I am MAKRAND Tripathi, I ordered a philips trimmer QT-4000 on 26 dec 2016 at around 10am an paid through debit card (AXIS BANK) ...after sometime I found message from axis bank that you have debited 889 rs but when I checked in my card there show no order placed. my mail is er.[protected]@gmail.com. Order not placed but money deducted..please refund or place the order as soon as possible

    I have order PUMA sweatshirt ([protected]) on 14 dec by giving money online and estimated delivery should be between 18 to 20th Dec as per snapdeal and its still undelivered.
    And you guys are not responding to my mails. Till date i didnt get any respond from your side. What is the status of my order?
    It sees snapdeal is not authentic enough to sale the product. No trust. I suggest not to procure any product in snapdeal. Poor customer support...
    This is what bad service is getting from Snapdeal as no one is bother to call back.
    I am not gonna recommend anyone to pay in advance so that no one can go through as am feeling now.

      The product I have received is different from the one ordered by me. The size I've ordered was 10 but I have received is 9

      I have purchased a Moto G tubo edition mobile. Snapdeal supplied a mobile. But touch screen are not working. Therefore I have requested for return. But everyday customer care give me fake commitment.

        Order ID-[protected]. I have purchased on 5th Dec but the product has not been delivered yet. Only getting assurance from snapdeal team but no one is giving exact timelines. The website keeps on increasing delivery dates. I guess I have been cheated. I just get one standard response our team is working and your problem would be resolved soon. I think I need to go to consumer forum for help as I my problem has not been resolved in 20 days. I think Snap deal is purposely doing this to play with customers money.

          I've placed an order on you vide order id: [protected], dabur honey 1 kg with free 250 g honey rs.1029. Which was delivered in leak & damage condition which has been mentioned in delivery note too.

          It was discussed twice with rakesh kumar who has given the confirmation for return of money but it was observed that
          No concrete action has been even after his confirmation.

          It is regretted to inform that no concrete action has been taken
          As co-founder & ceo of snapdeal from your end the undersigned expect a positive response from you as a co-founder & ceo of snapdeal

          It is regretted to inform you that no telephone is used to call me but same caption pasted again and again befooling the customer by not giving the mobile number or landline to call the undersigned. It shows the bad intention of the snapdeal
          But if needed the case may admitted to consumer court by not settling down the issue amicably& cost of the expenditure incurred by the undersigned would be born by the managing director of the snapdeal. Pl note.

            I booked Samsung multifunction 3401 printer with snapdeal and did an online payment of 6570 on 07 Dec 16 .
            That day I was confirmed that my order will be delivered to me on 14 Dec 16.
            But till now I have not received my order . On 24 Dec I received mail that My order has been cancelled. This is totally fraud company.

              I purchased mobile under aforesaid order number. The product does not work properly that's why this was returned by me on 24.12.2016. Everything is ok up to this incident.after this selling company and snapdeal both are trying to grab customer's money. They say refund policy not applicable so we can only replace this product. While this type policy not mention ed on snapdeal website. Further company's authorised engineer also agreed that it's serious problem in this device.Means intex sale faulty pproducts on snapdeal portal. Snapdeal also support to seller.

                  I have purchased one Titan raga watch on 23 rd December. when I open the snapdeal pack box, I seen dirty full of dust titan box . no warranty card provided. the same day I have contacted snapdeal customer care and I got nice response stating that you will get replacement in day or two . after two day one stupid from snap deal customer care called me said that replacement not possible. it sees snap deal not authentic enough to sale the product. No trust. I suggest not to procure any product in snapdeal. Poor customer support.

                                  I placed an order at snapdeal, moon bella black biker jacket, which didnt fit as per my size, i requested for the medium size which later on they were unable to provide as it was out of stock, then i againt placed a return request which snapdeal since 30th nov till dec 24th none of the concern team have visit or took the product, let me inform you again in this length of days i got many a calls in every 2 alternate days for the confirmation of return receipt but they failed to receive the product, i already spoken to 5-6 snapdeal telecaller executives and used to narrate the same story again & again but still now no response.

                                    First Step:

                                    I have bought one Yu Yunique 4711 mobile from snadeal on 10/12/2016.But after opening the pack, i have found that screen protector is used.But before opening this(screen guard) i have already taken jio sim with mobile.So when i report this to customer care, they send me return request.But as i have already taken jio sim with it, i do not want to return the product.But i request them to replace the screen guard.Every time they take report as query, but do not response.What to do?i do not want to return the total product but i can return used screen guard.Thanks.

                                    Second Step:

                                    As a return they just give me Rs-100 freecharge gift voucher.This is not main freecharge balance.So again I have to buy another snapdeal product.Also one of the executive told me that i can use it as mobile recharge.But i tried lot.All the time it is unsucessful.


                                    Now my question is if they want to return Rs-100.Give it as main freecharge balance.That time i can use it for other purpose, except buying SNAPDEAL product.

                                      I ordered a Preethi ZODIAC Juicer Mixer Grinder Black and a
                                      Black Pearl Plasma Three Burner Toughened Glass Gas Stove worth Rs.7816 on 19th December 2016 at 10:54 am. I paid through my debit card. Money has been deducted from my Lakshmi Vilas Bank account but the order has not been placed. I got mails and message from snapdeal that my order is incomplete and if any amount has been deducted from my account it will be refunded with in 72 hours. Its been 5 days already but its not refunded yet and and no order information is available on Snapdeal. Please place my order or refund the money.

                                        I am a regular buyer at snapdeal. However, the recent purchase of the above product was very poor. I received the parcel on tbe 10th dec and i requested for a return pickup on the 11th dec. Yhe courier co. Has lied that they made attempts to pick the parcel but i refused. Next, i have spoken with mridula, sujeeth, ankit, suhail & komal and their supervisor deepak. Everyone of thr executives promised that it will be. Picked up within 24-48 hrs. But no. They have not picked up the parcel yet. I request them to look into this asap. Thanks
