Dear all,
I ordered 4G Phone in october 2016, but snapdeal sent me a 3G phone. When asked they assured me that they would replace and asked me to return the phone. I returned the same, but they declined stating that the phone is used and had scratch. Soon, they returned the wrong phone to me!! Please see my complaint c1433931, where I have attached the pictures of the phone also. I asked them questions - Where is the scratch? Where is it dirty? What do you mean by "used"? I did not get any response to these questions. Instead they asked me to send the phone again, saying that they would refund. I asked them to put it in writing, which they failed to do. I want them to trust me once, while I had trusted them 4 times on this order.

I ordered Casio ED419 watch...but I got Fossil watch in that...so I raised a return request...my product was picked up...but yet I didn't got any type of refund about it...
