I order lancer shoes from snapdeal app with the gold delivery as i need it on the urgent basis. It has to be deliverd by the the 23 dec 2016. When i check the status it shows it's delivered but i haven't recieve any package. Order number [protected], very bad service snapdeal i wish i wasn't placed this order from you. Please can you can help me with this.

    I ordered a cell phone worth 12000 rs on 17 th of dec. The estimated delivery time was till 23 th dec 2016, the delivery date has crossed and still i havnt receieved. I made a contact with courier service twice and they were telling that due to barcode mismatch, the shippment is delayed, then i contacted snapdeal and the executive fairly helped me. The product.3 years back i ordered a dslr camera and faced the similar issue, 3 years then in 2017 on the verge and still snapdeal has not been able to inprove the delivery process.

          My name is M.Dharaneesh

          I have placed an order on[protected] for iPhone 5s(16GB, space grey). Item received on[protected]. My order no is [protected].. on the same day I have requested for replacement as I have faced voice disturbances with incoming calls.

          They picked up the phone on[protected].. I have not received any information regarding replacement up to[protected].

          I called customer care regarding the status of my replacement, they said that item received on[protected] and quality check to be done. so they asked me to wait for 48 hours.

          Again I called them on[protected]. Then they said that item not received yet and asked me to wait for 24 hours.

          Daily I am calling SnapDeal up to[protected]around 10 times I called them).. finally item received at their end on[protected]. It took 13 days for them to get the item back.

          On[protected], they sent email to me by stating that " your replacement order has been cancelled as some of parts/ accessories are missing". The courier person has verified all the accessories like charger and earphone when he picked up the item on[protected]. They are unable to know where the problem had actually happened. The item is in transit from[protected] to[protected]..

          It has been clearly mentioned in your return/replacement policy that the courier person will not accept the items without accessories.. In that case how the courier person has accepted my item.

          I lost my patience by waiting for these many days.. they are trying to cheat me by sending back the defected iPhone without earphones.. Kindly do the favour by investigating and try to know where the problem had actually happened..

                                I asked them to show me the proof of delivery they sent me the order tracking copy which was fake. Then I asked them for the signature of receiver again they sent me the fake signature. I never signed any document like this.
                                Kindly help me this is no less than harassing unnecessarily.

                                  Hi Public,

                                  I want to use this forum to bring out a certain unfortunate experience that I had to go through with Snapdeal India. I had order a Skechers shoes - Order # [protected] on the 9th Dec 2016 which was to be delivered by 12th Dec 2016. The courier person(Velex logistics) gave me a call on 12th Dec 2016 and I told him that I am in a meeting and cannot receive the package now, please wait for 15 mins. The courier person understood it as a rejection of the package and marked it as rejected. I tried calling him back but couldn't get through.

                                  This is when the actual issue started. I called snap deal on 12th Dec 2016 and they said that it will be delivered by 13th Dec 2016. But it wasn't, so I called them back on 13th Dec 2016 at 8 PM and then they said that it will be delivered on 15th Dec 2016. I patiently waited until the date given but to my vain, they didn't deliver. When I called them again at 7 PM on 15th Dec 2016, I was told that it would be delivered by 16th Dec 2016. So I patiently waited again but the result was the same. So I called them again on 16th Dec 2016 and was told that this time for sure on 17th Dec 2016 it would be delivered. I waited again but the result was not to change so I somehow after great difficulty found out the courier company's local hub phone number and called them. They said that the product is with them and they have not got any notification to deliver it to me. So I requested them to deliver it as it was a prepaid order(EMI) to which they agreed. But on 18th Dec 2016 early hours, I got a message that my order is canceled.

                                  This was an EMI order for which my bank had charged me 14% interest rate, which now I would have to pay for no reason as Snapdeal was refunding me only the original amount of 3014/-. I had called Snapdeal at least 5-7 times and each call lasting for at least 20-30 mins and that too in roaming. Overall I have had to go through a loss of 700-900/- for no reason.

                                  My only questions are Who hired the courier company to deliver the order? Whose mistake is it if the courier boy rejected the order due his own misunderstanding? My money was blocked with Snapdeal for 2 weeks and I have had to pay nearly 700-900/- for nothing.

                                  Snapdeal should reimburse such customers where it is their mistake. Why should the consumer be made to go through the loss for no mistake of his. So this is to bring to all of your notice that Snapdeal is indulging into wrong malpractices.

                                  I request the consumer court to look into this and take an appropriate action.

                                    As i have place an order under FREECHARGE 100% Cashback Scheme.

                                    You also ship my order then after 8 days u cancelled my order by saying abnormal reason Or Say FARGI reason while my product reached at my destination city on 18 dec.

                                    Due to Which i have lost Rs 205 either u refunded my amount but as i have purchased under Freecharge offer & my net cost of the product after cashback Rs[protected] then who will responsible for this.

                                    Why you launch this offer if can deliver the product to customer.

                                      The packing was extremely shabby in a tattered shoe box.
                                      I have not received what I have ordered. Snapdeal has sent a totally different Cute Feet Tan shoes that do not match what i have ordered in any way!
                                      The color, pattern and type are not what i wanted.
                                      I have ordered for refund.
                                      Kindly refund ASAP!

                                      I bought the mobile phone Swipe konnect 5.1. When I ordered it there is 14 days return policy. But now I want to return the product then there is only option to replacement. I email customer care but no reply from them. I want to return the product. The phone is not working properly and it is used.
