I placed an order at snapdeal, moon bella black biker jacket, which didnt fit as per my size, i requested for the medium size which later on they were unable to provide as it was out of stock, then i againt placed a return request which snapdeal since 30th nov till dec 24th none of the concern team have visit or took the product, let me inform you again in this length of days i got many a calls in every 2 alternate days for the confirmation of return receipt but they failed to receive the product, i already spoken to 5-6 snapdeal telecaller executives and used to narrate the same story again & again but still now no response.
Last one caller name with fake promise is:

spoken to the below one today only, may be he would be able to stood in his words:

conclusion remains:
*snapdeal is not focus on its returned products
*the communication made between few of the customer and tele caller executives is given less priority
* though the market share has increased a bit, they are not concerned more in the service & complaint any more
