sir,
I received this spectacle on time, and after unboxing i found a bend on the temples of frame and i didnt took it as seroius as usuall(iam buying the same product for 2nd time as the first product was tottaly defective). Atfer that i went to "eye wear shop" to get my lens with approciate power suggested by the doctor. After that i went to home and within a short period of time, i was affected by "severe headache" and my whole day had wasted on this headache.the next day i went to hospital for reporting the above problem and the doctor checked my spectales and told me that you should totally change the spectales to recover from headache and she also added that it is due to #BEND IN THE TEMPLES OF SPECTACLES. and i placed the request for refund and its underprocessing on snapdeal. But as i bought a new LENS for this frame which was totally waste for me
so, the rate of lens is rs350. So i request you provide me the rs350 as compensation along with the return of the product.

Hello, okay you did the refund of product but i didn't get my compensation which i asked and explained the reason for compensation in above complaint

    Dear team,
    I have ordered non stick 3 piece kadai & tawa of wonderchef from your site. I had done the payment online of approx 1147 rs. As snapdeal not delivered this item in harda i called this order in jabalpur at my aunt place. The product was not delivered on estimated time then i called snapdeal customer care. They told me that they will delivered the product on 27nov so i went to jabalpur to receive that product.
    I am a bank employee posted in harda mp. Product was not delivered on 27 then i came back. Courier got delivered next day. Then i went to jabalpur on 24 december at my aunt place. When i saw the product box was opened, bill was not there and the tawa is also missing. I called customer care they spoke to me very badly then they said that according to policy they will return the product within 15 days and the time period is over. I had paid full amount for this and i want either my money or a tawa from snapdeal.
    Kindly help me with this. Waiting for the positive reply soon.

        Edited complaint — my complaint has been termed as incomplete. Well there is nothing much to complain in a lock. The lock is a security alarm clock and the sirens should blow once the lock is put in the alert mode and it is fiddled by someone. The siren is not blowing even if it is touched by an external agency or even if some other key is being applied to try and open the lock. The siren blows only if the lock is hit hard which, i feel should not be so. So the complaint is all about the blowing of the siren.

          I have order product from snapdeal as per below details.

          I have received both product on dt. 12.12.2016 and on same date i have refund both the product.

          But sir, till now i am waiting for my refund. Kindly help me. I have talk to snapdeal customer care 10 to 12 times but they are not refunding my payment. I have uploaded my bank statement 3 times. Today also on dt. 27.12.2016 i have uploaded my bank statement. But no positive response from snapdeal.

          I don't have any other option. So i came here to get some help from your end. Please do the needful as it is high time now.

            I bought a v3 manhattan queen size bed from snapdeal and there is a manufacture defect in the product, so i raised a warranty claim as it already having a 6 months warranty. I raised this 20 days back and there is no response from the snapdeal.

            If i reach to the snapdeal customer care, they will put my call on hold for nearly 30-40 mins and suddenly drop my call.

            Also there is no infois provided about the seller snapdeal website.

              I was trying to place an order on dec 16, 2016. Snapdeal system showed the order failed but my bank account was debited for rs. 668. I have sent many emails to them but they are sending me same script again and again as follows:

                I have ordered a biker jacket from snapdeal.com (order id-[protected])and for some size issue I have returned it at 21/11/16 but I haven't received my refund yet.

                      I have been cheated by SNAPDEAL by sending fake product and in spite of raising my complaint, no action has been taken yet and denied to resolve. I have also shown the fake product snap. My order no is [protected]. And product was Ponds age Miracle day cream. Behavior of customer care is very irritant. They are trying to escape their responsibility taking shelter of complaint registration within 7 days. When the issue of fraud and cheating by sending pest in place of costly cream they should take responsibility to taking action against the fraudster company who is spoiling the customer faith, irrespective the time duration but even then not willing to help.

                          I ordered "
                          Himalayan Adventure HA-8105 60 Grey Rucksack" from snapdeal.com and paid money in advance so that to avoid any delays in prioritizing.

                          Till now I haven't got my product. I mailed snapdeal and vulcanxpress (courier) but no response was taken. Vulcan replied they will take action after transit. But since then product is always in transit. And since 18th it shows its still in Delhi.

                          It was urgent for me to get the product delivered and due to which i couldn't travel. I expect snapdeal to deliver my product within 1-2 days or refund my money with all sorts of vat and taxes applied on my card payment to my bank account.

                            I am still waiting for my refundable money, while i had returned the product on August 2016. I also attached the courier receipt on snapdeal panel. But still, I didn't get my money back. And the product "Dr. Gene Accusure Glucose Monitor with 10 Strips" I purchased was too poor and not working properly. I followed all the returned and refund policy of snapdeal, but why snapdeal is not refunding my money back till now. Really it is a very bad service of snapdeal.

                                Dear all,
                                I ordered 4G Phone in october 2016, but snapdeal sent me a 3G phone. When asked they assured me that they would replace and asked me to return the phone. I returned the same, but they declined stating that the phone is used and had scratch. Soon, they returned the wrong phone to me!! Please see my complaint c1433931, where I have attached the pictures of the phone also. I asked them questions - Where is the scratch? Where is it dirty? What do you mean by "used"? I did not get any response to these questions. Instead they asked me to send the phone again, saying that they would refund. I asked them to put it in writing, which they failed to do. I want them to trust me once, while I had trusted them 4 times on this order.

                                  [Resolved] Snapdeal.com — Pickup is not done by NUVOEX Courier Which was confirmed by Snapdeal

                                  Dear Sir/ Madam,
                                  I had placed an order on Zipper Pu Leather Biker on 5th Dec 2016 my Order ID: [protected] and I received it But I did not like the item so placed return which was confirmed by Snapdeal. I scheduled the pickup on 16h Dec, 2016 and I got the information that will be done NUVOEX but that day nobody turned up and night they automatically rescheduled to next day that is 21th Dec, 2016. Still nobody came for the pick-up and again they rescheduled on 23rd Dec 2016 by themselves. My problem is I will be going out of station after 2 days then how do I return the product as per the Snapdeal’s 7 days return policy, kindly help . Please contact as soon as possible. Its urgent.

                                    Sir,
                                    i have bought matrix bioledge serum from snapdeal.Com but they have delivered me a duplicate product. The material in it is not the actual product. But as i seen it after 7 days of delivery they do not do anything.
                                    Even for one product more loreal shampoo and spa liquid which i have bought from them is also a duplicate product, but as they have written imported later i can not complain for that.
                                    But snapdeal is cheating their customer now a day with all the delivery of duplicate product.
                                    Please take necessary action and if possible please help me to get my refund.

                                      Was scheduled to be delivered on 25/12/2016 but not delivered but to my surprise i got message in the evening delivery attempt failed. I waited for today till now 1.15 and still not delivered. I did not get any call or no one turned up either yesterday or today till now.in the tracking consignee is out of station is updated. I was available 24/7 in my delivery address till now. Could you please help me

                                        I am very dissapointed in this poor delivery . I ordered a product on 11 th december and it was supposed to reach by 23 december but i didnt received the product till now as of late My order id is [protected] Its been more than two weeks now and still i havent recieved any calld regarding my product to be honest i am very dissapointed in this delivery system please if possible i want the product today that is 26th.
                                        please take immediate action at earliest.
