It all started when I purchased a DELL Laptop from Snapdeal during the Diwali sale. It was mentioned that MS Office was preloaded in the laptop but what was provided was a trial pack. There was no original invoice provided by the vendor with the service tag No. mentioned, this is required by DELL service center to process the 2 years extended warranty.
