.2016 from snapdeal, then i received wrong and defected wallet delivery on 12.12.2016 and i paid by cash on delivery Rs. 581 then i same day requested for replaced wallet (Borse Dark Brown Textured Finish Ladies Wallet) and on 13.12.2016 they from snapdeal picked up my defected product and refunded my money without my permission on recharge balance, then i received again wrong and defected wallet on 15.12.2016 and this wallet payment i made from my recharge balance account, then same day i requested for return and snapdeal picked up my product on 17.12.2016 but until now snapdeal didn't refund my money Rs. 581, i called many times on snapdeal customer care but all the time they are saying they refund my money to my credit card but i don't have any credit card, i don't know what to do and get my refund, please help me out and do something that i get my money, our respected PM are saying for cashless India and promote online shopping but i had a very bad experience, please refund my money.

                                        Myself sreejesh from kerala ordered house utility mop few days before. Till now i didn't received that product but the status showing is delivered... This is purely irresponsible from snapdeal.. When i contacted customer care, they said complaint will recover soon...

                                        It's been 48 hours after registering my complaint till now a single call didn't came from them... Now i make a try to call them... They are not accepting the call...

                                        It's my goodness that the ordered product is having price below 1000...
