I bought a v3 manhattan queen size bed from snapdeal and there is a manufacture defect in the product, so i raised a warranty claim as it already having a 6 months warranty. I raised this 20 days back and there is no response from the snapdeal.

If i reach to the snapdeal customer care, they will put my call on hold for nearly 30-40 mins and suddenly drop my call.

Also there is no infois provided about the seller...

I was trying to place an order on dec 16, 2016. Snapdeal system showed the order failed but my bank account was debited for rs. 668. I have sent many emails to them but they are sending me same script again and again as follows:

I have ordered a biker jacket from snapdeal.com (order id-[protected])and for some size issue I have returned it at 21/11/16 but I haven't received my refund yet.
But they r saying that they have refunded it in my account (no-[protected] of S.B.I) in 5/12/16 but for that I have provided my account statement to them but after that also they are not refunding my money back....

I hv order a product from snapdeal Id- [protected]. I hv raised a return request as the product received was defective... Nobody came for pickup but it is showing that pickup was attempted... Requesting you to please look into this matter...On a regular basis this is happening with snapdeal...Worst service in term of picking there defective product......

I ordered converse from snap deal due to fitting problem I I replaced it and while tracking it shows that the item has already reached hub near my area.still it is undelivered .I have been waiting for 3 days.the status shows out for delivery but I don't get any call.then it shows delivery failed.and now there is no update.please help me get my order....

Himalayan Adventure HA-8105 60 Grey Rucksack" from snapdeal.com and paid money in advance so that to avoid any delays in prioritizing.

Till now I haven't got my product. I mailed snapdeal and vulcanxpress (courier) but no response was taken. Vulcan replied they will take action after transit. But since then product is always in transit. And since 18th it shows its still in Delhi.

The order was marked delivered by Snapdeal courier partner on 5th but I received the same on 15th.
The product I have received is different from the one ordered by me. The size I've ordered was 10 but I have received is 9

Order ID-[protected]. I have purchased on 5th Dec but the product has not been delivered yet. Only getting assurance from snapdeal team but no one is giving exact timelines. The website keeps on increasing delivery dates. I guess I have been cheated. I just get one standard response our team is working and your problem would be resolved soon. I think I need to go to consumer forum for help as I my problem has not been resolved in 20 days....
